but it was clear that the two of you liked each other and that you'd eventually end up together

at least, you thought that way, until you met na'el, now possessed by alpha, at raguel lake and realized your childhood friend had never truly died

you knew you couldn't get with glimmer until things with na'el were resolved and so you joined the party on their mission to rescue na'el from origin

only after she was finally back did you have a chance to get your feelings sorted out

you began spending time with both of the girls and introduced them to each other, leading to them becoming friends as well and na'el teaching glimmer everything about the city and its people

the more time the three of you began to spend together, the clearer it became that you weren't just good friends, but that there was actually more between you

na'el was the first one to point it out, suggesting to slowly take the next step and become more than friends

your entire relationship felt like an experiment for a while, since it wasn't just glimmer's first time dating someone but also the first time all of you were dating two people at once

most of the time, you and na'el were the ones making the first move and even having your firsts with each other, before glimmer slowly began to get more comfortable in a relationship

it took glimmer almost a year to finally make the first move for something herself and suggesting a date idea for once, when it usually has always been you and na'el doing that

though both of you were happy that glimmer began to open up more and get comfortable around you two, as your relationship finally began to feel stable and serious!

What the hell is up with Miyabi? Her accent isn't American, so she must be a Blade Eater, but her Core Crystal looks whole and is where it would be for a Blade. On top of that, her off-seer melody is in 3/4 time (the others are in 4/4), and it contains a part of "Elysium, in the Blue Sky"/"Where We Used To Be". The only other characters associated with the games' soundtracks are Na'el and Ursula, Ursula being associated with "Elysium, in the Blue Sky" specifically. I have no idea what this all means, I just thought it was interesting.

Just finished Xenoblade 3 Future Redeemed DLC

The ending is crazy. Huge spoilers below, massive implications for the entire Xenoblade series. 

So, the ending showed, unsurprisingly, that Matthew's last name was Vandham this whole time. Cute surprise but makes sense. However, that then opens a can of worms about the other City founders. 

Na'el is easy. She probably has a different last name as a house founder than her brother Matthew cause she got married to a dude with the last name Doyle. Easy. 

However... Panacea's house is Reid. Which means, if the husband's surname takes precedence in Xenoblade like it does in our world, that means Reyn's full name is Reyn Reid. Then there's Linka, who founded House Cassini, which we know is not Zeke's last name, so maybe he made it the fuck up?? But then it gets fuckier. 

Nikol founded House Ortiz, which creates 2 possibilities. Either, he made it up, which is fucking funny. Just reinventing the name "Ortiz" OR, more fuckily, Shulk's full name is Shulk Ortiz. Shulk Ortiz. Shulk is Hispanic.  

And that means someone just told Nikol at some point "yeah Shulk is your dad by way of Origin magic." Which then means Glimmer, again assuming she didn't make up the surname Rhodes, implies Rex's name is Rex Rhodes, which hey actually that fucks after all.
