who the hell was blur and why did my brain purge all memories of their existence

You probably forgot him because he only had a significant presence like one time in the series!

Blur is one of the current five members of the Collective, a phaser who maintains a constant in-between state that makes him look like a smudge so no one can identify him. Hence the name. His demeanor also makes him seem on the younger side--not as young as Wylie, but not nearly as seasoned as the other Collective members.

His most notable appearance was during the visit to King Dimitar in Nightfall, where he served as both chaperone for Sophie and Keefe and as backup in case they couldn't get what they wanted from him. He intended to phase through the walls/security to steal if they couldn't get the starstone amicably. During this trip, he is splashed with water on Lady Cadence's house boat, making his appearance slightly clearer for a moment, and Sophie observes he has round cheeks and full lips.

Because of all this, many theorize that he is Fernan Babblos, Jensi Babblos' older brother, who he once mentioned was a phaser.

Off the top of my head that's all we know about Blur, but there may be other details I'm missing! Hope that helps!

Thinking about the identities we know about:

Squall: Dex and the triplets lose their mother. Kesler loses his wife. Edaline loses a sister, their parents lose a daughter, Grady loses a sister-in-law, Sophie loses an aunt. Bex loses her mentor, her mother (the one she looks like, has the same ability as). Livvy loses her friend, the Black Swan loses an inspiration, everyone loses a kind figure in the cold.

Granite: Wylie loses another father. Prentice loses a best friend, a lover, a co-parent, a caretaker. Sophie and Fitz lose their mentor, their uncle figure. Linh and Tam lose another family as it falls apart again. The Black Swan loses connections; a voice of reason, one of the strongest telepaths in the world. The second most important figure in the Black Swan, with a connection to the Council and a family besides.

Wraith and Blur: We don’t know much about them, but chances are they have families. Friends, lives. If theories are correct, Jensi loses a brother. In any case, the Black Swan is shaken. Missing a piece.

Forkle: Sophie loses her father figure. The Black Swan loses its main leader. Foxfire loses another principal (and gains one that never really wanted to teach anyway: Lady Cadence). The world loses a mentor and a guiding point. The Black Swan doesn’t have a purpose anymore. Fitz loses a mentor, Keefe loses a guiding voice, Marella loses the first person to ever help her (and is left with only one mentor: an unstable criminal). They lose their voice. Their connections.

Special addition: Physic: Quinlin loses a wife he never wanted but still who he cares for. Della loses a friend, a girlfriend. Alden loses a friend. Amy loses the first real kindness she was shown in the elven world. Biana loses a role model, and Fitz loses a friend.

Sophie loses hope.

CeCe Fathdon

She has strawberry blonde ringlets, dark blue eyes, is tan, and has a bunch of freckles.

She's a Telepath who can read emotions like Sophie.

The Neverseen tried to take her, but Wraith and Alvar got into it and lost her in a small town.

She was taken in (not legally) by a young farming couple who found her and couldn't have kids. They raised her.

She was found in a small blanket with the name "CeCe Fathdon" etched on it.

Oralie and Kenric's memories of her were taken away by the Neverseen

She got a green cap from her human family and wears it 24/7.

She originally thought her middle name was Fathdon until she met Tiergan.

He met her at 10 and took her to Solreef in secret, and only the Collective knows.

She likes cherry tomatos and fiction books (but the Elves don't have those).

She has a golden retriever named Rufus, whom she brought with her.

She wears overalls.

Tiergan teaches her everything they do at Foxfire (that he can).

Keefe is her idol, but she feels connected to Sophie and doesn't know why.

If she has to fight, she resorts to her fists.

She LOVES plants and constantly helps out the gnomes.

Linh, Marella, Maruca, and Stina eventually just adopt her (not literally).

She clicks with Amy as soon as she meets her.

She's approximately 5 years younger than Sophie.

Eventually marries a guy named Chen.

She met Chen when he wanted to join the Black Swan, and she took him straight to Sophie's house, except she was a nervous wreck and didn't knock.

Sophie was in a baggy hoodie eating ramen noodles crying to Bambi that's playing from a laptop when CeCe and Chen walk in.

Sophie almost killed her that day/ hj

Amir Patel

He's Indian and human.

His dad died when he was 6 and he cherishes his mom.

He can be awkward and nerdy at times, but he's a really good friend.

He gets bullied a lot until he meets Keefe.

He finds him in an alley by his house looking lost, sad, and a little crazy. Amir led him to his home and welcomed him as a guest until Keefe found the hotel.

You bring someone looking like Keefe Sencen to school, and people are gonna stop bullying you.

He was genuinely good friends with Keefe, and he almost told Amir about elves when he bought the elf for Sophie. He chose to talk about Sophie instead.

Amir asked him one day why he left. Keefe opened up about his parents.

He helped Keefe as much as he could.

He was a good friend.

He has short black hair, brown skin, dark eyes, and black glasses.

Whenever he fights, he uses an old metal bat he found (projecting Stiles Stilinski lol).

He's the same age as Dex, Biana, Jensi, etc.

because i can’t keep my mouth shut i’ll share a tasting of the kotlc wiki rp- (i’m the same person that said you were in for a treat) (also dw other person who wants to spill the beans i left plenty for you to tell)

i wiki rp biana, liora, coach bora, wraith, and an oc called tish. liora and biana are the most active

so it’s been around for awhile and used to be less rp and more “characters interacting with people” but over the past several months it’s gone into rp and has diverged pretty far from canon. currently five members of the bs are at a ns hideout but it’s empty and some death is gonna go done because why not?? also there’s about three-million ocs floating around that help cause chaos

the council members are all mentally not okay. liora’s about to snap and it’s gonna be messy because she’s already a ball of anger (also she’s a lesbian-oriented aroace)

fedex is a thing but it’s pretty strained-

marellinh is also a thing but we don’t have a full time linh rper so it’s scarce. also i want to make marellinhiana a thing so wait for that >:)
