EPILOGUE: THREE PEOPLE

Looking back, the incident that turned all humans into supernatural beings was nothing more than a fleeting dream. Although the disaster affected not only Japan but also other countries, human damage was kept to a minimum thanks to the measures taken by "Tokijikuin". For supernatural beings, normal life was returning. Every day was like any other: wake up, eat, shower, go to work.
However, the frequency of "work" has increased slightly.
Munakata was waiting for Fushimi when he returned to his base.
He probably didn't go to the front door to greet him. By chance they met. Still, he seemed to understand Fushimi's mission, he turned on his heel and spoke.

Fushimi began to follow him, his lips curled.

Munakata took a deep breath and shook his head.
"Although 10 days have passed since the destruction of the "Slate", it seems that people's supernatural powers have not completely disappeared. Even when the power of Hisui Nagare, who was connected to the "Slate", and Isana Yashiro, who caused the burst of royal power, quickly disappeared..."

Fushimi stared at Munakata's back as he responded.
Not yet. This means that there will come a time when the meaning of Scepter 4's existence will be questioned.
Munakata is losing his power as ''King''. For him, the "Sword of Damocles" was falling apart, so that could be considered a blessing in disguise.
However, at the same time, it was a problem that would affect the survival of the clan known as ''Scepter 4''. Does it still make any sense to serve the "King" who has lost his power? When all supernatural beings, including themselves, lose their supernatural abilities due to the disappearance of the "Slate", is there really any point in keeping "Scepter 4"?

"You bastard, stupid monkey! Why are you stealing from us? That Strain was "Homura's" prey..."
Fushimi hung up the call without saying a word.
Munakata stood still. His face finally turned towards him. Seeing the slight smile on his lips, Fushimi looked away and said again.
"My apologies."
Munakata said jokingly.
"Didn't you say that the Stain had been captured without "incident"?"
"Yes, it's just the extras throwing a tantrum."
Fushimi responded without hesitation, and Munakata simply laughed and looked forward.
Awashima was approaching from the other side of the hallway. When she stopped in front of Munakata and saluted, she said in a crisp tone...
"Captain. The Prime Minister has requested a meeting. He would like to discuss measures to counter the Strains abroad. Do you accept the request?"
"Okay. Let's go right away."
Nodding, Munakata quickened his pace with Awashima in tow.
Fushimi stopped and stared at his back. From now on, it's not his territory. He couldn't do politics or negotiate because he was tired.
Fushimi thought as he watched Munakata walk away into the distance.
Maybe Munakata has all the answers. What will happen to the world in which supernatural powers have been revealed? How will the clan that has lost its supernatural powers change from now on? Anticipate and then react. Because that's Reisi Munakata.
And Fushimi too.
The PDA called again. This time, he made sure to check the person before answering. Akiyama's calm voice sounded.
"Fushimi-san, I have another report. There was a robbery at the Takeido Ekimae bank. I think it was due to a Strain."
Fushimi snorted and responded.
"Here Fushimi, I understand. I'll be on my way immediately. Please prepare a transport vehicle."
Then, he too began to walk quickly.
Fushimi is also nothing more than Fushimi Saruhiko. Being a supernatural being is just one of the factors of him. Even if he loses his supernatural powers or the world changes, Fushimi will be Fushimi.

Kusanagi finished polishing the glass.
He placed a glass in front of him and two glasses on the other side of the counter, in front of the stool. After placing them carefully, Kusanagi turned on the lamp.
It was left by someone who frequented that store a long time ago. He was a troublesome guy who engaged in various hobbies, but he left the things he collected for those purposes in the store. The reason Kusanagi knows how to use a lamp is because that person forced him to learn.
The glasses gave off a mysterious glow due to the flickering flames on the counter.
Looking at that with half-closed eyes, Kusanagi opened the bottle and poured the amber liquid into the glass.
A voice echoed in the silent bar.
"Wow, it smells good."
Totsuka was sitting on a stool, looking innocently at the glass with his usual kind expression on his face.
Next to him, Suoh lifted his glass and brought it to his mouth.
"...Not bad."
Totsuka held the glass with both hands, but didn't drink it, just enjoyed the aroma. He asked, looking at Kusanagi with a big smile.
"But is it okay, Kusanagi-san? This is an important bottle, right?"
"...Well, once in a while, why not?"
Yes. Sometimes something like that would be nice.
Suoh snorted. He put a cigarette in his mouth and tried to light it, but the lighter didn't light. Kusanagi shrugged, lit the Zippo, and handed it to him. Suoh looked at Kusanagi and then held the tip of his cigarette to the light of the Zippo.
The tip of the cigarette burned red hot and the exhaled white smoke floated in the light of the lamp.
Totsuka rested his chin on the counter and looked at him amused.
Kusanagi also slowly raised his glass, squinting behind his sunglasses. At this moment, the door of the bar opened with the loud sound of the doorbell.
"Damn...! They just stole my prey!"
"Yata-san! There will be another chance! Next time, let's make the guys in blue scream!"
Yata, Kamamoto and the rest of "Homura" entered the bar while chatting loudly among themselves.
Kusanagi blinked as if he had just woken up and looked at them. As they talked among themselves, they began to take positions at the desired locations.
There was no one sitting on the stool across the counter from Kusanagi.
Still holding the glass, Kusanagi stared at the empty stool.
"Izumo."
Kusanagi looked towards where that voice came from.
Anna was there. She was sitting on a stool, silently looking at the glass that was still there.
Her crimson eyes turned towards Kusanagi.
Kusanagi placed his cigarette in the ashtray and smiled silently.
"...Welcome."

From the rooftop of the building, Mishakuji Yukari looked into a large hole.
The hole, which was also called Yomito Crossing or Yomito Gate, was surrounded by a yellow cordon and sparsely patrolled by police. They seemed to be quite distracted, some were holding back their yawns, others were simply staring blankly, and no one noticed the presence of the suspicious person standing on the rooftop, Mishakuji.
That marked the end of everything.
That place has little meaning to them anymore. "Jungle" was disbanded and most of the clan members gave up their power or hid in the world as people with clanless powers. The Green Clan no longer exists anywhere in the world. What's there is just a hole, a tombstone for those who once tried to bring down the world.
That's why Mishakuji holds a bouquet of flowers in his hands.
"...Iwa-san. Narare-chan. Did you have fun?"
Mishakuji muttered that and threw away the bouquet.
As the petals were scattered, the bouquet fell to the bottom of the tombstone as if it were sucked.
"Nagare... Iwa-san..."
Kotosaka on his shoulder shouted in a muffled voice. Birds cannot shed tears. Instead, he lowered his voice, perhaps as a tribute to his closest friends.
As if he was wiping away his tears, Mishakuji stroked his feathers with his fingertips.
Then he slowly turned on his heel. He called out to him as he passed the boy who was standing stunned.
"Come on?"
Sukuna didn't answer anything. He bit his lip, frowned and looked as if he was desperately suppressing something.
Mishakuji pretended not to see it.
Suddenly, he remembered something from the past. Mishakuji also lost something important in his childhood. His family, his first teacher. Everything was taken away by irresistible violence.
At least, that's not the case with the deaths of Nagare and Iwafune. They lived, fought and died for their desires. Although there may be sadness and mourning, there should be no regrets.

In place of the dead who did not give an answer, Mishakuji walked forward, giving his own answer.
Sukuna also wiped his eyes roughly with his sleeve and began to follow Mishakuji. He looked back only from time to time, looking at the hole with a trace of regret in his eyes, but then he turned forward and began to walk with difficulty.

Neko pouted in dissatisfaction, but obediently allowed Kukuri to do whatever she wanted. She was the one who said that she wanted to join the school, and if that was the case, she had to listen to her teacher, Kukuri, because Kuro had told her so.

After properly adjusting her clothes, Kukuri looked at Neko seriously.
"Wow, I never expected Wagahai-chan to move here. And at a time like this!"

"Likewise~. Ah, that's right. The teacher who transferred with you. I heard that he is a relative of Wagahai-chan?"
Neko laughed mischievously.
"Yes. That's what we decided to do!"
"Did they decide?"
Kukuri tilted her head in confusion at the strange way she said it. It was largely due to Neko's power that she was able to do that. However, she had no intention of telling Kukuri that, at least not until her life had completely calmed down.

A calm response came from the back of the kitchen at Neko's voice full of desire.
"It's done. Sit down."
"Hurrah!"
Raising her arms and expressing her joy, Neko jumped into the dining room.
In the chabudai there is white rice, miso soup, pickled vegetables and grilled fish. Those are some of her favorite dishes that she sees all the time.
Neko pinched the sleeves of her uniform and showed off a little at the person sitting there.
"How I look? What do you think of my uniform?"
She chuckled, Kuro walked out of the kitchen and opened his mouth in shock.
"You heard that in the morning too."
"I want to hear it over and over again! What do you think?"
He looked at Neko calmly and nodded slowly.
"Looks good."
Neko laughed as if tickled. No matter how many times she heard it, she was still happy. Even more than his praise for her uniform, the fact that he was there made her happier than anything else.
Isana Yashiro.
Or Adolf K. Weismann.
That wasn't the Shiro that Neko knew. He is a young man of exotic appearance, with silver hair and a white face. It is natural that there are no traces of the Shiro from before, and this is the "real" Shiro.
She doesn't really understand the detailed reasoning. However, either one was fine for Neko.
Even if his appearance has changed. Shiro is, after all, Neko's Shiro.
Kuro took off his apron and sat across from Shiro. Neko also sat between the two of them, waiting for a signal.
"Well..."
Kuro nodded and the three joined their hands and spoke in unison.
"Itadakimasu."
Neko laughed out loud at the steaming white rice, miso soup, and grilled fish.
It is not the pleasure of eating. Of course, that's one thing, but the fact that there were two people on each side of the chabudai she was placed on filled her with immense joy.
If she reaches out, she can touch them. If she smiles at them, they will smile back. There are two people she loves within that short distance.
That alone made her happy. Everything she needed was prepared on that small table. Happiness with a touch of warmth. It was what Neko had been looking for.
Surrounded by her family, Neko, Ameno Miyabi is happy.

Yata got in a fight with someone and now that guy wants revenge. He plans to make Yata suffer and so has to find out Yata's weakness. He was able to kidnap one of Yata's part-time job co-worker and also Fushimi who was also there and got distracted trying to save the other guy. The co-worker just wants to leave and tries to provide what little info he has of Yata. Fushimi is struggling not to say anything cause he knows the other co-worker is wrong about the things he's saying about Misaki.
Imagine Yata’s coworker keeps giving up all this information while Fushimi is quietly sitting there with a running monologue in his head: “Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. I can’t believe this idiot doesn’t even know Misaki’s height to the nearest centimeter. Wrong.” Imagine this post-ROK and some random Strain is trying to get revenge on Homra for defeating their gang. Yata was the point person for that particular mission and so the guy has focused all their attention on him, but at the same time the Strain isn’t that strong and wouldn’t be able to defeat someone like Yata on his own. The guy gets the idea to try and “find out Yata Misaki’s weakness,” like if he gathers enough information surely he can get his revenge. 
He decides to kidnap one of Yata’s coworkers, figuring he can get a lot of information that way. He waits until Yata’s gone on lunch and then attacks the place. As it happens Fushimi was supposed to meet Yata for lunch but got delayed by a S4 incident and he was coming to look for Yata at the store, so he’s present when this attack happens. Fushimi also happens to be off for the rest of the day, so he’s in casual clothes. Of course normally Fushimi could take the Strain down easily but say Yata’s coworker sees him and thinks like oh no that skinny nerd is in danger I need to get him out of the store, getting in Fushimi’s way when Fushimi tries to draw a knife. As a consequence the Strain is able to capture them both, taking Fushimi more as a ‘can’t leave any witnesses behind’ bonus.
Fushimi and Yata’s coworker are taken to some warehouse and imagine the poor innocent coworker is freaking out because why did he get kidnapped by some guy asking about Yata Misaki, is Yata really in the yakuza or something. The Strain basically ignores Fushimi, who is busily pulling a knife from his sleeve and quietly cutting through the ropes tying him to a chair. The Strain starts questioning the coworker, like I need to know all about Yata Misaki. First the Strain decides to try and focus on any relationship Yata might have, like maybe he has a girlfriend that can be exploited. The coworker says Yata’s always stuttering and running away whenever a woman walks in so he’s probably got a girlfriend he’s really devoted to, Fushimi rolls his eyes and thinks ‘no that’s just because he’s a huge virgin.’
The Strain keeps asking, like okay does he go out on a lot of dates. The coworker says Yata leaves early sometimes and says he’s going to a bar so maybe Yata’s into bar hopping (Fushimi thinks ‘that’s just when he’s going to Homra or meeting me’). When asked if Yata has any family the coworker says he’s seen Yata with a little girl with white hair, maybe she’s his illegitimate child (Fushimi almost breaks his cover laughing, thinking the Strain has a death wish if he decides to go after Anna). Also the guy once saw Yata talking to a blonde with huge boobs but he looked too freaked out by her to be dating her, maybe an older sister (Fushimi quietly clicks his tongue, Awashima must have been looking for him). The guy says he doesn’t think Yata has many friends, since he’s so loud and kinda annoying (Fushimi’s fingers twitch on the knife, his brain moving a mile a minute as he’s like Misaki has so many friends he’s uselessly friendly it’s so ridiculous, he only needs me but he smiles at everyone so everyone likes him, how stupid are you not to notice how many friends he has). 
This is about the time Fushimi cuts through his bonds and throws a few knives at the Strain just as Yata suddenly breaks into the room all worried because how dare this guy kidnap Saruhiko and also his coworker. As it turns out Fushimi also alerted S4 after being captured and they tracked his PDA, Awashima let Yata know so he insisted on going in first to help Saruhiko and that other guy too. The Strain sees Yata mostly ignoring his coworker in order to check on Fushimi and wonders where his plan all went wrong, like wait did I just kidnap some stranger and that skinny guy was Yata’s actual coworker, is that it.

“Wooohooooo! Welcome to Australia!”
Hajime: “Welcome to Australia~♪”
Mitsuru: Yeah! I think my pronunciation was perfect! I’m sure our feelings reached the people and land of Australia!
Hajime: Yes. I’m sure your feelings got across just fine, Mitsuru-kun.
The feelings are saying you’re having so much fun~ and you’re so happy ♪
Mitsuru: Heheh ♪ It’s all thanks to you, Hajime-chan, since you studied all sorts of stuff about Australia and taught them to me, y’know?
You could say I’m a master of the Australian language now!
Hajime: Ehehe. They speak English, though. But I’m glad I was able to help. We were working and sightseeing at the same time, so we had to read up on a lot of information.
We know quite a lot about the languages in Australia as well as the culture. Although, I’m sure there are still so many things we don’t know about.
If we were to learn about all of it, the duration of our school trip wouldn’t be enough.
Mitsuru: There’s definitely not enough time for us in the “Late Departure Group 2”, that’s for sure! We just wasted a lot of time sitting in a bus doing nothing!
It was still a lot of fun though! But it kinda feels like we missed out on seeing something we should have seen, so I’m a bit frustrated at that~!
Hajime: Fufu. They should be editing and airing the TV show we were on, so if you’re interested, you can just watch that.
Let’s show each other what we both saw.
We’re also curious to see what kind of experience you had.
Mitsuru: You got it! But before that, we’ve gotta guide the TV show to a happy end!
Hajime: Yes. All’s well that ends well, right?
We took Fushimi-senpai’s plane in the end so it felt like we used a secret trick, though.
Now, Mitsuru-kun, you and your friends in the “Late Departure Group 2” have safely reached your destination.
Mitsuru: “High and Low” is a huge success! We managed to reach our goal in one piece! Mission complete~
Hajime: Yes ♪ To be honest, I had given up on meeting up with you all.
So I was a bit sad but Takamine-kun cheered me up.
He said, “If it’s impossible for Mitsuru-kun and his group to come to us, then all we have to do is go to them.”
No one said that wasn’t allowed, after all.
We were lucky to run into Fushimi-senpai so we asked him to help us and he sent us a plane.
And we succeeded in picking you guys up so quickly.
It was really an eye-opener. I can’t believe I didn’t think of that.
Takamine-kun is really amazing. He’s always saying how he doesn’t want to do anything or how things are depressing.
But it seems he just has a hard time giving up on things compared to other people, in a good way…♪
Midori: All thanks to a certain someone.
Tetora: Hmph, are you talking about me?
Midori: Yeah… All thanks to you saying that stuff over and over every day, it’s basically etched into my brain now.
Like, there’s no wall you can’t overcome with hard work. Or as long as you don’t give up, there’s a chance.
Tetora: So that was actually true, huh.
Midori: It was just a coincidence… I just got lucky this time.
Tetora: But if you had given up, you probably wouldn’t have been so lucky.
Hard work doesn’t always pay off, you know?
But you proved there are times were it does pay off.
I’m sure if you kept working hard without giving up, then–
Midori: Don’t say the rest. I bet we’ll just be talking about the same stuff over and over before we leave for Japan because “RYUUSEITAI” is still at a dead-end.
There’s nothing we can do about that. Don’t use your brain for useless stuff like that and focus on the job right in front of us.
Our task was inches away from failing, so it’s a miracle we were able to stop it right before it did, after all. It’ll all be ruined if you were to make some silly mistake, right?
Tetora: That’s true. Osu. I’ll remotivate myself.
You’re amazing, Midori-kun. You’re always looking at what’s right in front and you can easily decide what you have to do.
Midori: That’s the only thing I can see… That’s how I’ve lived all this time.
I take out the vegetables from the box in front of me, place them in front of the shop and repeat. Then people praise me for that.
It’s not my job to think about where to get those vegetables or how much to sell them for. I don’t have the energy or the ability to do that.
But at the very least, I can place the vegetables in front of me without damaging them. It’ll be awful if someone ate one that had fallen to the ground and got bruised.
I’d feel guilty towards the farmers who did their best to grow them.
Tetora: ? Why’re you suddenly talking about vegetables?
Midori: Oh… I guess you don’t understand allegories… I should’ve known since this is you we’re talking to.
Tetora-kun, you don’t look at things from behind or get suspicious of it. You just look at it the way it is with straight-forward and unclouded eyes.
From your perspective, it must be frustrating to watch us go in circles thinking about useless stuff.
It’s clear what we have to do so we just do it. That’s what you think, right?
Tetora: Osu! If there’s a wall in front of me, I just have to work hard and overcome it!
Thinking about stuff like is it something I can overcome? Why did someone make that wall? Or are there other paths I could take…?
That’s just a waste of time!
Midori: No, it’s important to think about that kind of stuff too… Just slamming your body into the wall that’s in front of you is what a stupid animal would do.
But that’s fine. We just have to come up with the stuff that you can’t think of.
That’s what friends are for – We support each other.

“Oi…” Saruhiko had lamented under his breath with a mild whine in his voice when his hand was pulled away from the soda he had in his other hand and was planning to open. Fresh from the cooler, that his overheated body was desperate to take in for refreshment.
With one hand there was no way he could open the can and this managed to annoy him just enough to finally pay attention to whatever was going on around him.
He looked at Misaki and then the two girls, lips pressed into a thin line of deadpan.
What.
Was this guy really…using him to pretend he was already dating someone? All because girls scared him?
Once more, his eyes darted between Misaki and the girls, back and forth a few times as his mind processed what was happening.
Reasoning the quickest solution to have his hand freed and cola good to drink before it would become unbearably hot, he addressed the girl with a bored and cruel look.
“… Yeah. He’s mine. So get lost already.”

So it would be Yata Misaki/Fushimi Saruhiko from K/K Project except it's a bit slow of a fandom these days :'). So instead it's Marinette Dupain-Cheng/Adrien Agreste from Miraculous Ladybug
9. Fake dating or arranged marriage?
Fake Dating only because there's so much more pining potential, especially if one or both of them have feelings going into it and they both think the other only agreed to it to help them out or to solve their own problem.

Friends to enemies to lovers :3 aka the SaruMi or Catradora school of relationships.
17. Describe a fic that is still in the ‘ideas’ stage.
One of my vague ideas has Fushimi lose his memory and forget he and Yata are not only together, but married – Yata lies that it’s an undercover mission because the last time Fushimi can remember they were still enemies.
I'm also attached to a semi-related idea of Yata losing his memory and somehow thinking he and Fushimi made up and are dating when he wakes up in the hospital, where Fushimi is told to just go along with it because the shock of the truth could hurt Yata's recovery. Then as Yata starts to get his memory back, Fushimi's insecurities have him push him away and say none of it was real.
18. Do you have a fic reading/writing routine?
My writing routine is to find/make a good playlist of unrequited or "hate that I love you" type love songs and then start writing. Sometimes I will bullet point things before starting if I expect it to be a longer fic, but I know my attention span and try to stick to one-shots lol.

   Actually  .   .  .  
   “  Could  it  be  you  don’t  know  how  ,  Saruhiko  ?  “  Yukari  muses  thoughtfully  as  he  guides  Saruhiko  onto  the  floor.  Certainly  there  were  plenty  of  people  who’d  be  eager  to  dance  with  the  Beauty  Angel  ,  but  not  yet.  For  now  it  was  reserved  to  the  clansman  as  his  gaze  fell  to  Saruhiko  ,  his  gaze  bright.  “  I  promise  nothing  too  complicated.  “  He  bowns  with  theatrical  flair  expected  of  the  angel  ,  unintentionally  starting  a  trend  on  the  floor  before  he  straightens  to  let  his  hands  rest  light  yet  steadily  on  him.
   The  music  leaps  to  life  and  Yukari  leads  them  into  the  slow  ,  steady  steps  of  the  slow  dance.  True  to  his  word  ,  he  does  not  rush  nor  dare  push  new  heights.  He  could  ,  certainly.  Even  in  this  slow  melody  there  were  ways.  But  he  seems  to  be  merciful  tonight  in  drawing  the  other  to  follow  along.  Nagare  couldn’t  appear  for  obvious  reasons  ,  the  same  for  Iwa.  Sukuna  was  too  young.  How  lucky  they  were  to  just  gain  someone  of  suitable  ranking  in  the  nick  of  time.
  For  all  their  contrasts  in  personality  and  attitudes  ,  their  efficienty  in  missions  was  something  quite  beautiful  in  its  own  way.  Not  vivid  ,  not  muted  ,  not  pastel.  More  so  like  a  firework  ,  short  and  quick  yet  capable  of  leaving  quite  a  lasting  impression.  An  ephemeral  kind  of  beauty  if  he  really  thought  about  it.  Lasting  a  second  ,  the  duration  of  a  mission  till  once  again  they  took  to  different  fields.  
   Yukari  tilts  his  head  as  he  observes  Saruhiko.  One  minute  of  the  song  down  ,  three  and  a  half  to  go.  No  doubt  Saruhiko  would  slink  off  to  the  sides  if  not  try  to  escape  altogether.  Not  that  the  swordsman  worried  ;  he  was  not  fond  of  chasing  birds  after  all.  “  Ichigen  used  to  encourage  dancing  with  some  of  the  town  folks.  It’s  come  in  handy  traveling  as  well  here  and  there.  It’s  a  surprisingly  useful  skill  among  certain  groups.  “  It’s  a  rare  glimpse  to  Yukari’s  past.  He  does  not  often  speak  of  times  before  JUNGLE  ;  there  was  no  reason.  But  it  might  give  Saruhiko  something  to  focus  on  “  If  you  want  to  learn  ,  I’ll  be  happy  to  teach.  You  haven’t  died  yet.  Not  as  beautiful  as  a  swan  but  decent.  “  Yukari  smiles  ,  certain  he’ll  get  a  scowl  but  paying  it  no  mind.  
   He  had  ,  after  all  ,  gotten  the  grumpiest  of  them  to  dance.  (  And  if  he  was  lying  or  telling  the  truth  about  formalities  ?  That  was  only  for  him  to  know.  )

Autumn Troupe plays Laser Tag (Long Post)
-This is all happening because Sakyo won some tickets in a giveaway, he was gonna use the tickets as a form of reward for good behavior, but Autumn troupe and the director convinced him to use the 'practice'  since they use fake guns in their plays.
-When they arrived Sakyo already regrets this decision, the screaming children and the bright neon lights are bad for the oldman. Doesn’t help that the floors are all sticky for candy and soda.
-The rest of the Autumn are loving it though. Juza and Taichi’s run off to the snack stand for hotdogs and an extra large slushy. Banri and Azami are in line for an arcade cabinet, the former taunting and jeering at the players in front of them. Omi actually stuck close by and is talking about doing a photoshoot under all theses cool lights.
-”OI! You brats get your asses back here! We’re here for one thing and one thing only. Laser Tag.”
Omi chuckled at how serious Sakyo sounded. “I’ve never heard someone talk about Laser-tag so seriously.”
“Fushimi you’re not helping, Nanao and Hyodo hurry up and finish that food so we can go in.”
“If Hyodo gets a snack I want one too!” Banri. “I packed some oranges in the ca-” “Fushimi.”
*Gasp* “How’d you know?! Have you seen any of our plays?! Are you a fan?!” Taichi barked. “Ya’know....” Banri slid in “For a few....I don’t know like a hundred? game tokens, we could give you our autographs, maybe even a picture with yours truly?”
-”Hello! And Welcome to the DANGER ZONE” the Autumn troupe are approached by an employee, “You must be Mankai Theater’s Autumn Troupe.”
“No....I’ve never seen your shows...” The Employee said “That’s the name I put down when booking the appointment you dumbasses.” Sakyo Spoke up.
“Whadaya mean you haven’t seen an-”
“Anyway! Here’s some rules you need to know before entering: Hold Laser With Both Hands. Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah. NO PHYSICAL CONTACT. Players must be careful when maneuvering around interior arena walls. Blah, Blah, Blah, And Have FUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNN!”
- The Autumn troupe got geared up. “Alright while we’re in here it’s every man for themselves. No crying in Laser-Tag got it?” Banri declared. “And don’t even think about ganging up on me, I’ve dealt with hoards with hundreds of enemies.”
“This ain’t one of your video games Settsu.” Juza spoke up. “Wanna say that again blue mouth?” Banri taunted. Juza only glared at him. “That’s what I thought.”
-”You’ll have thirty seconds to run and take cover, after that you’ve entered the Danger Zone! Points will be tallied at the end and we will declare a winner. Your thirty seconds...begin.....Now!”
-”Tsk, you act all grown up Izumida, but you’re still clinging to me for protection.” ”Shut it old man, make yourself useful and be my meat shield.” “Your mea-?!” Sakyo looks down and notices something squishy in his hand. “Is this a diaper?!? Ugh! This place is hell!!”  “Great. Your cheap-ass can save it for when we send you to a nursing home.” “Boy-”
- The Autumn troupe all took off in different directions, Juza, Omi, and Taichi ended up together, Banri went off on his own, and Sakyo and Azami went in the same direction. “You may begin firing!"
-On Juza, Omi, and Taichi’s side of things, they’ve sort of banded together. Juza is on a blue raspberry fueled mission to shoot Banri in his god damned face. Taichi’s having the time of his life, "Pew! Pew! Pew! HA! I GOT SAKYO!”  Omi’s having some difficulty hiding since all the covers aren’t really designed for people his size, but he’s doing his best as a spotter. “Juza! Azami’s coming up on your left!”
-”30 seconds left!”  If you thought this was a battlefield already well now it’s a warzone. Nobody cares about taking cover for themselves, everyone’s just shooting at each other. There’s no such thing as troupe mates in the Danger Zone.
-Banri is maneuvering like a frickin’ pro. Ducking and rolling, practically sniping his troupe mates. “Haha! I told I was gonna school all of you N00BZ! GG EASY PEEZY.” “It’d be great if you would put this much effort into being a leader Settsu!” Sakyo yelled. “G.G. EASY!” 
-”10.9.8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1! Please put your Lasers down and make your way to the exit you entered in so, we can announce our champion!”
- The Autumn Troupe, Exhausted, made their way to the exit. “What a shootout! You all did great but there can only be one winner! Here are the final results! Omi- 29 Points! Azami- 32 Points! Juza-48 Points! Banri-52 Points! and Finally Sakyo! with a whopping 58 Points!” 
“WHATT SAKYO??!!” “The hell?!” “Hmph, ‘grats.” “Congrats Sakyo! Didn’t know you had it in you!” “This is a load of bullshit! I got way more shots than that old man, this game is rigged.” 
“It should be obvious why I won, I have more experience than all of you. So G-” 
“Don’t. I’ll never be able to live this down.”
“Congratulations Mr.Furuchi, as our big winner you win a very special prize! A photoshoot! and a Keychain charm to commemorate the win. Would you like to be the savior? Or the Destroyer of worlds?”
-Sakyo sighs really considering the option to just leave and never comeback or get his money worth out. He chooses the latter, he gets his shitty little keychain and takes a photo shoot with the Autumn troupe as the “Savior of Earth.”

Justice for Awashima Seri
One of my latest posts made me want to re-watch K Project Return of Kings, especially Scepter 4 segment. And damn, there are so many things that happened to Awashima and frankly she didn’t deserve it. I’m not talking about GoRa’s overly disgusting fanservice attempts on Seri, although that’s indeed something that must be protested. I’m talking about how she was kept in dark by her two megane colleagues (mainly Munakata) even though she’s Second in Command of Scepter 4 and someone who has been working besides them for years. After I finished rewatching..... wow it’s worse than I remembered. My heart truly breaks for Seri, and I’m super glad that in the end she got her happy ending (by punching Munakata’s face). Like first, we know how worried she was about Munakata’s state, and after Reisaru’s fight in episode 8, Seri was so worried about Fushimi’s wellbeing and his bedding. Then at the very beginning of her role in episode 9, we have this :

For almost anyone besides Seri, maybe they will not think too much about the fact that they can’t understand what the hell are on Munakata and Fushimi’s heads, after all they’re not the easiest people to understand. But for Seri, it’s quite a new unpleasant territory for her. There’s a reason why she’s the Second in Command after Munakata, why she can easily command the rebel Fushimi without many protests from the said rebel, and why she can work alongside cryptic geniuses like Munakata and Fushimi. From R:B novel, we know that she’s an all-round achiever, but one of her main virtue is she’s goddamn observant. She more or less can understand Munakata’s unique mindset, and she mostly can see right through Fushimi’s bullshit. She more often can hit ‘100 point mark’ regarding the enigmatic Munakata and the ‘absolute tsundere’ Fushimi than any other human being except each other. Like on Munakata’s case, we have this :
Yoshino continued. “An ordinary man would have an interest in nude females, I think, but this is the Captain we’re talking about… How is it for him, what do you think?” She looked up at Awashima.
Awashima’s lips curved into a stiff smile as she took her time to think.
Then she drew a breath and, “I haven’t given that subject a thought until now. But well, if I had to answer…” She shook her head. “This is what I think: in the Captain’s case, it’s entirely possible that never once in his life he has so much as opened that kind of magazines or, alternatively, stores an entire thousand book collection of obscene materials in his room, and I won’t be surprised in the least in either case. Would this suffice as an answer?” Munakata Reishi’s right hand woman and Lieutenant, Awashima Seri, said with an even more strained smile.
 Case Files of Blue Chapter 1 (and looking at how eager Munakata asked Hidaka to show his collection, suffice to say that Awashima is absolutely correct about her answer).
Awashima: But, well, for the Captain it’s probably of equal value. Fushimi: Of equal value? What is? Awashima: Protecting this country’s peace and fulfilling his promise to a kindergartener.

And on Fushimi’s case :
“…It might not be a misunderstanding, you know. What if I were in cahoots with Homura?” he retorted, lips pursed.
For a moment, Awashima’s eyes widened slightly before narrowing to slits as she humphed letting a slight smirk tug on her lips. “Suppose there really is a traitor who’s trembling while covered in cold sweat; I’d say at the very least it’s safe to assume he’s not switching sides because he likes it. It’s time for your report. The materials are ready, I hope?”
The King and The Traitor 
“It’s hard to call realistic, I have to agree with you on that. And on the off chance that it indeed is a strain’s doing, there is hardly any ground to claim harm sustained from the act. It’s the rainy season, after all. So I do find the idea of wasting time and manpower on investigating this possibility unreasonable, especially considering that we hardly have any to spare, but… if it’s an order from my superior officer, I will look into it though?”
It was said curtly and emotionlessly, but Awashima let out a little chuckle, hearing Fushimi’s answer. “Then look into it for me. Since like me, my competent and capable subordinate, too, seems to be concerned with this matter.”
Endless Rain
Also in anime, she noticed Yata’s worry for Mikoto and informed him about Mikoto’s condition to calm him. After breaking Sarumi’s fight, instead of asking apology, she demanded Fushimi to show her the result of his investigation, knowing full well that Fushimi already did some digging before he confronted Yata. She made the remark about only a King can attract another King. Heck, she already deduced that the reason why Munakata kept Zenjou-san on Scepter 4 is to kill Munakata one day, even though Munakata understandably never told anyone about it. During ROK, I kinda got feeling like Munakata and Fushimi were purposely ‘ghosting’ her, but looking at how observant she is, it’s quite understandable why Munakata and Fushimi kept Awashima in the dark to preserve their secret mission (still jerk move for them though). 
I think that’s one of the reason why Fushimi gave the hint about his secret mission only to Yata. Not only Yata is his best friend, but he also can count on Yata’s insensitiveness, having been the victim first-hand in the past. Like, Fushimi who is surprisingly responsible and dutiful for his job maybe thought “it’s fine to give Misaki a hint, it’s not like he can pick it up anyway”, so he can feel ‘less guilty’ for endangering the secrecy of his mission. Not that he’s wrong though, I mean Yata you’re a good guy but I have to say you really have a fine thick-head for not noticing and still saying that Fushimi betrayed the Blues, Fushimi jumped from sinking ship after Fushimi uttered such a vague sentence and after knowing that Fushimi secretly asked your brother to quit Jungle. Thank God Munakata gave him clear explanation later. Instead for Awashima, she only got this :

In that brief moment of silence, Fushimi let Awashima knew 3 things :
1. He joined Green clan and willing to attack his ‘former’ clansmen for them.
2. Not only joined Green clan, but he’s now one of J-ranker of Jungle. You know, the true Green clansmen, the one they have to be most cautious like Sukuna and Yukari.
3. He allied with one of Green clansman who participated on Anna’s kidnapping and former Scepter 4′s prisoner.
And he didn’t give Awashima and Kusanagi anything except complete silence and green-laced knife-throwing. Mission accomplished! The monkey succeeds on fooling the strong-willed and observant Lieutenant of Scepter 4. Just like the phrase “To fool your enemy, fool your friends”, there’s no way Awashima can perceive that except as complete betrayal. Haha.

Then, after that shocking revelation that can shake someone’s mentality, she still had duty to report it toward her superior. Look at her reaction after Munakata said things about biting the giver’s hand.

(OMG watching that scene after knowing about Fushimi and Munakata’s secret mission made me truly itch to punch a certain King’s beautiful sparkly face).
She blamed herself for failing to look after Fushimi. I read some posts about Fushimi’s betrayal speculation before ROK episode 11 was aired, those who predicted that Fushimi joined Green for real, almost all expected Yata to stop Fushimi and made him go back to Scepter 4 (or Homra). While I understand the potential Sarumi heartbreaking angst and their another flashy fighting scene, I can’t help but think, can Yata do it? Not that I doubt strong bond between them, but Yata and Fushimi are equal in power. Okay, Yata is stronger in raw power, but Fushimi proved himself can accommodate his power effectively to match Yata. We know from their fight in Ashinaka Gakuen that Fushimi’s dual-color status can pass Yata’s defense, just like an attack can pass the defense from the same aura. Then Fushimi got his Green Aura. I didn’t say that Yata surely would lose to Fushimi on that situation, but it’s understandable if he lost and no one will blame him. But Seri? She’s canonly stronger than Fushimi, she’s usually can keep Fushimi on check in Scepter 4 and Seri is his direct superior after Munakata. I think if indeed Fushimi joined Green clan, the ones that have a chance to win battling him are Seri, Kusanagi, Kuro, and Kings. I can see Awashima blamed herself for failing to stop Fushimi and wanted to compensate for that failure by bringing Fushimi back to Scepter 4.
So, as if that burden is not heavy enough, Munakata brought Zenjou to his side and Awashima, who already worried about Munakata’s safety for a whole season and more, got an honor to watch on front seat as this happened :

Her King had a sword pointed toward his neck, but Awashima wasn’t fast enough to even touch her saber. Munakata’s Second in Command, who just realized that preventing her King’s Damocles Down is her responsibility, was shown the fact that she was not fast enough in comparison with Zenjou. Just, let’s imagine some time between episode 9 and 11 Seri looked at her saber, lamented at the fact that she failed to stop Fushimi and she was not fast enough to fulfil her most hurtful responsibility. Imagine Seri tried to get a hold of herself, readied herself to point her sword toward her closest comrades. 
Of course her torment didn’t end there. The Quack Prime Minister fired Munakata from his duty, removed him from Scepter 4. And Munakata, wordlessly, without giving any words or announcements toward his clansmen...

Little appreciation that they thought Fushimi’s betrayal is “unthinkable thing” even though the fact that Fushimi’s status as Homra’s “traitor” is widely known in Scepter 4).

Well, we know what happened after this. Seri and the rest of Special Squad got their first clue about what the heck is happened from a freaking TV, they rushed toward their King, the show was shifted to Silvers and Reds and NO SCEPTER 4 REUNION OR SETTLEMENT EVEN THOUGHT GORA CRAFTED SUCH A BIG AND COMPLEX CONFLICT IN SCEPTER 4.
Well, at least Seri got to punch Munakata in the face, even though in my opinion she truly deserved more after all the shits she had been through.

CHAPTER 12: OPEN A PATH FOR HIM

Thinking that if they met face to face he would say something unwanted, he hid behind the store.
The door opened and, sure enough, Munakata came out. Instead of his usual blue clothes, he was wearing a coat and casual clothes.

The moment such a question appeared in Yata's mind, Munakata spoke.
"Yata Misaki-kun from "Homura"."
He stiffened and cringed. Yata came out from behind the store, toying with the idea that he didn't like him because he knew everything from the beginning.
"Yes, what do you want?"
"I know you were friends with Fushimi-kun before he joined "Homura"."
Yata's eyes widened at the sudden words.
He didn't want anyone to talk about Fushimi.
Especially now. He had no idea what he was thinking. Yata expressed his frustration.
"He's not my friend. He betrayed Mikoto-san and me and ended up wearing blue clothes...!"
"Maybe he has to share my fate in death. I'm sorry if that happens. I would like to apologize first."

Yata remained silent and stared at Munakata.
He enjoys freedom to the fullest with like-minded friends. This way of life suited Yata and he was willing to risk his life for it. He was already willing to sacrifice himself for that.
Maybe that's the case for him too.
He sacrificed himself for the ideals held by his "King". In his case, it may have been "order". Maybe he didn't betray anyone from the beginning. Just because he was faithful to his way of life.
Suddenly, Munakata asked as if he had an idea.
"There is a way for Fushimi-kun to survive. He must betray me and really join "Jungle". Do you think he will do that? As a former friend, you probably know him very well, Yata Misaki-kun."

No one knows what condition Fushimi is in. Whether he was able to escape safely, was killed, or was on his way, it was clear to everyone that Yata wanted to help him immediately.

But that certainly had meaning.

Munakata tried to lift his saber. However, he could not put strength into his knees. Gritting his back teeth, Munakata stared into the muzzle of the weapon that would kill him.

At that moment, he heard a voice from somewhere.
Far away, beyond the fog. A new commotion came from outside the gray world around them. Mixed with the confused voices of the members of the "Jungle" clan, a familiar voice rang out.
"I'm here to see the boss's crisis!"

The clansmen drew their swords one after another, carefully pointing the tips at Iwafune while spreading their swords from side to side as if spreading their wings. They worked together so perfectly that they seemed like a single living being.

Iwafune roared.
A gray mist spiraled toward the muzzle of the revolver. A dense gray aura that distorted the surrounding space gathered at one point, and the moment Iwafune pulled the trigger, it turned into a magic bullet and was released.
It was not Munakata who received the gray magic bullet that contained ideals, setbacks, despair and the regrets of hundreds of thousands of people who were left scattered without knowing the meaning.
The clan members he trusts: Akiyama Himori, Benzai Yujiro, Kamo Ryuho, Domyoji Andy, Enomoto Tatsuya, Fuse Daiki, Goto Ren, Hidaka Akira, Awashima Seri, etc. A supernatural field that developed at the same moment stopped the bullet.

Iwafune fell on his back, his cassock soaked in blood.
The fog surrounding the intersection disappeared in an instant. It was as if the blow of the "Blue King" had opened the world. After the stagnant fog dissipated, a blue sky without a single cloud spread out.
Munakata looked at him and muttered as usual.
"We will advance with our sword in hand, for our cause is pure."

Awashima held his breath and stared at the scene.
In front of her clear vision, the "Gray King" lay on the asphalt. Lying in a pool of dark blood, Iwafune pursed his lips ironically.
"Uh... I can't believe you won..."
His point of view was not towards Munakata, but towards the sky. He was staring at the two “King” swords floating there. The "Sword of Damocles".
"It's okay, Aonisai. Just try to stick to your will and ideals..."
Saying that, Iwafune gently closed his eyes.

He wanted to beat that man.
It is never a good cause. It could simply be Kuro's wish.
But... if he doesn't do that, Kuro won't be able to advance at all from now on.
Shiro's confusion quickly turned into a helpless smile.
"This is the first time I've heard you say something selfish."
"I'm sorry."
"Fine. But in exchange, you must win properly and return."
In response, a smile appeared on Kuro's lips.
"Yes."
"That spirit is good, but..."
As if he was going to pour some water on him, Mishakuji brought out "Ayamachi".
"Kuro-chan. If you don't defeat me, I will immediately chase after your "King", do you understand?"
Kuro faced Mishakuji and silently held "Kotowari".
Defeating Mishakuji means protecting his "King". With that firmly etched in his heart, Kuro inhaled and exhaled silently.

Scepter four but instead of cars they ride buffalos. So now Saruhiko has the opportunity to terrorize Yata by chasing him with the animal. Also, Munakata taking some extra care with his own buffalo.
I want there to be absolutely no explanation for this. Not where they got the buffalo from, not why they ride them, not where they keep the buffalo when not in use, Scepter 4 just has buffalos and that’s how it is (also in my head these are absolutely big fluffy American buffalos/bison, which makes the ‘where did you get these’ question even more pertinent. In completely unrelated news, Munakata has a lifetime ban from ever visiting Yellowstone National Park). Imagine Fushimi’s face when Munakata first proudly shows him his newly acquired buffalo friend, who Fushimi is welcome to name and will be riding around on and taking care of. Fushimi definitely complains heavily about this one, because buffalo are stinky and furry and no way is he ever cleaning out a gross stable. He probably only rides his when there’s an actual mission that the whole force has to be in on, otherwise he leaves his at the stable. And since they have buffalo instead of vans please imagine Fushimi with a laptop perched on top of a buffalo doing support work, with Enomoto and the other members perched on their own buffalo with their own computers. 
Fushimi does learn to appreciate his buffalo eventually though, I bet it’s constantly nosing him and knocking him down because it loves him so much. Munakata praises Fushimi for being so close to his buffalo and even offers buffalo care tips, you just know Munakata’s buffalo even sparkles it’s so well cared for. Fushimi can’t help but get a disgusted look every time Munakata shows up on his buffalo, both of them shining with the aura of the purest of morals. What really gets Fushimi to warm up to his buffalo though is the first time he runs into Yata while riding it, initially Yata just starts laughing because Saruhiko you look ridiculous what even is that thing. Yata quickly learns that an angry buffalo can be extremely terrifying and also very protective of its rider. Fushimi just sits there and grins as his buffalo like chases Yata up a tree, all the buffalo isn't so ridiculous now is it Misaki.

United Brainstorm Part 1
As you can guess, different color represent different aspect in Fushimi Saruhiko and what they hold the most important for. Red is emotion, located in heart, deals with love, care, but also hate and rage.
Blue is ambition, located in brain, deals with pride, desire to get accomplishment, and responsibility
Green is self defense, he's cunning, manipulative, and because of Fushimi's past is overly decisive but his priority is Fushimi's safety of all things. that's why when they're still as one entity, Green is protective toward other persona but when they got separated Green's instinct doesn't identify other persona as things that needs to protect.
anyway as you can see each of them has different things to hold for as the most important aspect. Red is his connection with others, Blue is his reputation and desire to accomplishment, Green is safety, etc
So with Green as of now due to the separation right now he only cares for his own safety?

By breaking did you mean when those aspects became less forward in complete Fushimi's life/personality?
Like Red Saru breaking when he "betrayed" Misaki?
 You can say it like that, personally I describe breaking as "the persona had to let go their most important aspect"
Red is breaking because when he was in Red clan he just can't make connection with other Homra and his connection with Yata is getting farther and farther. He's gradually breaking so the personas collectively chose to betray Yata so they can make other connection with different clan that suits Fushimi (Scepter 4). Also they also regain strong bond with Yata, albeit hate bond, something that Red can accept
anyway, for Blue, the thing he hold most important is pride and desire for accomplishment. He was horribly breaking when Niki, the person whom he admired break his anthill. In middle school you can also see Fushimi has no sense of pride like he was okay to be beaten, and he doesn't care to do well in school
As for Green, he was breaking when other persona collectively agree to accept suicide mission, and deep down he realized that's what Fushimi wants and to see his important people get harmed when he was unable to do anything is more harmful for Fushimi
that's why Green said that he can understand Fushimi's choice when they were united and see other personas as things need to protect, but when he got separated like that with only survive instinct left, he can't understand both Red and Blue
Basically they all care for each other/normal fushimi but they all kind of go about it in different ways based on their different characteristics that make up the full fushimi?
But now they are separate and not counter balanced??
exactly. This is spoiler but there are one other persona named White (I am not sure to call him White or Silver) and he's the key to make them unified. He's now in Silver clan, and Hisui knows it that's why he sent Yukari to Shiro's place
Just like Silver aura nature, he's... floaty and passive. He's the Observation, Curiosity, and Impulse Action.
So should I kinda see Silver Saru as the Base for Saru's personality and then the other colored versions of him being...fragments (characteristics) of him created at different points in his life that all add up to normal Fushimi?
You are not wrong but as Anna said, "they all true Fushimi Saruhiko" so in concept there are no most important persona because they're equal

A3! Comfort Characters 💞
Recently found out about comfort characters and realised how much I need them to take my mind off unsettling issues.
I haven't been feeling well lately, having no appetite whatsoever and finding eating my meals a chore. I'm not the type who lives to eat, but this condition just acts as a warning for myself that my mental and physical state are clashing and suffering. At least I used to enjoy eating sweets, now I don't feel the slightest desire to reach out to my cookie jar at all.
Thought of some scenarios with my comfort characters to hopefully motivate me to eat properly, starting out with the resident mama as you might have guessed. Fingers crossed, this would help.🤞🏻
🍁 Omi Fushimi
He has a signature knock so you can immediately recognise him from the others in Mankai who took their time, attempting to reach out to you.
Not like you won't hear him calling out for you over your bedroom door, announcing the menu for the day.
He makes it his mission to entice you to eat by making a twist of your favorite food, creating a more intense waft of mouthwatering aroma in the process.
He always delivers food to your room. Placing a full course meal on a tray, he opens the door upon your permission, only entering to drop the tray by your bedside. Naming each of the dishes and listing down what ingredients he put and the cooking techniques he opt to use, noting how that's the way you preferred them to be cooked.
As you take a small bite, he sighs in relief. Patting your head and smiling, he watches over you until you decide that you've eaten enough.
He makes it a point to keep asking whether the food was delicious and what would you like for your next meal.
After witnessing his efforts for quite some time, you finally decide to get out of your room and properly have meals on the dining table with everyone.
A single drop of tear escapes from his eye. As he quickly wipes it, he put on his signature wide grin and welcomes you, "Glad you're here to join us. I'll whip up a feast right away, so just wait for a bit, okay?" as he drags the chair to let you sit down.
You decide to give him a tight hug, thanking him for everything he has done for your sake.
Taken aback, he can only blush at the gesture. Once he regained his composure, he responded, "You're in good hands, don't worry. I'll always be here when you need me." He then envelops you in the warmest bear hug you can ever imagine.

I am back in the K Project (as if I ever left) because of Praeter no Kizu and like been listening to Saruhiko's K Idol character song because it cheers me up to no end right now. I havent watck K idol stuff and read anything for it, but just love this song for 2 BIG reasons.
1. Fushimi hates singing it.
2. Fushimi is still singing it.
Let me elaborate. You can hear how Saruhiko is like suffering while singing. Its kinda half hearted. A little mumbled, a bunch of tchs and like he literally begs for the song to be over. The lyrics dont reflect anything for his actually charater like Yata's song. BUT HE STILL SINGS THE WHOLE SONG ALL THE WAY THROUGH! Why? The captian asked him too. This really shows how Saruhiko cares and is loyal! Which contrasted to how most people do view him as cold and traitorious. But Saruhiko follows through on things. Ex: Misaki's watch. Saruhiko built that watch from scratch for Yata. Joining the Green Clan because Resi kinda sent him on a suicide mission. Knowing Circle Vison was a dream world and acting according so neither Seri or Yata would know better.
It just shows how Saruhiko is not like his dad. He does care about people. He does care.
Other reasons to love this song:
The way the Resi trolled Saruhiko by making sing this love-dovey song.
The way he goes Here I Go to motivate himself to finish sounds like Yata.
