"As opposed to the Gothic cathedral of Flowers, Italy (on view nearby) here Stella assembles a classical temple of flora and fauna-in his own words, culled 'from the elysian lyricism of the Italian spring.' Flowers rise from a pink lotus at the base of a central column, culminating in the curious combination of a lupine and a longhorn steer's head flower, a floral form that resembles a bull's skull. Below perch three sparrows, the national bird of Italy and a favorite of Stella's. He may have worked out this group separately in a silverpoint composition (on view adjacently) featuring the birds set among the branches of a winterberry tree rather than within a floral temple."

Paper Girls

There’s this amazing show that’s a mix of drama/top tier comedy, time-travelling war adventure, full 80′s concept and some paper delivering in there.It has Stranger Things/The Goonies/Stand By Me vibes. The cast is exceptional, great coloring/cinematography and a very interesting character-driven plot, there’s also very important POC/queer/lesbian rep so beautifully done and very true to the characters. If you loved Stranger Things and THe Umbrella Academy, while there is an ongoing hiatus. THIS SHOW IS DEFINITELY FOR YOU!

Rue

Silverpoint is a theme associated with Silver, which can be heard in her house, the entrance to the mines and (in a higher tone) while talking to Kip. Rue is a version of the track Sonder that plays during her conversation with Niko in the Refuge.
