i'm not really a taylor fan and i know that if i say that the parallels shown in that post are very generic (in the sense that for example the one about waking up alone is a very collective feeling that everyone's felt at a point) then i know i'll get called out because i have myself made so many lyric parallel posts about harry and louis so i won't say it 🫣😂 but yeah i think sometimes artists do tend take inspirations from everyday and try to sort of relate it to a universal experience and i think that's why so many artists have so many lyric parallels/overlaps between them

I am a quarantine larrie and I was on twitter before (Stay away it's a dangerous place!) and since I didn't live through h*ylor, I had no idea how incredibly upsetting and borderline traumatizing those times were for both harry and louis. I had seen those "Good friends, if that" moments of louis but it was hard being on twitter and realizing just how bitter both of them were towards T. I actually was a houyalor (eww I hate my past-dumbass self) coz yeah twitter does that to you. I didn't make edits of them (!) but I have seen so many people do that and it was only after I joined tumblr did I realize just how weird it is. I definitely understand now why so many veteran larries dislike T as a person (which, same; I somewhat like her as an artist but it's just limited to that) and I just can't imagine them being 'besties' or whatever these houyalors/louyalors want.

I get you. That's my problem with twitter too, it's not like people can keep stuff on archive and find information easily, so they just talk about whatever information they think it seems to be correct like there was no tomorrow. Haylor was messy, nothing funny about it. It's very sad to me that people like the idea of them being bffs, when there is such an ugly reality behind it.
