Weird Question to pop out of the Blue BUT- I was thinking about Drawing Tony for an AU idea I had and was wondering if I could take inspiration from yours? (Still haven't Read GGY yet but uhhh- I can still think he's silly and draw him)
sure dude no problem! I'd also like to mention that my design is inspired by @/glitchpunkz design, but also I just had a very similar idea of Tony to theirs while reading GGY and our designs are just similar in general. there are definitely aspects of mine that are inspired by theirs though so. thought I should mention that

like, I get why people don't like edgelord style characters and find them exhausting, i really do. but I was raised by a style of book that exclusively features edgelord protagonists that intentionally bars them from experiencing a single moment of dignity in their entire lives, and I think that explains why I love them, actually

Not to sound like a thirsty loser but PLEASSWEEE HOW HAS THERE NOT BEEN A MOVIE MADE ABOUT PETER AND THE CLONES. Like I know we had Ben/Kaine(??) in one of the animated series but uh IDK MAYBE SOMETHING MORE GEARED TOWARDS AN ADULT AUDIENCE. AND PLEASE DON'T LET THE MCU DO IT FIRST BECAUSE THIS SCREENSHOT HAUNTS ME

WHICH TYPE OF PROTAGONIST ARE YOU ?
healer's burden
most of what i can say here is sheeesh….yikes…..ouch…. so you don't have a savior complex, because you understand that's toxic. you're not here to save anyone: you're here to heal them, with or without them knowing, because you love so much and care so deeply and you're very stubborn about it. there's no one on this earth that you wouldn't give a helping hand to--but it's called a burden for a reason, because this isn't a one-person job. as a protagonist, you're determined and selfless, but as a person, you probably need a break. heal yourself for a little, okay?
the spiteful wonder
ooooh, you're underestimated--and pissed about it. are you a middle child? hm. these are protagonists who get told to do one thing and do exactly the opposite. life is on your terms, not anyone else's. your failures and successes are on the same level of consequence, but you do feel as if something about the world is inherently unfair--and you're just reckless enough to think you can change that.
the prodigy
now this is most like the child protagonist who witnesses complete incompetence and feels so trapped in it that they have to find their way to a better tomorrow (all by themselves). whether it's wit, intelligence, creativity, privilege, or skill, you use your assets to their utmost, usually under the guidance of someone who knows how to hold you back just enough. you've earned your triumphs, and your adventures help you find power and control where before there was none. and sure, the arrogance can be quirky, but like, in very small doses.
