After recent events, I ended up going back to the beginning to check things, because my first reaction will always be "wtf, this is shit, why would you do this" and my second reaction will always be "okay maybe that was a bit much, maybe he's not THAT bad, maybe has a good reason-

I have been angry since April 12th and I've reached a point where I don't even know what to feel anymore I don't even know what to tell y'all.

Like, wow, omg, movie reveals. Other than family relations, the other thing isn't exactly anything new. We've all read Midnight Crow. We saw Kaitou Corbaeu. We've been in denial until finally reaching acceptance. For me at least. And then we spend a few years bargaining, bc surely there's a good reason kaitos not in the know. That kaito has to be KID. Surely there's a reason? Right?

Right???

At this point we don't even truly know if Jii is in the know and was acting as planned out by the parents or not. Or if he's just like kaito. Tricked, lied to, played for fools. At the very least ginzo doesn't know, so there's that. Not sure how much that would help kaito when he inevitably finds out. Because he will. The fact remains that it's quite suspicious that Jii just so happen to choose to don the KID outfit and become KID to draw out toichis murderers exactly 8 years after toichis death. EXACTLY the same amount of time that was set for that trap door portrait to open to kaito.

Hello anon!! Don't worry about the questions, I'm always happy to help, even if I have answered before!

We don't really have "specific blogs" around here as per se. There's @sleepanonymous who's the resident Librarian/Archivist/Knowledge Keeper, and then there are some blogs that do exclusively fanart and fanfiction.

Otherwise we're all a mix of everything. Most of us do a mix of lore theories / analysis / fanart / shitpost. Since the band itself doesn't have an "actual" set lore, you'll find a lot of different takes for the same songs / themes. I think we all have our own takes on the storyline, so it's really nice to read everyone's different opinions. Please feel free to join the conversation!

On this day, October 14

In 2022: My Chemical Romance performed their 56th show of the 2022-2023 Swarm tour in Inglewood, California, USA. At this show, "Kill All Your Friends" was performed live for the first time since 2008, and "All the Angels" was performed live for the first time ever. For the first part of the show, a photo of a person (potentially their producer, Doug McKean) in the recording studio was taped to the drums. Later in the show, three tally marks were drawn on the drums. The majority of the songs performed at this show were from their third album, "The Black Parade". (🖤)

terzomega headcanon incoming

I'm so weak for "different cultural background feat. clueless guy" dynamic. think about it: while ghouls are valuable assets, no one actually bothered to find out more than "live in packs, get antsy when inside for too long, eat human food" which is more of "how to keep exotic pets" and less of actual insight on ghoul society.

Omega is courting Terzo. poor guy doesn't notice other ghouls keep a certain distance from him when Omega is around (Terzo also doesn't think much about why the ghoul seems to insist on walking right behind him all the time like a shadow). gifts, acts of service, you name it, and Terzo just assumes Omega is being nice to him for no reason. at some point Terzo does something that is like saying "yes" for ghouls and Omega is confused bc he accepted his advances yet acts like nothing happened (how was Terzo supposed to know what giving him a nightshade meant? he thought that the flower was beautiful and wanted to do something nice for the ghoul since he's so nice to him). all that would've been easier had Omega asked him directly but my is he traditional (he also has no idea that Terzo has no idea what's going on).

eventually they build a relationship in what Terzo believes is a very human way (they were nice to each other, they became friends and then lovers). it actually takes him a few years and a "when I was courting you..." from Omega to find out what was really happening back then
