Alright y'all, this #WCW goes out to myself! I have come a long way in the last few months. I've evolved not only physically but mentally as well. Same sports bra and bathing suit bottoms but I'm down 7 pounds and about 8 inches total. More than the numbers, I have more energy, focus, confidence and that's just the short list! I have repeatedly proven to myself that I can do hard things and I can make big changes. . . I'm not where I want to be yet but I'm making strong, steady progress towards that. So thankful I've had this tribe of women behind me, pushing me to be better. Are you ready to make the change? 12 weeks progress 💪🏻 I've also been in my deficit for about 4 weeks now too (although full disclosure, this was taken only 2 weeks into my deficit) • Over the last 3-months I've been on holiday, been to a charity dinner and enjoyed meals out with Mr D. ⠀ I don't have a "goal weight" I'm just seeing what I can achieve in the run up to Christmas as my goal for this year was to be fitter, faster and stronger • My original plan was to do a fat loss phase before my holiday next month ... but truth be told, I'm enjoying it that much, I just want to see what I can do over the last few months of the year. I've never once felt deprived. I enjoy everything in moderation and make 'sensible' choices. I’m doing 3 weights sessions + 1 8k run per week plus daily steps.⠀ At the start of my deficit I started on 1750 cals daily and have now dropped to 1500 on rest days whilst maintaining 1750 on training days. It hasn't been 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺 to stay on-track with Autumn bringing those dark, dreary days • But equally it hasn't felt that 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥 either • It's all been about planning ahead and exercising a little self-control. 8-weeks today is Christmas Day • Time to stop putting off until tomorrow what you could do today!
