Ideal
Ideal MBTI formula according to my conspiracy theory friend.
(we still debate about this, maybe time will tell =D)
1a. Introvert 1b. Extrovert
2a. Intuition 2b. Sensing
3a. Thinking 3b. Feeling
4a. Judging 4b. Perceiving
Ideal MBTI :
No 1 & 4 is ideally different  No 2 is ideally exactly the same No 3 can be the same/ different
Example:
ISFJ is ideally match with ESFP/ ESTP
However ISFJ is not ideal with personality example below because no 2 factor.
Ie. INFP/ ENFP/ ENTJ/ ENFJ
According to the formula above, this is my understanding: INFP is ideally match with ENTJ/ ENFJ ENFP is ideally match with INTJ/ INFJ ENTJ is ideally match with INTP/ INFP ENFJ is ideally match with INTP/ INFP
Sensing vs Intuition most likely clash, ie. one is thinking practical & literal, the other one is abstract & imaginative.
Moreover, No 1&4 -  if both are the same- most likely they won’t grow to be the best version of themselves because it’s similarity factor. We will tend to be righteous & find a friend who is agree with us all the time.
According to TRUITY website: Kindred Spirits
People of the following types are more likely than most to share the XXXX values, interests, and general approach to life. They won't necessarily agree on everything, and there's no guarantee they'll always get along, but they're more likely to feel an easy rapport and have plenty of things in common.
Intriguing Differences
People of the following types are likely to strike the XXXX as similar in character, but with some key differences which may make them seem especially intriguing. The XXXX may find people of these types particularly interesting and attractive to get to know. Relationships between INFPs and these types should have a good balance of commonalities and opportunities to challenge one another.
Potential Complements
XXXXs may not feel an immediate connection with people of the following types, but on getting to know each other, they'll likely find they have some important things in common, as well as some things to teach one other. Although people of these types may not attract the XXXX initially, their relationships present a lot of potential to complement and learn from one other.
Challenging Opposites
People of the following types present the most potential for personality clash and conflict with the INFP, but also the best opportunities for growth. Because people of these types have fundamentally different values and motivations from the XXXX's, initially, it may seem impossible to relate. But because they are so different, their strengths are the XXXX's weaknesses, and if they are able to develop a relationship, they can learn a tremendous amount from each other.
Note:
However don’t take MBTI test seriously though is widely known test for entering corporate job or finding your self, soul mate or other references.
No such thing as happily ever after in this dystopian world. Although your MBTI is perfectly match, not necessarily it’s going to work.
Human are more complex than 16 personalities and other theories/ predictions. Any life Relationships after all is a constant hard work, commitment, and faith til the end of the time. People change overtime, for better/ for worse.
What is IDEAL? Do you have to meet someone similar to eliminate problems? or find someone who is different/ complements/ challenging to grow to be a better version of yourself? I believe vision/ mission/ purpose/ principle has to be on the same page. For a family/ company/ nation to be great, it takes a lot of management work with people in diverse skill set.
However, most of us crash and burn badly because our own ego, emotion, expectation and others selfish ambition.
Note to self : If only we can master ourselves to be wholesome, we can manage the most difficult people and most likely the rest will be just fine. Because you won’t be affected with what other think of you and you can manage yourself in all situation. If everyone wants to be a leader, then they will fight to get into the top and worst case kill each other. If everyone just want to be a follower, then everyone just doing what everyone else does and going nowhere like a headless chicken.
We need one another, a leader will need a follower too, a leader to be advanced needs to humble themselves and learn from others and raise a future leader, so it’s a sustainability process.  For growth, a follower can't stay in their comfort zone all the time, they have to learn how to advancing their skills or learn a new skills. By time, they will eventually become a leader too either in small scale or large scale. But first we can always learn how to lead ourselves by managing ourselves (time, discipline and all that) It won’t be easy, but lots of things that are worth doing aren’t easy. It just takes commitment, discipline and most important, faith that it’s all going to work out. ― Jason Fried
“There are many things worth living for, a few things worth dying for, and nothing worth killing for.” ― Tom Robbins
Lastly, I think the best life test is when a person in the pit situation and when they're on top. Give them money or don't give them any money/ nothing. Such situation will reveal the person character the most. No need a fancy golf hangout clubs or other social gimmicks to know someone's character.

W1 - Intro to Technopreneurship and Test Results
In our first week, we did a different kind of test which is the personality test, the bank code, and the innovation mindset. The result of my personality test is Defender (ISFJ-T), it seems like I agree with the result because it is really that I am ambivert (both introvert and extrovert), and a more observant, almost have a feeling rather than thinking, judging rather than prospecting, and more turbulent. In the the result of the bank code test, it seems like I don't know if its true or not, I am not that confident in the result, the AKNB, which I don't think that I am confident in being a competitive and a influential person. Lastly is the innovation mindset level which is 64%, it seems like I am lacking about something I didn't know. In the following day in a week 1, we did tacle about the overall introduction to technopreneurship and learned about the format of what is being need to do to start something. We did also a temporary making of a groupmates to be able us to speak of one another comfortably.

How does the test work?
Creative people are always changing because they tend to avoid habits and routines (Gregoire, 2019). I have seen that though my own research into how I have found time management methods. Methods that worked for me better last year do not this year. Although creative people constantly change, at the core each person has unique motivations and outlook on life (Gregoire, 2019). Therefore, to find out how I can help my audience I will need to look at what makes the person who they are. This will give me the information I need to point towards the methods that will best help them.
For the creative types test, Adobe creative's main goal was to help the user understand their creative process and potential by giving them a better understanding of themselves (Gregoire, 2019). Looking at how they created the formular behind the test will help me see how I may need to create my tool to understand the user. I will need to look at ways of finding out how someone works without seeming too invasive or boring.
To start Carolyne Gregoire (2019), who created the content for the test, too as many existing personality tests as she could. She then picked out the reoccurring features and combined them with her existing knowledge to get three questions:
Are you an introvert or extrovert?
Are you more intellectual-dominant or emotion-dominant?
Are you a dreamer or a doer?
This became the test's formular because combining the questions geta a clear combination of personality types (Gregoire, 2019). This makes it easier to understand how the test was used to inform the chosen personality trait.
Gregoire (2019) then creates 5 questions for each of the main 3 questions. This formed the base for the test. I like how by splitting the bigger questions into smaller questions, she has made the test less daunting. This also helps the user to fully understand themselves because they may describe themselves as an extrovert. However, when asked more obscure questions about how they act or think then they might discover that they are actually an introvert.
Although answering the questions assigns the user a personality type, she sees them as more of a spectrum since creative people are always changing (Gregoire, 2019). I will need to consider this when deciding how the questions find out which time management tool is suitable because the answers may change every few months. Therefore, I will need to recommend more than one method as suggesting only one method will not work for a large amount of time. By giving the user a collection of resources it will give them the base information needed to build their own time management skills.

Week 1: Know me Better
with Innovation index test and Personality Test
If you read my previous post about myself, this is the continuation to know me more. Hello, my name is Jonathan L. Oyan. A Computer Engineering Student
Tumblr media
I am currently enrolled in the subject of Technoprenuership. My instructor allow us to create a blog individually. During my first week of this blog, I had test myself for Innovation index test using this link https://innovationindex.berkeley.edu/. The other test I had taken is Personality test with this link https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test
Innovation Mindset Evaluation Results
Tumblr media
After completing the Innovation Index exam, I received 74.40 out of 100 for my own innovation mindset level. The highest score I have is 100 in the Innovation Zone. This signifies that this is my area of interest, and I am really motivated by innovation and entrepreneurship. My collaboration received the lowest score of 47.5. Maybe I used to be more independent or capable of doing more things on my own, which is not a good concept because the most essential thing is that we collaborate with people to obtain additional ideas. My trust scored 62 which is good for me because we don't need to trust directly to people because they might cause harm to your plans. Based on my scores, I had realize that I'm strong enough to innovate but I need to collaborate more to my team because is the most important for innovation and entrepreneurship.
My Personality Test
Tumblr media
This is the result of my Personality Test. I am a Protagonist type of person. It says that I am a inspiring optimists, readily taking action to do what they feel is right. Which is really right.
Tumblr media
I got 71% Extraverted. I enjoy doing outdoor activities.
Tumblr media
I got 52% Intuitive. I am very open minded. I value what are the future possibilities.
Tumblr media
I got 57% Feeling. The sensitivity is very important to me because it leads to good connection.
Tumblr media
This is my Identity and I got 51% Assertive. I use to be a confident person rather than worrying.
We individuals have many unique differences. We should embrace it and always good to others to matter what. Always Humble and Kind. These are things that we can be called a productive person.
I enjoyed a lot with these tests. I am so grateful to my instructor for allowing me to know my personality and how did I interact to others.
