I just saw the new QSMP rules and 2 of them are SO TARGETED it's so funny

This is specifically Bad and Dapper after their tower prank on Foolish and it's not even been a DAY since they did it LMAO

And this one is a target towards Bad mainly, constantly stocking the eggs up with totems. I'm curious to figure out how he finds a way around this lmao.

I'm the second one is technically targetting all the parents but reading them my immediate thoughts were on Bad due to how many totems he gives the eggs constantly.

The last one is probably so the admins can update the eggtistics when it hits the time, instead of having to wait for Bad to stop streaming at like 9am (UK time as that's my timezone, 12am PST is 8am here)

The higher you advance your career in an academic field, the less accommodations there are.

Nobody expects disabled people to succeed in academia. Nobody feels the need to accommodate disabilities in higher academia.

I went to a conference this past month, there were 0 options for accommodations. The poster session was cramped (despite having an entire fucking room to spread out???) There was a huge party one night and I could not physically be in the hotel because of the noise. If you were in a wheelchair, good luck even navigating the conference room.

The thing is, asking for disabilities isn't anything new in higher academia. This conference actually did! Well, sort of. It asked for food allergies. That was it.

Why is it a stretch to offer accommodations upon request? Why is it a stretch to ask if people have any other kind of disability besides food allergies?

Anyway, I learned my lesson. I'm not gonna wait. Next conference I go to, I'm volunteering that information. I should never have been kicked out of my hotel room due to sensory issues. I should never have been left to sit alone in the middle of the night in the dark, because even the well-lit patio was too loud. I should never have had a panic attack because the poster session was too crowded and loud, when we had a whole room to spread out in.

Nothing is going to change unless someone starts screaming. I'm pulling out my fucking megaphone. I demand accommodations. I belong here, same as anyone else.

Disabled people don't just belong in academia. We also deserve the right to feel safe and welcome in an academic space.

Bela keeps getting higher. Elena comes to Max, thinking he's still supplies Bela. But he's all out and in pain. So two join forces to find Bela's stash. First one they find Max immediately claims as his own.

However, Bela still gets weed somewhere. So they keep searching... and finding... Soon whole family is involved and it becomes VERY concearning.

Like, Bela's just fucking blazed all the time. Which wouldn't be so terrible if it wasn't clearly such a problem for her that she's never sober. It's on par with Max's borderline alcoholism. It's all the time and it makes her stink (which Elena hates because she then has to sleep next to her), and she's so much more lacklustre in anything Alcina gives her to do. She's just... not the Bela they know and love.

And Bela will argue and tell them it's not a problem. It's just a plant. "You can't even get addicted to weed." and call Max a hypocrite, as well as Alcina and Mia who both partake in tobacco "which is so much worse".

I don't think it results in a real fight at all, though I do think what gets to Bela is Elena stating she won't sleep in the bedroom anymore. She's tired of the smell.

It doesn't changes Bela's mind right there, but shit a night by herself for the first time in a while makes her think.
