this is out of pocket but. I am convinced a lot of the higher ups at Liberty Media think car racing and motorbike racing are the same thing. girl, not even car racing and car racing are the same thing. they just see things going vroom vroom and people liking it and go 'hmmm... i could make a shitton of money out of this'. it's not the same. it's like saying football and basketball and volley and rugby are one big sport because they all involve teams throwing a ball around bare-handed. each of them has got its rules, necessities, implications, complications. you can't just. ugh. im eating glass. people are going to come over from f1 and complain because it's not what they're used to, aren't they?
