I feel so related to Amba in "Raya and the last dragon", to day it was raining and I was just so happy. I imagined being one of them, and I wished I could just run on raindrops like Pranee is able to do! It's such a nice movie I really recommend it to Dragonkins. It shows that dragons also can be different and not only fire beast's. (Sisu is sometimes a bit stupid 😄) but there still so shifting beautiful ^^ please tell me if you feel same :)

THE DRAGON SIBLINGS in RAYA AND THE LAST DRAGON

Pengudatu (Pengu) is a green dragon and the big brother. His power is summoning rain and running through the skies by creating magical platforms out of rain drops.

Amba is a blue dragon with white stripes and the little sister. Her power is making herself glow beautifully like a star.

Pranee is a pink dragon with purple-blue mane. Her power is shapeshifting into a human.

Jagan is a purple dragon. His power is breathing/summoning thick fog that is impossible to see through.

Sisudatu (Sisu) is a blue dragon. Her power is...being a really good swimmer.

(I like how the males are just as pretty as the females. I could only tell who the other brother is thanks to his name.)

“..If Corpse voiced Pengu from Raya and the last dragon..” as in Corpse husband Corpse?? Hmm… I don’t know if it would suit Pengu

It was a tweet I found and though I thought about it, yeah Corpse was not a fit for it.

Honestly for me, a better actor I could see providing a voice for Pengu would’ve been Paul Nakauchi.

He is well known for playing Hanzo Shimada, and I believe that the voice he does for Hanzo is actually quite regal as well as intimidating. It fits him. If anyone was gonna be voiced by Corpse I’d reckon it’d be Jagan or maybe a Druun dragon. Idk

Avatar Raya AU

In this AU every section of Kumandra is a different element nation. Heart is southern water tribe, Fang is Fire nation, Spine is northern water tribe, Talon is constituted by various air temples (but there's airbenders everywhere) and Tail is Earth nation.

Fang nation attacks by order of a chieftain previous to Virana. Unfortunately Virana continues with the invasion, feelong the need to continue what her ancestors started.

Chief Benja tries his best to hide Raya, the avatar, from the eyes of the world until she's old enough.

Almost all of the airbenders have disappeared in search for the next avatar, but most believe they have already reincarnated.

Raya has to escape Heart before the fire troops find her, so she poses as an earthbender and travels trough Kumandra to master all four elements.

She meets Boun in talon, one of the very last airbenders, and learns airbending from him.

Together they travel to Tail where they find an earthbender baby. At first Raya is reluctant but there's not much others willing to teach her. Noi teaches Raya earthbending.

When they arrive at Spine, supposedly a safe space for the avatar, the fortressed is attacked by a Fang army lead by the ruthless general Atitaya (Zhao in this AU) and Raya goes into avatar state for the first time to defend Spine. Most troops are down except for one, where the fire princess, Namaari, was.

Namaari makes it her mission to find the Avatar to avenge the soldiers lost during the invasion to spine.

That also makes it public that the new avatar is among others, which makes it harder for the gang. Tong joins in to help Raya master Northern techniques of waterbending.

They spend a good while trying to find someone who will teach Raya firebending, so that they can stop Fang in their ruthless invasion.

But who?

Cue Namaari being kicked out of Fang's army for questioning the decision to kill innocent people.

Once again, she's out to find the Avatar to restore her honor, except this time, she doesn't plan to capture Raya, but join her.

"Hello, Namaari here"

At first they don't trust her, but Noi does. The baby lets Namaari carry her and plays with her. Skeptical, but trusting Noi, the rest accept Namaari into the gang.

Namaari's firebending isn't as strong now that it isn't fueled by rage, which stumps Raya's learning.

They go on a journey to Fang, a secret ruin where the first firebenders were born. There they meet the last trwo dragons, the original firebenders, Pengudatu and Sisudatu.

They learn the dancing dragon move and Raya masters firebending.

Sisu also teaches Raya energy bending (?) in her search to end the war in a pacific way.

Idk Virana isn't a terrible mother in this AU so why would Raya want to kill her.

Anyway there's this epic battle and Raya takes Virana's bending away, declaring the end of the war.

Also Raya and Namaari kiss.

The end.

Sisu the dragon (her full name is Sisudatu) had four siblings and she's kinda considered the runt of the litter, so to speak.

Her little sister Amba had the ability to glow.

Her sister Pranee had the ability to shapeshift into a human.

Her brother Jagan had the ability to cloak himself in mist that's impossible to see through.

Her big brother Pengudatu had the ability to summon rain and then run across the sky by stepping on the rain drops.
