Who is your second favourite DC character?

…that’s a lot more difficult to answer than my favorite shdhdajdk probably helena bertinelli, tbh. i’ve got a thing for ladies who are full of trauma and also Fight Good (and have to deal with a lot of poor writing /hj)

but then there’s dick, who’s all kindness and charisma and bitchy short-temperedness and also has eldest daughter syndrome (im a middle child but like. sympathetic), and dinah, who’s so compassionate and has such capability as a martial artist and i read birds of prey and kinda fell in love with her and baba both, and steph, because steph becomes a vigilante because she’s angry and then proceeds to go about helping people for helping people’s sake and refuses to stop no matter what anyone (what fucking batman) throws at her and somehow comes out the other side saying things about how there’s room for hope, and i could go on all day if i let myself so im gonna stop here

Hi Natasha!! the ask is meant for any creator so you're good!!  I love mood boards, I’ve always found it so big-brained of mood board creators to pull often random objects that sometimes don’t directly relate to the show/movie but still works soo well! And also I feel like people don’t appreciate these kinds of edits as much as they should, because you have to think of then find all the images you want to use then cut them out, then colour so they all match (I assume this is the process I’ve never made one - so correct me if I’m completely wrong!) It felt really peaceful to scroll through your edit tag - I don’t know all the characters but it was so vibey!! Natasha you have a really keen eye all your mood boards & picspam edits are so aesthetically pleasing and I really like the minimalist design of your edits!

Doctor Who Moodboards: Sarah Jane Smith I was really drawn to this one because of the colour, I’m a big fan of mustard yellow & I also like the socks!

Star Wars Moodboards: Obi Wan Kenobi This one is really fun still super aesthetic to look at but cute and funny. I think it fits obi wan very well🥰

Star Wars Moodboards: Leia Organa This one is also just super pretty love the black & white and the mountain oooo I love it!

TCWAW - Ahsoka Tano really like this one too! the colours and textures in the left image are just gorgeous. A simple graphic but really pretty. 

Star Wars Aesthetics: Anakin Skywalker I love picspams! Again love the colours of this, the lava, rocks galaxy! great choices! The quotes too fit anakin so well and made me chuckle “What doesn’t kill me better run” i plan on saying this in the future.

Top five scenes from the star wars movies?

1. “you were my brother anakin!”

WHY. mustafar in ROTS. i watched the pt a pretty long time ago and haven’t watched it since, though i’ve been wanting to because now that i’ve gotten so into clone wars that scene just is that much worse. they were brothers. ouch. especially because to obi wan anakin fell out of nowhere, and all of a sudden his brother was a murderer and he had to kill him i’m??

2. “you need a pilot.” “i need a pilot.”

finn and poe escaping the first order in the force awakens. they are just so good i love them. their interactions are so funny and this is even better because they’ve just met and are immediately friends and idiots like “why are you helping me?” “because it’s the right thing to do” *looks at him* “you need a pilot” it’s just SO GOOD

3. “luke.”

that scene in ESB where they’re in the falcon below cloud city and leia senses luke calling to her. the definitive moment of YES FORCE SENSITIVE LEIA. leia is my favorite of the ot crew and of course i loved this moment, she can sense him and everyone else is confused but just goes with it because they trust her and they find luke and it’s very good

4. “be careful not to choke on your aspirations”

vader to krennic in rogue one—does this even need an explanation? that’s such a weird sarcastic mix of anakin and vader like. i’m baffled but also so amused. i also like to parallel it to ahsoka’s line “careful not to choke on your stupidity” like master like padawan.

5. “i don’t like sand”

that whole padme and anakin disaster in AOTC. SO AWFUL yet so good. the memes alone are what make this #5. i’ve only watched that scene once and i don’t even really remember it yet i love it so much it’s so funny. anakin feeds padme a cgi pear. he tells her he dreams about her. what????

Hi, Natasha, my new buddy! I followed you after seeing @trashcora take a look at your edits and now it feels like we are coming full circle, haha! These are vaguely in order of preference but remember if I’m writing about them at all they’re already a preference!

PRIDE AND PREJUDICE - I love this so much! The two panels with the text are really neat, I love the keywords in a different font with the slight gradient. Really effective! And then those gorgeous photos of a period house/garden and some kind of ornate door in a wall (I don’t know what exactly it is, oops) with the white silhouettes on top and the bottom silhouette of them holding hands with the title of the book? Chef’s kiss! The colour tones in the photos are a perfect match for each other and it’s just a really neat edit!

Doctor Who Moodboards: Sarah Jane Smith /  Star Wars Moodboards: Ahsoka Tano / Leia Organa / Rey / DC Moodboard: Steph Brown - Your nine-part moodboards are something else, so clean! Most of them feature a signature colour and that is so hard to get right! And you get it right every time! The yellows in the Sarah Jane Smith moodboard are gorgeous and match up so perfectly. Your use of colour in these is so so good. You’ve really thought hard about all of these and their positions in relation to each other in your posts. The Ahsoka one especially feels particularly  balanced, everything in its proper place - dark brown jumper in the middle, boots and powder in lighter shades of brown on either side, crystal and lightsaber at the top and bottom, and each corner has the bright orange. Chef’s kiss again!

SW aesthetics: Rose Tico / Jyn Erso - These are both so nicely laid out, especially Rose’s one. I love that in both you have them almost in a checkerboard pattern. With Rose’s one the earthy greens and browns and the gentle pink of the rose pin compliment each other perfectly. The dark palette works so well for Jyn. The temptation here would be to have no colour at all, but you’ve instead just muted the colours. It looks fantastic! You’ve picked the perfect quotes and pictures for the pair of them.

The Negotiator - This one caught my eye with that rad diagonal line that divides the post in two. It lines up perfectly! Very clever to have both lightsabers running parallel to that line and the text just on the line itself. Really nice!

Lando - I just thought this was really cute! I love the yellow too!

Um, it says in your description that you make bad graphics? I don’t think that’s quite true. I’d even go as far to say it’s a blatant lie. I don’t see any bad graphics here. Just someone with a talent for layouts and colour matching and putting pretty aesthetics together. You have made some amazing things!

hoax: What shades of a color do you think encapsulates you best?

Ooooooo okay so. I mean, my favorite color is purple but like a deep, rich purple that’s like exactly in the middle of blue and red. Not too blue and not too red. And most of my clothes are black. But I really just don’t feel like either of those colors are really me. You know? I could picture like maybe a lilac/lavender color? Or a pink like the pink in your profile picture? I could definitely see either of those. Ooooo or rose gold. I love rose gold.
