This is a journey of my life the last 8 months. It starts with the highest of all highs on August 25th seeing @taylorswift @taylornation at #reptournashville We was truly living our best life with not a care in the world. Fast Forward 17 days to September 11th and this day of national mourning took on a whole new meaning for me and my family. We lost the man that hung the moon and loved me First. I was lost and my days were so dark, I lived in a haze and couldn’t function. My sweet Swiftie Moms came to the rescue and they don’t even know it. They sent me a care package and it was the lift I so desperately needed. Once again only possible because of @taylorswift , because without The Swift Life app I would have never met these amazing women. ❤️ We try to find our new normal and celebrated Christmas the best way we could. (With Taylor Swift merch) We are finally able to catch our breath a little bit more and my daughter has hit a huge milestone, Senior Pics and a Scholarship to our local college. Proud is an understatement ❤️ Then my Sweet Girl lands the lead role in a Musical Production of Footloose as Ariel. ❤️ And then flipping @taylorswift is teasing us with a new era? Life is really looking up and I’m so excited for this next chapter and for new beginnings. I would like to tell Taylor thank you for being the light when things haven’t been so bright and giving me friends that would make Rachel and Monica jealous. 👯‍♀️

Wow 13 years of Taylor Swift! I can’t really remember a time in my life without knowing Taylor Swift. Being 22 now and 9 when “Tim McGraw” came out is kind of crazy to me. At 9 years old I was going into fourth grade, my last year of elementary school. This was also the year I visited New York for the first time, which is a weird coincidence I think. Now, I have graduated college with a bachelors degree in biology, and I have proudly seen Taylor Swift 5 times. I saw her for the first time in Lexington, Kentucky for the Red Tour. Then I saw her in Nashville, Tennessee for the 1989 World Tour. Finally, I saw her three times for the Reputation Stadium Tour in Louisville, Kentucky, Columbus, Ohio, and Nashville, Tennessee.

Taylor Swift has been a big part of my life, and has been my role model since I heard her song 13 years ago. I have grown up listening to her songs, and falling in love with her lyrics. Loving and supporting her through everything. I went through some rough times during these last 13 years, and she has been there through it all. She has been there through my parents getting a divorce, heartbreak, and making memories with my best friends.

I haven’t met Taylor personally, but I feel like I know her and that she is one of my best friends. I hope to one day meet her, hug her, and tell her how important she has been in my life. This past August I was lucky enough to see her in Nashville, and she brought out Faith Hill and Tim McGraw to sing “Tim McGraw”. I was so happy that she sang that song, because that’s the song I fell in love with. I sang this in the back of my dads truck with my cousins, and sang it any time it came on the radio.

Thank you Taylor Swift for 13 years of happiness! Now that I’m 22 I am honestly happy, free, confused, and lonely in the best way! Thank you for memories I will never forget, and most importantly thank you for being you.💕

IT'S FINALLY DONE!!! I've put well over 60 hours into this jacket, I made the whole thing (+ the bodysuit) from scratch and spent hours sewing patches and glueing sequins on! I'm really proud of how it turned out though and I can't wait to wear it to a show, fingers crossed I'll be able to show Taylor at the barricade when she walks through!
