Here she is!! Captain 'Saltywater' Sally, a great great great removed distant aunt of the royal family who fled during her time to become a dreaded pirate lord above the seas. Was eventually frozen in the artic by her sister but thawed out during the modern age. Not only is she insulted her pirate legacy was all but forgotten about, she's even more insulted over the fact a mermaid has caused so much trouble for the family over the generations. As intimidating and cut-throat as she can be, she's also a big dumb goof. It's telling the scariest pirate name she can come up with is Saltywater after all. What she lacks in smarts, Saltywater makes up for in sheer toughness and tenacity.

Her goals are as follows : 1. Feed Nerissa to her favorite pet megalodon shark, Megzy. 2. Enslave Oceanside's residents to be her new pirate crew. 3. Have them build a giant ship and go around the globe collecting shiny things and terrorizing. 4. Repeat until new historical legacy is solidified.

... this is difficult to explain but mostly caused by my high school classmates gave me water related nickname which was because i share the look of marshtomp... and mudkip's name in Chinese has "water" in it...
