2.) What would happen if the others heard you speak your native language? (Part 2)

~Previously~

After gathering the lost sheeps, the crew got to drinking with Whitebeard and Red-haired pirates. Apparently, the yonkos met on this island and decided to catch up with each other.

Which leads the lass to this particular…predicament.

"Are you sure you want to join a kid's game?" the girls asks, quite concerned by the way how the two yonkos are acting.

"The defense team stands on these lines," she taps her foot on the white taped ground which were laid in a rectangle with line intersecting the sidelines in the middle creating squares. "Rule is that the person in charge of this one line cannot step out of it nor cross onto other lines." The girl hops onto one side of the rectangle and opens up her arms. "And all the offense team have to do is pass the defense team!"

"Sounds too easy," Zoro commented with a smirk, ready to pound Sanji to the floor.

"But!" the girl added with a finger twirling, "no going out of any of the lines or you are out!"

She chuckles at their groans, seemingly catching onto 90% of most of their plan.

"No Devil Fruits or weapons either then?" Shanks pouted and the girl ruthelessly nodded with a glare.

"Of course! We're playing it the OG- classic way," she huffed before whistling. "Get to your places, we're gonna start!"

The offense team was consisted of Whitebeard, Ace, Luffy, Zoro, Robin, Nami, and, Usopp; while on the other team, Shanks, Sanji, Franky, Chopper, Brook, Marco, and Thatch were on defense. It quite hilarious sight to see, two yonkos facing off against each other right outside the bar.

"No Haki by the way!" The girl whispers to the red headed captain who pouts in response.

"Why not!"

"Because it'll give your team an unfair advantage," Benn rolls his eyes and the girl couldn't help but giggle. She did try to invite the first mate to the game but he explained that he had to watch his captain instead.

"Unfair- shmair- everything's fair game as a pirate!"

"Correlation?"

"Me!"

Dead panning, she proceeded to turn around and signal to the others.

"Ready!"

"Are you just gonna ignore me?!

"Set!"

The girl merely cackles, walking away from the ensuing chaos to narrate the whole game.

"Zoro goes in for a slide- but oh no!" The girl watched as he gets clotheslined by Franky who simply stretched his arm to one side of the rectangle to another. Blowing the whistle, she shouts a "foul!" "What?!" She points at his extended arm with an arched brow, "you used a weapon." "That’s my arm!" "You are considered a weapon," she whistles, "you're out." The cyborg stands there in shock, his jaw hitting floor and Sanji couldn’t help but sympathetically pat his shoulders. "Wouldn't that be unfair?" Marco frowned, "It is part of his body and its not like he can remove it." The girl thought about it for a second before snapping her fingers. "You're back in Franky." He shouts out in glee and the girl could see- at the corner of her eye- Zoro grumble at her call and she couldn't help but let out a cough of a laugh in her fist. "Oi! Wasn't that foul play?!" Zoro complains. "Just make sure you don't use any of your body modification Franky." The girl reminds, to which the cyborg threw her a thumbs up. "Did she really just ignore me?" "I know how you feel."

"YOU'RE ON THE OTHER TEAM."

"Though, you have to agree that we're definitely on the same team against her."

"Ah…Right."

AFTERMATH:

For the girl to be dying on the ground right now was a sight they we're not surprised to see.

Despite officiating the whole game- as well as narrating it- she couldn't help but choke on her spit when Whitebeard would simply get caught right by the crown jewels, or Ace and Luffy would try to initiate their plan but because of the zero coordination they have with each other (they argues the whole time on who could finish first) they flailed like flying fishes.

Although, Shanks ended up winning despite Nami, Robin, and Usopp being able to get through.

Wind - Uses discord way more than text. Commonly mutes chats. Hyrule - Never responds on time. At the end of the day he might flip through his messages to check what he missed but normally he relies on Legend to fill him in on anything important.

Sky - Forgets which group chats hold which roommates so he’s the guy who will start a new chat every time he has a question. Has basically every permutation of group chats possible and yet will still find a way to make more. And he gives them names like “get milk” and “hairdryer?” so you never know whos in the group chat at a glance. It’s impossible to find anything. Plus, he sends texts half-asleep that mean nothing when he gets woken up too early.

Four - His texts are inconsistent as hell. Sometimes its emoji hell, sometimes it’s MLA essay format. But two things are always consistent: you can always detect the sarcasm and he’ll turn on his read receipts just to let you know he left you on read.

Time - Texts in full sentences but overall is a normal texter. But he types with his pointer finger with two hands so his real crime is being old.

Dark - When he got put away texting was in its infancy so he texts like “G8 C u L8r” and “ur 2 much”. i stg my biggest pet peeve in this fandom at this point is ppl overestimating daniel’s age. yes, ralph macchio is 60 years old, but daniel larusso

graduated high school in 1985

was born in december

participated in the under 18 all valley tournament in both ‘84 and ‘85 (which at the time also took place in december)

even if we allow that he might have entered the ‘85 tournament on a technicality (i.e. being the defending champ/possible terry silver interference) at age 18 or 19 (depending on whether it took place before or after his birthday, which isn’t specified), that would still make his birthyear 1966 at the absolute earliest. and this would still make him technically already too old to enter in ‘84, so i think it’s unlikely! otoh the latest possible birthyear option is 1968, since he got his driver’s license on his birthday in ‘84.

so, we can narrow down daniel’s possible birth dates to december (probably the 18th, tho debatable) 1966-1968.

cobra kai canon starts in mid-late 2017 and, as of the end of season 4, brings us up to may 19th 2019 (date of the s4 tournament), which means, daniel starts the show at age 48-50, and is currently between 50-52 years old. thanks for coming to my ted talk.

I self ship myself with shanks or zoro. They are much taller than me and I feel like they have the patience to deal with my bratty gremlin ways lol. I even think shanks would 100% join in on my gremlin antics just to annoy Benn lol

I think one of the best things about One Piece, is that anyone can pair up with just about anyone, and come out of it getting to feel nice and small and protected.

If, of course, that's what they need/want.

Being shorter than Zoro! He's not overly tall, but he'd make me feel short too - I feel like we're holding down that under 5'3" fort like champs.

Also, omg yes, having gremlin energy around Shanks would only make his gremlin energy worse. I imagine he just THRIVES off of it, much to Beckman's dismay xD

Zoro's good at dealing with you, because, well, his captain is Monkey D. Goddamned Luffy. He's had practice with forces of nature far beyond what you can manage XD

Katherine Legge’s motorsports resume includes experience in Formula 3, Formula Renault, a Formula One test, Champ Car, INDYCAR, A1GP, DTM, Formula E and sports car racing. Legge was the first woman to win pole in a Zetec race in 2000. One year later she won BRDC’s “Rising Star” award.

In November 2005 she became the first woman to test a Formula One car since Sarah Fisher in 2002. Legge competed in the Toyota Atlantic Championship in 2005, winning the series opener in Long Beach in her first career start to become the first woman to win a developmental open wheel race in North America. She finished the 2005 Atlantic season third in the championship with three wins and five podiums. She moved up to PKV Racing in Champ Car in 2006 and became the first woman to lead a lap in that series when she led Lap 12 at Milwaukee and went on to earn an Indy car career best finish there of sixth. She later had a massive crash at Road America but was largely uninjured and able to compete in the final two races of the season. She competed for Dale Coyne Racing in 2007 and matched her best series finish of sixth at Long Beach and earned her best Indy car start of eighth, twice, before returning to Europe to compete in the DTM touring car series from 2008-2010 where she was an Audi factory driver. After a one-year hiatus from racing, she joined Dragon Racing’s INDYCAR SERIES team in 2012 but a short-lived Lotus program led to the team only being able to secure one Chevrolet engine for two drivers and Legge only competed on oval tracks.

She moved to the Delta Wing sports car program from 2013-2015 and also competed in two Formula E races with Amlin Aguri in the 2014/2015 season. She spent three seasons with Meyer Shank Racing from 2017-2019 in a factory-backed Acura GTD program and earned four wins and 11 podium finishes – including the first win worldwide for NSX in Detroit in 2017. In 2020, she competed in the Rolex 24 at Daytona in a Lamborghini in the GTD class before switching her focus to a European-based racing program. She signed with Richard Mille Racing to take part in the 2020 European Le Mans Series and 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMP2 prototype category but was injured in a pre-season testing crash after a tire failure at the Paul Ricard circuit and missed the remainder of the season while recovering from her injuries. In 2021-2022, she returned to IMSA as lead driver for Team Hardpoint, driving a Porsche 911 in the GTD class and currently competes in an Acura NSX in the GTD class for Gradient Racing in 2023. She and her co-drivers recently finished fourth in class at the Rolex 24 at Daytona.

In her free time, Katherine is a Girl Scouts STEM Ambassador and enjoys skiing, cycling, training and competing in triathlons, yoga and is a vegan athlete. Legge is the second female race car driver to compete for RLL. Danica Patrick competed in the Atlantic Series with the team from 2003-2004 and in the IndyCar Series from 2005-2006.
