there are people saying you can’t dislike scary because she’s a teenage girl and if you don’t like her you’re misogynistic…. giving her special leeway to be cruel and hurtful just because she’s a teenage girl is not it either.
scary’s being manipulated AND she’s responsible for how she treats others. scary’s young AND she can be held accountable. scary’s a girl AND she’s in the wrong. scary’s imperfect AND likable to some people. scary’s funny AND unlikable to some people.
in the words of henry oak, it’s okay to be angry, it’s not okay to be cruel

i realize this is probably 'boring' to a lot of people specially with how popular tragic backstories are for dnd characters but i do love how when i started writing zuriel i was like,,, "yeah no, no tragic backstory for you".
her mental health is good, she has a good relationship with her parents, she loves her siblings, her religion empowers her. shocking, i know !

Genuine question: what's left for Weiss' character after this, like, as in character development?
I understand she has some stuff left with her family (hopefully at least), but I really don't see anything about her that can be built upon.
Not trying to be a downer, just genuinely want to know what y'all think and if I'm missing something or just looking at it too cynically. I don't think I can handle more volumes of her being annoyingly smug and self assured.
