god spongebob is such a top tier comedy.

you have:

• spongebob, a positive happy fry cook that is trying his best. lives in a pineapple with his pet gary the snail. he’s actually a sea sponge and not a kitchen sponge (why would anyone think that? pshh not me 👀)

• patrick, spongebob’s best friend and neighbor who lacks common sense but makes up for it in loyalty. lives under a rock. probably the most hilarious to watch

• squidward, a pessimistic cynical squid who is also spongebobs neighbor and coworker. plays the clarinet and enjoys art, but would usually rather be dead

• mr. krabs, a greedy obsessed with money crab who somehow has a whale for a daughter ?? amazing

• sandy the squirrel, who lives underwater and wears a diving suit in order to live in said water. how she got there, I do not know, but she’s from texas. she can also literally kick anyone’s ass

• plankton, mr. krab’s arch nemesis. his entire life revolves around stealing the krabby patty secret formula. He has a computer wife named Karen.

and then there’s the episodes:

the doodle bob episode (ME HOY MENOYYY!!!) when they sell chocolate (WHAT ARE THEY SELLING?) the health inspector (WE KILLED THE HEALTH INSPECTOR!!!) the hashslinging slasher (THE SASH RINGING TRASH SINGING MASH FLINGING) when they teach squidward how to jellyfish (FIRMLY GRASP IT!!) patrick working at the krsuty krab (is this the krusty krab? No, THIS IS PATRICK!) when sponge bob ends up in rock bottom (I CANT 👅 UNDERSTAND 👅 YOUR ACCENT 👅) the Flying Dutchman episodes (AWOOOO! LEEEDLE LEEDLE LEEDLE LEE) mermaid man and barnacle boy (THE INVISIBLE BOAT MOBILE! AWAAAY!) the campfire episode (THAT WAS AN OVAL! IT HAS TO BE A CIRCLE!) the krusty krab pizza (KRUSTY KRAaAAaAb AaAAaAb AaAaAB PIZZA, IS THE PIZZA yeahhh FOR YOU AND MEEEEEeeeeeeEEEEEEeeeEEE!!!!) the band geeks episode (🎶 AND ITS SWEEEEEET SWEEEET VICTORYY YEAH 🎶)
