Is Mals Bike still on the isle?

I mean, in D2 she puts magic on it so she can enter the isle but she leaves with the others.

Someone probably stole it already and doesn't know they were able to leave the hole time.

Same goes with the Bikes in D3. Harry tells Jay, the crashed them, not knowing they could leave with them. (In my story, not every bike crashes but they forget about the magic in a hurry)

So, this has potential for a fanfic too! Some poor VK finds Mals Bike (or maybe repairs their own with parts of the D3 bikes) and eventually finds out, they can leave the isle.

Delilah has been successfully repaired!

She was suffering from a particularly bad case of dry rot -- she's remarkably old in terms of her pelt, and even when I first mounted her in 2021 I could tell she was frail, but last night her body entirely broke down in a manner similar to the shattering of old silk taffeta.

I lined her carefully on the inside with overlapping patches of fabric to keep her held together, and she has made a full recovery.

March 5, 2024 Refloat of Battleship Texas

"Good Morning!

This morning Battleship Texas Foundation, Valkor Energy Services, and Gulf Copper plan to undock the Battleship Texas. This hours-long process will start at roughly 4 am. This operation is incredibly dependent on weather conditions -tide, current, and visibility. As of right now, there is very dense fog, if the Galveston Pilots do not have sufficient visibility, the discharge will be delayed until the next suitable tide and current window.

With over 700 tons of steel renewed on the ship and hundreds of thousands of man hours put into making the hull substantially watertight, we have great confidence that today will be successful. Once this 112 year old hull goes back into the water we will be subjecting her to an extended evaluation period while the ship remains in the shipyard.

Commission for a client, the cybernetics of the character were were really interesting to tackle because of how they were designed and laid out. I’d like to try and tackle more pieces of this type of composition and layout later this year.

The outfit and background elements was another, and there was a lot of fun in making sure they played to the character as well. It remains one of my favorite commission works.
