Tattoos/Scars: No tattoos, but they are covered in a lot of scar tissue. A lot of it is actually prominently displayed on their face; decorating their cheeks, cutting over one eye, and removing some of their lip to expose a bit of teeth. Their body has a number of scars earned through years of combat before their first death, plus torture marks clustered over their back.

They will also paint their face when they explore the Shroud, to hide from Elementals.

okay so idk if you are someone who's into crystals but sometimes su fans surprise me so (1) if you are: do you have any particular crystals you vibe with for spop characters? could be based on meaning/appearance; (2) if you aren't i still wanna make this fun for you so pls tell me which spop characters you think would lick one of those himalayan salt lamps to find out if it's actually salty

I’m not particularly into crystals in any real sense but I think they’re super cool as in, I would LOVE to have a geode or something like that I think they’re called? The spheres split open with these like, gaping maws of crystal.

Hmmm... here’s some thoughts! 1 am so might not be totally coherent:

Adora - I think she’d be a quartz type soldier. Citrine would be really fitting! Can range from gold to kind of brown-ish and can have colorful flecks. Really matches her aesthetic.

Glimmer - not sure if meaning-wise it matches at all, but Sugilite would match her color scheme. It wouldn’t have anything to do with SU depiction of sugilite, but hey, we never saw sugilites that weren’t a garnet/amethyst fusion, so who knows!

Bow - opal, because it can have rainbow hues and I always associate bow with rainbows, and from what I remember it has a lot of positive, healing properties, and bow is such an uplifting person to be around.

Catra - a Jasper! Works both aesthetically and from an su POV, as they’re also quartz soldiers who remain loyal to their cause until late in the series. Also, very strong, and tiger markings!

Entrapta - peridot! It’s green, not purple, but like the SU character, they’re both autistic-coded and extremely good with technology, and have worked with both heroes and the villains at different points in the timeline.

Mermista - there’s a lot of blue gems to choose from, but I would say lapis lazuli, because I don’t think she matches up too much with sapphire just based off my correlations with su. Plus, lapis is linked to water!

Seahawk - sardonyx because like the su character, he’s a natural performer!

Perfuma - tourmaline; it’s really cool in that it has a core that’s a different color from its outside iirc. It wasn’t shown in su at all that I’m aware of, but I think it would a good fit for perfuma.

Scorpia - garnet! (Because, you know, the black garnet... wait does that mean I should have made mermista a pearl? Hm). I don’t think she’d have much connection to the su character, beyond the fact I love them both dearly.

Double trouble - emerald, a very fitting color scheme and just kind of screams “chaotic bastard” to me.

Frosta - selenite! It reminds me a lot of like, an ice crystal... I don’t have a deeper meaning beyond that tbh.

Angella - moonstone!!!!! Is there any other choice?

(Also, the character most likely to lick Himalayan salt lamp? Melog, because cat. Of course they’re safe because they’re a SPACE cat, but In reality, salt lamps can be extremely dangerous to pets! Keep them safe!)

i saw your cool rock post and wanted to ask if you knew your citrine was heat-treated amethyst, but it seems like youre in the clear! i prefer natural rocks (often cut/polished but not treated) because we are already able to make cool looking things of other kinds but the nature doesnt make such shiny sparklies as often so they feel more special - which is why it annoys me when stores/sellers dont label stones as treated, as usually those are cheaper ”versions”.

It sounds like you already saw my post about Cool Manmade Rocks and got an answer to your question! Yep, I’m aware that my citrine (and like 99 percent of all commercially sold citrine and ametrine) is either amethyst or smoky quartz which has been heat-treated to turn it that beautiful honey color. Personally, it doesn’t matter to me at all! Though it looks a little different, heat-treated citrine is chemically and structurally identical to natural citrine; it IS “real” citrine. After all, even naturally occurring citrine is just amethyst plus heat. It just happens in earth’s mantle instead of a kiln!

That being said, my ever-growing collection has very few manmade Cool Rocks in it, because I too love how beautiful and bizarre rocks can just naturally be. A good question to get into the habit of asking when buying rocks is, “does this naturally form this way?” Even if the specimen you’re interested in isn’t labelled as treated (and they typically aren’t), the staff will usually be upfront about how your rock formed and what might have been done to it to enhance its shape or color. They may also point out, “these are treated, but we have some naturally-occurring ones that are more expensive over here��” I love asking that question, because then I get to learn some cool new science about why different rocks and minerals look they way they do!

Akuma Adrien Concept - Gemini Soleil et Lunaire 1

Dude, I just came up with this just now. Adrien become conflicted about the 2 sides of himself (like yin-yang) & agonizes over who he really is. What his father made him into & who he is when he's Chat. He cant tell because the sides bleed into each other. He has yet to recognize the full significance of this connecting to yin-yang & sun-moon.

I haven't quite hashed out how it happens, but upon the Akuma trying to possess him & the bubbling, black oil covers him, there's some sort of pause. A light, like a star, shines out from the center of his chest. The silvery-golden white light growing until it pushes back the black like snuffing out a dark flame with brilliant luminance.

The light separates into 2, 1 golden & 1 silver, leaving behind the comatose body of Adrien. The lights create a pair of almost identical Adriens.

The golden haired 1 was adorned in loosefitting clothes of vibrant color. His green top, matching his eyes & tanned skin, as if he spent a lot of time outside inn the sun. Upon his head was a circlet of gold with a sylized symbol of the sun & a sunstone in the center. On his wrist was a golden bracelet with a decal of a golden lily on a bright purple background, decorated with citrines & more sunstones. His hair is short & messy, like Chat's, with a single, shoulder-length braid on the left side of his face held together with beads at the end. Plus, he's totally barefoot. Like, all the time.

The other boy had surprisingly platinum blond, nearly white hair with blue streaks here & there, as well as cold, crystal-blue eyes. His hair is long & pulled back into a loose braid that drapes over his shoulder. His skin was pale & covered in blue tribal tattoos; the most prominent one being the large crescent-shaped tattoo with the pointed ends directed upwards & the middle covering his eyelids. His clothes were professional & studious while also giving a mysterious, yet guarded air. His fabric clothing were shades of light blue, with silver & light grey lining, & deep green-blue accents. Covering his shoulders, hands, & feet, while the rest is hidden beneath his clothing, were black armor with dark to steel grey lining & moon opal accents here & there.

Upon his back was a charcoal grey-black cloak with a hood, held together by a crescent moon clasp with moonstone inlay & 3 consecutive, parallel lines erupting from the void of the crescent where a glowing moon opal could be seen. Meanwhile, around his neck sat a necklace featuring a glowing crystal pendant.

As far as personality, Sun Adrien is the very definition of Sunshine Child. Everything we miss about him bundled up into a single package.

On the other hand, Moon Adrien is like... if you put the salty/cool/smart sides of Rebel Adrien & Adridini with Felix in a blender, then hit 'mix.'

Now, just because Sun Adrien has all these seemingly good features doesn't mean that he's flawless. In reality, Sun Adrien can be childish, naive, entitled, overenthusiastic, too nice, too exuberant, & his overly friendly attitude can sometimes be annoying, or make him come across as easily manipulated.

Sundrien also harbors deep fears of being locked away & never being able to get out, imprisoned, being forgotten, being alone, & losing all his friends. More than anything, he prefers to remain outside.

In astrology, the sun symbol is how you can describe the reasoning behind your actions. To align yourself with the sun is to slowly become your best self & seek out your highest potential. The sun is also representative of one's true persona.

In the best case scenarios, those ruled by the sun are given a sense of purpose, a foundation for their identiy, & are known to place great importance in their self image. The sun inspires us to produce our greatest work & to have a sense of pride the things we do & accomplish. They are also bestowed a certain intensity, passon & drive.

In worst case scenarios, those of the sun can be lead into a false sense of confidence or arrogance.

Needless to say, Adrien, especially Sundrien, by nature, is sun-ruled. He's cheerful, passionate, curious, friendly, & just seems to love life & wants to try as many hobbies as is possible, in order to find which ones he likes best. Sundrien is sort of where most of the negative & some of the possitive aspects of Gabriel's teachings went. He's an example of someone with high compassion, but low empathy, sometimes projecting his inner struggle onto others. He also has a tendency to say hurtful things without realizing it. He never means to hurt anyone (has too much experience with being hurt himself). If he ever realizes that he hurt someone's feelings, he becomes distraught & does whatever he can to make it up to the hurt individual.

Meanwhile, Moon Adrien is much the same. He's highly intelligent, studious, protective, serious, perceptive, observant, & quiet. He usually seems outwardly cold, seemingly made of ice, but actually has a fluffy, snowdrift center. Kind, but calm & serene, always willing to lend an ear, always has an ear perked. Can be both gentle & rigid. He's where most of the positives of Gabriel's teachings went. Has an almost elfin look to him. Like, Legolas. When he speaks, he has a reason. Has a standoffish air about him without meaning to. The reponsible 1 of the 2. Studies as much as possible, & as many different things as possible; both things that Adrien needs to & what he wants to. When he meets someone he really doesn't like or becomes very upset, he starts creating frost around his feet. He gets particularly frosty with Gabriel, Lila, & Chloe.

Moondrien is the type of person with low-medium compassion & high empathy. He's the far more objective & proactive 1 in regards to the world around him. However, he can also be cold & spiteful, even something of a salty a-hole if Sundrien or Marinette isn't around to hold him back or at least remind him that he's going overboard on the emo thing. Will literally cause someone's drink to freeze solid if they annoy him enough. But if someone messes with his circle of friends? Well, that's when he gets into the psychological warfare. Can pick the sturdiest person apart with nothing but words of venomous truth. He's the fencer & linguist of the 2. Is also the most feline. Very modelled, has a loping cat sort of walk, a regal aura, & more angular features.

Astrologically, the moon represents passing feelings & emotions. It gives you the power to hope & dream, while bestowing the feelings that dictate your life.

The moon-ruled are known to be intuitive & perceptive. They are focused & self-aware, striving to seek balance in both their relationships & meraki (Greek work for "passion for what you do"). They are also known for being capable of reading a person's character & uncovering their motivations.

To put it simply; the sun represents your zodiac personality or your true persona, while the moon represents your emotional personality, inner mood, & certain traits.

Both sun & moon highly influence your emotional mode of operation. They are especially so together.

✧ .☀️Litha Solitary Rituals☀️*✧

Litha is only next week! It's the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere and the time when the sun is at it's highest height. Kind of like how full moons occur once a month and the moon is at its most influential power, Litha happens once a year when the sun is at it's most influential power. It's time to soak in the sun's powerful rays and dance to the beat of drums! I have a personal correspondences post that might help explain why I chose certain things! (Also here is my personal tag!)

A lot of us witches practice alone and have our own solitary rituals for each sabbat that we observe (or the ones we've created just for ourselves that we observe alone!) Like any solitary eclectic witch I do things my own different way but some of these things might line up with others practices.

When I am alone and casting spells a lot of it is visualization/intent so my solitary rituals are more like activities I like to do then specifically casting a spell. If I am doing a spell with an activity based on it a lot would be listening to music to get in the mood and focusing on a candle while visualizing for a period of time! Eves are also important to my celebration as I like to stay up until midnight and cast a spell then!

Litha Eve

make carved citrus tealights (Orange, Lemon, 3, 4) or light a bunch of citrus fragrance candles. Litha is a fiery and sunny celebration so light up things that remind you of the sun and help evoke solar energy! (Candle orders 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

make sunscreen potion I make my own body creams and lotion mixtures for each season. Some oils like jojoba and argan naturally help block off UVs but I'm unsure if it can help as much as a good sunscreen (I'm not a dermatologist lol). Sunscreen is really important to help protect your skin from the sun and I learned that its good practice to use it in almost any sunny season. I just forget so I have to sneak it into a lotion. My sun cream concoction usually consists of: -Argan or jojoba oil -Sunscreen SPF 50 -orange, lemon, ginger fragrance oil (Very little drops each). -Gold mica powder -Bronze or orange mica powder For something more cooling: -melon fragrance oil instead of the citrus and ginger. Peppermint essential oil. -white pearl mica powder. For something more energetic yet also warding of insects: -citronella and lemongrass essential oil with a few drops of grass or rain fragrance. -green pearl mica powder

Make snacks while doing crafts! Sunflower seeds! Salt Water Taffy! Shark Gummies! Spicy Chips! Mango Sriracha Hummus! Jalapeno Poppers!

Decorate your altar! Coat it in flowers like Day Lillies, Sunflowers and Roses. Burn incense like amber, strawberry, citrus. Use fiery or summery colors

Have a bonfire if possible If you don't have the garden space have a tabletop bonfire. (If you don't have a safe space to do this then you can make electric paper lanterns!)

Make magical smores

Midnight Spell: Focus on what you would like to prosper or thrive in. Litha is great for prosperity spells. If you do this in an activity instead of just visualizing, make a tabletop bonfire or a fire pit and build your pit with the energy likeness of the thing you would like to thrive in. The fire is you thriving. Feed the fire and dance around it. Being a bartender I like to make my own drinks. One way I like to do a spell is magically charge/bless a shot of a mix I make then take it! This can be an alternative if you can't have fire around at all: Litha Shot

Infuse tequila in a jar of sliced orange bell peppers, half an orange habanero pepper sliced and crushed tangerines. Take it as a shot with a lemon. Charge with carnelian on the lid overlnight.

If you like drinks that are sweeter make a simple syrup with 1/3 cup sugar and 1/4 cup orange or mango juice. Let simmer until dissolved. Take the syrup and fill a jar with it 1/3 of the way. Put sliced mangoes, oranges, candied lemon peels and a tiny bit of cinnamon in the jar. Fill the rest with white rum or any liquor of your choice. Shake and let it sit over night. Charge with a citrine, sunstone or yellow calcite by placing a crystal on it's lid. Chase with lemonade or orange juice if you don't like the bitterness of alcohol (though the syrup will help to make it smooth).

If you don't like drinking at all then this can work with orange juice, sun tea or lemonade charged with intention.

Litha Day

(Wednesday June 21st 2017)

Go on a journey! If possible take a trip to the beach! Hiking and just spending time outside where it's sunny is nice too.

Grill! Eat at a grill or use your own grill for an outdoor meal!

Charge any magical tools in the sun! Some crystals fade in sunlight but leaving them out for a few minutes (less than 5) shouldn't do too much harm. Make sure to research your stone if you want to leave it out in the sun for a bit!

Make sun tea Tip: Don't abandon this for days or else you can make a bad concoction. (of bacteria lol). Let the sun steep your tea! Make wonderful summery blends like hibiscus berry or peach roobois or lemon black tea. Serve it iced or with fruits!

Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables! Eat watermelon to help keep cool (plus its pretty and bright red) offer some watermelon and summery or tropical fruits to the fae if you work with them.

Charge yourself in the sun Soak up the sun's rays. Do sun channeling! Wear sunscreen pls

Sun ritual: To Prepare: apply sunscreen to your whole body that will be exposed. Get a blanket and a citrine or yellow calcite stone. Also get some water to help keep hydrated. Take a blanket or just lie down in the earth if you feel comfortable enough doing that and soak in the sun to channel it's energy. Take a citrine stone and place it on your navel. Charge your solar plexus energy and let the sun enter you through there. Visualize the aspects of yourself thriving while under the sun. Release powerful intentions afterwards through visualization or a candle focus spell using an orange, red or yellow candle. (white is always an ok subsitute)

Wow!

I get to do a crystals lesson for the nature camp I work at this summer and I'm so excited!! I'd love any suggestions you might have for what to include in the lesson ^.^ I plan on showing them the most basic crystals that I have in my possession such as calcites (green and honey, while mentioning the other colors), amethyst, heat-treated and genuine citrine, lots of clear quartz in all its forms (tumbled, raw chunk, self healed point, natural wand, even a little crackle quartz marble, and natural milky quartz found in forests or lakes), rose quartz, and a few really cool ones like raw malachite, selenite tower, aragonite star, and labradorite. Plus a handful more! I hope to review the hardness of each mineral, how it interacts with water, it's cleavage planes (or fracture), crystalline structure (how it makes its shape), it's basic chemical composition (to explain what element makes it the mineral that it is, especially what gives it its color, and if it's silica based like a quartz or calcium based, etc.), and the process it goes through to become that crystal (heat, pressure, etc.). I would also love to start doing research to learn how some of these crystals were used primitively! I'm completely avoiding the metaphysical and spiritual aspects of it for this program, btw!

What makes me Happy:

Fluffy

Tom Hiddleston (and ANY of the characters he acts as–especially Loki)

Loki

Writing and singing!

Writing a paper for class and completely demolishing it!

Singing for people who have never heard me sing before and making them cry/feel something.

Mythology (namely Greek and Norse)

Getting new books!

My friends!

Disney!

Going to the airport, that rush of adrenaline that you get knowing you’re travelling and you’re gonna have an awesome time and gain new experiences!

Autumn and Spring!

Flowers! (Namely roses, baby’s breath, and white daises)

History in general! But what I love is the time of the Vikings (so like…8th-9th century beginning) and the Victorian-Edwardian era of Europe!

Crystals! (Citrine, Silver and Rainbow Moonstone, Emeralds, Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz, and there’s one that I absolutely love, but I don’t know the name of! It’s a black stone, but in it, it looks like captured stars!)

Shiny rings and necklaces! I like shiny stuff.

Really, really old books–like, the kind where the pages are turning orange and the cover is worn out and cracking; it shows that someone really loved that book enough to hold onto it and read it again and again!

Peppermint vanilla mocha!

Milk chocolate ANYTHING

Macaroons and brownies and cheesecake, oh my!

Marble–usually white marble with grey veins–but I absolutely adore it and I want it everywhere in my future home!

Big windows letting in bunches of natural light!

Hot showers after a really long day, getting out and feeling clean and ready for bed!

Alternatively, cold showers after working out, getting out and feeling refreshed!

The beach!! Laying out on the beach!! Sharks teeth on the beach!! The little shops at the beach!!

Crystal shops! (Good ones)

Organizing my little areas and checking off all of my responsibilities for the day.

Swimming to the bottom of my pool and those few moments when I’m just suspended in water, completely engulfed, and I see little bubbles involuntarily escape my lips or my nose!

Swimming in the later afternoons, when the sun is low through the trees and creates little broken waves in the water and I come up for air in a little pool of light! It’s almost like the sun is winking!

Looking through old pictures in giant bins we have (we’ve got like, four or five–plus or minus a few books–and they’re huge) because mom loved buying the disposable cameras when I was little! Going through them and remembering those moments–or being told stories of those moments.

Decorating for Halloween!! I would literally beg mom and dad in September to put up the Halloween decorations, and like, second week in they would always agree! I love setting it all up and then sitting down that night and watching the entire living room glow orange from the tree and the big, glowing pumpkins we have up!

Going for walks when it’s chilly outside and bundling up!

Blanket scarves!

Cinnamon-Sugar baked Pumpkin seeds!

Picking out the pumpkins after going on a hayride and trying to find the biggest one! (Or the biggest one that I can carry)

Learning about the Baroque composers and listening to their music ( J.S. Bach, Vivaldi, Handel, Telemann, Monteverdi, Albinoni, etc.)

Ivy climbing over older Victorian houses!

Chicken Salad! (Not with grapes in it–that yucky.)

Crab, Lobster, shrimp, salmon, flounder–and I feel guilty about this, but I’ve eaten mako shark before and it was good.

I love seeing squirrels, cats, hawks, deer, foxes out in nature!

People being nice to other people

Reading back over my own writing and rediscovering how good I was/am at it–not to be vain–but just like: “I wrote that?! What?! That’s too good!”

Harry Potter before everyone died.

Game of Thrones! (In this house, we are TARGARYENS. And, well, we also root for the Starks, buT THE TARGARYENS.)

Little day trips with my friends to the mall or out to eat somewhere!

Similarly, sleepovers with my friends where we stay up late and do fun stuff!

NEW YORRRRKK! And definitely Broadway and Times Square! Those bulbs and the buzz of activity and huge cool stores and new experiences always jazz me up!

Sherlock Holmes! And classic literature like Wuthering Heights, The Scarlet Letter, Emma, Candide, literally all of Shakespeare’s stuff (especially Antony and Cleopatra!) Frankenstein, Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Dracula, The Journals of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde! Literally everything except for Mr. Dickens–he’s too sad for moi.

When it starts to snow and we go for a walk while the little flurries flutter down from the clouds!

Sitting down at night in the living room (and Fluffy sitting in my recliner with me–mostly because I steal her favorite blanket and put it on the end of the ledge…thingie…and she sits on it!) at night and watching our favorite shows–be that Forged in Fire, Last Chance U, The Defiant Ones, Game of Thrones, Alone, Broadchurch, or any other silly show we find ourselves watching! We have the warm glow light bulbs and we strung some Christmas lights over our ‘logs’ in the fireplace and turn that on too, so the whole room is just washed in this beautiful, warm, golden bath and it’s so, so cozy.

Going to little antique stores and finding something you’d never thought you would find–or never expected to find.

Really, really cold Diet Pepsi Cherry.

The fountain drinks from Sheetz that you can add Cherry and Vanilla to! I usually add a lot of both to it–usually to Diet coke–and get the bigger drinks!

Brewing spiced tea in a teapot

Bottling and organizing spices in the kitchen!

My William Shakespeare bust at my desk (he yells at me when I don’t write enough)

Finally laying down at night and daydreaming to fall asleep!

Eating little snacks–like some hoop cheese and an apple–for snack!

Going to my Grandma Bonnie’s house and then going out to lunch with her at the Graham Soda Shoppe and getting two hot dogs all the way and splitting a basket of onion rings with her! Then, hitting Tasty Bakery right next door and getting some yummy treats!

The hot chocolate at this one specific bakery on I-70; it’s the greatest I’ve ever had, I swear it! Nothing can top it!

During winter break last year, I was performing with a group of other girls and I got that hot chocolate before rehearsal, and then we sat and watched the few acts before us perform–the house was beautifully lit golden and it just made me feel at home.

France and England!

Taking bunches of pictures during the day, on outings, and then at night looking over them and laughing!

Hotels that serve warm cookies at night!

Peppermint sticks!

Dipping slices of warm hoop cheese in ranch–I always did it at my Pawpaw’s house when we’d have these big lunches, and then we’d all go swimming in his pool or lay around the living room–that always reminds me of those times.

Pineapple pizza! (No ham tho)

Going to the movies late at night and seeing an awesome one, then going to McDonalds and getting a M&M McFlurry!

Getting my nails done!!

Always having something yummy to eat at home

Mattress foam flip flops and my awesome swimsuit! (Er–it flatters my figure)

Shark Week!!!

Getting my makeup On Point.

Nerding out with other theatre/musical nerds in person and singing duets with them (because none of my other friends will sing with me). There was this one guy in my chorus I sang “All I Ask of You” with and it was SO GOOD; we loved it! Every time we saw each other I would be like: “Saaaay yoouu love me every waaaakeeeinngg mommennntt–” we were awesome and I really miss that.

Going to the theatre and seeing musicals with my mom–that’s always fun! Last time, we got these huge cupcakes since my blood sugar was low–I think we saw Matilda (it was okay).

Ironing my dad’s shirts for my mom so she doesn’t have to after she gets home from work.

The smell of sage burning

The smell of coffee being made–like, Tim Hortons and Harry & David’s coffee!

Doughnuts with chocolate icing on top and vanilla icing inside! (We call that the manager’s special)

Chick-fil-a sandwiches and fries!

Vanilla cupcake cookie goldfish!

Trying on an outfit for the first time (that you planned in your head the night before) and it looking even better than what you imagined it to be!

Lavender!

Those purple vines/flowers that bloom in the Spring and hang from trees!

Golden sunsets!

Cats doing funny stuff–or cute stuff–or just being cats in general!

Mother of Pearl inlays, pearls, and white fire opals!

People getting me flowers! (It’s only happened once, and they were given to all the Seniors, so I don’t know if it counts, but…I really loved it!)

Yellow/mustard shirts and dresses!

Velvet!

Red and gold stage curtains on a dark stage with remnants of ten different types of colored duck tape.

Crisp sheet music–clean lined and dark inked!

Alternatively, used sheet music–faded out a little, written on with pencil and once accidentally with pen, crinkled pages dog earred and maybe a staple or two barely hanging on.

The absolute applause after you know you just kicked ass on that song!

The confidence and the way my voice swells so powerfully when I perform!

Gold plated–or gold–anything.

Rocco/Baroque style decorating, clothing, anything!

Watching the clouds drift by when floating on the surface of the pool.

The trees finally turning color in the fall!

Riding around in the Impala (just make sure to put on some sunscreen!)

Downloading new songs to my phone and then really listening to them that night when I’m laying in bed daydreaming.

Ghost tours in old towns! (We’ve done Charleston, South Carolina; Wilmington, North Carolina; Savannah, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; St. Augustine, Florida!)

Taking showers while the sun is still out and it’s kinda daytime!

Staying out all day with my friends and coming home when it’s kinda dark outside/driving home with my friends when it’s sunset.

Visiting/going to old castles and mansions! (Biltmore has been the best thus far!)

Curling up in bed on a really cold day outside, and feeling warm on the inside!

Making cookies/baking pastries in the oven and them turning out wonderfully!

That’s all I can think of right now–and my gosh–I know there’s more! I’m just so tired from all that travelling! I hope you feel better after this, my friend!! I wish you all happiness!!

Prior to my meeting with Mazz, my nails were in need of some serious rehab and still maintained some residual staining from a blue polish I’d sported weeks ago and rough around the edges in general. However, Mazz did say I had beautiful nail beds, so I’m still very much floating on that high—even if I’m a tad disbelieving. Next, while Mazz cut, clipped, and buffed my nails to perfection, came the extra-fun part. (Again, hello Monday!) To amplify its effect, Mazz suggested accenting my crystal kyanite mani with clear quartz. Oh, and here’s a fun and fact—each and every crystal Mazz works with, in addition to those within her product line, are blessed by a shaman prior to shipment.
