murph making egwene the youngest green knight ever inducted is so fucked up he should be paying me in damages. her parents died and she couldn't do anything but watch and all that's left is her little brother, bad at fighting and too quiet for his own good sometimes. so she becomes a soldier. because who's going to do the work if she doesn't! pelor? he's already let her down once. she'll die before she lets him stand by while her brother becomes another name on another tombstone. all of this sacrifice. she gives up her childhood. gives up her faith. and she still can't save him. she's 17 3/4 (19 if you're an adult, because fuck you, who's asking? and who's gonna listen to a kid, anyways.) and she gave up everything already just for her little brother. just so she could be there for him and keep him safe. and he keeps slipping through her fingers. he's bad at fighting and too quiet for his own good and too damn stubborn. he runs into lines of fire to get people back from zero and he's firmly no man left behind and he's so smart but he lets himself be so dumb and she can't do anything about it. so she smokes. and she thinks. and she regrets. erlin's green teen sword was a hand me down from her.

Guys imagine this, the reason stiles isn’t in the new movie is because he became Mitch Rapp. After Lydia broke up with him he met Katrina and she got killed because of the terr0rist attack which transpired to stiles becoming Mitch. Since Stiles real name is Mieczyslaw his new persona would be a nickname for that which is Mitch based on how his real name is pronounced.

it's been too long since i drew The Boy. most people (rightfully) think Orion is kind, forgiving, difficult to anger, and generally a very nice youngling. they're then utterly shocked to discover this kid's wicked competitive streak. you put Orion into a sportsball game and he will spare no one, unless maybe you're bitty lil Bumblebee. nerd immediately switches to jock. there's a reason he makes an effective team leader as Optimus! (and why he's so easily baited by Galvatron into petty little spats he could otherwise brush off) and then he's so annoyingly nice about it afterward too, what a good sport he is, even as his opponents are seething at him.

even surly Megatron won't join a team playing against Orion, he knows better by now. poor unsuspecting Sentinel however gets the unpleasant surprise that Orion isn't a pushover in this situation, right before getting flattened

I know nothing about Darkseif except what you've explained, but didn't you mention he has a son? I submit: Enemies-to-Lovers redemption arc between that guy and Danny.

Bonus, Danny is penpals with someone in the Teen Titans and they've been giving him advice without actually knowing Danny's true power or who the other party is.

HE DOES HAVE A SON!!

Ok so I myself don’t know tOO much about him but the entire thing with his son is a whole fuckin tHing.

In short summary: The rulers of Apokolips and New Genesis were gonna swap sons as a means of a truce (spoiler alert: Darkseid didn’t keep the truce.)

Darkseid took All Father’s son and tortured the fucker and trapped him in so many various torture devices that he eventually became a master at escape. He became Mister Miracle, otherwise known as Scott Free. I know a LOT about mister miracle but he isn’t the person in question here.

The person in question’s name is Orion the War God. It truly depends on what story you read. Either he is able to quell his rage and goes on adventures with a bunch of New Gods and helps with issues that normally center around earth, or he cannot quell his anger and rage and embraces his heritage. He overthrows Darkseid as the Ruler of Apokolips and goes to harness the Anti-Life equation to destroy Earth.

I really haven’t read much that focuses on Orion besides a few New Gods comics by Jack Kirby. They are truly a work of art.

(Orions helmet is sometimes steel, sometimes purple, sometimes blue. Gotta love color inconsistency. Oh and for those who have only watched the Young Justice tv show, that red fucker is what Forager’s original design looks like.)

I love love love the interpretation of Orion in the Young Justice cartoon. His primary debut is in Rocket’s character Arc in the 4th season. The dude is autistic and is used as a vessel to help Rocket grow as a person and help her stop her neurotypical biases. In the show he tries his best to be a good person even though his entire bloodline and race fully goes against that morality. It’s really hard but he grows as a person as well and learns to accept himself as he is and use his rage to help others. (Oh also he’s literally one of the best autistic characters I’ve ever seen in animated media. Like genuinely it made me really happy to see that they went above and beyond and let this man kick some ass and show he’s powerful as hell.)

I love YJ Orion with my heart and soul. That version of Danny I could absolutely see have an enemies to lovers arc with Danny. The comic version is really a pure villain and even worse than Darkseid.

Also everyone say thank you to Jack Kirby for his wild ass designs because look at this fuckers outfit:

He looks so funky. Imagine a man with that outfit meeting Danny. First thing Danny would comment on would be his wild ass clothing choices.

Oh I love the idea that Danny is a pen pal with a titan. Big question is who? It would be neat for Beast Boy or Raven to be his penpal and slowly get some clues that something is off with this kid. Not off enough to say “wow this kid is a superhero.” But in the sense that they might think something is off in his living situation. They’re both glad that they have a friend they can talk to about just mundane stuff and not have to worry about superheroism for the few minutes a day they read and respond to each others letters/emails.

Who do you want to be? (1/1) (Wolfstar raising Harry)(CW: SI | take care of yourselves my loves)

"I really dont plan on being around that long," Harry says. His tone is neutral and even, like this is an easy and forgone conclusion.

"Okay then, who do you want to be remembered as?" Remus replies. It's not permission exactly but it's an invitation, a space for Harry to actually talk and share and be heard. Remus knows what's it's like to not want to here and chose to stay after losing everything. Right now he's glad he did, but he wasn't always.

Green eyes look through scratched glass lenses, a brow furrowed briefly in confusion. "I don't know what you mean," Harry whispers and holds Remus' gaze like it's the hardest thing to do.

Remus takes a deep breath, and once released he offers: "When you leave this world, how do you want your friends to remember you?"

There's a long pause. Maybe breath is held, maybe it's caught in the lungs, maybe it's softly exhaled in and out without any attention to it. But it's the tear that rolls down the cheek of the young boy sitting across from him with his knees pulled up to his chest, arms hugging them as if it'll bring some form of protection that breaks the moment. The tear is followed by another and another and then a snotty whisper: "I don't. I don't want them to remember me all. I can't remember my dads and I think that hurts less. So I don't. I hope they never even think about me," is the reply.

The ghosts of Harry's fathers, of Remus' friends, hang between them. Remus knows that Harry won't care to hear that they loved him and gave everything for him. He knows Harry knows that and it doesn't bring them back. It doesn't change that he grew up in a home that didn't love him, that never cared an ounce for him, that never wanted him. He knows that guilting Harry for these feelings of wanting to disappear because his parents saved him is not helpful. Everyone else has already put the burden of James and Regulus' death on him. Harry looked away long ago now, hiding his eyes in his knees. Remus let's him sit with what he said, and it was the right choice because it allows Harry the space to continue:

"I've tried really hard to be someone I never could actually be. And this... this proves it doesn't it? I'm just as bad as my blood it's in my bones and all the fibres of my beings. It's the the folds of my brain. They would just be... they would be better off without me. I just fuck everything up. And there's no space for me here."

"There's space for you here," is the quick and easy reply and it comes with a brief movement, Remus' hand pointing to his heart. "I believe in you, and I don't ever want to forget you. You are good person Harry, even when faced with what is most desperately difficult," Remus adds. And they both let that settle for a moment.

"Harry, you can say no but, you can come and live with us if you want. You don't have to go back there," Remus offers. It should be strange but it's not.

"But Sirius..." Harry says. It pangs Remus to think that Harry thinks his godfather wouldn't want him. After all this time...

"He wants you there, with us. If that's what you want," Remus reassures.

Harry wipes his eyes and nose on his sleeve. He nods at Remus. "Alright, we will figure it out. Together." Remus reassures and Harry simple nods again.

"I umm I think I'm done talking for right now," Harry says. Remus nods this time, stands and places a gentle hand on Harry's head. "Okay Harry, I'll leave you to it. Tomorrow we can plan for you to come home, if you're ready." Remus says.

And Harry nods again, and breathing a large sigh seems to settle. After a few more breaths, Harry gets up and walks out of the classroom, and Remus moves quickly to call Sirius to tell him to get Harry's room ready.

I would think that Kindle & Orion (@onyxstic's lil' guy) would be good friends lol. They'd probably meet while Orion is exploring this random planet during one of her hunts, they end up in a bit of a scuffle, he convinces her he's chill, and, bc she feels bad for attacking this random child, Kindle heals him up. They end up bonding a bit (Kindle's excited to talk to someone who isn't one of her siblings lol) and decide to meet up every so often to catch up and just vibe tbh.

(I actually adore how this came out bc my shading & backgrounds are usually crap, but they look pretty good in this. this was also supposed to be finished earlier but i just kept adding stuff to it lmao)
