The ride took a day and a half- the drive in the rental car to a nearby lake, the flight up northwest. I brought you onto a private plane, which isn’t nearly as fancy as it sounds- a small seaplane that I can fly myself. You get one of two seats in the back, along with a small grocery bag of snacks and drinks, and a blanket.

By the time we’re at the island, you’re fast asleep. Humans are so adorable, always needing to sleep- so helpless and vulnerable. I could do whatever I wanted to you… for now though, what I want is to get you situated at your new home.

You wake up in a bed, large, like a master bedroom. I might not need sleep, but it’s relaxing sometimes, and there’s plenty of uses for a bed otherwise.

You’re laying in my arms, as I watch you, having just finished changing out the bandage on your neck.

“Wake up, sleepy head are you glad to finally be home?”

The entire trip feels like a blur, it still feels weird to be stolen just like that...the life of property, I guess.

Even though I was loyal to my now previous owner, I belong to someone else entirely now...another vampire...I'm still food. At least I know my purpose already, right?

Waking up in your arms in such a large bed feels surreal...I can't remember the last time I slept as hard as I just did. I nod and lovingly nuzzle your shoulder despite barely even knowing you, every good pet loves their owner, no matter what. I just hope showing affection is allowed...

I'LL INTRODUCE YOU TO KRIHARE, ONE OF MY PERSONAL FAVORITE BLORBOS I RARELY TALK ABOUT HERE

Krihare is a fallen angel in my dnd world! He's also a necromancer!

Originally he was the angel of morality for the god of balance, Atara

CW: Framing resulting in his falling At that point in his life he was known as Morael! He fell as a result of another angel, the angel of confidence (known as Uisul), took Atara book that they used to communicate with their worshippers and destroyed it before dumping all the evidence on Morael! Morael was completely unaware of it until he was caught with the evidence and was thus made to fall! CW over

BUT BEFORE MORAEL HE WAS KNOWN AS AERIC LUNARSHINE

CW Death (his own and familial)

He lived on a continent named Urios where he had a partner and 3 kids (all adults) :> Unfortunately they were all killed by Tiamat when she destroyed Urios- Two of his kids were reincarnated into unicorns, one of which was later killed by Uisul to spite Morael, and one is still living under the name Helios! (CW over)

ANYWAY BACK TO KRIHARE So when Krihare fell, there were rules to his falling. He couldn't have normal classes, his class had to be related to the dead. Thus he was forced to become a necromancer. He was also going to form a magical bond to a random person, he didn't know who, but that bond forces him to stay with them.

On top of that, if he goes long periods of time without using his magic, his magic starts to hurt him.

He eventually came across a kingdom called Zlesa and met a high elf there named Melody! Melody wished to become queen and Krihare was desperate to find someone to use magic with as he was HURTING, and he could help make Melody's wish possible!

So they performed a ritual to grant Melody more power, but it went wrong due to unknown reasons to both of them at the time, (Wont go into that atm bc it involves even more context) but while Melody did get more power, the necrotic magic twisted her mind and she became something between undead and living.

After Zlesa's current ruler at the time as killed, Melody took over and Krihare worked for her because [drum roll] THE BOND CONNECTED TO MELODY!

CW forced murder, use of necromancy magic, and possession

Over time Krihare was forced to kill the citizens of Zlesa one by one and reanimated them to get them to love Melody even more, or at least be neutral about her. If he failed to do anything per Melody's demand, she could cast Dominate Person on him and make him do whatever she wanted.

And since Krihare had that bond that stuck him to her, the spell didn't have the limitations it normally would! So he essentially became a puppet to her!

CW for One sided 'relationship'

While Melody and Krihare aren't dating, Melody definitely very much has feelings for Krihare that he's very much aware of but refuses to acknowledge.

In Melody's eyes there is a strong emotional relationship between the two of them, in Krihare's eyes it's nothing but business.

So Krihare is stuck in Zlesa with Melody doing the dirty work for her while she relishes in being a beloved queen!

But she does allow him to have a pet owlbear named Sweetie that he cherishes! (Nothing bad ever happens to Sweetie, that is a strict rule I have.)

In my campaign Forgotten Familiarities @emmettnet 's secondary character Dirce is currently dating Krihare and is doing fey's best to get his bond to Melody broken so Krihare can be free from her! And Dirce is very close to doing it but fey is sacrificing feyself for it!

Over all Krihare is INCREDIBLY tragic and this is just a rough summary! A few more things about him are under the cut with art!

CW for talked about eye whump (on a prosthetic eye), art of preparation for a necromancy ritual, thought about mouth whump!

He has a prosthetic eye with Atara's symbol on it (as he still worships them) which Melody carved her own symbol over because she wanted Krihare's eyes to only be on her!

During the celebration of life of Zlesa's past ruler, instead of having a good time at the ball, Krihare was being made to prepare a ritual to kill Melody's ex and resurrect them so she could get their power! (As the power that was all supposed to go to her partially went to them as well)

Luckily for Virran (Melody's ex) This ritual was unsuccessful as the FF party foiled it!

Oh! And every time he uses his magic, his mouth changes colors, glows, and has the symbol of Atara on his tongue!

Melody has certainly thought about ruining that symbol as well but hasn't yet figured out a good way to go about it as the symbol fades away after a while of Krihare not using his magic!

So… hhhhhhhh… context is everything with this one lol.

Reading/writing it in whump and/or cnc/dubcon and/or vampire/etc. fiction? Yes, good, probably into it, or at least not turned off by it. Characters can do almost whatever they want.

Fanart/drawings? Still probably into it. (Not necessarily like… wound-fucking type stuff, which I’ve encountered once or twice, but if a villainous character wants to get a little too carried away with their knife or biting or whatever, yeah I’m probably down.)

Seeing a realistic visual? Not so much? It’s sort of a morbid curiosity I guess, like knowing people are into it and nonjudgmentally wondering how it’s so enjoyable, including why I like reading it sometimes but not seeing it. I check out a lot of kinkier blogs here, and occasionally I’ll happen upon one that’s as much horror as it is kink, and so bloody scratches or splitting bruises in kinky settings and stuff like that don’t really bother me and can seem kinda hot tbh, but slasher film type stuff is kinda squicky for me in terms of kink, even if a non-kinky bloody torture scene in a movie might be nbd.

So like, I’ll watch Vampire Diaries or Supernatural etc, minimal shown but implied, and it’s fine. But like Being Human (US) when Aidan and other vampires were basically getting high on it and it was all over the place in the supposedly sexier scenes? I got through that show by keeping the window minimized a lot of the time.

Me personally? I don’t even like seeing paper cuts and I hate having a period, I don’t want the mess or that sort of pain, so I don’t want to bleed. Will that stop me from having a knife kink curiosity? Hell no, just as long as I don’t actually get cut. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Have I overthought and over-answered this? Probably. Lol 😂😅❤️😘

General question, not about a reading

Do you have a list of decks you use? Or do you ever review decks?

I’ve been looking around for decks of playing card size or smaller, since I have a lot of trouble shuffling larger cards, and I’d love input from someone with more experience

I have a reviews tag and a tarot decks tag, though I don't own all of the decks in those posts.

If you're looking for an official deck, the Radiant Rider Waite Smith deck is quite small and the cardstock is thinner (making it easy to riffle shuffle, as I prefer to do). The Everyday Tarot is also small, but the cards are quite thick.

If you're feeling funky, you can put together your own decks with trading cards. I have two DIY Magic the Gathering oracle decks and one DIY Pokemon oracle deck.

You can also look into cartomancy and literally use a playing card deck. I have information saved on @jasper-grimoire under section: cartomancy.

Electrocution is one of my FAVORITE tropes because even after whumpee is freed from their torment it's so easy for them to get shocked in one way or another to be reminded of what they've gone through all over again!

Fixing a computer, didn't drain all the power in it and aren't grounding yourself? SHOCK! Wiring in a building is fucky and one of your fingers is touching a screw on the light switch you're turning on? SHOCK! Maybe they thought they removed all the power from something before removing the electrical tape, the shock will tell them how wrong they are!

There's also so many ways to get creative with it! Drench whumpee in water and throw an active wire into the puddle under them! Tie them up with electric fence wire and turn it on once you're done! There's also a good ol taser! If whumpee is really desperate to get those restraints off, have them try to reach between active wires to try to reach the key! Then they'd also have to try to not let the metal key touch the wires because if so, the electricity will prevent them from letting go of that key!

There's just so many potentials!

I can't think of a specific drabble to write but enjoy some ideas:

-Bebê trying to get a good picture of Runa swimming around in his tank, but there's wires in the water connected to a button that Bebê has control over. Every time there's a picture they deem 'not good enough' Runa gets a shock! The shocks last longer and longer each time to really encourage him to look his best to get the right shot!

-Tael making Emil hold a wire in his mouth for as long as he can, trying to figure out if the wire will stop working first or if Emil will pass out first. The answer is the wire with Emil passing out very closely after!

-Stabbing taser barbs into the most sensitive parts of whumpee's wings before shocking them!

Oof I understand the struggles that annon is having, tiny whumpees are a favorite of mine but I am super apprehensive abt the g/t community and part of the reason I haven’t read much of other people’s writing in this genre

I think your stuff looks really cool, and is definitely on my to-read once I sit and actually start reading anything!!

As someone who was both an avid enthusiast and content creator for the g/t community for a couple of years, I say this from the bottom of my heart that the fandom devolved into the worst dumpster fire I have ever seen. Absolutely 0 desire to ever go back after how they ran off so many of my friends and mutuals with stupid drama and holier than thou attitudes. And unfortunately because it’s so small, and everyone knows everyone, things get messy FAST. I can’t remember the last time I actually sought out anything g/t related in either community because it’s just a sour taste in my mouth (on tumblr at least)

That’s not to say other platforms don’t have better g/t communities though!! Maybe one day I’ll find that spark again, I do miss creating fics since I still have so many blorbos I never got a chance to write yet…
