everyone listed is from a made up oregon beach town called Mystic Overhang infamous for its creepy bottomless lakes and a cliff that leans over the pacific called Mystic Overhang. the town is full of mysterious happenings and unexplained missing persons and something downright evil is going on under their noses..but more on that another time ha ha. the story takes place in 1989. and i just realized this is basically just IT but i didn’t exactly mean for that…they definitely are not plagued by a killer clown.

Church Shelton (my oc) is 17/18. His mom had him too young and didn’t want to have to raised him, frankly, so she ended up leaving him on the stairs of a synagogue. His biological family is Jewish even though Church doesn’t grow up with religion and didn’t even know he was Jewish, because Josiah (Jo), tristan’s oc, was about 2 years old when he and his mom came by and saw a baby crying on the steps and the boy wanted to keep him and name him Church because he thought it was a regular christian church and… it’s cute. And through a ton of convincing and considerations, his mom agrees to care for Church and adopt him. Its a simplistic way of putting it, but there’s a lot that goes into it. He and Jo grow up as brothers and Jo takes such good care of him (: sometimes he has to be a parent to Church even though he’s only two years older, especially when their mom gets UHHH murdered during a robbery in their own house… ……….and they come home and find her at about 12 and 10 years old and Jo makes the decision that they’re not going to tell anyone and risk him living with his father and Church being placed in foster care. so they run away and become street kids for 4 years. When they’re older, 14 and 16, they get caught for stealing when they weren’t careful enough and the social workers put them in foster care, seeing as Jo’s dad is very unfit. They stay there until Jo aged out at 18 and got guardianship of Church after getting them a place to live, that’s a long complex process as well… and was obligated to care for him and provide income and stuff and they live together, just them two in a trailer, for awhile.

Church’s whole thing is that he loves to read and write. He reads so many books and he’s not great at first and is in remedial classes, but then he advances a shit ton with how hard he tries and how much he wants his love for English to succeed. Uh he has narcolepsy!!! Meaning he has a lot of daytime sleepiness, falls asleep frequently in the day and has bad insomnia at night and this hinders him a lot. In some cases his narcolepsy comes with cataplexy, this is when he has muscle weakness/paralysis caused by strong emotion like excitement and laugher. His brother Jo helps him a lot through that. I theorize that it happened because of a natural immune issue he has, which was most prevalent when they were living on the streets.

Church is really funny and sweet and sarcastic. He’s such a cute boy and everyone in their town LOVES him just cause he’s so charming. he gets really cynical and depressed sometimes and can be mean when he wants to be, however and it’s his biggest downfall. He’s a bit of pyro he loves to set shit on fire. Oh, and he has a southern accent (: he loves to eat too, he’s always down for snacks. He’s bisexual but he doesn’t really call it that, he doesn’t take much note of his own sexuality, he does what he does. He works at an amusement park most of the time and has to put up with Jo constantly coming to his work when he gets lonely and riding the roller coaster he’s operating. Then when he graduates he goes to University of Oregon and has a bit of a big depressive self destructive path he follows and ends up overdosing on drugs on what of his partying nights, he self harms by being uncaring and his many intrusive thoughts about his mother dying and his huge fear of not seeing the world and being too dumb and poor to get an opportunity to really live. He’s put in the hospital and goes to rehab and Jo is there with him every step of the way. He’s so sweet and caring and worries about him but Church is a little belligerent sometimes. He wants to get better and be better for everyone and himself, and he does through a long emotional school break. He doesn’t end up going to his previous college again but he transfers and gets in the Columbia in new york for his English degree (: he lives in an apartment with his boyfriend Mason.

Church is white, 5′7 and he’s stout and chubby. He’s got green eyes, freckles, a piggy nose, big sunburnt cheeks, and auburn hair, mostly shaved into a curly mohawk. and he got a fat ass and killer thighs.

His beautiful big dumb brother Jo Shelton (tristan’s oc) has a story that is obviously parallel to church’s, but i think it’s important to mention that he’s kinda slow, slow thinkin’ and a bit hyper…and an asshole to everyone but the ones he really loves like church, he’s as sweet as he can be with him. he loves working on cars and he has a beautiful truck that he put a lot of work into..that is until he crashed it horribly while drunk driving after he got into a fight with church when church was in the hospital recovering from his overdose. and he got mild temporary brain damage… so…and then had to spend 6 months in jail for a DUI. that really fuck him up for a good while! and that’s a huge dent in their lives.

but anyway lol… he also loves to meet chicks and do speed dating.. and he hooks up with a wide variety of girls, he’s not picky at all and doesn’t believe in types, he just loves dominant women. he does have one important stable girlfriend for awhile named Rosa that he met at his grocery store job! he spilled spaghetti sauce on her white shoes (: and they were truly in love and dated for 3 years until it became dangerous for her to be with him because one of her weird ass fuckinnnn dangerous ex boyfriends got out of prison and she didnt think he would be safe if they remained together and it’s devastating for him and hinder him for a good while. he kinda fills that void by becoming a big brother figure to church’s biological sister Jude, who is 12 and in need of good old fashion josiah guidance. jo has that natural dumb dad vibe to him. (by the way..church’s mother reenters church’s life very briefly and that’s why jude and church meet and jude eventually lives locally to the boys because she moves in with Her real dad.) Later jo works at a mechanic shop and his ultimate goal is to open his own! uh also haha important detail..jo struggles with his sexuality and on the low meets up with dudes in alleys and lets them smash cause he’s a big bottom so. and he has sorta of thing for someone he met in the mess of foster care, just one of the kids he hung out with in passing, and his names Riley and they meet up later on when they’re older and fuck around a bit.

jo is 6′3 and he has golden honey hair and blue eyes and he’s freckly and has some beauty marks on his face. he’s pretty darn hairy..and he kinda smells. he’s a real country bo. he’s super skinny and hes got huuuge hands!

Mason Uley (mine), Church’s boyfriend, doesn’t meet church until he’s 22 and Mason is 13, and is a rich boy who’s siblings all died in one way or another…JDBSJD he’s the only child left and he is very neglected by his parents because of their coldness and grief and little regard for caring for their last kid. They’re never home and they ignore him completely which leaves him in search for attention in all sorts of wrong ways and he acts out. He does motocross at the local track. He loves rap music and is very embarrassing about it considering he’s very white..he loves flexin’ with that name brand clothing and shoes and wears skate shirts even though he doesnt skate which is a big smelly whatever but in general he’s a big poser. but its fine because we love him and its apart of his charm. He has a slight limp because at 13 he shattered his ankle and it never healed right. He loves Church very much and they’re SUPERR gross and lovey, their dynamic is so adorable, as you can imagine his goofy ass and church’s more dry sarcasm. He wants to be an architect and goes to college for that at Columbia later. He’s smart and has a very dry kind of humor and he hates Jo until he’s forced not to because of their mutual love for Church. He’s 1000% gay. He has blond hair and he looks like a 90s heart throb and Jo affectionately calls him “faggot” more than his name.

Okay……….. and then there’s Lewis. he’s 18. His full name is Aloysius St. Lawrence (AL oh wish iss) (mine), and he grew up in a deeply religious cult in northern California where many Horrible things happened to him that I’ll spare the details on but he’s a very traumatized boy and i thinkg about the complexity of him trying to come to grips with it and learning how to live with the immense pain he was dealt with! so. it’s really fun.

he was born with a sorta Purpose, his dads family started this commune, and the dad wasnt at fault, he’s not malicious he’s really sweet and a bit slow and is often mistreated, he’s forced to have relations with lewis’ mom, who was sort of a nomadic runaway girl perfect for procreation after she got caught in the entanglement of this commune business in california. theyre both really young when they have lewis and his twin sister, lewis being prime because he’s the Male. lewis grew up believing all kids in the commune were his siblings and so he never realized the one girl he’d see all the time was his biological sister. so bascially they take lewis from the mom, say he’s not only her child but the communities child, just how it is with all kids, and she betrays the commune in a way i havent figured out and goes beserk because obviously everyone there is insane and shes exiled and lewis, all the while has no idea shes his mother. so great childhood… full of hard labor and sleeping in a room with rows of beds and dreaming about a woman and not knowing why, not knowing its because shes your mom (: haha

In 6th grade he’s finally allowed to go to a school with other boys because before this he was homeschooled and his world was reduced to the confinements of his commune. He goes to a spooky and prestigious boarding school in southern Oregon and wears a uniform. The place is really huge and brick and creepy but it feels like paradise with this freedom he finally gets to some extent and he’s learning how to function as a regular boy, although he finds it kind of impossible.

CHRIS!!!!! Is his roommate at this boarding school in 6th grade. Chris is a very goofy lovesick boy who believes heavily in the energies of the earth and charging his crystals his hippie mother gave him and he paints his nails black and pushes the rules of the dress code every single day and tends to break it completely. He’s a punk who loves to piss adults off. He was forced to go there by his very strict abusive father and there he meets sweet sweet Lewis (:

Lewis has never had a friend like Chris and he doesn’t know how to successfully keep one and it’s a really stressful emotional cycle of enduring the weekends at the commune and coming back to school and to Chris amongst all the happy boys that lead mostly normal lives. Chris sort of realizes that he has feelings for boys in this time and has strange urges to hold Lewis’ hand and kiss him and stuff, but he refuses to truly acknowledge his feelings about who he is. but he does, in fact, hold his hand and Lewis lets him and they’ll just hang out for hours in their room holding hands and talking about silly stuff. They come to be really close and mean a lot to each other, chris invite him over to his house on the weekends and lewis sneaks off with him, risking being punished because he didn’t go back with one of the Father’s or Brother’s of his commune. Chris and lewis are very adorable and they play with makeup together in chris’s room and eat snacks and explore mystic overhang and chris teaches him about the ways of modern life. in 7th grade they grow apart when they don’t share a room or anymore and Chris gets involved with different people, starts smoking weed and eventually gets with a guy in 8th grade hhhh… and Lewis focuses really hard in class and it’s sorta the end of that.

When chris gets expelled in 8th grade they don’t see each other anymore, the only departing thing being chris’s journal that he gave to lewis before he was escorted off the premises, and in it is filled with entries about him. this journal was taken and destroyed at his commune by one of the Fathers when it was found, though :/ so yes, Lewis goes back to the commune because they plan on keeping him homeschooled for high school but there’s a group of 5 kids and 3 men from the commune that are heading to Nebraska around the time he’s 16, and they force lewis to be the 6th child that accompanies them in their trip. once there, he’s kept in a creepy abandoned house, hardly set up for living in and he’s living with these other children, like an odd family that has to function around one another, him being the oldest of “siblings”. he finds out eventually that they’re there for a weird ritual/sacrifice thing.. probably the most horror-ish horror element i developed for him thus far, its frankly insane and disturbing and theres a lot of layers and rituals they must do and humiliating tasks they must do all for a Grander godly purpose. the sole purpose of it is to reach ultimate redemption in heaven after a sinful life ahahahaa.. so basically the whole time they’re there, they’re trying to accumulate sin by being unloving, disciplinary, neglectful, …uhh…and lewis kept in a dark room, only candles and daylight light the house and they’re severely mistreated and malnourished. Lewis runs away at 18…but, through constant mistreatments of his body he ends up having gangrene in his left leg and has to have it amputated above the knee by a doctor he meets whom he has to give a Favor to as payment because he doesnt have money. and he gets a real shitty wooden prosthetic that isn’t comfortable at all and its not healing right, it’s a bit botched actually.. and he has crutches and that’s how he gets around. He goes back to Oregon to the town Mystic Overhang that Chris is from because remembers the town name vaguely, not even who said it or when he heard it, but he goes there because he doesn’t know many towns, so he decides to settle there and he makes a living prostituting for awhile at an area called Mouth’s Edge. he sees Chris again when Chris pays him for a bj l o l. and Chris recognizes him even though chris is coked out of his mind because he had a really rough night and got his shit kicked in by his dad… and Lewis almost shits himself because someone from his past is back and he’s really paranoid and weird about it cause he just blew one of his only friends he used to have. and he wants Chris to fuck off, but eventually Chris keeps coming back just to talk to him and see what he’s been up to and stuff, cause he still feels this familiar need to protect Lewis that he had back in middle school. He’s very consistent about seeing him and does every single night even when Lewis is working. lewis’ love for him comes gradually, even through chris is in love with him pretty much instantly. It takes a long time for Lewis to want to be touched and held but he lets people do it anyway, including chris, it’s an unhealthy thing he obviously needs therapy ha ha. they don’t officially date until an entire year later

lewis is very sweet boy he’s shy and he has trouble making eye contact. He’s really smart and loves to paint! That’s what he wants to do with life. He’s not gay per se, he doesn’t really feel much romantically unless someone, anyone is kind to him and patient and reeeeeeeally really consistent or else he would probably never fall in love, but any gender has the potential with him. He loves 40s-80s music so much and dances to it really dorky when he thinks no one is looking and Chris has sooooo many records. he loves to rollerskate! and he’s really good at it. he’s pretty damn masculine, more so than chris. and he’s strong (: and he wears ugly clothes that he finds in dumpsters. eventually he gets enrolled in college for art and sees a therapist he grows to love like a dad to be honest.. lewis he dyes his hair a lot (: it’s naturally golden but at first when he’s prostituting its short and purple and then grows out very long and then he cuts it a lil and dyes it pink..orange..etc etc. he’s a hard worker and he gets a job at the Junkyard where he meets his best friend Cody (:

Chris Russell (tristan’s) is 19… chris is greek and pakistani from his dad and white italian from his mom. he grew up an only child with them in an upper middle class environment because his dad … i don’t even know the legit title but he buys and sells properties for a fancy shmancy company. his mom is just a kindergarten teacher and that’s not a killer wage but. he’s very close to his mom he loves her to pieces, she’s a big stoner hippie (:. his dad on the other hand has always been really disciplinary and cold towards Chris, his dad is straight up abusive though, so there’s no excuses being made for him, but at first he didn’t do it just because he felt like it. he was just raised learning that it was the only effective way to discipline your kid and that it was the dynamic that Worked the best. Chris is a little problem child though, and not so much when he was a kid! he was so sweet and all he wanted to do was wear his mom’s makeup and clothes. he wore clips in his curly hair and pretty skirts and he loved music and being a mama’s boy and he loved her cooking. he loved reading and writing. but he was still abused by his dad, especially for his natural femininity. and as Chris got older he was such a rebel. he’s a mouthy, snarky, blunt little shit that never behaved or was cowered into doing things as his dad wanted. it wasn’t like he wasn’t afraid to get hit or anything but he didn’t show it and constantly provoked it. that’s in his teen years though especially

chris goes in and out of depression and mania constantly after middle school. he’s doing drugs, just weed at first but he’s always always high and he’s a big loner until he meets his Boys in 10th grade (: mikael ben and kylo. his parents divorce when he’s 15. he tries to convince himself he’s not gay and he gets with a girl but the ordeal is humiliating and she spreads the rumor that he was so bad at fingering her and touching her boobies that he must be Gay and so he retaliates by making photo copies of her nude pictures and spreading them. chris has questionable morality. you GOTTA know that about him.. he has problems and he can straight up not be a good person sometimes but overall he really is one and we be loving him or whatever. and he evens out in his 20′s and 30′s so it’s fine. HFSFSS but yeah! after awhile it’s sorta easy just to come out, and then he gets cocky and his gayness bleeds through everything he does. he starts dressing more effeminate again and he fucks around with a lotta guys and is really stupid about his recklessness. he gets into cocaine and gets so fucked up he doesn’t know who he’s banging half the time he just parties and is a big smelly butthead. and around the AIDS crisis no less… dumb ass. by some miracle he doesn’t catch anything or get anything so… this all happens, the worst of it anyway, when he’s 18 and stuff after he has this weird hook up relationship with Mikael his friend and our other OC hsdhbsd. and then he kinda just Takes himself off it after he bumps into Lewis again and goes through his withdrawals and smokes a ton of weed, i mean he’ll never quit that, its fine.

he loves to skateboard! he loves reading and writing. he aces his english classes and was in AP his whole life in that subject. he’s a big debater and critical thinker in those classes and the teachers love him and hate him for that. he writes in his journals constantly and he wants to be a writer someday.. he loves drag. he has a whole persona. her name is Crystal Balls. he’s really fuckin good at it too, he’s good at makeup and tucking and dressing up and caring for his wigs. he’s a big major faggot. he’s a top! even though everyone in the world does not think he is (: he’s a big top. and he can be masculine when he wants. he has masculine body language and a manly voice and he’s a big stoner skater but he can turn on that faggotry whenever he wants and its especially apparent in his Crystal persona. he plays piano and is very good at it (: he’s bipolar clinically but does not take meds (: he self harms as a result of his polarizing emotions and his home life. he’s the horniest emo anyone will ever meet and legit is addicted to feel-good stuff and has a really addictive personality in general. so weed, food, sex, Lewis, etc. he’s really insecure and he thinks he is BUTT ugly but high key he’s the hottest OC either of us have like he’s just gorgeous that’s all there is to it. and he’ll go back and forth from Damn im fuckin hot to holy fuck i look like my dad i want to wear a ski mask everywhere. its mostly the latter though (: he hates his dad and hates that he looks so much like him. the only thing he likes about himself is his big dick and his legs that are straight up chick legs

Cody Glorymoon (mine), Lewis’ best friend, is 20 and she’s very pretty and she has delicate features but she’s big tomboy and works for her dad at the junkyard. she’s a ginger and she’s very tall and slim and she’s a little rough and cynical but she’s super soft and loving and smart. and she cares for lewis so much that she’s a little in love with him at one point and it hurts her to be that way because she’s having her own sexuality and identity crisis and shes knows they can’t be together. she hates chris…because the girl chris used to date and spread her nudes was her sister and she’s extremely protective of her sister because they grew up very close and had traumatic experiences being put through frequent pageant shows and training as little girls? their mom was a piece of shit and eventually dumped them on their dad who previously was kept away from them. she also, in general, just doesn’t like chris and his personality. he’s a huge douche to her. until she softens for him in later years when she sees him a lot because he’s her best friend’s boyfriend. chris actually needs her help pretending to be his girlfriend in order to please his dad and keep him off his back so he can see lewis on the low… and she does it because she’s the only girl he knows that tolerates him enough and would do it for him and she comes over for dinner and other events hsdfjsdf its really funny watching chris pretend to like her. they grow closer this way and become real friends even though they always have this love/hate dynamic.

Mikael Taylor (tristan’s) is 19 and one of the boys in Chris and Lewis’s friend group. He’s a foster kid who has really long hair and smokes too much weed because if he doesn’t his adhd gets the best of him. He and church have an on and off thing for quite a while until they break up and church moves away and gets with mason, although mikael is sort of crazy in love with church whether he likes to admit it or not, he’s always sorta waiting for him and mason to be Done even though it takes a long ass time, he really misses his opportunity with him the beginning. He likes to fuck and be with all kinds of different people, though, and commitment is definitely a fear of his (hence the on and off thing with church). He’s really sweet though and he loves lewis to death. Hes funny and outgoing and cool and Everyone likes him. Everyone. He’s got a cool septum piercing and one of those gum piercings right under the lip as well. He’s also huge gauged ears and he wears a beanie and hawaiian shirts with dad shorts and socks and sandals (which are like the only shoes he owns). mikael is 6′4, and pretty lean and has got some muscles. he’s got sharper features and he has green eyes and gross facial hair wispies

Benjamin Jacobs (tristan’s) is 19 and is another one of the boys from the friend group. He’s a big, heavy jock who really enjoys theatre and foootball. He’s from up north, so he has an accent thats quite strong and pretty cliche. He’s got pretty short blonde hair and freckles spread across his soft cheeks. He’s quite angry most of the time and he can be very loud, especially with chris whenever chris is being himself and annoying the shit out of him. He does have a temper but he tries his best to control it around lewis. Oh yeah and he also loves lewis a lot (: he lives in a really nice suburban neighborhood and his home is loudly occupied with his mother, dawn, who is your classic 80’s rhode island mom complete with the big poofy curls and the hoop earrings, and his two brothers and one sister. He has a man cave which is the entire home basement that he and the boys all hang out in 24/7, filled with beanbags a television, a pool table and a blow up doll named Patrisha that chris drew a penis on. Again, he hates chris. ALSO he’s in love with kylo’s sister named Leslies and he pines for her 24/7

ben is big chubby and blond, he’s 6′1 and hes so hot i think he’s so hot bro. he’s juicy he’s a thick quarterback with blue eyes

Kylo Cavillo (tristan’s) is the last member of the boys group. Kylo is a sweet Hispanic boy with vitiligo who has a hard time expressing himself. He’s very excitable and he falls in love with people very easily… he has this weird crush/obsession with chris that’s not talked about within the group much but it can be more than obvious at times even though he denies that he’s gay. He and lewis get along very well and he loves him a lot, they both were deprived of a lot of the modern things like certain tv shows and games and phrases and ways of doing things so they’re able to bond on that fact. Kylo lives at home with his mother and father, who is a big part of the Mystic Overhang Tiburón’s (a gang) and he owns their family restaurant called El Baño HHHDSF which kylo comes to take over himself when he’s older. He has three sisters and he is the youngest of all siblings, so he grew up with girls his entire life and definitely has some femininity to him. He’s very sweet and innocent, though, and means well with all his endeavors. He likes to grease his jet black hair back and wear gold chains with his baseball jerseys and blue jeans. OH he also has epileptic seizures and it’s very scary but mikael knows well how to deal and handle them when they happen because he has experience both with his foster siblings and kylo himself because mikael knew him the longest!

Anyone ever tell you that they do not love you? At that point when you have stars in your eyes and that person fills your heart to bursting? Have you ever given someone every single emotion there is to give? From rage to tears of joy? Emotions from both your personal stock and theirs?

Its like we live in a time period where actual love is dead. Everything is selfish. Everyone. Me included.

My father quit on me. Packed all mine and my siblings belongings into small plastic shopping bags and dropped us off 6 hours away in my mothers neighborhood, not sure which house was hers. I had to hold my brother and sister's hands while knocking door to door, looking for my mom. I was 12.

That was a couple years after the era of beatings, after the era of divorce. After that Friday afternoon day at school; my mother was the school bus driver before the divorce. Everyday we rode home with her. Until my father picked us all up. It was fun for us kids. We NEVER got picked up, and by our father! What a thing! He drove us to our pastors house. We did not see our mother again for almost 5 years. In the State of Virgina, in the late 90s, it wasnt considered kidnapping for a biological parent to take off with the kids if they stay within state lines. And my mother must have given up after that. I imagine the evil that was my real father, and how crushed and scared she must have been. Only now do I know what it is she felt.

That was after the molestation of me and my sister by our God father/Sunday school teacher/the churches singing coach.

Then there was my first love. I was 17. She was 16. By 19 we had a daughter, her name is Serenity. My ex was a freak. My demanded things from me that I could not give her, not physically. So in order to keep her and my kid, I let her have her satisfaction and pleasure.

I guess someone screwed her over because she fabricated these fake police reports about a guy who kept coming after her and she said she called the cops over and over and he wouldnt leave her alone (she was 6 months preggo when this happened) and she didnt feel safe and I beat him up. I beat him up bad. Almost killed him. Turns out she lied and he had been paying her for preggo nude flicks and videos amd she felt he still owed her money. So she used my insecurities and my nature and set me on a course that led me to 5 years in prison. Then she left me. Yeah I know. I'm a fucking idiot. My only defense was that i was young and dumb and in love. Or so I thought. No really...i thought it was the right thing. That I was protecting my small, new family. And damnit man, family means the world to me. Probably because mine has been so fucked up lol.

Anyways I get out in 2015 and I meet a girl. She rocks my world in all new was and we CLICK. Like...humor and taste and the world issues we care about and nerdy things and the SEX IS ON FIRE. And I fucked up. I fucked up bad. I broke her heart. I got drunk. I started the road to becoming my biological father.

Then she left me. Which was biggest, greatest thing she could have ever done for me. I went spiraling out of control and ended up living in the woods.

Until she calls me one day. I had a new girlfriend. We did not CLICK lol...and as soon as me and her spoke I turned to that girl and told her we were not gonna work out.

You see. Me and my lady had a son together. A beautiful, handsome as hell and adorable baby boy. And he really became my world. I walked 7 miles to meet him. My feet had popped blisters by the time I got downtown and saw them. The whole time I'm walking I'm hopping she didnt leave. That she would wait. And she did.

Then I messed up again. I scared her. That time between when we broke up and when she came back...i did not do good. I found cocaine and alcohol and it led to a very big fight between the two of us. That night we fought I have never been more like my father than right then and there. And I payed for it. The next morning I was arrested. No one thought of rehab. No one had the sight to see the root of the issues. Or no one cared. It was back to prison for me. A parole violation.

I got out. We tried again. I failed again. Only this time nothing horribly bad had happened. She just wanted an escape. I know this because she has since told me so. That she wasn't IN LOVE with me and needed an escape. We had been split up almost a week. I will never forget. It started on a Wednesday night, I left and went to my mothers. That following Sunday the police beat down the door and arrested me AGAIN. Only this time nothing bad had happened. Not really. She just didnt want to be with me. And so she sent me away. For two more years. 2!

I get out. I find peace finally. I start taking care of mental health.

She comes back! Again! And once again I leave my girlfriend at the time, who by the way, had a heart of gold and did not deserve to get caught up in mine and my lovers drama. I will forever feel guilty about that and I hope she forgives me over time. But at the end...no one can replace my son's Mother. She is my other half. My best friend.

We've been going since April? May? It had been a few years and I had just gotten out a few months before and the Covid just hit so I was trying to get the family court papers started. I got in touch with a private detective to find her so I could have her served. The the last thing I expected was to get a call from her.

And here we are. I am struggling to learn all the important, fundamental life lessons that my parents failed to teach me. I am struggling to learn those crucial relationship lessons we learn when in our twenties...that era of my life that was spent locked away.

All i want is my family. Is to be loved. And to ve able to return that love. My life could have went a few different ways. But here I am, doing the right things as much as I see them. I beat myself up when I fail. I work hard doing general construction. I'm good at it too. I start school in the spring. Nothing fancy just community college. I am an awesome dad. An awesome lover. And I have a huge heart.

ALMOST every single day I am with my little family. My son's Mother and my son. She doesnt want me to move in...which I understand. She claims to be an introvert. Which I also understand. (Along with beating, my childhood was also spent locked in my room, grounded, for days on days on days).

And dont get it wrong. Me and her have some issues. Mine (I think?) are just basic life things I'm trying to wrap my head around, like I said, the things my parents failed me on. But at least I know that. I admit it. And I'm trying. Because I'm a good man who has been through hell and because of that hell, I love with a feirceness, I don't give up. I am patient. And I generally have a positive outlook on life. I would I am doing good, all things considered. Her issues? Jesus fucking Christ. You would swear the world is ending right now.

She is constantly breaking up with me. For example, this weekend I gave it to her in a way neither of us have had...im talking sex here...we both have this...fetish, both of us (how rare?) And we both click when we do these things. Anyways I left her empty of all juices. Then I massaged her a little that night, telling her how good and amazing she is. Then another nice massage a day or so later. She thanked me after the last one (massage I mean)...saying how her back didnt hurt in the morning and how she got her yoga done.

And now we are broken up. Right now. Again. It was last week when it happened. She calls me on Wednesday or Thursday and says that I got in her head. Then this awesome weekend happens. Then an awesome start to the week. Then tuesday, doing construction, I think i pulled something in my leg or gave myself a small hernia, because after work I was in pain and sore. I asked told her I wanted to stay home. Rest up. That the next day we were supposed to start this big window replacement job. 20 something windows. But no. We argued over it. I dont know why. I think she just really missed me. Or so I thought. And said she needed help with our son. She always says that, then when i get there and dinner is over, the rest of her night is spent on her phone (which she is sneaky with), on the TV, or MAYBE catching up on homework. Says she is tired after a long day of working from home, on the phone and computer. Doing IT. But I do physical labor. And if I complain that I am sore or tired she just thinks i want to sit at home on my PlayStation or watching netflix, instead of taking the responsibility to be there for our son. Which remember, I am ALWAYS THERE. Unless she has decided that I am horrible, in which case she breaks up with me, and I spend the next couple of days hurt and crying and missing my family. I can not move in with her and my son. She does not want her family to know. (My mother told me she would disown me if me and her got back together. But it did not stop me. Because i am a man, and she is my woman. He is my son. And this is my life)....and is so stressed and anxious that will find me over there. I have actually, more than once, had to run and hide because her family popped up.

So yeah, I walk over there. This was Tuesday. The day when I think I pulled a muscle. I walked. She says that the only reason I walked was because she had to yell at me. But man...see these text. You would swear I am the world's largest dick head. In reality she said all these things in front of my son. That night I touched her. Massaged her just a little...soft touches. We made love. I woke up throughout the night with leg cramps. Woke up the next morning so tired from lack of sleep and hurting leg muscles. Called the doctor. Had to miss work. Turns out that yep, I gave myself a small hernia. Then WALKED on it lol.

So when we talked yesterday. I told her that the doc is pretty sure I have a hernia...my appointment was today and yes...yes I do have a little hernia. Doc wants me to rest but I'm pretty sure I have to work. Anyways so yesterday, before she picks our boy up from daycare (by the way, kuddos to you moms who work from home AND have kids to deal with at the same time. You girls are superheros!)...which I agree with daycare. He is an only child and he needs interaction with other kids. It's important for his development. Anywho, she ask me before picking him up if I want to come over. I tell her no, tell her what the doc said. By this point I have been there everyday since Friday. While on parole and breaking cerfew and worried about that. (Which I got questioned on. If I didnt worry about parole before, why now? And I dunno. Thats way of anxiety? But good thing I did because he came by this morning and I was here. Had I been there with her, I would have been here and would be on my way to a big ole parole violation. But no. In her eyes I dont do enough. I have to be there every day, no matter if I'm sick or sore or in pain. That is what she said. That a real parent never quits.

I'm just so confused. I didnt quit. He can come over here to my place whenever he wants. Ive told her this. I have told him that. Of all nights for the two of us to stay at our respective homes, last night was it. I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN AND CAN BARELY MOVE.

But she broke up with me again last night. Or better yet, said that we have been broken up. She said she doenst love me anymore.

How? Literally all we do is laugh. Have amazing sex. We are awesome parents. I literally dote on her. Massage her. Touch her softly. Like for real, I EMPTIED her of all juices, have seen her cry...actually cry, from pleasure. She makes 50x more money than I do, but I still give her money because I don't want to feel like a burden.

I dont get it. I really don't. I give the shirt off my back. Gave myself a hernia. All I want is belong to a family that doesn't quit when the anxiety comes. Who doesnt take a lifetime of anxiety and stress and then blame it on someone else simply because they are what is in front of you at the moment.

How can someone be so smart and not see that? Or not want to?

Its 2020. We live in a world that encourages us to lie to ourselves. To lie to ourselves about our nature. We all believe we are good. Harmless people. Who would never hurt anyone or cause ill will. What we fail to see is that yes, we do cause all of these things, and then some. We are not perfect. We are human. We will hurt other people. We will lie. The great tragedy of the world isnt this in and of itself...these different hurts and heart aches are as old as humanity is....war, peace. Love and hate. The great tragedy is that we have been led to believe that we are beyond that, that we good, perfect people. And so when we do hurt others, its not our faults but theirs because how can I, this wonderful human being in the modern age, ever hurt someone? I have a car, a job, I'm a good parent. I'm a good boss. Whatever it is. We justify who we are by our level of success. And this is wrong.

And when she ask me why I love her after everything. Those moments when we both see the truth and see who we are, those are the moments when she ask me how I'm the world I can actually love her knowing all this. Dealing with all this. How? And I dont have the answer. I just know that my heart beats for the two of them (her and my boy) and it always will and I really hope one day she comes around. I'm waiting for that.

Some men find that one lady, that one lover, and there is nothing else after her that we want. She has it all. And that is me. That is her.

The New Kid

I stepped into my closet and looked around.

I grabbed a white shirt, light blue skinny jeans, black Adidas, and my red, black and white varsity jacket. I walked into my bathroom and brushed my black hair back.

Since I was little people have always told me that I won the lottery when it comes to the gene pool. My mother is Egyptian and my Father is Korean, leaving my sister and I pretty well off. We both have wavy black hair, mine an undercut and hers long, and we both have jade colored eyes. Our skin is a golden olive-brown and tans in just the right way. We both have barely any acne, which is awesome! I'm 6'4, with a lean yet muscular build. My face is almost perfectly proportioned. My jawline is one of the many things of mine that I'm proud of, along with my cheekbones. My nose isn't to large or to small, my ears either.

People say that my accent helps. My sister and I were born in Australia, and we spent 5 years of our life there. We purposely kept the accent. People say it's hot. So.

I quickly brush my teeth and run downstairs to my kitchen where my mom is drinking coffee at the table and my dad is reading the paper.

I grab my school books from the kitchen island.

"Well good morning to you to," my dad says, looking up over the newspaper.

"Sorry dad," I say, grabbing an apple from the fridge and kissing mom on the forehead. "Lylith! Hurry up!" I call upstairs to my younger sister.

"I'm coming Zeke!" she answers.

"Ezekiel," my mom says as I head towards the foyer, "Can you stop my the grocery store and get me some stuff on your way home?"

"Sure mom," I tell her, as I look in the mirror on the foyer wall, messing up my hair a bit.

"I'll text you the list!" she yells as I head outside.

Once I'm out the door I stop and close my eyes. It's so beautiful here. I breath in the sent of the salty sea. The wind caresses my face and ruffles my hair, whispering to me. I look out at the sea for a moment before jumping into my truck. Lylith runs outside as soon as I start the engine.

"Jeez, in a hurry much?" she says with a smile.

"Sorry, but if i didn't make you hurry then we'd both be late for the first day of school."

Lylith and i go to Virginia Beach Academy, home of the Trojans. The school has three levels and tons of windows. There's a roof garden for seniors to eat lunch on, and the grounds are open and beautiful.

Virginia Beach is a city on the coast of virginia. Palm trees line sidewalks and sand that feels like cotton is everywhere. It's constantly humid here, but makes up for the humidity by almost every building being air conditioned. The school has four separate buildings. One building is used for the kids involved in art, workshop, photography, film, etc. It's one level and the room are very large and spacious. Another building is used for the sports. It's two levels and holds a basketball court, a swimming pool, a workout room, 4 batting cages, a soccer simulator, a golf simulator, and several supply rooms. The last two buildings are the main buildings. They're three stories tall and used for classes and staff offices.

Lyl is a sophomore this year and me a senior. We're both athletic and are in several after school activities and clubs. I'm in cross country and basketball and Lyl is in cheerleading and soccer.

As I pull into the school parking lot I see some of my cross country buddies. They see me getting out and all shout in unison, "ESSA IS HERE!"

"I'm gonna run before you friends rub their idiocy off on me," Lyl says, walking away, already heading towards her soccer friends.

I chuckle and head towards the guys, Brandon, Ian, and Thomas.

"Ezekiel Ivan Essa, who said it was okay for you to fall off the face of the earth this summer?" Brandon asks, slappin me on the back.

"Sorry man, between my job and my parents signing me up for all the church activities I was crammed," I answer him.

"Aw man, more church stuff? I get that you're parents are big time Christians, but that doesn't mean they should drag you into a bunch of activities!" Ian says.

"It's not that bad," I say. Ian is right. All the church activities do get tiring after a while, but i also enjoy the majority of the stuff we do. The church does VBS, which is always fun, they do meal packing, singing in different towns, mission trips, (we went to Haiti this year), and a variety of other things.

"Anyway, what's you're guys' first class?" Tom asks,

It turns out that Ian and I have first period; advanced math; together, and that Brandon and I have fifth period; music; together. All varsity players, no matter which sport, male or female, have lunch together.

Soon the boys and I head inside to get ready for class.

I walk to my locker, which is on the second floor, and grab my advanced maths book along with my AP English Literature and Composition book and Spanish book.

"Mr. Ezekiel Essa, Mr. Roy Jansen, and Miss Keirsten, please come to the main office before class." I hear over the intercom system.

I put my books in my bag, close my locker, and head to the offices.

When I get there I see Keirsten and Roy standing with Principal Leah Norstrom and three other people, two girls; blonde and auburn hair; and one boy; black hair.

"Ah, Ezekiel. These are our new students. These two girls are Clarrise and Monica," she points to the blonde first and then the auburn. "And this is Jeremiel." she points to the boy. "You all will be showing them around the school this next week. Clarisse and Roy, since they both have first class together, will be pairing up, Monica and Keirsten, because they have art together, and Zeke and Jeremiel, you both are in cross country and music together."

"When will we start showing them around?" Keirsten asks.

"Right now," Mrs. Norstrom says. "You are excused from you first two classes today. And you will be eating lunch with them."

The whole time Mrs. Norstrom is talking i've been studying Jeremiel. He's a few inches shorter than me, so that would make him about 5'11, he's lean like me. His ethnicity has to be something Asian. His face is soft but defined. His cheekbones are just noticeable and his jaw is soft and smooth. His hair is a slightly overgrown undercut and is wavy and his eyelashes are thick and dark. He must have heterochromia, because one eye is a dark, deep brown and the other is a piercing light blue. He's wearing a baggy red Supreme sweatshirt, blue jeans, a silver cross necklace, and black work boots.

"You all are excused," the principal says.

I walk out to the hallway and stop. "I'm Ezekiel Essa," I say, holding out my hand.

"The principal already told me," he says.

I raise one eyebrow, waiting for him to shake my hand.

He sighs, and shakes me hand. "Lee Park Jeremiel."

"The Angel of Visions and Dreams," I say, starting to walk down the hall.

"What?" he asks. He looks confused.

"Oh, sorry," I say, rubbing my neck. "I just, um, after the archangel? You know, the angels by God's side? I'm sorry, that was weird. It's jus-"

"It's ok," He says. I look at him and he has a small smile on his face. "Ezekiel, the Angel of Death and Transformation."

I smile. "You go to church?"

"Yeah, Grace Bible Church as of next Sunday. You?"

"Well, I hope I didn't make too bad of an impression already, because I guess ill be seeing you every Sunday.

"Oof," he says, a teasing note in his voice. "I guess I'm gonna have to talk to my parents about moving churches."

"Aw, damn it. I scared of another member! Stupid Zeke. God why do i have to ruin everything?" I say, laughing at the end.

He smiles fully and my breath catches. His name isn't the only angelic thing. His smile lights up his whole face and i swear i hear a choir. His eyes hold a heavenly light and i feel as if i'm looking at the gate of Heaven.

I whip my head away from him, so he doesn't see the red appearing on my cheeks.

"Hey, you okay?" He asks.

"Um, yeah. Yeah. got something in my eye. Don't want you to think I'm crying," I say, rubbing my eye, acting. Once my cheeks have cooled down i look at him again. "So, I'm guessing you're Korean?"

He nods. "What about you? Your eyes and face shape are similar to a Korean’s, but..., not?"

"My mom is Korean. My dad is Egyptian. That's where I got my last name, Essa. It means 'Gift of Isis', and Isis is the Goddess of wisdom. Not like the group Isis. Anyway, they met in Australia, got married, had me and my sister, and then moved to the U.S. when I was five."

"Cool. And you can call me Jere or Park. Jeremiel isn't the best name to repeat over and over."

"Well, you can call me Zeke or Essa. Can i see your schedule?"

He pulls his schedule out of his bag and hands it to me.

"This is great!" I say. "We have shop, lunch, gym, and cross country together!"

He smiles again, this time a small smile. "Thats nice."

"Lets go! We only have two periods to walk around so we better start now!"

"Are you always this peppy?" he asks me.

"No, I'm just really happy that I got to the awesome new kid before anyone else!"

He chuckles and smiles. And then his face falls.

"What's wrong?" I ask and stop walking.

"It's just, not many people would like to be my friend."

"Why not?" I'm so confused.

He mumbles something under his breath that I can't hear. He's staring at the floor, and his hair is slightly covering his eyes.

"What was that?" I ask, bending towards him a bit to hear him better.

He mumbles again. I place my hand on his shoulder.

He looks me in the eye and says, "I'm gay! Okay? So go on and make fun of me already!" he looks back down at the floor. How the hell am i so lucky?

"Look at me," I say.

He doesnt look up. I see a drop of water hit the floor. I squat down and look up at him. Another tear runs down his face. He looks surprised to see me on the floor looking at him.

"Lee Park Jeremiel, I couldn't give two shits if you were gay. Your sexuality doesn't matter to me. Hell it couldn't matter less. I will protect you at all costs, okay?"

His brows furrow and he wipes the tear from his cheek. "Are you sure? If others find out tht you're friends with a faggot then-"

"Shut up. Never call yourself a faggot. You sexuality doesn't make you inferior to anyone. You are worthy. Of God, of friends, of everything. OK?"

He smiles. "OK."

Fallout

Dixie- a young ghoul who’s age seems to be around 10. Extremely curious, adventurous, and imaginative, though naive with youth. She does not talk about her past, since she grew up an orphan “adopted” by cruel scavengers who abused her and eventually left her for dead in the glowing sea. After escaping and living on her own for a few years, she met Hatch who has truly adopted her as well as others who she considers family. Works as a courier around the wasteland, and loves any Nuka Cola- especially Quantum and Cherry!

Hatch Hutton- fairly new ghoul who travels around the commonwealth as an easygoing, laid back musician. He’s never seen without his straw boater, wrapped hands/ gloves, and his guitar. Hatch is very empathetic, helpful and kind, wanting only to spread smiles and ease some of the hardships people face in the wasteland with his music. Like Dixie, he does not talk about his past and quickly dismisses any questions regarding his injured hands. He is currently in a very loving relationship with Vomer (@dunesand), to whom he’s engaged.

Quinn Dugell- My SoSu, who did not have a son like in game. She was engaged to her fiance before the bombs dropped, but she was killed through the cryopod malfunction. Quinn stumbled around the wasteland in a daze and in shock at first, but quickly adjusted to her new life by killing raider scum. Personality wise, Quinn is fun loving, sarcastic, laid back, and doesnt take things too seriously. She viewed her new life in the wasteland like a fresh start, and has little to no inhibitions. She also REALLY loves puns/mom/dad humor, and is a skilled sniper. Romanced Hancock and Curie in game, and is BFFs with Deacon and Nick.

Donald Hutton- Hatch Huttons infamous, sleezy, greasy brother. Back in the good old days when Donald and Hatch were still humans, they traveled around as a performing duo. Donald has had strong vocals, while Hatch played the guitar/did backup vocals. Hatch is also very attached to his guitar because it was the one that him and Donald built together, and is a reminder of what Donald used to be like for Hatch. But then their mother fell ill, Donald became in debt with the raiders, and secretly sold himself and Hatch as slaves to pay for it, leading to the worst 2 years of their life- as well as turning into ghouls. Now that hes not only a ghoul, but a glowing GREEN ghoul, Donald makes a living in the wasteland by working under Mercury (@amummy) for her drug cartel and being a general informant by selling information. Hes a tease, a dog, and loves money and drugs/booze. He doesnt sing anymore due to holding a grudge against Hatch (found in their detailed backstory) and also through self hatred of what he did. He might sing again one day though, through lots of convincing.

Bones- a new addition to the raider group called the Strangers (@ohmdo), Bones is a pre-war ghoul who is a wiz when it comes to hacking and coding and is a stealthy scout. Bones himself very rarely shows his face that he hides under his mask, but his personality is far less intimidating than his looks. He jokes about everything and is honestly kind of lazy, unless something piques his interest. He is neutral about pretty much everything, though can turn pretty serious and intimidating in a split second. Hes very good buddies Krip (@surke).

Thorn- a 3rd gen/human hybrid who takes her job as Steph’s (@lemonlulz) bodyguard and right hand gal. Thorn is a deadly assassin/merc who utilizes her heavily modified syringe rifle, sting, as well as an assortment of poisons and chemicals to take care of her enemies. Since Steph runs an all girl raider group, Thorn is also a member and protects her comrades fiercely. Not much is known about Thorn aside from her serious, quiet, and lethal personality. She has a high interest in plants and science, due to her background. She has a sister, Calico, who she is low key looking for.

Fire Emblem

Miyoshi “Miyo”- An unusual Basara who loves to fight and roughhouse. Miyo joined the service under the Hoshido family from a young age, and fell under Hinoka’s ranks. Though she is short tempered and hot headed/zealous, Miyo also loves and values meditation and focus. She has a longtime close friendship to Nobu (@dunesand) who constantly act like bickering young siblings though considers family and protects at all cost. Miyoshi is head over heels for Kagero, who she’s dating.

Dragon Age

Fiiris Lavellan- Anxiety ridden with low self esteem and self worth, Fiiris is forced to join the Inquisition due to her mark, much to her horror. She is very reluctant and not at all confident in herself in the first part of the game, and tries often to push the responsibility she didnt want onto her advisors. But during the game, she slowly grows to have confidence in herself and in her skills/intuition, as well as getting help from her close friends she makes. By the end of the game, she is a highly skilled Rift mage who is a force to be reckoned with though she still has hints of her anxiety and humble personality. Shes very sweet, caring, shy, and loves Halla. Her closest friend is Cole, quickly followed by Varric and Josephine. I have two different files for her where she romances Bull and Cullen.

Orianna Cousland- My Grey Warden who is the fierce Queen of Ferelden, alongside her husband Alistair. She is similar to Miyo- short tempered, loves to fight, and loves to help people in need. A nimble rogue with the Duelist spec, she hates nobles especially after dealing with Howe. Even though shes Queen, she doesnt act like it- but in all honesty she uses her royalty to get away with some wild stuff lmao. Is off finding a cure to the blight to save her and Alistair. Her mabari pupper is named Meatball.

Rillan Lavellan- Fiiris’s cousin, who is nothing like her at all. He ran away from the clan to help/support Fiiris, and to also get a taste of the world and put his skill to use. Hes a charming rogue who specializes in duel blades and eventually becomes an assassin under Lelianna. He is arrogant, a flirt, and likes to show off as much as he can. He teases Fiiris all the time, though he does deeply care for her deep down though he has odd ways of showing it. Hes often running away from Cassandra’s Ire.

Hunger Pains (based on WoD)

Twinny Okuda- young and brash, and hates school. Very level headed about most things, and seems to come off as cold and unsympathetic. Wont go off on someone randomly, but if pushed to her limits and emotionally strained, she can get hot headed and make angry outbursts.She loves to tinker with things and figure out how they work. Very loyal to her close friends, and will always be Ride or Die. Her parents are almost always working, so her relationship with them isnt the best. Eventually it is revealed that she is a force mage.

Jai Kamaat- Dragon Beast passed down through his bloodline. Radical; lives life on the edge (or tries to, but he can be pretty lazy too). Parkors and hangs with Twinny a lot. The two are pretty close, and even though twinny wouldnt admit it, she considered him her best friend. Had a troubled past, but is working to fix it. Hides a dangerous temper that comes out only if poked enough. Confident, likes to tease/pull pranks, hides insecurities with overconfidence.

Estelle LaFille “Bloodhound”- an ancient beast with the Rake monster soul inside of her. Born in the 13th Century, Estelle was born in the French countryside but quickly showed signs of “possession” of a demon, to which her fear stricken parents gave he away to the church to be saved. There, Estelle was raised and entered nunhood. She dealt with night terrors and random sporadic hallucinations/visions of horror from her Beast, until one day it tried to take her over. Estelle, possessing a tremendous amount of willpower and fueled by her religion, made a pact with the Rake. She would comply to its hunger- but act as a righteous hand of God on Earth, delivering his judgment onto the worst of the sinners. The Rake, who was sustained through carrying out acts of punishment, agreed. Quickly becoming a legend, Estelle had stayed true to her code, never giving into the Beast’s desire for carnage for simple “sins”. The early years adjusting to her killing almost broke Estelle, who knew her soul was bloodied from her sin- but justified her actions with “religious righteousness”, receiving small “signs” from god that her path was a just one and it was meant to be. Bloodhound became a stone cold, efficient, deadly killer, striking fear into the underground all over the world

Celio- A local renowned tattoo artist, who also happens to be a powerful Mage and protects the city. Celio used to have a troubled past because of growing up a mage, but has come into his own pretty well and made a name for himself. He is covered in tattoos that he did himself that are inscribed with magic, each one holding its own spell. He utilizes unpredictability, and constantly tattoos new spells onto himself when he has used them. Yarah- Assistant to Jinorin and self proclaimed “Hostess” to the Brothel, Yarah is a seaslug monster who works at the brothel and helps keep things running. She loves exotic plants, especially aquatic plants.

Saurii- another worker in the brothel, Saurii is a small, stout Stingray monster who resides at the brothel. He spends a lot of time in the hot spring bath, as well as the lavish pool. Saurii is playful and mischievous, loving to tease both friends and clients.

Lucia- Captian Lucia is a pirate queen, who owns her own ship and ragtag loyal crew. Most notable about her is the three deep scars running along her right eye made of gold with its pupil made of glowing turquoise. Shes a Swashbuckler who, by putting ammo into her eye to charge, can make her own magic ammo with different effects. When she first finds people she wasnt to recruit into her crew, she convinces them to sign their name on a contract that magically binds them to her service- not to their knowledge of course. Samiri- The Bastard child to a Lord, Samiri is a half orc Brawler who was hidden away in her fathers castle to hide his shame. She constantly snuck out and rebelled against him, until one night she got away for good. She’s naiive and was sheltered all her life, but wanted to experience the life of an adventurer and set out to make a name for herself to become more than a bastard child no one wanted. Has an Ogre skull helmet, an orcish warhammer that was her mothers that she named Pansy (her favorite flower), and two hands ready to whoop some ass. (CG)

Ghastooth- A wandering skeleton (obito) Magus who is simply wandering around trying to find out who he is, his purpose, and to make up for whatever horrible sin he did in his past life that made him into what he is now. He has no past memories of his life before becoming an Obitu, only waking up in a decrepit overgrown temple. (NG)

Ellie Mae- A sweet, upstanding southern belle Thri-Kreen Summoner who is passionate about her faith, spreading good will, and taking care of her dear Eidolon Alais who is a giant lion made of crystalline Obsidian, whose eyes and claws are a glowing white. He also has a cute white ruffle collar made by none other than Ellie Mae. Her parents are tailors, who passed down their craft to her- before she became an adventurer, of course. They send her a new ruffle dress every so often, since adventuring is never kind to your clothing. Some iconic props and accessories of hers are her white hand fan, parasol, and long smoking pipe with smoking tobacco. (Though this character was sadly part of a game run by someone i now hate, I still hope to bring her back in full force!) (NG)

Klinko- the newest edition to my beloved characters, Klinko is a small Grippli Warlock who worships the “Big Frog” in the sky (AKA Cthulu). Despite being a frog, he can actually be quite the charmer (thanks nat 20s!) and is also wandering the land to seek more knowledge about his faith and the arcane. He also really loves to eat meat. And Tashigi loves this place, loves the kingdom and capital and every person in it, and always helps out in town whenever Nami decides she wants to go out and just.

And so Nami ends up twisting her plans and making it look like Arlong was blackmailing her and that it was his plans, ‘cause he wasn’t popular at court, and basically does this super clever coup and takes over his whole enterouge and deposing him as duke (or whatever tf he would be ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

And arlong finds out that she betrayed him and so sends people to kill her but then Tashigi busts in and totally does awesome sword fighting and saves her life and they talk it over and be honest and just. Happily ever after ;u;

And for the loyal af I’m gonna do Robin and Koala ‘cause it’s just so flippin’ cute

There was a coup when Robin was younger and the whole royal family was murdered but lil!Koala helped her sneak away and worked in the kitchens and gave information to the rebels, and she was so young, but so strong, and helped the rebellion take back Robin’s kingdom, and so in return Robin asked her what she wanted and Koala said that all she wanted was to be able to protect Robin. (Cue flustered and barely hiding it Robin, and utterly oblivious young koala)

Robin as this elegant and poised and utterly (literally) magical lady and Koala’s been head over heels for her for the longest time, ever since she was a page and saw Robin (as a teen) with her head held high and her voice so calm and strong as she dismissed warriors to help fight bandits and take care of her kingdom.

Before Robin’s coronation she’s meant to visit every single village and know the people and work with her land so she can understand what they live like and go through but Koala’s super worried because even though Robin is a powerful witch there’s still ways to get her and begs to accompany her

And Robin acquiesces (and is actually secretly super happy that Koala still cares enough to want to protect her, because a lot of other people see her as scary and cold and strange and she doesn’t mind, but sometimes it gets lonely)

Koala totally braids Robin’s hair at one point!!!! Because it was getting in the way and Robin was getting annoyed!!! And then agrees to do it for the rest of the trip!!!! And she dies inside because Robin is so beautiful and she loves her so fucking much!!!!!!

They end up camping together on the road and it’s basically just domesticity and protecting each other and taking care of each other and Robin confides softly some of her fears of being queen and koala almost half-confesses that she’s worried one day they’ll be things she can’t protect anyone from

Their first kiss is totally in a waterfall.

They get attacked by bandits and Koala fights them all off but ends up getting injured. And so they camp by this waterfall that opens into this really lovely cave system that’s lit by shards of glowing blue and purple crystal that Robin found ‘cause it’d help her healing magic (which she isn’t suuuuuper good at, ‘cause healing magic is innate and Robin is more of a learned witch, and has heaps of memorised spells, but isn’t good at just shoving raw power at a thing).

And in the soft glow of these crystals and she’s patching up Koala’s side she just…..Ends up tugging Koala’s chin and pressing a kiss to her lips and Koala’s like lajkhdgj holy FUCK

And she tries to kiss back properly but then ends up wincing and going all ow ow ow fuck that hurt

And Robin laughs and Koala’s like aw come on that’s not my fault. And basically ends up saying something about how she’s wanted to do that for ages is it her fault that she wants more than just one kiss???

And Robin’s like woah. excuse me, wait, what.

And Koala starts blushing furiously and gets super flustered and is spluttering and trying to explain and Robin just thinks it over while she’s spluttering and is like “So you…have loved me? For a long time?”

And Koala just ends up nodding kind of guilty but then Robin smiles at her and Koala’s fucking wrecked and Robin just says “Good,” and kisses her again!!!

And no misunderstandings occur and they keep travelling around just this time with kisses and more affection and Koala not feeling careful around what she’s allowed to do, ‘cause before she didn’t feel like she could / should touch Robin and now finds out Robin fucking loves all the attention Koala gives her

GOD IT’S SO CUTE!!!!

And when they get back and Robin is crowned it’s basically a fact that Koala is the kingdom’s other queen and when people on Robin’s council complain and says she needs to get married ‘cause she shouldn’t be queen without a king she just laughs in their face.

She’s not 100% comfortable with being a mom, because she doesn’t remember much about her mom, ‘cause she died when Robin was so young and she was always so busy with being Queen, but Koala would love a kid, and she needs an heir….

(Little does she know that she’s already accidentally adopted all of the orphaned children in the castle, who she visits regularly and tells wonderful stories about the adventures she and Koala had and supports and helps with jobs and teaching and she gives them books and like okay these like 10 kids all see her and Koala as their moms)

But she needs a biological kid apparently (she’s contemplated firing this council, they’re fucking dumbasses) so she makes a kid and the kid has magic and there’s dorky magical shenanigans as she tries to get used to the fact that someone calls her mother and means it and Koala’s like Robin, pls, you’ve been looking after the castle kids for years why is this weird???

But it’s mine, Robin goes, frazzled, and Koala laughs quietly and soothes her with kisses and they raise this kickass kid and she and Koala live happily ever after. The end!!!!!

Fake Marriage AU Headcanons:

But Zoro can’t beat mihawk. It’s annoying as fuck for him, especially when Mihawk constantly keeps asking when Zoro will find something stronger than his ambitions, when he’ll find something worth fighting for.

One day he finally snaps and points at Luffy, who’s the brother of a friend of a student that attends Kuina’s self defence class and goes,

“I’M FIGHTING FOR MY FIANCE YOU ASSHOLE”

Luffy’s like wtf. Mihawk’s like ah. Well then. i shall leave you to spend time with your fiance, ‘cause you obviously don’t know well enough what i mean.

So they just claim that they had met before then, and it’s ridiculous and dorky and they have to answer plans about marriage and where their rings are, and zoro says he didn’t want luffy to loose his and that he was always working and fighting and so they’d agreed not to get rings and

They end up going on dates where they try and get everything sorted and what they know about each other and luffy keeps making zoro laugh (which is annoying, fucking hell luffy, you’re a dumbass, zoro thinks with a roll of his eyes, but can’t deny that…weirdly enough luffy makes him really happy)

and once their friends know they’re getting married, they get shoved together a lot too, and so they go from not knowing each other very well to just learning so much about each other’s likes and dislikes and they get along really well????? like wtf it’s so weird????/ they just fit. Once Zoro stop acting so put-upon ofc tho (luffy yells at him, and tells him that it was zoro’s fault in the first place that they were stuck in this mess, so how could he get off on being so high and mighty all the time??? and zoro stops acting like a dick)

but you know my being on the autistic spectrum, severely adhd, having severe manic depression amongst other mental illnesses, and being chronically ill never once mattered to anyone while with them you gotta fucking treat them with kid gloves at all times like they're goddamn toddlers. i cant get on my stepsister for shit because she has homework and chronic illness and i cant get on my own flesh and blood sister because she's on the aspec and i'm sick of this shit. where was this gentle treatment when i was a kid? why is it i work my goddamn ass off constantly and need to come home to a filthy house and cant even depend on them to do what very little shit i fucking ask them to?? im so sick to death of me being seen as the lazy one who doesnt try when i'm literally the only person who does anything without being asked to first. i should NOT be the only one cleaning the fucking house. literally my stepsister's supposed to take care of her dog and my other sister is supposed to take out trash. that's really all. but guess who does both of those things on top of maintaining the rest of the fucking house and on top of that having their own shit they need to do? it's fuckin me. literally who else does anything ever around any home i've lived in since age 14?

and on top of all of this absolute bullshit apparently those days i said "i watched this show and drew" as a way to express "i'm not too depressed to do normal things today" and "i'm actively working on a novel" while sitting in a house that was clearly cleaned after also saying i did job applications automatically translates to "all i did today was draw and watch television". like fuck all of them i fucking hate it here and i need to leave. i never wanted to live here in the first place tbh.
