Just because Mikan's working at the Hope's Peak now, it didn't meant she completely severed her ties with the staff at her former hospital. No, she still continued to talk to them; sometimes to get advice, sometimes to give advice and sometimes to join others on another "Roasting Today's Worst Patients" competition. That, honestly, never was a problem before. Sometimes, everyone would just roast and hate on an entitled patient privately among themselves, than leave to do their jobs as if nothing had happened. But because Mikan had both WhatsApp and her old hospital's website open, she may or may not have send the wrong meme to the wrong person without realising.

Mikan has been collecting data on the students of Hope's Peak, it being health related data due to her occupation as a nurse.

Every checkup she sees how her peers' BMI steadily increases, raising higher and higher. The day of the average being around 20 or less is long gone. Now the skinniest students weigh around the 45 mark, Obesity class III is the new norm... and Mikan adores that fact.

She adores having power over people's dieting habits, and she adores seeming them waddle around as mindless, needy piggies~

Her routine was simple; dispose of any waste, sweep the floors, replace the bedsheets on any cots used, etc, etc. By the time she was done, it was already dark outside.

And tonight was no different. Well, except for the fact that Mikan couldn't shake the feeling that someone was watching her. But she was alone, right? She had to be! There wasn't anyone else here!

The nurse glanced over her shoulder nervously as she put away the bandages for the night. "Is... Is there someone here? W-We're closed... If y-you need medical help there's a hospital down the road..."

Thinking about Nekomaru Nidai and heart transplants and how one of the theories is that he took Junko's heart after she died.

I like this theory! It is a fun theory!

But Junko's blood type is AB, which means only another person with that blood type can take her heart. Nekomaru's blood type is A, which means he could give Junko his heart, but he can't take hers.

Nekomaru could, however, take Mukuro's, if it got to him fast enough, since her blood type is A. (Her heart probably got pierced by one of the spears, so not likely, and even if it didn't, her heart would have needed to get to him within 4-6 hours, which is also extremely unlikely.)

....

This also means that Mikan should not have been able to transplant Junko's womb into herself, for the same reason. (The exact same, actually - Mikan is also blood type A.)

In point of fact, the only one of the girls who could is Ibuki.

It's just interesting that, in terms of organ donor and blood transfusions, Junko can take from anybody, but she can only give herself to someone just. like. her.
