hello! so, for those who may not know, i do not take summer classes so during the summer, the content of my studyblr tends to shift. i try to do masterposts, or post about what i'm reading, and this summer i will start discussing my research more! unfortunately, i missed a lab safety training so my lab work right now is just shadowing one of the students who's about to leave for a PhD program.

until i can get more hands on and start working on my lit review again, there won't be much of that. i'm currently adjusting to my new schedule now that i've moved and started working...so please bear with me here; my semester reflection post is on hold because i haven't fully had the time to sit and reflect. i'm so glad to have you all in my life because you all motivate me and inspire me to continue this page. it's always nice to be a part of something bigger.

Finished Piranesi last week and thats a book thats definitely going to stick with me. I loved the writing style and deeply felt for Piranesi as he grappled with his identity. I almost cried at the end!

I finished The Count of Monte Cristo yesterday and I’m still in awe. Despite being a massive undertaking, I’m so glad I took the time to read this book over the course of (a little over) a year. Definitelyyyy gonna keep this copy and re-read periodically throughout my life.
