Now that you're all celebrating Queen Elisabeth II's death, I sure hope you put the same energy into calling out all of the European royal families, which are heavily linked to corruption within European governments and the far right, siphoning money from working class just to live in outrageous palaces that shouldn't fucking exist.

There's a long history of blood in their hands, and it's not just the British Royal Family. I know none of you are aware that other countries, like, exist, ever, but turn your eyes to the amount of royal families that are implicitly tied in colonialist history in Europe!

Like don't get me wrong, I'm very fucking glad the mummy's fucking dead, in the ground, rotting where she deserves to be, but I keep seeing people advocating for "the end of colonialism legacies" and none of them mention the Belgian royals...... you know. Belgium. Who still has garage sales every Sunday where they sell African "trinkets" (stolen from colonialist times) to anyone with 30 euros to spare.

Or the Spanish royal family, who doesn't give the location of the Emeritus King (dearest Charlie can't come back to Spain bc he was caught with blood money in his bank).

Like. Please. I know y'all only care about English-speaking countries but I'd love to see y'all for once knowing that there's more than England who needs to be held accountable.

That is Queen Elisabeth of Belgium not Queen Maud but she is with Queen Maud's son, King Olav V of Norway. I think the picture is from one of King Baudouin and Queen Fabiola's pre-wedding events in 1960. Queen Elisabeth is wearing her Diamond Scroll Tiara which is now part of the Cartier Collection.
