Summary: Let’s get one thing straight, Nico was absolutely not some kinda norse god Okay? Nor the reborn version of one or whatever. They were just a normal kid.
Okay so they sorta had a knack for getting people to agree with them and fine they’ve been having dreams about a blonde man with way too long hair and lightning and then there’s the whole...powers thing.

As it turns out she might be the only who can; and that’s how she finds herself in Westview New Jersey...on an entire different dimension.

She and Wanda are as close as ever...she thinks.
Kamila doesn’t always remember what she learned in school. Their neighbor Agnes gives her the creeps. She doesn’t remember the twins turning 1, or 2, or 3. She doesn’t know why Wanda’s the closest thing she’s had to a mother but she is. She wakes up screaming sometimes with nightmares of Vision’s body and her sister screaming and turning to dust. She feels like time isn’t passing and is passing too fast at the same time. She remembers things..things that never happened. ( why would she ever be in sci-fi YA novel looking lab? Why would Wanda?)
Kamila lives in Westview New Jersey with her family; in a suburban little town where nothing ever seems to happen. But she’s starting to think their lives are anything but boring.

She doesn’t know anything other that the life they build together after. Still she has her brother, and school, and her life is...well not normal. One does not simply have a normal life with a brother who works for S.H.I.E.L.D but all in all her life is good. It’s her and Grant against the world, and she has a plan to graduate early and find her own calling helping to keep the world safe from H.Y.D.R.A. like her big brother does.
Then Grant’s team finds a break in tracking down a hacker and her life gets decidedly more messy.

It was never a question that Hilary Kazarian was going to grow up in the spotlight. With a famous duo of singer-songwriters as parents, it was impossible for the young girl to grow up any other way. Most of her childhood was a mixture of whatever popular kid would have. For a while, the attention made Hilary feel like she was on top of the world. But after a while, having parents who didn’t mind airing any dirty laundry out to the public became annoying, tedious, and harmful. She hated that it wasn’t just her parents’ scandals that ended up in the news, but any rumour of her love life or academics did as well. She hated being followed around. She hated having pictures taken of her. For most teenage girls it would’ve been a dream, but for Hilary it meant spending an extra hour on hair and makeup just to go to first period every day.
Hilary’s parents encouraged her to be in commercials and have guest appearances in television shows throughout her childhood. Though she wasn’t a fan, she complied, wanting to do everything her parents asked. Their reputation depended on it, after all. From 6th grade until her sophomore year of high school, Hilary attended a private school in Hollywood, California, where she was surrounded by children of other starlets – kids that either wanted to follow in their parents’ footsteps or to rebel and make their own name. Hilary fell into the latter group. She was infamous at her private school for attending every single party and not one class; she knew that she couldn’t be kicked out because of her parents, and exploited it every day.
When her parents found out about her change in attitude, though, they pulled her from the private school and enrolled her in Killbourne Prep, effectively taking her away from almost every friend she had in the world. This enraged Hilary. She immediately found her place among the popular kids and decided to make her parents pay for taking her life away from her. Hilary knows that having famous parents means nothing in Killbourne, but she still relies on her last name to get away with being a queen bee and wreaking havoc on anyone who gets in her way.

Hilary isn’t the kind of person who likes to work hard in anything that won’t benefit her social status. She’s will do anything to keep her reputation the way it is, and will go to far length to anyone who stands in the way of tarnishing her image.

There was no question about it. Hilary was attending the party that was being thrown. Though her parents wanted to keep her at home and out of trouble, Hilary convinced them that she would be studying at a friend’s house, and even sent them pictures to ‘prove’ it. With their permission, Hilary was able to sleep over … which meant that she was heading straight to the party instead. It wasn’t too long after she arrived that she found herself with a drink in her hand and making out with a complete and utter stranger. She wasn’t black-out drunk that night, but she was intoxicated enough to not quite understand what she was doing. What happened next was like out of a movie. She turned her head and saw the person in a black hood with a gun pointing right at her. Without being able to react, she heard a bang, then felt incredible pain in her lower abdomen. She screamed and fell to the ground and watched as everyone scrambled not a single person went to her aid.
It’s been three years since that party, three years that she’s been dead. She woke up, in the backyard of that very house. She looked up, wondering where she was, she didn’t recognize that backyard, the only she could recognize was that it wasn’t hers. She began to panic slightly, as she looked around and tried to figure out a way out of this backyard. Though she wasn’t given much time, when she heard someone yelling. Without a second glance she began to run, she unlocked the side fence and ran down the street and directed her way home.

Trailers: Finally getting “Maverick” and “Minions”
Still no Thor Love and Thunder trailer. But some movies are coming out that have been on the back burner for two years thanks to the pandemic, so I don’t think it’ll hurt to give them another trailer review:
Crush: I guess this is the Hulu movie that is the source of the Rowan Blachard/Auli’i Cravalho discourse. It does look cute, and the more LGTBQ romantic comedies, the better.
Choose or Die: Another game gets a horror movie version. Yikes.
Top Gun: Maverick: Full disclosure, I was never into Top Gun, so I’m not really invested in this. But if you still like Tom Cruise, he can still bring the badass.
Minions: Rise of Gru: I’ll admit it, I laughed at the part where they try to headbutt the board.
The Sea Beast: Ooh, another Netflix animated feature. I’m interested.
Operation Mincemeat: True story of how British intelligence pulled a Weekend at Bernie’s in World War II. No joke. And if you always wanted to see the two Mr. Darcys (Colin Firth and Matthew Macfadyen) in a movie together, you’re in luck.
Marmaduke: Since the live action one was such a disaster, it’s getting Netflix animated do-over that doesn’t look much better.
Where the Crawdads Sing: Based on the bestseller about a self-sufficient girl (Daisy Edgar-Jones) living in a North Carolina marsh who gets accused of murder. Finally got around to reading it after the trailer came out, and...I feel like the hype was overrated. About the same level as a Nicholas Sparks books.

who’s your favorite actor on riverdale, on thirteen reason why, and on gmw?
this is sort of a hard question, honestly, because the shows all have pretty solid casts. i’m not gonna say that there aren’t people that don’t outshine everyone when they’re in a large group because that would be a lie, but as far as ensembles go they are relatively good and fit well into their shows,
i have multiple answers for each show just because i literally cannot pick just one. also just a disclaimer just because i don’t list an actor here doesn’t mean i don’t like their acting, i’m just tryna keep my list short my dudes.
riverdale:madchen amick: i think it’s clear how i feel about madchen, and this probably going to be my most unsurprising answer. she has such a good energy onscreen and there is so much power in her emotional scenes, she just captivating to watch. and always one of the highlights of any episode that she appears in, in my opinion at least.
madelaine petsch: i love the way she portrays cheryl, she handles all the things written for cheryl so well. her heartbreaking scenes are so good like when she shares the screen with nat boltt i’m always blown away.
kj apa: he was so much better in season two. i like what he brings to archie, some people may not agree but i like him. that scene that he shared with camila in the s2 premiere was absolutely stunning. it is my favorite archieronnie moment.
honorable mentions: skeet ulrich, charles melton, camila mendes, ashleigh murray, hayley law, asha bromfield (listen i know she barely speaks but she gives good face kdjfhj), and lili reinhart (say what you want about betty but when they don’t have her saying dumb shit she’s actually good this answer also might be influenced by the fact that i have seen her play a psychopath really well hksjhfjkhs)
thirteen reasons why:ross bulter: i’ve said this multiple times, i only watch the show for him. i love him, if he wasn’t on the show i probably wouldn’t be watching. he’s really good as zach.
alisha boe: all of her scenes were absolutely amazing.
justin prentice: it takes a lot of talent to make me hate seeing you so much. i may detest every scene he was in, matter of fact i fucking hated all of them, but he was really good playing that sack of shit.
honorable mentions: dylan minnette (clay was on some dumb shit but the performance was good), brandon flynn, derek luke, christian navarro, miles heizer, and kate walsh
gmw:danielle fisher: a woman! an icon! a legend! sure, she didn’t get to show off her acting skills all that much in gmw, but she was good regardless.
sabrina carpenter: miss sabrina slayed as maya. she brought so much to that character. her performance in forgiveness project? iconic. if i didn’t already love her since the pilot then that one scene would’ve solidified it! she brought so much life to a character that resonated with me because we’re so similar.
corey fogelmanis: after season one, because i firmly believe he was robbed in s1 with all that goofy shit they had him doing. he had moment in s1 but s2 was his season, he fucking killed it. if you’re telling me i am farkle wasn’t that episode for him then you lied.
amir mitchell-townes: if you thought i wasn’t gonna include him you thought wrong. when i was a full on gmw world blog 75% of my post were about him. his comedic timing is similar to his icon of a father, jazzy jeff. and in the few emotional scenes they gave him, he was brilliant. i’m forever wish he wanted to be a series regular because he was just so good.
