Hate (affectionate) how it's made so clear from the very beginning of part 1 just how loved Paul is by his family and household. Both his parents, Duncan, Gurney, Thufir, even Dr Yueh all clearly care so deeply for this kid, and we're shown that time and time again.
Cut to the end of part two, and almost every one of those people is gone. The only ones who remain are a weird, came-back-wrong version of Jessica, and Gurney who has gone from mentor to worshipper. Paul goes from someone deeply loved and valued for who he is by a small but caring group of people - to someone followed and worshipped and feared by thousands. They're obsessed with him in a way, as a leader and "messiah", but nobody loves him.
The only one remaining who loves him for who he is is Chani, who leaves him because in the end that love isn't enough to bring who he is back.

Can’t stop thinking about that moment in Dune 2 where Chani is trying to show him the proper way to sand walk and Paul’s sheltered-space-catholic-white ass immediately goes “according to my research 🤓☝️” like boy if you don’t-

Regardless of which story ends up winning the poll (since I've lost all hope for TTPD winning), I want it to have more interactions between Feyd and Paul. I need them to be cousins to be friends, to be brothers yet be simultaneously so codependent and bonded by years of trauma.
Anyway, if anyone has any ideas for interactions/dialogue between these two or between them and their darling. Let me know!!
Meanwhile here's a little snippet my brain came up with at 6 in the morning.
Paul: You know you have to bow to me in the arena right?
Feyd: Why?
Paul: Cause I'm the king and the prophetical son
Feyd: So? I'm older
Paul: That doesn't change anything. I'm king you're my duke. You have to bow to me. It's a sign of respect.
Feyd: I let u have the last ته دیگ that's respect enough.
Paul: You didn't let me "have it" You fought me for it and I won.
Feyd: You got lucky.
Paul: Just bow in the arena. It'll make you more likable amongst the Fremen.
Feyd: who said I want anyone to like me?
Paul: I hate u
Feyd: Sure u do.

Another wonderful and adorable men's haircurling scene circa 1840 by Paul Gavarni, this one in high quality! (Paris Musées). Dated 1839-1841, in the "Students of Paris" series, the dialog goes something like:
How many papillotes are you going to give me, Nini? I'll have read the entire civil code!
Yes but, sweetie, you're going to look so nice!
He has papillotes on his lap, there are curling tongs and more papillotes on the floor. His hair is chin-length, showing how long men's hair is at this time, he's in his shirtsleeves—it's so intimate and cute.
eta: thanks to @daffenger and @sainteverge, who suggested a better translation of the dialog that makes it even more amusing: he's actually saying that they're about to run out of the civil code, which is being used to make his curl papers!

love how in orv you have these voyeuristic gods that livestream people dying for profit and then you read the webtoon and they literally look like they’re about to start playing hopes and dreams and his theme at max volume
honestly my favorite thing ever, their appearances are so misleading, i think id fucking die in the apocalypse not because someone would kill me but because as soon as i saw one of these guys leading the scenario the higher functions in my brain would shut off and id try to pet them because LOOK AT THEM ?
if embodiment of surveillance state and late stage capitalism then why friend shaped????????
