Hello, I’m Eddie Gluskin from Outlast: Whistleblower, and I’m looking for just about anyone, but especially Waylon. uhhh after the events at mt. massive & witness protection modules were put into place (as limited as they are...) waylon, with the emotional and physical support of lisa, go back to asylum grounds and the wood and mountains surrounding it. searching for the- thing, person, creature? -waylon knows he saw and knows shoved him through those gates to get him the hell out of there and somehow didn’t come along with him, haunting him- is still up there. no mention of such a discovery in any of the aftermath reports he’s read, anyway. and after learning the plates owner of the car he drove out of there... they were never big campers, never big on leaving their kids in the care of anyone other than themselves, especially considering what waylon & lisa knew people in power who are entrusted to care for others were actually capable of doing behind closed doors— but he couldn’t bring them anywhere near that place. couldn’t let them see him react to it, could hardly let lisa see it. they’re safe with family, tucked away somewhere they wouldn’t need to even show their faces in stores for months. he said goodbye to them for a second time before heading back to that wretched place, this time with actual support at his side. in an online RV rental provided cash only and buy your own solar panels; freeze dried meals and coffee that could last them months if they pushed it, and more personal protective items waylon knew lisa even owned— lookin’ for the thing left up on the mountain
