So, a looooooong time ago, before I even got into Homestuck, my cousin told me about and showed me sketches of his Homestuck x Daughter of Evil AU. I don’t remember anything about it besides one of his sketches showing what I assume was supposed to be the Germaine analogue but I decided to revive this idea (again) just because I don’t think Homestuck ever had a DoE AU, even though they used to be all the rage in fandom before.

Those who have been following me for a long time might also remember my own Evillious x Homestuck AU, which was somehow even more convoluted than the original Homestuck and Evillious Chronicles combined lol.

With Ichika having updated her old DoE PV image, it only felt right to do the same with this AU!

So, for casting here, I have:

A little theory about what happened to Steph's mother

So we know that Solomon Lauter got the Black Book 15 years ago, when Steph was around 3 years old, and that he has some bad memories with it. We also saw how a deal with the Lords in Black looks - that you have to give up something that you cherish most. Like a person you love...

Also because of the above (like Nibbly already tasted the blood Stephanie has) + their surname sounding like slaughter (like you can slaughter pigs) + the ending of the Honey Queen I think Solomon made a deal with Nibbly specifically to become the Mayor of Hatchetfield

myfanwy had not yet been acquired like a rare pokemon until ianto emerged so jack didn't even have her to blame the noise of the literal tardis landing on their roof on so i have often wondered what he did blame that very distinctive noise on or what sounds jack himself created to cover it up seeing as suzie, tosh & owen were confined to the hub during the events of boom town.

I will say, I’ve been enjoying making these! I hope to do a Homestuck version of all the songs in DoE, though I’m probably not going to extend it to the rest of the Evillious Chronicles anymore for obvious reasons @_@

#torkoal #this pokémon's T-pose has their head pointed straight down at the ground. so they're just faceplanted for some reason #so i took this picture with them face-down on the floor which is fun. secret lore about the framing of this photo #this guy is… what‚ the mayor of treasure town? i find it a little bit weird that he holds such a position of power and yet we hardly see any #of him throughout the game. the only place i can distinctly remember him showing up was in the hot spring after waterfall cave #which was a bit of a less-than-memorable segment. to me. it would've been nice to have the chance to hang around and chat with the pokémon #that were there instead of just being kicked out after the cutscene was over. but maybe i'm misremembering and we actually did get that #chance to do so. it's been a while i really need to do a replay of all the pmd games just to refresh my memory of some of the finer details
