Kebijaksanaan

Kadang manusia sudah tahu, tapi butuh diingatkan. Kadang manusia sudah tahu, tapi butuh dikuatkan. Kadang manusia sudah tahu, tapi butuh didengarkan.

Siklus yang terus berulang itu membuktikan bahwa sepanjang hidup, kita butuh untuk terus belajar. Belajar bukan hanya agar kita menjadi tahu, tapi juga agar pengetahuan yang kita dapatkan, mampu terbentuk menjadi kebijaksanaan.

Dulu, kukira menjadi orang dewasa, orang yang lebih tua, otomatis akan membuat mereka menjadi bijaksana. Ternyata tidak. Pada beberapa orang, bertambahnya umur tak berbanding lurus dengan bertambahnya kebijaksanaan.

Barangkali, kebijaksanaan hanya akan melekat pada jiwa-jiwa yang bersedia merendahkan hati untuk terus belajar. Belajar mendengarkan cerita orang lain hingga menemukan makna di baliknya, belajar bersabar dan berprasangka baik, belajar bersyukur penuh di tengah harapan-harapan yang runtuh, juga belajar dari banyak episode hidup yang diri sendiri dan orang lain telah lalui, lalu meramunya sebagai nasihat untuk terus memperbaiki diri.

Semoga setiap waktu, di tengah perputaran bumi yang kian cepat ini, kita terus bertumbuh dengan kebijaksanaan :)
