a/n: just something i decided to throw in, for the lack of fluff, cuddles and kisses i have in my life right now :) i hope you guys enjoy reading as much as i enjoy writing it! and yea, its just pure fluff and love <33

casually cuddling on the couch, yeonjun's arm lazily slung around your shoulders while your head rests against his broad, warm chest, just basking in each others' presence, your thoughts lost somewhere unknown.

until you felt his warm lips on your forehead, causing your attention to focus on him, his soft, starry eyes already staring back into yours.

"i love you, so, so much, angel", yeonjun tenderly whispered, his words carrying so much love and adoration. a smile breaks on your face while you decided to kiss his cheeks, craning your neck upwards so that you can reach him.

your action causes pink to rose on his cheeks, his cheekbones very much visible from him smiling widely. "i love you too, my boy",  you said as you shifted your weights, your body now facing him and taking his warm cheeks into your hands.

"but i love you very much more", yeonjun said, a pout adorning his pink plush lips. that is not a total lie, you can obviously see how lovestruck he is now that you're gazing into his eyes, yours holding the same amount–maybe more–of love as his.

"this is not a competition, junnie, and even if it is, we both would win", you giggled before kissing his forehead, his nose then pecking his lips softly. yeonjun gently closed his eyes at how delicately you're kissing him, your lips leaving light, feathery touches across his skin.

yeonjun arms steadily snakes around your waist, holding you in place, a teasing smirk now gracing his lips. "but i wanna win", he said, now literally showering your face with little pecks and kisses, causing laughter to erupt from your mouth.

"my god, choi, you're literally driving me crazy", you said in between giggles as yeonjun would not stop until you admit his win.

Meanwhile Lsh and cjs with their rose tinted glasses on : that's my bbg, the loml, my husband. He can do no wrong. *sharpens their swords while glaring at everyone menancingly*

+ Krs resembling an offended cat when lsh plucks him off his seat ( he had been telling krs to take a rest but was ignored the entire time and then ended up taking matters into his hand quite literally) and then carries him to his bedroom like some naughty kitten and when they reach their, cjs is already there with blanket and a whole ton of pillows piled up and then krs is plopped in his cat bed. Lsh sighs when their aloof and adorable young master nim falls asleep at the drop of the hat, curling up like a kitten.

It wouldn't be too strange if krs suddenly grew a tail one with how much his habits resembled that of a cat's. (they cuddle him when he is asleep and he doesnt realize why he feels so happy and warm whenever he wakes up because they are always gone by that time)

A new day means another west wing fic that I've written for @twwpride.

Day two's prompt was Found Family and/or Distance.

This fic covers both exploring the off screen life of one of my favorite characters we don't get to see nearly enough, Ellie Bartlet. I've always empathized with her, especially her semi-strained relationship with her family of origin. I got to thinking about the snapshots of her we do get to see, particularly the moment in "Eppur Si Muove " where she and Jed are in the kitchen. The disconnect in understanding there was painfully familiar for me. Combining that strained relationship with the general assumption both from the audience (at the time and now) and The Bartlet's that Ellie was gay, i was drawn to consider what her life looked like beyond the edges of our screens.

As soon as I asked the question, her whole life unfolded before me. A girlfriend named Piper well on her way to Ph.D. in Literature. Someone who gave her space to unpack the pressure of her life, someone who would hold her in the moments over overwhelming anxiety and encourage her in ways I'm not sure she got all the time. Someone to smooth the edges. Basically someone who would love her the way she deserves to be loved.

Without any further preamble:
