Headcannon that Clockwork and Kronos are NOT the same entity or even a fraction of the same entity. That basically Clockwork, being the Ancient of Time, is the capital G- God Of Time and Kronos is just a strong being that specializes in time-based powers. Like, someone/something that Clockwork blessed with powers, but he went mad because Clockwork sees everything and every time and Kronos wasn’t mentally strong enough to handle that. Also he doesn’t bless anyone else directly, like that’s why he got locked behind some magic paywall
Edit: this also means that the other Ancients blessed the other Titans and that all gods just got their powers through leftover dregs of power I guess. So they all just took the title to rule over mortals like the jerks they were.

Its unholy o'clock and im having normal thoughts like about how Bruce and his family were fans of Velvet and Veneer as popstars. Like yes of course he loved their performances, they were using Floyd's talent. Floyd, his little brother with an angelic voice, sensitive star of their band at a young age.
Of course he connected with their music, it was like hearing Floyd's own voice singing after all those years.
Beneath all that glitz and glam, Bruce felt his brother's melody and loved it just as much.

Oops yes that is indeed a bad news! If Syaoran soundly won the fight last time and now he's even Stronger? No chance! The win rate is not high! Things are not going well at all!
Though that shot of him with the glowing eye? With Fai’s glowing eye? Contrasted against Lava Lamp's eyes squinting in effort and pain? Amazing! Terrible! Awful! I love it!
DID LAVA LAMP SET SYAORAN ON FIRE???
APPROPRIATE! BIG WIN FOR TEAM METAPHOR!
NOW THAT’S A CERTIFIED SYMBOLISM!
OOF didn’t really need Evil Wolverine to pop in and explain Fai’s eye to Fai himself BUT SURE I GUESS HE MIGHT AS WELL AT THIS POINT. He really is almost a parody of himself.
But yes, thank you Evil Wolverine, Fai’s magic gets stronger the more he uses it (and Fai avoided using it as long as possible, but Syaoran is absolutely going wild with it).
I suppose this is just Evil Wolverine’s way to remind us he’s still here and definitely important somehow, and isn’t completely emotionally overshadowed by the whole Syaoran thing.

new rgg fans will never know what they missed back in ye olden days of the fandom (like, 2019), doubly so now that scott strichart's deleted his twitter and jon riesenbach's privated. twitter was so fucking fun and then whatever-the-hell at sega of america happened and caused a fucking snowball effect and now we have shitass localization and resulting discourse that makes every release nigh unbearable, misinformation, confusion, people complaining about "bad writing/mischaracterization" not realizing it's because of the shitass english loc, i'm sitting here like jesus christ these loc bitches massacred saejima's character voice, people will never see him as he was intended, as original yakuza 5 localization Correctly painted him, and now they're coming for kiryu. god help us. we used to be a proper fandom. before everyone was subjected to the remastered localizations and shaky eng characterization. no one had even played yakuza 3-5, people still called morning glory "sunshine" orphanage, kiryu was our only protagonist and people still called him "boring", it was beautiful...
anyway gaiden uses affective instead of effective because the current localization team is full of careless dumbasses who don't give a fuck about ensuring they're using correct english grammar and this is not an isolated incident

WIP Wednesday Thursday
I was tagged by @niennawept to share a bit of my WIP! Thank you bestie!! <3
The next To Partake chapter is getting veryyyyy close now to being finished.
Here is a bit from that disastrous Ereinion POV, which is just that scene from ch40 but from his perspective.
At some point in the midst of him debating with himself, Elrond has come to stand at the edge of the space – just by the screen. Ereinion heard him walk over. What on earth is he waiting for? Ereinion wonders crossly. Elrond’s eyes feel like needles lanced into the back of his skull. He is probably trying to get some attention, and perhaps he deserves it after all that had happened last night, but the way he is waiting for it is irritating. Like a little lapdog. Ereinion can’t remember if it is his own fault for rewarding that sort of behavior or if it is something new Celebrimbor has instilled in him.
Most of the next Boundless Sky chapter is not in a state fit for human consumption, but here is a bit of Thal.
It didn’t make any sense. Nothing made any sense anymore. She’d been the one to warn him not to trust any of them. She’d gotten more and more defensive of Lord Elrond over the past few months, and of everyone really, and he hated it. And sure, they had been kind. But it was a game. He had thought she was smart enough to know that. He’d keep playing it as long as he had to if it meant he was safe, but eventually they’d all get bored of it. Get bored of him. And then they would make up a new game, with new rules, and that never meant anything good.
He yanked a leaf off one of the bushes as he passed it and squeezed it in his palm until his knuckles blazed white.
Lots of very internal things going on in both fics rn, and nothing terribly good, I must admit. 😅
No pressure tags for: @jaz-the-bard @that-angry-noldo @maglor-my-beloved @melestasflight and anybody else who wants to share what they're working on! Tag me bc I want to read it!!

thinking about the implications of the suitless Vader au. thinking about what it means for those who wouldn't have supported the Empire, because the excuse of the Jedi being corrupt was a little too convenient, to see the poster boy of the war movement and one of the most well known Jedi, throwing their support behind the overthrowing of the Republic. the implications of having Anakin Skywalker, and not just the menacing unknown that was Darth Vader, decry the actions of the Order and the corruption of the Republic. how it must feel for Obi-wan and Ahsoka and everyone who ever knew him, to see the face of the man they once loved, standing side-by-side with the man responsible for bringing about the end of it all.

watching an ongoing let's play of v3 and they just finished all of kiibo's free times and what they decided to take away from the fifth one is "wooow haha kiibo's a bad person shuichi has terrible taste in friends!! he sees shuichi as beneath him wow he's doing a terrible job being a person he's rude and he sucks that's so funny LOL fuck this guy" i think perhaps i will just stop watching this series :') they had so much great insight about all the characters and the plot but of course not about my fave :') of course they overlook the line where he literally admits that way of thinking was wrong and he wants to start over.... yes he's not perfect of course that was a jerk move but he's trying that's the whole point of his character is that he's learning and wants to learn.... i thought it was rlly funny the roundabout way he admits he was wrong, and how shuichi doesn't even take it badly he just wanted to know why kiibo used to talk to him like that.... but now every time he shows up they're probably just gonna insult him or whatever :')
