They fucked with House Baratheon so much. I’ll be forever bitter over the fact Bran ended up being king instead of Gendry, who in fact had a claim to the throne. Anyone would be a better choice than Bran. The night king was right all along about destroying humanity. Oh well T.T

I’m not so sure I wanted Gendry to become King. He wouldn’t want it. With the right advisors? I imagine he’d be a decent king and there is some poetic sense of justice in Robert’s true son becoming king, but I’ve always been content with him getting Storm’s End if anything. 

It should’ve been brought up though. Gendry had a claim to the throne on par with Jon’s if not greater than at the time. Robert had taken it by conquest. I guess, Daenerys had also taken it by conquest and by virtue of Jon being her closet living realtive he’d be next in line. But if Jon abdicated his claim or as we see he’s sent to the Wall being stripped of titles and ability to claim them than that actually leaves Gendry once again the last closest living person that could claim the throne by right of either Baratheon or Targaryen blood. 

In truth, I wanted Jon to become King. It made the most sense to me and seemed to be where the story was leading. Jon taking up the crown to help rebuild the country not even just because it’s his brith right as a Targareyn but just because Jon is Jon and I thought he’d be a pretty good king. 

Both Gendry and Jon would be the most relucant to take the job.

🖊 Whitney is very conservative....definitely in the closet—both with sex in general and her sexuality. She says she’s straight, because she’s been told that’s what’s right. Honestly? The girl is VERY bi. And Wren and Jane fucking know it. They love Whitney, and the feeling is returned, but god, those girls...listen, Wren and Jane’s jokes are the dirties with Whitney. A lot of sexual innuendo, very direct sexual conversations, and they’re not afraid to pelvic thrust dance to a song to make that woman blush. That being said...in LyraWhit verse, Ly picks up on it pretty quickly—Wren’s scheming okay? It doesn’t take long until Lyra is whispering sweet nothings in Whit’s ear while running a hand up her leg. Needless to say, her marriage with Joseph ends tragically for him. Boo hoo.

🖊 In WrenWes ‘verse, Wren works alongside Whitney at the school. Wren doubles as the psychology teacher and the music teacher while Whitney teaches art and English. They’re pretty good friends, and Wren gets her out of her conservative she’ll, because well...Wren’s sex life seems interesting since she’s with the motorcycle riding deputy of Hope County. 👀 (Whitney has a thing for bad boys, okay?)

🖊 Mike is honestly one of the few people Jane emotionally let’s in that she gets involved with (in their verse). She has always had issues with attachment and getting emotionally involved. Very much hit and quit it, if your lucky enough for her to show interest at all. She tries really hard to keep that shit locked down, but Mike breaks down every barrier she has and it scares the hell out of her. And even though John dies, she knows Mike was the best choice for her.

🖊Jane doesn’t like to admit it, but she actually has a lot of respect for Wes while the shit with John is going on. Jane is itching and eager to fight him, just to see who’s pride will win out in the end. She’s eager for a challenge, and for that challenger to be the enemy? OOOF. But that aside, she really does respect him as an opponent, because yes, her sins are pride and envy, but she knows better than to underestimate. In fact, it’s because she knows he can match (probably more than match, but don’t tell her that) that makes her respect him. Eventually she becomes less hostile, but she’s the one that once dibs on Wes.

🖊 In the no-cult AU, Rowan still watches the games at the Spread Eagle from time to time, making it an eventual tradition that her and Randy do from time to time. That’s how they first met (in all canons), and since she lives in the Whitetails, it’s really the only time run into each other. Most of the time she’s in the woods hunting or doing her ranger thing.

🖊 This ray of sunshine is always open and warm to her friends. And in the other ‘verses, that includes Wes, Jo, Mike, and Raf (and many others, though I don’t think her Lyra would get along, she would still go out of her way to be polite). She’s extroverted but she doesn’t force others to be, she’s just there to enjoy herself and to enjoy everyone’s company. She would talk bikes with Wes, ask about photography with Mike, compliment Jo’s Hawaiian shirts (much to Wren’s distaste), and ask Raf multiple questions about art culture. She’s genuinely interested and loves to learn things.

This! I completely agree with your points. The Baratheons played a major  I feel we were robbed the opportunity of confrontation. Gendry has targaryen blood, which relates him with Jon and Dany. And also how come no one even mention Gendry saved them by sending the freaking raven beyond the wall. I think the Baratheon House should had received a bigger role. They made Gendry Arya’s fuck boy this season, like that’s the reason he was there, even though he was so important. The Baratheons deserved better than that.

Gendry was so under utilized and I will not stop being mad about it. Make no mistake, everyone was butchered in some fashion but they brought Gendry back after 3 entire seasons of being absent and they do this with him. They came into my house and disrespected my favorite and my favorite pairing.
