Don’t let boredom sneak in. Keep making space for fun and play in your relationship. The kid in you looks for a playmate.

When couples play together, they stay together.

TS4: Guitar Gibson Les Paul - Functional & Deco
Sul sul ^^
A long time ago (sorry), I got the request to also create a cc Gibson Les Paul guitar.
I tried a few times, but didn't like the result. But now I was finally able to do it :) So here it is! :)
There's the functional version, and also a decorative one to hang on the wall.
They're both Base Game compatible, and there are 30 swatches :)
Tumblr media
Type "channel4sims - guitar gibson" on buy mode and they'll show up :)
Note: This is a high poly object.
If you want to download my previous guitar, here it is: Fender cc guitar :)
I hope you'll enjoy it a lot! ^^
There are more cc coming soon :)
Happy Simming ^^

_____ can look like lots of things.
Enrichment can look like lots of things.
Some things can be either not enough or too overwhelming. Do things that interest you and that you find genuinely enjoyable.
- Listening to music
- Reading books, poetry, or articles
- Creating art
- Journaling or creative writing
- Playing video games
- Cooking a meal
- Learning a new language or skill
- Using fidget toys or puzzles
- Tending to plants or animals
- Spending time outdoors to people watch or exist in nature
Socialization can look like lots of things.
People have varying social needs and levels of comfort. That's fine.
- Spending time with an animal
- Talking to people online via social media or in a server for your community or interests
- Playing video games in multiplayer
- Voice/video call with someone
- Having a date night... or having sex, if that's something you're into
- Running errands with a friend or other unstructured time to hang out
- Inviting friends for a meal
- Being part of a D&D group
- Showing up for therapy appointments
- Going to a weekly meet-up (support group, walking club, hobby club, community, etc.)
Physical activity can look like lots of things.
It doesn't have to be a boring chore that you hate. It doesn't have to be highly demanding.
- Yoga or stretching
- Using a treadmill or cycling machine
- Taking a walk around your neighborhood or downtown and window shopping
- Taking a hike in nature
- Going for a run or bike ride
- Bodyweight or weight lifting
- Longboarding, roller blading, etc.
- Dancing
- Intense sports like martial arts
- Clubs or classes for fitness
Rest can look like lots of things.
Your brain needs rest as much as the rest of your body. You need more breaks than your standard night of sleep.
- Taking a nap
- Meditation
- Daydreaming
- Listening to lo-fi or ASMR
- Taking a bath
- Idle, calming activities like coloring
- Sitting/laying outside in fresh air
- Having a movie night
- Canceling those plans
- Temporary social isolation
Self care can look like lots of things.
Sometimes it's being soft with yourself, sometimes it's being tough.
- Meeting your needs from the other lists
- Making an effort to listen to body signals
- Making an effort to recognize and feel emotions
- Eating comfort food
- Letting yourself buy that thing
- Changing up your appearance (in ways that help you feel refreshed, confident, or for self-expression--not to enable insecurity)
- Setting (and enforcing!) boundaries in your relationships
- Taking a step towards improving your quality of life (set a small goal to drink more water, make an appointment, quit a harmful habit, etc.)
- Holding yourself accountable for responsibilities that impact your QOL, how you plan/schedule and use your time, confronting difficult situations rather than avoiding, etc.
- Taking time off from responsibilities as needed to prevent burnout
And many of these categories overlap. Sometimes you can meet multiple needs at once and sometimes your needs will conflict.
Practically nobody can keep all of these things in balance all of the time forever. Of course it's harder when we have to work and pay bills, and of course it's harder when we're disabled and spend energy on... living. But! Keep your "but"s and "what if"s and antagonistic hyperspecific and self-referential takes off of this post. You are a mammal and you need to act like it, so to some degree you need to meet your needs across all of these categories the best you can.

How do I regress without age regression gear.? also I have another question am I valid if I don't want regression gear.?
Tumblr media
Hi there anon. You’re completely valid if you don’t want regression gear. Regression looks different for everyone, and you aren’t required to like something just because it’s popular.
Here are some ideas for things you can do without regression gear that might help you regress:
Playing on a playground
Listening to kids’ music
Cut your food into cute shapes
Playing video games. There are plenty of free browser games available
Draw or doodle
If you have a pet, you can play with them
Go outside and explore
Playing pretend (if you’re able to). @chompchompchu has some pretty good guides here
Watching cartoons
Printing out coloring pages or work sheets to color/work on
Act as childish as you want. It’s okay to be silly
Build a blanket nest/pillow fort
Try to make your own slime. You can find lots of recipes online
Go to the library and borrow some books
Make and play with some play dough
If it rains, you can go out and play in the puddles
Play with water
Watch videos on YouTube
Make your own playlists
Play with paper dolls. You can either draw your own or print out some from the internet
Make a small-themed moodboard
Do your hair in a cute way
Sing songs/nursery rhymes
If you want to regress to a really tiny baby/infant, @little-silly-bear has a post with activities here. Some of them require gear, while others don’t.
