talking loud and clear by orchestral manoeuvres in the dark -- an older girl from my synagogue shared this with me almost a decade ago. i still find it perfect for friends and loves that you can sit in the park with for hours. send it to someone you want to take a walk and speak freely with!

still by the japanese house -- no idea how i found this one tbh but it's been a fave since my first year of college. songs that anticipate the ending before you're ready to say it; a good napping song. dont send it to anyone but listen to it when you know things are going to fall apart

sweet berry wine -- cant remember if jack shared this directly or if it was on a playlist they played w me around but god is it perfect. songs for when you are yearning to go berry picking but you have no berries to pick. i put it on every playlist that i want to take outside with me. stream now for instant joy

gondry by hyukoh -- this was shared by a friend i havent contacted in years and i still play it often. in fact i think it's on most of my quieter playlists. it's soft, sweet, and either very sad or very gentle depending on the mood you're in when you seek it out. songs that are confessions. songs that are for sunny cold days. also a good napping song. send it to someone youre a little in love with

5. a fun fact about your character? I like how this assumes I only have one character. Let's see. One of my characters would only be able to see another one of my characters as silver because one is a red orange tiefling and one is a halfling that can't see the color red or orange because of warlock pact shenanigans.

13. what’s something you’re working on as a player? (e.g., getting better at roleplay, thinking more tactically during combat, writing more notes, etc) I am always trying to be more consistent with roleplay. But I really should do better notes.

ko/kumo is a brilliant artist and can produce an incredibly detailed sketch in a matter of minutes.

teffan would give up almost anything for good cheese. it’s her greatest temptation.

I almost killed the monk over a magic sword because it can talk, this was after we adopted a telepathic gelatinous cube, and all of this was after we met a demon prince of fungi, and said maybe we should just walk away.

To be fairly honest, I would want to kill a monk for a magical talking sword, too. What would the sword say though? For some reason I imagine it talking in a really southern twang kind of voice.

Ares: opinion on war

She lived with a cloister of female warriors/ huntresses. Her opinion on war is to not actively seek it out, try to prevent it, and stop it if necessary. 

Artemis: favourite animal and why

Her favorite animal is cats! Diana never really got to interact with cats, but she sees them as good companions. She is afraid of bigger animals. She had an orange cat during campaign, even though it loved Teffen more. 

Poseidon: list three fears

1. Afraid of dogs (the enemy of her good deals with evil werewolves)

2. Afraid of the dark (Shar works in the darkness)

3. Afraid of losing someone (She watched her mothers die to Shar’s Cleric)

epilogue: what is a book that made you cry?

i already answered this one here, but another book that’s made me cry relatively recently is they both die at the end by adam silvera 

autobiography: who is the protagonist you most relate to?

oh god it’s call myself out time. okay so i’ve never actually tried to put this into words before so we’ll see if it makes as much sense outside of my head as it does in my head but internally i relate so much to alex claremont-diaz and externally i relate to henry [insert very long list of last names here]

the way that alex approaches work and life and deals with his emotions (it’s the undiagnosed adhd but that’s a whole other story) is so incredibly similar to the way that i do BUT the way that henry actually acts and presents himself aligns with me so much better than alex does. basically my brain relates to alex but my personality relates to henry???

but anyways i’m pretty sure the reason i keep coming back to red, white & royal blue is because i really do just see so much of myself in both of them

1. What influenced or inspired the creation of this character?

Everyone was talking about after the recent in-game trauma that a soft, kind, motherly character would be nice to have. So I did the opposite of that. Also, we had briefly been introduced to a plotline, and I was interested to make a character relating to it.

12. How does this character handle stress?

He gets angry.

17. If they were in possession of a trio of wishes, what would their three wishes be?

Ooooh boy, oh no. That wouldn’t be a good thing... He’d want enough power so that people wouldn’t doubt him, renown and probably to never have to go back to hell against his will. 

18. What is their favorite spell or method of attack? 

He is really good at skewering things on his pike and then smiting them with hellfire.
