I have a couple of questions about your au if that's alright, you don't have to answer them all. Sorry if this is too much at once.

Maybe the Lost kingdom could be the Lost and Found kingdom, since they found a home with Simon? Also, what is Simon like as a ruler?

What's up with PB? Does she still make the Candy Kingdom, or is she Marcy's Betty equivalent? Speaking of, where's Betty?

No need to apologise for multiple questions! It just means I get to talk about this au more :3

This did end up a bit long tho so I’ll seperate the answers into what they’re about.

Lost Kingdom/King Simon

The Lost Kingdom being called the Lost and Found Kingdom sounds cute and it does make sense, though it may be more of an affectionate nickname of sorts for the kingdom that the citizens call it, Lost Kingdom would still be the official title.

As for what kind of ruler Simon would be, I imagine he’d be a good king, kind and just and all of that. He may have struggled somewhat at the beginning, a museum he made himself turning into the first Kingdom in this new world of magic and such wouldn’t exactly be easy to manage, especially as other gangs, settlements and kingdoms started to form and fight for territory. But after at least 900 years of ruling, he’s knows what he’s doing.

Also a fun fact about the Lost Kingdom, it’s one of the only places in Ooo that keeps track of the date (using the mushroom war/bomb as year 0). I’m not sure whether Simon would have changed the month names or how the year is divided up. Maybe this influences the rest of Ooo into using dates?

Candy Kingdom/Princess Bubblegum

Onto Bubblegum and the Candy Kingdom, things mostly stay the same. The candy kingdom is formed, the candy people are made, she’s still very into science, etc etc, she even had a thing with Frostbite Queen, though it didn’t last as long as it did in canon and I imagine Frostbite Queen being more vindictive about the breakup due to the crown’s influence.

The Candy Kingdom and the Lost Kingdom share a border and have good relations, mostly due to the fact Simon acted as a mentor of sorts to Bubblegum when she was little. He was quite busy with his own kingdom’s affairs, but he often visited young Bubblegum when he had the chance and introduced her to the concept of pen pals so they could keep in touch.

Betty

Then there’s Betty. Since there was no crown incident to ‘scare her away’, she’s there when the war happens and survives with Simon and both of them are there to look after little Marceline (who ‘officiated’ their marriage when she was 10 because “no more government means she doesn’t need authorisation to officiate”). But no crown/‘scaring’ her away means no time portal and humans don’t live forever.

I don’t have a set idea for how she dies, but it happens before Simon and Marcy meet Two Bread tom and the other humans, she isn’t around for modern Ooo.

SPOILERS!!! REFERENCES AND EASTER EGGS IN F&C ep. 1: FIONNA CAMPBELL

Here's a bunch of stuff I spotted. Feel free to add more.

During the anime girl hero dream Fionna mentions Hans Brinker, a character from a novel which introduced speed skating to the United States.

The BMO style alarm clock has BMO's voice.

The ducks that steal Marshall Lee's money look like one-headed versions of the two-headed duck from the original Adventure Time title sequence.

Cheers is a real sitcom. Simon previously sang its theme song in the episode Simon & Marcy, and now it seems to have manifested in the human AU due to his connection with it.

Fionna says "stop acting crazy" to Cake with the same meter as Marceline said "stop acting crazy" to Ice King in the episode I Remember You.

We all spotted this in the trailer but there's a Magic Man hat in this shot. Magic Man's hat was most recently seen being worn by Betty.

The Betty statue also suggests that Simon's psyche has significant influence over this world. The fountain includes frogs, a symbol of change that was previously also used in Temple of Mars. And Fionna mentions the statue underwent renovation twelve years ago, which is the same amount of time that's passed in the prime universe since Betty's amalgamation with GOLB.

It would seem Mrs. Abadeer runs a vacuum cleaner company as well as being Fionna's landlady. And Queenie runs an accounting business as well as the tour bus.

The stickers on Marshall Lee's guitar case are all references to real life punk rock bands. X-Ray Pex = X-Ray Spex, Daikini Kill = Bikini Kill, PM might be a reference to AM as in the Arctic Monkeys. I'm not sure what Las Crudas and Dark Eyes are references to. Perhaps someone more familiar with punk rock can let me know?

In case you were wondering, the credits confirm that this is human genderswapped Fern. It's a bit more obvious now that we can see all her green clothes and backpack, and given what she said about her dreams being super messed up. I'm not gonna go through the rest of the cameo characters in this episode because most of them are pretty obvious or already got figured out when the trailer dropped. That said, if anyone knows who the bus driver is meant to be please let me know.

The sword in the window of this games shop looks very similar to Fionna's sword from the original comic series.

The latte that Gumball - ahem I mean Gary - makes in this scene features PB's swan.

Okay one more cameo mention because I feel like it might become significant later. This is Ice Queen.

Fionna and Cake are dreaming about their apartment block in the credits of this episode, but it has a roof like the Tree Fort and the same little boat with a telescope and parasol.

Vampire!Simon AU Timeline

I tried to keep this loose and simple but it ended up being a lot more detailed than I expected. This is a pretty comprehensive timeline of my AU's backstory for anyone who wants to know more or just wants a clear idea what wtf is happening. Enjoy!

Ok so pre-Mushroom War:

This remains largely unchanged- Simon finds the crown, loses Betty, etc.

Maybe due to Simon’s interest in ancient artifacts, he’s aware of vampire lore and has even found some ancient stakes with traces of an unknown species’ DNA on them on past expeditions

He’ll never have the chance to publish the results of his findings

After the War (aka post-apocalypse Simon and Marcy):

Simon finds Marcy and instantly knows he has to protect her, she learns about the crown’s influence, etc

They encounter the Vampire King and his court

VK is initially surprised to see a non-vampiric magic user, especially one as strong as Simon, until he realizes that it’s all from the crown (he witnesses Marcy plead with Simon to take off the crown bc he’s going too nuts)

VK also has an interest in Marceline, the little girl that keeps trying to suck out the Fool’s soul as he toys with her. She's clearly not human and that piques his interest

VK defeats Simon and takes the crown. He’s not interested in Simon himself but does think Marcy might one day become a powerful member of his court. But she’s fiercely loyal to Simon so VK strikes a bargain- Simon lives if Marcy comes with him. (Really, at this point he was willing to kill Simon and just take Marcy but VK saw the madness the crown inflicted and thinks Simon can advise him on how to resist it)

As part of the King’s court:

The Vampire King isn't interested in letting humans live in his hive unless they're soon to be butchered.

So Simon is bit and turned. He’s told to abandon his human name and accept the once given to him- Temperance, one of the three arcane virtues. It represents patience and moderation ordinarily, but represents discord and conflicting interests when inverted.

Marcy still calls him Simon in secret

Simon is stunned that the VK can resist the crown’s madness to a certain extent as he masters its control over snow and ice

The hardest part about being a vampire for him is no longer being able to enjoy sunlight, as on his expeditions and while taking care of Marcy, he fundamentally understood that daylight = visibility and safety and that night= danger

Marceline will be bitten when she turns 18. In the mean time, she’ll be tutored by Simon and treated like a princess by the minions.

Marceline gets her own room, all the food she can eat, a soft bed, etc. She wants for nothing not out of kindness, but bc the VK knows this is an easy way to win her over. Marcy isn't stupid, but she is just a kid. After the trauma surrounding being sent away by her mom, and believing she was unwanted, Marcy is terribly tempted to follow her less than human instincts in the face of a better life for herself

Simon worries for her and tries to keep her close to him. Which isn't easy, as the VK is cunning and ruthless

Marceline also begins training at a young age. She learns to hone her power of sucking souls and when its learned that she can gain the unique abilities of her victims, the VK brings in all sorts of prey for her- humans, wolves, birds of prey, snakes, etc. in the belief it will make her stronger.

The VK is only ever kind and patient to Marcy as she grows up, almost like Simon but with an unspoken air of absolute authority. Still, it convinces her that he's not all that bad despite the fact that he's wiping out all the humans. Since Simon isn't human anymore, Marcy doesn't really feel that protecting humans = protecting him.

But the problem is that Simon hates being a vampire. He hates the taste of blood despite his inability to consume human food. He begins looking for alternative solutions and find that vampires can merely consume the color red

He's ostracized by the court for his meek personality and his frequent pleads for them to stop killing humans. What little power he had with the court is threatened as the VK requires his aid less and less over time. The VK begins to consider manipulating the sky itself so his kind is safer in the day

When Marcy is 16-17, Simon ushers her into a secret chamber beneath the vampire hive. For years, he'd been slowly stockpiling supplies so they can escape. Things like weapons, sturdy clothes, food, etc. What's more, he'd managed to find and repair a car! They can escape together and get away before anyone even notices they're gone.

Marcy is stunned that Simon wants to go back to a life of constantly being on the run, hungry and afraid. Having no home or safe place to sleep in. And with his condition, he'd have to be extra careful of the sun. Simon says how much he hates being a vampire and that he doesn't want this for her, he did all this to save her!

But he never did ask if Marceline herself was opposed to becoming a vampire. However, her love for Simon still outweighs her loyalty to the VK. She agrees to run away.

One of the funniest parts of the Stakes miniseries is that the VK is confirmed to have telepathy but he only really used it to psychically give Peppermint Butler and autograph. So I'm going to use that- the VK has been reading Simon's mind for years without letting him know and has known for a long time that Simon's been trying to run away

Simon and Marcy don't get very far before 2 things happen: the VK himself goes after them, and they're stopped by a small army of survivors lead by a pink haired girl (idc if PB would still be a tiny wad of gum at this point in the OG Ooo timeline it's my AU)

The VK ignores the attempts to assassinate him as he takes Marcy back to the hive. Meanwhile, Simon is captured by the humans and left for dead.

Here's the fun part- Simon's unique vampire power is a remnant of the crown's influence on him. He can cover his body in dense ice that acts like armor. It can be chipped away or melted, but resists damage really well

after multiple failed attempts to kill him, Simon tries to strike a bargain with Bonnie. Let him go, and he'll help her kill the vampire king

meanwhile, Marcy is crying in her room bc she thinks Simon is dead and she blames herself bc she never should've gone with him (something that the VK tells her he agrees with)

but Simon manages to come back unharmed. The only way he'd be able to do that was if he killed the humans that captured him. The VK is begrudgingly impressed. He'll still have simon separated from marcy for a year as punishment, though.

Marcy hugs Simon and tells him that she's glad he's alright. And that it'll be okay. He spent so long protecting her, from now on she's going to protect him (after all, the last time she thought she'd ever see him, he was about to be killed by a human mob. That event cements Marcy's belief that following the VK is what's best for her and Simon)

It absolutely breaks Simon's heart

Marcy turns 18 and Simon cannot stop her from becoming The Star

(while Simon is in isolation/solitary confinement, the VK frequently taunts him over a telepathic link- telling him how hard Marceline is working to become strong. To become a killer. The VK finds that messing with Simon is so utterly delectable)

As Temperance and the Star:

Marceline and Simon go by their vampire names when they’re among others but still use their human names in private

The VK brings on the sunless sky that allows vampires even more freedom than before

he ignores Simon's pleas to return the world to its natural ways. After all this time, he finds Simon's ways not annoying, but oddly endearing. He is the contrary voice to the whole court, after all; and though he might not have much power, the bravery to speak out against the king is commendable to some extent

Marcy begins her unending feud/hate-crush on Bonnie, who Simon secretly aids

Simon is mostly left to himself since Marceline is her own person now.

He starts growing a small garden of red food, assembling a library, etc. But most importantly, he tries to save any human child he finds

The VK got Marceline as his ward, why can't Simon have his own? He promises the court that the child will be his full responsibility and the king, mostly out of amusement and curiosity, lets Simon adopt his precious human children

however, Marcy can't help but feel like Simon is doing the exact same thing her mom did- he's scared of her or doesn't love her anymore, so he's trying to go away. Except this time, he's replacing her in front of her very eyes with some tiny, fearful brat that can't appreciate just how kind and loving Simon is

over the next few centuries, every member of the king's court except for the Star dies off. In every instance, Marceline takes advantage of their death to suck up their essence. The VK admires her for this.

at the same time, no ward of Simon's has managed to survive to about 11-12. Sometimes it was a hungry vampire that killed them, most of the time it was Marceline sneaking behind his back to kill off her replacement, and sometimes it was mere disease that ended them. He lost poor Shoko to infection after Marceline took her arm in a jealous rage and that put off Simon from taking on another ward for a hundred years

HOWEVER, Marceline still really loves Simon and wants to be close with him again. She's... just not sure how anymore. Simon still smiles at her and tells her stories and lets her crash in his library when she wants to avoid boring meetings or whatnot, he cares for her yes- but he never seems proud of her for accomplishing great feats like killing 100 human rebels in one night or taking Bonnie's eye

Simon still holds out hope that there's good in Marcy and that she can be persuaded to help him and Bonnie kill the king/her other dad

And then Finn comes along.

(For anyone wondering, I haven't really touched upon how the VK ends up infatuated with Simon bc I'm still figuring that out. But also, I don't think it needs to be clearly defined, it'd be a lot more fun to just see Simon winding up in essentially an arranged marriage

HOWEVER I will say this- the vampire king once asked Simon for a special gift in an attempt for them to become closer. He asked Simon to give him a mortal name, as all he knows is a life as an undying king.

Simon obliged and after much thought, he chose the name Leonidas. They are the only two beings who know the king’s secret name and use it, it’s something not even Marceline knows.)

Suuuppeeer rough stuff but here’s like, the meat of my Daydreamer AU plot, and some fun stuff… my sketches are lazy

Alright so here’s the sitch, my ramblings…

This is prismos deal;

Prismos dreamer was killed in his sleep, leaving behind Prismo as a daydream. Blue, desaturated, and more husk-like. Prismo didn’t have much of a clue as to what happened until he checked on his “body” and discovered the dreamer had been assassinated, but didn’t wake up in the process.

Scarab got a notification that Prismo had died and that there was an unknown entity in the vicinity, so he went to scope it out. He found what looked like prismo, and realized it was definitely prismo. Though still feeling bitter, he used the situation to chase off and mock Prismo.

Prismo escaped by pressing the TV remote before things got ugly, he went to the most chaotic place he could think of; Where the mushroom war took place. Because he thought he would be harder to track there.

He found shelter in an old well near a civilization. The people living there had children who regularly wished at the well, they called it the “Wishing Well”

So when Prismo got there, he decided to use some of his leftover power to help grant the children’s wish when they tossed coins down. Prismo decided to use the coin of the first children’s wish as a pupil, because he was unsettled by his own reflection in the water.

Eventually rumours spread about the Wishing Well that Prismo inhabited, and he got more wishes, the well slowly being filled with coins and other various objects. Obviously it was then easy for Scarab to find where Prismo was hiding out.

When Scarab found where Prismo was hiding he found it hilarious, mocking him further at how useless he had become. This drove Prismo even further into his turmoil, but Scarab had left him there to rot in the well. Until a crown with immense magical power was haphazardly thrown down.

Here’s where I’m at with Simon;

Both Simon and Prismo are a bit crazy by the time they meet in the well, after Simon had thrown the crown down in a fit of anger and desperation. Prismo couldn’t grant his wish due to most of his power being used up by that time, but since it was a bigger wish than any other he had granted while in the well, Prismo could get away with excuses.

Prismo promised Simon that he would help Simon get what he wanted since he was a wishmaster, he just needed to keep Prismo around long enough to get his power back. So Simon keeps Prismo in a prism necklace, shining light into it when Prismo wants to stretch his form.

Simon was manipulated by Prismo using his fear of losing Betty and desperation to keep Marceline safe. Prismo clung to the magic of the crown because it was similar to his own that he had lost; granting a wish and all. and also because he felt like he was losing it down in the well he was in, he was driven desperate for the power he once possessed and a need to finally explore the world beyond what he saw on the TV screen back in the time room.

Prismo is consistency being pulled between who he was before and the deceitful way he is now, feeling both guilty and angry from what was taken from him, and what he feels like he needs to do to “fix things”

Meanwhile Simon is now protecting both Marceline and Prismo using the ice crown under Prismos instructions, though he now sees things through more rose-tinted glasses (literally LOL!) due to Prismo filling his head with half-truths and white lies. He’s able to keep the other two safe by using snow-based defensive strategies, hence “Snow King” though if he needs to he can use larger shuriken-like ice snowflakes

I’m not sold on the way I drew him but here’s the deets

-his beard grew as long as his hair but he cut it short so prismo could see out of the prism, he keeps his hair long so Marceline can braid it

-Prismo made a passing comment about him looking cool in red so now it’s his thing

-like, a little bit happier than in the cannon show, but it’s all based on lies so it’s tragic

-more focused on his work again because of Prismo, kind of torn between that and looking for Betty?? Who knows

To be honest, if anyone’s got better ideas lemme hear em’ cause I might be crazy about this and far off the mark with how Prismo would act in that situation

Also yes scarab becomes the new wishmaster, still have not thought that design out yet be gentle

Also I think about this song a lot while thinking about daydreamer AU, have it

yes, a human hunter has staked betty (though it did not kill her, due to the fact she's stronger than your average "grunt" vampire and it didn't hit anything vital- it was poisoned though.) during a siege on the vampire castle. despite their best efforts, news of a pregnant vampire had gotten to outsiders and they made an attempt to snuff them out before they had a new method of making more of their kind.

THE WORLD, THE STAR, and JUDGEMENT were some of the tarots able to defend the castle with the Vampire King, though THE WORLD, obviously, was greatly wounded.

after the siege, simon was given a 24/7 bodyguard to protect him and betty while the vampire kingdom licked their wounds and recuperated from the attack.

AU Summary of my GhostSimon AU (GS AU)

This is GhostSimon or more accurately magical hologram copy of Simon's memory & personality imprint from the Ice Crown

I draw him at ca 80% opacity (or less if hurt)

GS is the result of one of Magic Betty's attempts to get her Simon back, specifically her attempt to recreate Simon by pulling his imprint directly out of the crown.

She succeeded, but when he turned out not having a physical body her MMS made her feel like her attempt had killed Simon and she absolutely could not handle that.

Overwhelmed, she lashed out, nearly destroying GS as she desperately tried to undo what she'd done, only ending up traumatizing GS and chasing him off though.

Fortunately, Marcy found him and showed him acceptance, whether he's the "real" Simon or not, and took him in.

GhostSimon is completely intangible and unable to feel any physical sensations like touch or even temperature, he can't even touch himself (though he does occasionally seem capable of it in purely subconscious ways like fixing his glasses or rubbing his eyes)

The only things that truly can touch/affect GS are: - intense soundwaves - magic - electricity or pure energy - actual Ghosts, ectoplasm Any of these could touch, hurt, destabilize or straight-up destroy GS, thus killing him (which only adds to his trauma/fear of Betty)

He's not completely helpless though as he's discovered at least one way that he can affect things, through craving. While GS can't eat, thinking of and yearning for food makes his form draw energy from his surroundings, draining either magic, data or electricity from its closest source.

GhostSimon may not be able to affect the worlds much as he is, but he has the potential to make a major change eventually.

Vampire King Simon AU

OKAY SO I GOT THIS IDEA-

Basically, the main part of this is that an AU version of Betty (basically, a non OG universe version of her that was able to get to Prismo) ended up making a wish to try to save Simon. She assumed that simply wishing for the crown to not exist wouldn't work. So, she wished for the crown to not turn Simon into the Ice King.

Well, if you couldn't tell from the title, he wasn't turned into the Ice King. He got turned into that world's version of the Vampire King.

Okay, so, Simon in this universe remembers a few aspects about himself: His name is Simon Petrikov, Betty is his fiancé, and he also remembers some of the dates he went on with Betty and key moments in their relationship (such as the incident at the bus and how they met). Besides that, he doesn't remember anything. He especially doesn't remember what it was like to be human... which results in him not having much sympathy for humans.

Instead of the crown simply driving him into madness, since that would make him too close to the Ice King for it to be considered fulfilling Betty's wish properly, the crown simply pushes Simon's worst personality traits to the forefront of his entire personality. Such as the fact that many people have been pointing out his subconscious selfish behaviors (again, the bus incident, where he wasn't willing to go with Betty and instead had Betty come with him. She chose to, but he simply never took into account how much she gave up in those moments). Instead of that selfishness being subconscious, he's now very aware of it and actively being selfish. Other traits, such as obsessiveness, clumsiness, and his need to think everything through have been amplified. He's more outwardly obsessive (especially over Betty), more clumsy, and he needs to plan everything to an extreme degree (sometimes putting off things for weeks in order to make it perfect. The obsessive trait also worsens this).

Push comes to shove, and he ends up turning Betty into a vampire. His reasoning being that, well, they're fiancés and since he's a vampire, she needs to be one, too, so that he won't outlive her and any other vampires won't harm her. (Basically the worst version of "we'll be together forever" possible) Then, needless to say, she doesn't like how her wish turned out, but can't do anything about it. They eventually end up adopting Marceline, with Simon being the one to turn her in this universe. The entire time they're raising her, Betty is trying to get her to be more sympathetic to humanity and to stop the vampires from killing them all, while Simon is essentially trying to get her to become the Vampire Universe version of Marceline.

I also made little concept doodles- they're messy as all heck but that's just what concept doodles are! (Also don't mind the writing I basically write all my AU ideas and design notes in my sketchbook as I draw so AAAAAA-) I plan to make better sketches of them, especially Betty and Marceline, later on.

Hello, I'm addressing the situation here as I did on Twitter but going a little more in depth since I have more space :)

My intent was not to hurt anyone while making this au, I should've done more research on the procedure itself and honestly I shouldn't have made the au at all! I regret doing it and now I am learning from my actions which I am ok with I think that I deserve the backlash for what I did, although I wish people wouldn't DOXX me I guess it cannot be helped.

As for the reference I used for the one art, at the time I was a little intoxicated (not saying this excuses what I did) , I didn't exactly see anything wrong with doing that since the picture was already on the internet for everyone to see but! I know now not to do that it is very disrespectful to the people who actually suffered through the procedure and I shouldve thought before acting. I didn't have any intent on mocking or making fun of the people who were hurt :(

"Romanticing Lobotomies" : THIS was NOT what I was trying to do. There is nothing okay about what I made Betty do to Simon. There is nothing "HOT" about it. It is supposed to be disgusting, the way she treated him is supposed to turn your stomach. Like someone said previously they mentioned "Killing Stalking" which was a horror book that I was VERY obsessed with a while ago and it made me want to make something of my own. Due to my hyperfixation of Fionna and Cake I decided to make it an au... In that book there are dark themes having to do with codependent relationships and there is murder and SO much more. I wanted to make something that was just as bad as that since there is NOTHING (at least I cant find anything) like Killing Stalking. Just because there are toxic relationships in the horror genre does not mean you're romanticing whatever is going on, was the creator of KS romanticing abuse and murder?? No. I KNOW the au could have been depicted better, there couldve been better words to use on the art but once again I cannot take back the things I did once they're already done.

Please think about other people first before doing things (I know this is kind of hypocritical :( but I should've done this too) I know I've hurt all of you with my art but this is hurting me too very badly and two wrongs in a situation like this doesn't make a right. I wish that some of you could be more reasonable and realize that im a human too, but I understand you want me to learn from my actions. Although SOME of you are actually wishing literal death upon me which is NOT good for my brain which leaves me to my last statement.

I am leaving the internet for a while. I am discarding the au completely, I don't want anyone to make any fanart and I don't want it to be mentioned to me again. I apologize to everyone I've hurt and I hope you can all understand.. I'm not very good at apologies but I tried super hard on this one, I just don't want anyone to see me as an awful person although that's something I can't control :(

Forbidden Dream

This is all of my Adventure Time AU in chronological story order. Thanks to my friend for proof-read.

Act I: Prismo and Betty

This takes some time after the events of F&C. Prismo and Scrabby inhabit the TR(TimeRoom) and Golbetty has gotten restless with her time in space. She decides to reach out to other multiversal beings, but no one wants to associate with Golb. She finally finds someone that puts up with her ..that being the Wishmaster.

Prismo is scared of Golbetty at first, especially Scrabby since he has a little bit of history with her. He scurries off or hides behind Prismo when she is in the TR. To Scrabbys surprise, Pris and Betty hit it off and become good friends. They find they have something in common, which is their “human” past. Theyre both mortals turned to immortals.

The duo start off by drinking and making fanfics together, but then Betty proposes the idea of making these fics “real”. Prismo is hesitant at first but lately he doesn’t mind breaking the rules.

At first they visit universes that Prismo considers safe. They treat them like vacations, and a lot of these worlds do not have the typical AT characters. Theyre peaceful docile places. Prismo gets daring, telling Betty that he wants to feel alive again. The two of them agree to visit a dangerous world, the Vampire Kingdom.

Notes:

- Betty chose her physical form to look like magic Betty because she felt it would be strange to appear as she normally did in the past.

- Prismos physical form is what he looked like as a younger human. He thought it would be more fitting for the “adventure”. Also.. He hates how clothing feels on him, so the see-through garments suffice.

- Scrabby is not happy about their friendship. He feels that Prismo has gotten even lazier, foregoing his Wishmaster responsibilities and even worse, ignoring him. The scarab thought he found someone that was happy to spend time with him for the first time, But feels like he has gone back to being the “forgotten” one.

EP II: Vampire Kingdom

Once Pris and Betty teleport here, theyre immediately caught off guard by a group of vampires that whisk Prismo away and the two are separated. Betty gets surprised by a starved vampire!Simon, who at first doesnt recognize her until he gets a good look at her face.

He refuses to believe its actually Betty and rather a wizard attempting to play tricks on him. Marcy calls his name and he flys away, leaving Betty stunned.

The vampire world is an AU where Vampires take over, but Simon never died and was able to stay with Marcy. Marcy isnt evil here. Simons crown was stolen before he could make a complete transformation into IceKing, and his sanity was kept in part to Marcy turning him to save him from a group of hungry vampires. One curse was replaced with another.

Marcy was turned at a younger age by the VK, but Simon saved her by scratching at the VKs eye (his face scar). Even though the King is furious at Simon for this, he thinks it is more amusing to keep Simon alive and suffering from vampirism. Vampires are starved in this world just like “The Star” episode, but Simon proposes the idea to wrangle human (and animal) survivors and keep them on a reserve to supply the Vampires with a food source. He inevitably becomes the person in charge of the Blood farms. Keep in mind, Simon did this to save humans, otherwise they would have been hunted to extinction.

Unlike the safe worlds PrisBetty visited, this world has most of the original cast in them. Finn is a survivor of the Blood Farms, swearing to kill Simon who he believes imprisoned him in there (which.. is true). The farm is surrounded by booby traps all around the perimeter, no one can get in or out without some level of flying.

Finn always managed to get close to escaping But eventually gets caught in one of the traps. The last attempt caused him to cut his own arm off to be freed and helped by Huntress Wizard. She is one of the few wizards to help the freedom fighters, a band of humans and candy people led by Commander PB. Wizards are hated by Vampires since theyre the few beings that can overpower them. They try to stay out of each others business But huntress is an exception as she feels that the vampires are disrupting the balance of nature.

The Candy Kingdom is fortress walled with wooden spikes and garlic (I thought it would be silly Lol). PBs armor consists of wooden stakes and reminiscent of Golb who she is a follower of. She has access to the Enchiridion and sees Golb as a being that she should harness the power of if the vampires happen to overwhelm her people someday.

The end of the story would involve PrisBetty helping Simon overthrow the VK after Marcy discovers the vampires ability to “drink red” instead of blood. They team up with the help of PB and Huntress. Simon never truly reconciles with Betty as his defense mechanism is to push any feelings of his past away. But he does have a newfound respect for her and tells her to visit him again. Simon will assume the role of Vampire King and free the humans afterward.

Notes:

- Simon is the only vampire dressing in traditionally “Dracula” clothes. Because hes a nerd and thinks its fitting.

- Marcy is raised by Simon here instead of VK, so she is a lot kinder and sympathetic to the humans and candy kingdom (even if she doesnt show it for a while).

EP III: Winter Kingdom

After the Vampire world, Prismo and Betty decide their adventuring is “complete” and attempt to teleport back to the Time Room with Prismos magic. This doesnt work out. Turns out, their human forms have been draining their magic slowly, making it so that they need to find a magical item to recharge. This being the Enchiridion.

This is a totally different world than (Canon) Winter Kings as obviously he is alive here.

Ooo has been mysteriously frozen over and put into an eternal Ice Age. There is hardly any life (apart from immortal beings and those resistant to the temperatures) so hardly anyone lives on the surface. Prismo automatically assumes WK is responsible, but Betty refuses to believe Simon would be the cause of this destruction. WK has a much larger kingdom with a variety of ice people, a lot of them more human-like in appearance. It seems like he is trying to mirror a human society.

Here WK has Bettys skeleton and attempting to use the cloning machine he has in F&C to clone a “real” Betty (which is why he doesnt have an ice clone of her).

The backstory of this WK mirrors my au version of him.

Prismo and Betty are briefly separated and I wont go into too much detail on the story. Betty gets the “safe” tour of the kingdom by WK and Prismo is left to wander in search for the Enchiridion. He starts to see things that point to a darker scene (fire people fighting ice soldiers, lack of any plant life, and ice clones of people who no longer exist). At the same time, Betty is off-put by WKs controlling nature. He reveals to her that he has been in a 100-year war with the Fire Kingdom “who destroy everything” with their flames, while ice “preserves it”. Betty is shocked to see the extent of destruction the Ice Kingdom has caused to Ooo and manages to slip away to do her own investigating. She eventually ends up in the room Bettys corpse is kept, which is the only place that WK allows plant life to grow. The Enchiridion was sitting on skeleton Bettys lap.

The two of them engage in a fight where he details his plan for her and Ooo.

Prismo manages to save her at the end of it. Up until this point hes been a pacifist in the story. They use the Enchiridion to teleport home and they end up.. not there.

Notes:

- I had a bonus page where Scrabby is reacting to PrisBetty not arriving back in the Time Room. He thinks they didnt teleport back on purpose.

- This page also has WK grabbing Bettys ankle right as she teleports. I was going to have WK teleport with them so there was some kind of threat. I am not sure yet.

- The fight scene was supposed to be a lot longer with Betty having the upperhand at first, But I didnt want to draw all of it.

- Winters appearance slowly turns back into Simon when separated from the magic crown.

EP IV: Back Home

They end up in Ooo where the magic teleported them into the sky, making them fall a great distance. They are a little injured, but Betty is mostly shaken by her experience in the Winter world. She redirects this into frustration at Prismo for not teleporting them to the correct place and that they would need to search another “sucky universe”.

Prismo is frustrated and goes off on his own to find another magical object. Betty stays put in the forest. When looking up, Prismo realizes the universe they teleported to was actually the main Ooo upon seeing the floating human city. He rushes back to where Betty was sitting, telling her to go find her Simon here in Ooo, that he knew that he had the Enchiridion in his closet. Betty refuses, knowing that she already said goodbye to Simon years ago and him seeing her again will only hurt him.

Prismo is annoyed at this but walks off, and Betty wanders around the forest until she encounters one of the transport boats that take people up to the city. In her reluctance, she hitches a ride. Meanwhile Prismo reaches a graveyard on the outskirts of the woods, he hides in the bushes and sees a familiar person, Finn, walking up and leaving a bouquet of flowers at the grave.

When Betty makes it up to the city, she explores for a bit before approaching Simon (who is signing a childs book). Before she could say anything, she covers her face with her hat and speeds off. He is at first confused by this but is immediately distracted by the kid again.

Betty is in shock and retreats onto the boat leading her back down to land. She eventually catches up to Prismo, who is kneeling over Jakes grave. She attempts to comfort him, but the words fall short. He asks her if she visited Simon, but Betty says she couldnt do it. At this point Prismo feels like he wasted his time in the Time Room when he could have been spending it in his human form visiting Jake. He remained trapped in the TR unable to spend time with the mortals he built connections with. He feels that Betty is going to suffer the same regret he feels after Simon inevitably dies.

In a turn of events, Prismo places his hand on the grave and it teleports them back into the Time Room. They are amazed by this, Jakes grave acted like a magical object would have. They temporarily celebrate before Betty is impaled by an angry Scrabby.

Bettys human form is heavily injured as Prismo and the Scarab fight in several rooms. Scrabby tells him that he alerted the auditors about their misdeeds. That they will both be locked away for thousands of years or perhaps forever just like he was trapped in the Time Room.

Prismo temporarily subdues Scrabby and goes back to the main room where Betty is. This is where he turns her into a fox to keep her hidden, and promises that her memories are all stored in her body dormant in Golb (Like how Prismos form is dormant in the Time Room).

Fox!Betty wakes up in Ooo, no memories, a feeling of disconnect from her body, and hungry.

End of Act 1

Act II is all about Bettys life as a fox in Ooo. Its a lot calmer and slow burn in comparison to Act I. Upon landing in Ooo, fox!Betty encounters posters advertising Simons* sci-fi series Casper and Nova. She is convinced he is knowledgeable about space because a talking dog told her he was.

*EDIT: Someone pointed out that C&N was written by Astrid (it is implied heavily). Pretend the posters are the two of them working together, maybe Simon helping Astrid write them since she is just a kid.

She starts pestering Simon at one of his book signings and he already dislikes foxes because earlier in the week, a band of them stole his draft for an upcoming book. Betty proposes that she will find the notes and return them to him if she can have a place to stay (Even though he says no, she crashes at his place anyway).

I thought about Simon giving Betty a nickname so that she isnt just referred to as “fox”, so she is “Sunny” since she really likes when he makes sunny-side up eggs. She really likes eggs as a fox that is her quirk.

Update 1/21/24: Sunny encounters Simon after breaking into his home and snooping around for clues. Simon ambushes her in the Golb ritual room, assuming she has come to steal the Enchiridion. Sunny explains herself and claims that she can get Simons draft back from the fox thieves. They go on an “adventure”. It is revealed that fox!Betty can transform into Betty only when unconscious/sleeping. Simon wakes up next to her but assumes he is hallucinating..

So I’m making another ‘which Au should I do next but this time I’ve made sketches to go along with each of them:

(These were quite fun to make I should do simple sketches more often-)

So the three Aus you have to choose from this time are Magwood’s Will, Ice Prince Present and Adventure Valley. Here’s a brief description of each:

Magwood’s Will - Magwood lives on in the crown, wearing away at its wish over eons. By the time Simon puts it on, the crown breaks and Magwood takes Simon as its host. Pretty much lava werewolf/dog Simon.

A few extra details I didn’t put in the last post: Betty doesn’t ‘leave’ straight away so there’ll be some pre-war post-‘crown’ Simon and Betty stuff. Also Simon being a dad is a big part of this au.

Adventure Valley - After the encounter with GolBetty and spitting up a whole universe, Simon’s physical form wasn’t very stable. If sent back to Ooo, the abundance of magic and weirdness would distort him further but if sent to a magicless world it’s resistance to anything magic or weird would snuff out the instability and take Simon with it.

GolBetty managed to find a universe that would let Simon’s instability settle without making it worse or killing him, so she sent him there, having him end up in an abandoned farm house on the edge of Pelican Town. Basically this is a Stardew Valley Crossover.

Ice Prince Present - Due to the uncertain and unbound nature of Fionna and Cake’s universe, when all of the magic ‘disappeared’, some of it ended up in Fionna’s head causing another universe to appear. This one was much smaller than hers though and while she and cake could visit it in their dreams, it could only permanently house one conscious person. Ice Prince.

When Simon accidentally draws Fionna and Cake out of his head, the ritual also frees Ice Prince from Fionna’s head. He will join the trio on their journey across the multiverse in search of a crown while trying to figure out just who he is outside of Fionna’s fantasy.

Adventurers Guild Time!

Simon and Betty where scholars at the Akademiya where they met and fell in love <3

Fascinated by the potential power that could be harnessed from the remains of powerful beings (kinda like what he talked about when reading about Golb in the show), Simon and Betty invent Delusions.

Around the same time, they get engaged and Betty takes a trip to visit her family to tell them the news, the calamity happens when she's away.

Unaware of the consequences, Simon begins using a Cryo Delusion to try and fight the monsters, beginning his decent into madness.

He continues to use it after realizing the consequences, believing it to be the only way to survive and protect the little girl he found, Marceline.

Simon, a pure-blood Khanri'ahn, receives the curse of immortality, and Marceline recieves the curse of the wilderness (The curse of the wilderness in the au turns people into things from the show like vampires, oozers, hyoomans, etc).

By the time Betty returns and finds Simon he's completely mad.

Betty dives into trying to cure and protect Simon (she's kinda like Signora and Dottore jazzed together in this au).

She does Anything and Everything to try and save Simon, driving herself insane with forbidden knowledge, doing all sorts of experiments, and eventually turning her body into living flame a la liquid fire Signora style.

Ice King gives her his Cryo Delusion to help her control the flames.

Betty joins the Fatui as a Harbinger upon being promised resources for her work and brings Ice King along with her.

Simon's Vision went dull when he went completely mad, so Betty makes him a new Cryo Delusion to give him some power.

Ice King is as well-known among the Fatui as a Harbinger is but only because of his relationship with Betty. She's the only reason he's there and the only thing he's loyal too. He'll abandon or sabotage his own missions in order to prevent casualties or just genuinely screws up, forgets, or doesn't care. He'd probably be kicked out or killed by the other Fatui centuries ago if it weren't for Betty. To the Fatui's enemies, he's more of a nuisance than a threat.

Betty is Stronk and doesn't fuck around so nobody dares to oppose her about her crackhead fiance and his weird penguin (except probably the other harbingers).

She does her best to take care of Ice King but also can't stand that he isn't her Simon. She often sends him on lots of nonsense missions to keep him away when she doesn't need him around for experiments or to have as a lackey.

Betty's both chaotic and enigmatic. She's hard to read or outwit and seems to care for very little. Even though she's a Harbinger, she's only truly loyal to Simon and her personal goals.

Lich and the abyss??? Billy would have a role like the traveler's sibling, fighting until possessed by the Lich and thus "joining" the abyss.

Finn and Jake as the traveler and Paimon- Finn, a visionless human, wants to become a great hero like the legendary Billy and travels Teyvat to do heroic deeds and retrace the footsteps of his idol. Jake joins him because he's a good bro.

Unlike the game's traveler who can connect to all the elements, Finn is a strong hero bc of his heart :)

Sorry for leaving so manny promps but your AU its so good! And its making me have ideas about it!

Like, imagine combining the episodes "Bespoken for" and "Broke his crown" but now its Simon trying to fix the crown because Patience screw up the phantom circuits and Betty is going to die. Also imagine Finn just comming back from finding that his Biological Mom basically died years ago and now his new mom is dying too, maybe that motivates him even more to find a way to return everything back to normal.

oh trust me, no apology needed, you have the most fantastic ideas and I’m having the time of my life with them!

I do actually have an idea somewhat similar to this, specifically with the episode Broke His Crown in mind! bringing Patience St Pim into the equation definitely makes more sense than Simon just… deciding to do that on his own, and it adds another layer of urgency if the crown’s glitching is going to harm and/or kill Betty.

Simon goes in there and it’s all janky, this time he takes Marceline and Finn instead of Marcy and PB, but by this point PB is on better terms with them and has apologized for imprisoning Simon and starting the Sugar Snow War. Snow Queen forgives her pretty much immediately because Simon forgives her, and Simon forgives her because he knows that she was just doing what she thought would keep her people safe. Bubblegum does still get a role in this arc, they use her equipment to get into the crown, but this time she stays outside with Jake and BMO to keep an eye on things and make sure nothing happens while the other three are preoccupied.

also: this is the first time since the original crown incident that Simon actually gets to see Betty as herself and not as Snow Queen, and he takes the opportunity to tell her the situation and ask her if she wants him to fix the crown. he’s realised that he has a tendency to just forge ahead and forget to ask other people’s opinions (realization courtesy of his kids), so he wants to make absolutely certain that Betty will actually be happy with this decision and that he won’t be fucking things up by making her no longer be the Snow Queen. Betty says that she wants to be with Simon as herself, with all the memories involved, but she doesn’t want to lose this magic or her long life, on the off chance that fixing the crown completely would age her forwards a la Winter King.

and Simon starts to get an idea.

once they fix the crown and Snow Queen is back to normal-ish, Simon heads to Wizard City and starts researching a topic that he’d come across a while ago, but hadn’t pursued further: wish magic, the very magic thought to be behind the creation of the crown. if he can somehow alter the magic to let Betty keep her memories and personality as well as holding onto her magic… that would be perfect. All he has to do is figure out how.

all my simon AUs [half are shower thoughts]

vampire simon multiverse world AU

• pretty self-explanatory!! simon is a vampire. it played out pretty similarly as our simon at first; he got the crown, betty left, mushroom bomb went off, and he met marceline.

• that's where things change. simon had to wear the crown to protect marcy, again. marcy panicked when simon wouldn't take it off and bit him without malicious intent, instead turning him into a vampire.

• since this technically killed simon, he broke out of the crown's grasp, now undead. marceline thought she killed him, panicked, and ran away. simon lived on his own ever since for like 1,000 years and kind of lost it being alone!!

HMS simon au

• this one is kind of like a crossover ?? with another one of my favorite things. it's based off chonny jash's characters, heart, mind, and soul. the whole plot of CCCC [chonny's charming chaos compendium] is that this guy's consciousness split into three [heart mind and soul], and they needed to reconcile.

• so . this goes basically the exact same as our simon. our simon, now like 1,059 [or however old he is], is in his little exhibit [same as the start of fionna and cake!!] he's chilling but keeps getting pressed closer to the edge each day.

• the main difference is that simon never actually ends up trying to make a portal to golbetty, and reaches his limit after like a series of unfortunate events.

• simon splits off into his own HMS. that's . essentially it . i dont wanna spoil much....

winter king worldswap AU

• i don't have it all planned out on how exactly it happened, but basically, winter king ends up in our ooo [aka just where our simon is from]. obviously this one is incredibly confusing for most residents of ooo, specifically marceline, finn, pb, and others .

• eventually, they figure out [pretty quickly] that this is NOT their simon . they try to ask where their simon is [who is out traveling with fionna and cake], but winter king has no clue !! he likely tries to pretend he does know though .

• ultimately . marceline ends up hating winter king

simon / F&C world interception AU

• is it obvious i don't have names for them

• ok so . basically, somehow simon ends up in the F&C modern au. which . technically should be impossible since it's inside his brain,,, but i have thought of a solution

• simon somehow [accidentally] projects his consciousness into the F&C world, leaving his real body just kinda There [probably unconscious]. think of it like that one adventure time episode where magic man makes jake go inside himself, and he explores his own little city and stuff . it's kind of like that!!

• his deal is similar to fionna and cake concerning his effects on their world . like for example how fionna touched winter king's crown and the magic went away, or when cake turned that one dude into a literal hotdog. basically, simon is doing the same on the F&C world, except he's doing the opposite!! he's magic-ifying it.

• shit starts to go down once people actually notice him. since he blends in so well, it takes a bit,,, just starts to get obvious once that one cookie turns alive or smth 😭

• simon is eventually overcrowded by a ton of curious [and terrified] people, and runs off to just the first inconspicuous place he sees. this leads him to running into marshall lee, who's chillin with gary. simon, gary, and marshall lee kinda chill for a while !! marshall and gary probably talk abt how fionna's gone, which prompts simon to feel guilty and he reveals where he's actually from, and what happened to fionna.

• gary and marshall lee don't believe him at first, until simon turns something [idk what!!] into magic again. they then try to get to our ooo

• marshall lee and gary make it, but simon's still kinda trapped in his own consciousness . likely in the candy kingdom hospital with marceline bc he just passed out unexpectedly 😭

•Wooooo his fate is unknown [dont worry its a happy ending]

* i also won't be very surprised if these have been done before just know i do NOT mean to steal any ideas . if that happened it was purely unintentional cos i just made these up based on my minds silly desires
