concept: Mammon is the best at hiding Christmas/etc presents bc he knows all the best object-hiding spots in the House of Lamentation. However, Lucifer knows him well enough that he can figure out the locations easily. Lucifer never opens the gifts bc he has self-restraint, but he still gets all smug about it and teases that he’s going to tell the others.

So one year, Mammon psyches Lucifer out by getting Diavolo to hide all the gifts in the royal palace instead. Diavolo thinks it’s the funniest thing ever. Lucifer thinks he’s losing his mind when he can’t find anything in Mammon’s usual hiding spots.

What pets the brothers would get

Just me assigning pets to the demon bros because i love animals and Levi's section is written purely from experience, have fun reading it!

Ps: just wanna thank my mutuals cuz yall mean a lot to me and i might just be a random tumblr account on the internet for you but i love you <3

𝓛𝓾𝓬𝓲𝓯𝓮𝓻

This man barely had time to take care of one creature, another might just have him dying from exhaustion

So he’s going to settle for a small potted plant

He makes sure to take good care of it, watering it everyday and using just the right fertilizers to make it thrive

The plant probably won’t have a flower, mostly because if it’s too captivating a certain someone might steal it *cough* mammon *cough*

Besides he likes how it blends in with his room instead of standing out too much

It’ll also probably be one he can propagate so it sorta lives on forever (or at least a part of it)

Tried to give it a name once but immediately cringed at himself

Wont let anyone touch it, not even you, even put a protective spell on it

𝓜𝓪𝓶𝓶𝓸𝓷

I mean, he’s already got his crows so…?

If he really wanted one, he’d get a pigeon because they don’t make much noise

Probably found a chick outside and nursed it himself, named him Falcon because it’s cool

Thought him how to fly by running around the HOL while holding Falcon in front of him like that scene from the Lion King

At first he was a little grossed out by the pooping but eventually just becomes indifferent to it.

Tried to potty train him but failed and somehow ended up teaching him to poop on command instead which is still pretty cool

Makes it a point to always carry around paper towels in case of emergencies

Gets really attached to the sounds he makes, finds the cooing noise really soothing. Cheers him up instantly whenever he’s feeling down.

Parrot fish!!

He bought it on an impulse because it was orange and reminded him of his Henry

Names it Henry the Third (what did you expect)

Quickly realizes just how chaotic this fish can be, it would constantly chase Henry 2.0 around and steal his food, has to separate the tank in two with a mesh.

One night he woke up to a weird spark sound and had to check all his equipment to make sure nothing was damaged

Turns out it was just Henry the Third spitting rocks at the glass

He’s a little annoyed but loves the enthusiasm, ended up getting 2 more and names them Fourth and Fifth

Was ecstatic when he saw one of them laying eggs but immediately got mortified when another came and started eating them

𝓢𝓪𝓽𝓪𝓷

You know EXACTLY what he’s going to get, a cat!

Doesn’t matter what type, as long as it’s a cat he’s happy

Will play with it a lot, getting super attached

Gave it a name once upon a time but ended up using so many nicknames he forgot, and so did the cat

Now it responds only to his voice, no matter how much you pspsps the cat ain’t gonna bat an eye

It won’t ever leave him alone, constantly rubbing up to him and begging for treats even if he has work and he always gives in

Starts getting behind on schoolwork so Lucifer has to monitor his playtime and he HATES it

Ends up playing with the cat a lot more often at midnight

𝓐𝓼𝓶𝓸𝓭𝓮𝓾𝓼

He doesn’t want anything that roams free since it might cause a mess, considered getting a plant like lucifer but in the end he got a Tarantula

Thought he’d get bored of taking care of it but somehow got super attached

Probably got a female tarantulas and named her Princess.

Super paranoid after learning they can die if they’re dropped, will only handle Princess if absolutely necessary

Isn't too grossed out with the feed but stores it outside his room because god forbid a roach makes its way on his bed he will burn his room

Went all out with the enclosure, made it as comfortable as possible but he had to hold himself back form adding decorations to it that stood out too much.

Molts on the same day as Princess and they keep each other company

He's usually holed up in his room alone when he molts, not even letting you in because he looks 'hideous', but tarantulas don't talk

𝓑𝓮𝓮𝓵𝔃𝓮𝓫𝓾𝓫

Definitely a dog! Specifically a German shepherd.

Names her Bacon because she loves…bacon

He doesn’t walk the dog he runs her, devildom pedestrians are constantly scared

Let’s her play with Cerberus all the time and sometimes joins in as well

Playtime always ends up in a huge cuddle pile and he's always covered in the smell of wet dog the next day

At first he didn’t think he’d have to train her, he didn’t want to be mean to Bacon

But one day she growled at you out of nowhere and he knew it could escalate, so he starts doing simple training

Stuff like ‘stop’ ‘sit’ and ‘find’

‘find’ is his favorite, whenever someone would hide food from him, Bacon would show him exactly where it was.

𝓑𝓮𝓵𝓹𝓱𝓮𝓰𝓸𝓻

Everyone was worried what he’d get, since he barely has time to take care of himself.

Ends up getting a cat as well

Cats spend most of their time sleeping so he feels a connection :)

He loves the purring noise, can easily fall asleep to it

He subconsciously hums back, sorta like purring back to let the cat know he's happy too

He's usually the type to flop onto bed but now he always checks his sheets before sleeping, afraid that he might crush his little furry friend

Overall a 10/10 experience

However, whenever he's sleeping in demon form his tail sways and the cat always plays with it

Sometimes he gets woken up by it chewing on his tail, tried to bite back for funsies but got a foot to his face instead

Honestly disappointed

Said no to satan about keeping a cat for the last 200 years already

Literally cannot say no to you though

Let’s you keep it on the strict conditions that you take care of it and it doesn’t bother him

Eventually begins to get used to the cat always wandering around and following him

Allows it to sit on his lap as he does paperwork

Refuses to let it sit on him though, as the fur could ruin his clothes

More of a dog guy but cats are cool too

Actually really enjoys its company when he eats his food and it purrs around his feet

Gives it little scraps or buys extra food for it if he feels like sharing

Found sleeping together with it sitting on top of his chest multiple times a day
