Normalised incest au in which instead of calling kids cute, talking about chubby cheeks and how adorable and sweet and big and strong or whatever they are, people talk about how tight their hole must be, how their soft little ass will give some nice padding when their daddy fucks them, tell them to open their mouth wide so they can see how big a cock they can take, talk about how they’d love to see them bouncing on their cock etc? Rather than pinch their chubby cheeks the squeeze their chubby ass and kiss them just under their chin?
Just Bruce at a gala and stood talking to some other businessman and when they guy compliments him for how handsome his sons are the guy bites his lip, presses the heel of his palm against the bulge in his pants and tells him how Tim looks like he’d have a nice tight pussy?
Youthful innocence is hot, maybe kids are encouraged to be a little chubby so they look younger longer? So Tim’s a bit thicc, the guy talks about how he’s filling his little suit out nicely — ‘lucky man, Bruce, I don’t know if I’d be able to control myself around him.’
Or what if not normalised incest, this is just how the men in those high society circles all talk about their kids? Bruce included, it’s normalised for him — Tim’s just the first kid who grew up in this culture, Jack used to share pictures of a sleeping, naked Tim with cum on his face most galas.
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 yesssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!
either fucked up high society dynamics or society in general making it okay for bruce to be fucking tim. tim especially gaining attention because unlike dick who always insisted on his gymanstics and jason who grew up rougher and admired being able to knock someone's lights out- tim was softer and sweeter. he was softly chubby with a plush stomach and soft thighs and the prettiest lips in the world. he was bright eyed and curious asking the sweetest and most ignorant questions. the rest of high society ignored about how tim's older brother jason hissed about it being an act and that tim was a devious sex obsessed nymphette that pretended to be oh so ignorant of sex while begging their father to fuck him almost nightly.
plently of wealthy businessmen and socialites compliment tim on how pretty he is and how they can't believe that bruce would ever be able to keep his hands off him and that if tim was their son they'd never let him leave their beds!!!
it's common courtesy to get down to a child's level and greet them like that and more than a few gala guests let their kisses brush slightly too close to tim's mouth but so long as they're not brazenly stuffing their hands up tim's sweet dress that makes him look like a cupcake then there was no objection.
tim is such a small child even as he grows and it never fails to garner jealousy from other socialites over bruce because how unfair that bruce has access to a hole that it is almost permanently tight!!

it does genuinely sadden me how much of the coquette ddlg nymphette femcel traumacore culture seems to have sprung out of like, adult women wanting to act like/be treated like children because as children they were treated like adults, in a variety of ways ranging from parental neglect and subsequent parentification to having experienced childhood/adolescent sexual/physical trauma. not that everyone who participates in that subculture has that experience per se but those experiences are clearly a huge aspect of the subculture. it’s kind of a fine line between romanticizing and sexualizing and getting off on your own sadness/trauma to cope vs doing it to perpetuate harm against yourself. well anyway.

Hi! For the top 5 meme : your top 5 favorite books (and why) !
Omg this is such a good question and I'm very excited to answer
The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
This and Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier are the books that made me fall in love with classic literature, especially Gothic literature, as a whole. I read all of Dorian in one sitting when I was probably fourteen and Wilde's prose totally rearranged my brain. I'd never read anything like it before and it completely shaped my taste in media. It's the perfect combination of cutting social critique, existential horror, and almost decadent eroticism that defines what makes Gothic lit so compelling and enduring.
Tumblr media
Mémoires d'Hadrien by Marguerite Yourcenar
The emperor Hadrian was a primary topic of my thesis, so this is very much blorbo from my Roman history. I absolutely adore prose that's almost poetry, maximalist and romantic but still tasteful and intentional. Yourcenar is one of the authors whose style I always want to incorporate into my own. It's also the first book I ever managed to read entirely in French, so there's definitely a proud memory associated with it.
Tumblr media
Lolita by Vladimir Nabokok
I hesitated to put this book on the list because of the cultural connotations around it, but I truly think it's one of the best works of purely psychological horror ever written, a truly masterful use of mundane evil and a study of human nature, how even the most reprehensible monsters like pedophiles justify their own actions and can even be their hero of their own story. I hate how the idea of Lolita has been warped by "nymphette aesthetics" and daddy kink because it's such a chilling and cutting depiction of grooming and the insidious nature of an abuser.
Tumblr media
Paradise Lost by John Milton
Okay, this is technically a poem but it's twice the word count necessary to be considered a novel so I'm counting it. One of my absolute favorite things in the world to learn about is Biblical apocrypha, and the folklore of Christianity, and this is really the platonic ideal of using the Bible as a jumping-off point for beautiful symbolism and storytelling (Dante's Divine Comedy is similar and also wonderful). I love the striking language, but also the weaving of the coolest Biblical canon with a fantastical and emotional story about inevitability and regret and bombastic futility and the seductive nature of being the bad guy.
Tumblr media
On the Road by Jack Kerouac
I normally don't enjoy Beat literature or really most 20th century Great American Novels, but this book always hits me like a brick. The unapologetically romanticized depiction of everyday life makes it somehow brutally real but still almost escapist. It's stream of consciousness at its best in my opinion, honest but dressed up so beautifully that makes you daydream about the best and the worst parts of life in the same way. The only thing I like almost as much as Romantic melodrama is artful ennui, and this is the quintessential example.
Tumblr media
+ Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice
I mean, I think this one is obvious so I didn't include it in the list, but IWTV is probably my favorite book so I'm going to mention it!

i'm so sorry you went through all of that i cant even imagine how traumatic this must be. i really hope that those 'nymphette' girls will finally realise how much harm they do by romanticising lolita, a story about abuse and pedophilia. i saw an underage girl complaining that she gets creepy old men in her imbox which is terrible obviously but her blog was full of sugar daddy posts, photos and gifs from lolita and that really weird soft porn of women dressed like kids and wearing pigtails if you know what i'm talking about, it's very repulsive. the older 'coquette nymphette' women are literally grooming girls to find those things desirable and romantic and its so gross. and obviously pedophiles are the most disgusting and terrible type people and i actually think that they deserve the death penalty but maybe don't post things that explicitly cather to them. our entire culture is based around pedophilic beauty standards, hence the shaving debate from earlier, it's so scary
again, i'm so sorry you went through all of that and even if it sounds like a cliche, you're so strong for recovering and continuing to live your life the girls and the gays love you <3
thank u babe ur so sweet <3 and yes ur so right its sick and sad. glamourising and romanticising that shit for young teenage girls to be seduced by is so sick bc it makes predatory men flock to them and puts them in a very uncomfortable position. the young girls think they will get a dreamy sophisticated young jeremy irons writing poems about them but as we adults know, thats not the case at all and thats just not reality, very very far from it. if these girls learned what these men are like in reality outside of their teenage fantasy they would get grossed out and creeped out immidiately and not want to seek it out. it fucks with a teenage girls brain to be fetishised purely bc of her age/being a teen like her self image will be very bad and she will put all her worth as a woman into her youth and it will cause her so much self esteem issues and anxiety. at least teens nowadays seem to be a bit more aware about this type of thing then our generation was and i see alot of them taking a stance against it and discourage it which im very happy about. say what u will about todays teenagers but they are very much more aware of predatory behavior now and are not as scared to speak up when they notice it which is so amazing and gives me hope

fizzy! 20s, all pronouns
sideblog for my all-time favorite style, fairy kei!
i also store general fancy (ファンシー), 80s cute, and vintage girls toys reblogs here! I'm a vintage toy collector, but lost a large amount of my collection years ago. I got discouraged but recently started over!
i also wear menhera (and am active in the subculture), girly kei (known as larme kei in the west) including himekaji, general yumekawaii fashion, nanchatte seifuku, and have been an aspiring OTT sweet lolita since er... 2009 (listen im a procrastinator, okay? ^^;)! Ex-gyaru, but I still love appreciating from the sidelines!
im a regressor but it's completely separate from my jfashion and kawaii culture addictions. unlike most fairy kei blogs, i dont think a therapist recommended coping mechanism being unrelated to your other interests makes you gross. while id prefer you didnt reblog my uploads to agere blogs and i dont allow kink blog interaction at all, i do support nonsexual age regression. no coquette/nymphette blog interaction please.
DMs are always open to talk ab fairy kei, SPANK!, and vintage toys! Honestly down to talk about any of the things I mentioned tho!

Tumblr's culture on blocking is a little weird to me still. Blocking is a forever ban on interaction so I don't use it for just anyone.
There are a few posters on this website that are kinda aggro and tend to annoy me, they just get the content mute warning so I can see it if it's a post a mutual agreed with. Because yeah some people have good original idea posts but also reply to everyone like a once beaten cornered dog. Trauma makes us all defensive.
There are a bunch of kinks like forcefem or aesthetics like nymphette or thinspo that are a little squicky: that's content mute not block. You never know, they might also like dolls and film reviews.
So the actual blocklist is half rednames, half people who use the doll tag for ddlg cnc/hypno because that crosses beyond personal squick and into what's currently known as consensual non consent but isn't being practiced with the careful scripting and boundaries of BDSM (let alone any concern about tagging it so us non consenters to cnc can mute it).
A final 1% of right wingers who hate anyone not like them - you really wonder what they're doing on tumblr aside from getting angry at everything they see!
-------
I used to have a fairly strict policy about blocking antisemitism but had to drop that last November in favour of content muting all Palestinian genocide content. (aswell as moving any actions offline and getting news from objective news sites - sadly the guardian is still fencesitting).
After getting into an argument about antisemitism a few years ago, I kept a grudge... With myself. And have spent the time since educating myself on the subtler forms and regional variations. As you can guess, it's been a trip since October, really tough seeing nasty habits form in people I respected. Some of them don't know how to be normal about muslims either so that's going to be interesting if they ever do venture into a real life protest.
------
Anti-pro-ship stuff gets content muted because it seems like a lot of intense drama. My belief for art is Lolita can't be banned for tweens, i'd only read a small amount (while bored at someone's house visiting with my parents), and while it was horrifying, it helped me identify that I was in danger from an adult later. My parents had given me the full biology lessons and never broached consent beyond 'people can't touch or see your privates unless you say yes' and not adults you trust getting a little too affectionate.
I don't mind pros, antis or anti-antis engaging with my blog so no reason to block. Unless they do callouts based on really tenuous guilt by association that's just gossip mongering and bullying tbh.
-------
So I think I'm blocked by at least 3 dollblr folks and part of me wonders if I've accidentally said something racist or otherwise bigoted or maybe thoughtless. Maybe they just don't like my dollblr posts, they aren't exactly polished and used to mix doll stuff with tv and personal stuff. Wish blocks came with a reason.
You folks would let me know if I've messed up right?

Birthday Mercury in the 1st House - Incurable Mercurial Style written by astrolocherry
The Mercury in the 1st mind is alive and ripe, the Magician's Hat full of surprise, the Spell Caster, and storytelling wanderess. In a mental state of constant unrest, her nervous energy is a jolt of lightning. Effortlessly enigmatic in quicksilver style, she is comedic as clever, and illogical as rational. She likes the choices that life has on offer, she likes to play, and she likes smart people. You can pin this mercurial butterfly girl up, but you can't pin her down. These various states of mind she abruptly finds herself are only testaments of everything it can do. She is role playing Hermes and the Messenger Gods in the 1st House of self-expression, so she appears to people in many forms at different times. To some as a Guide or Soro Mystica, to others an impish trickster or manic mythic being, to others a cultured , or a school girl in mercurial style. She could be an influential voice in social commentary, an oracle of wisdom and Queen of Mystery Teachings, or she could be a tabloid gossip queen.
The Mad Hatter lost his bearings by adding toxic Mercury to his tea. There can be something wired, wild, scattered, and riddling with Mercury in the 1st house. This is a mind of her own with a mind of its own. The verbal expression tends to be fluent and flourishing, energising and blood brain penetrating, animate, rapid-acting, and sharp enough to cut her own tongue on. A worthy opponent in a battle of wits, be cautious of entering any debate unarmed with this one. She can certainly annihilate with the knowledge she draws like a sword, unexpected and impressive to anyone in earshot. She has a feverishly hot-head and her impassioned speech is catching and influential. The Poetess is the Sorceress, and the Temptress can spell out magnetically erotic hypnotics.
The natural curiosity for life and interest for many things makes the Mercury in the 1st girl 'interesting' by virtue of being interested. Intelligence is based on high perceptiveness. Her will to follow curiosity's lead, and align with the spontaneity and surprise of life is the miracle elixir in her age-defying and ever youthful appearance. And this can work like a charm on other people, she may be routinely underestimated and evade suspicion with a face of innocence. Because she is rarely one to prioritise physical appearance and orderly healthy lifestyle over intellectual satiation and expansion - there is rarely another explanation.
The Puella Aeterna archetype is therefore a potential Mercury in the 1st house role. A bright and intriguing nymphette-like being, she is innocence, vulnerability--

Coquettes and nymphettes eat!!!! all our film inspos eat!!!!  Eating is part of coquette culture.  A heart shaped lolly pop, some fresh red cherries, a coke in a glass bottle, a milkshake & 2 straws and then another milkshake, a picnic on a river bank, buttery popcorn at a drive in movie, a heart shaped box of chocolates.
What we DONT do is bully people for eating!
