I'm taking back my confidence, there came a point in my life, I stopped getting ready wore lots of black easy to throw on clothes and ponytails. Every year it got worse birthed three kids and have a bonus child, my body as gone threw many undesirable changes and instead of embracing my mama body I've hid away and had very low self-esteem. Enough is enough with all my flaws and ups and downs in my life its time to be that social outgoing women I used to be! So here I go on my adventure not only working on self care and feeling beautiful again but also live streaming and interacting with individuals, I don't know if I'll get far but it is a huge start !!

We are officially off the (.)(.)! 😀 And he is losing his chubbiness very fast 😭 It was very hard for me to wean him off because he was crazy about the milk and every time I told myself “Ok, today is the day and I’m going to stop!” I failed and gave in. He was crying so much, his teeth were coming out and my heart was just broken. I don’t know how I did it but it was getting impossible during the night when he needed to snack 20 times! 😩 I tried bunch of different methods - cold turkey (didn’t work because I was so engorged all the time, had lumps and leaking), pumping out (also didn’t work because the pump doesn’t work as good as the baby and still left me with lumps at the end of pumping)...😩 So I decided to still give it to him and reduce it gradually... 3 times a day , 2 times a day (morning and night), 1 time a day (at night) and 0 times a day (a lots and lots of crying still). And also I had to put myself on the starvation mode for about a week so my body doesn’t have enough nutrition to produce the milk... I have done it before but this case was extremely difficult - boys are boys...😂 5 years of (.)(.) feeding is officially over - I’m happy and sad at the same time.
