“Oh, I’m so sorry!” you exclaim, accidentally tipping your iced americano over a tall, handsome guy, from rushing to get out of the coffee shop to meet your best friend across the town. “It’s no problem, just a bit of coffee, right?” he says sweetly, taking hold of some napkins to pat himself down, smiling at you as you found yourself mesmerised by his beauty, and smile that made you stop in your tracks. 

“I really want to apologise, let me buy you a coffee?” you say, embarassed, cheeks turning red from embarrassment, “I’d like that, thank you~” he nods. You take part of the queue with you as you pay for his order, then taking a seat with him, forgetting completely about the plans eith your friend after messaging them, ‘something’s come up, I’m sorry, can we reschedule?’, luckily, they we’re struggling to leave their house anyway. 

“I- I’m Y/N” you reach your hand out to shake his, the mesmirastion hasn’t worn off and you were still smitten, almost forgetting to introduce yourself. His hand takes yours, shaking it gently as he smiles, taking a sip from his coffee, “I’m Kino”. You guys get chatting, time passing by quick, to the point where the coffee shop had to kick you out.

“Thank you so much for today, again, I’m really sorry about the coffee incident” you apologise as he shrugs, laughing at you, “It’s okay, thank you for the coffee. I really enjoyed today, I would love to do it again, here’s my number,” he says, his thumbs tapping on his phone, showing you his number for you to copy into yours. Mentally, you were freaking out, the cute guy you’ve known a day has given your number, but outside, you were so glad he was so nice about everything, “Nice to meet you Kino, I hope we become good friends,” “Me too, I know we will be!” he grins, waving as he walks away. 

From that point on, you were exactly that, good friend, though better yet, the bestest friends. You became inseperatable, your feelings just increased for him but you were scared of ruining what you guys had.

- Time skip -

“Hey! What did I tell you about that?!” Kino shouts from across the room, as you kept spamming his phone with photos you’ve taken of him with weird filters, clutching your stomach from crying so hard. The more he reacted, the better the photos became and you found yourself to the point of being able to breath. 

Seeing him pouting with his arms crossed made it harder for you to keep a serious face as he slowly makes his way towards you, putting a hand out, with a grabbing motion to indicate you to give you his phone. When you scoff at him, he smirks, throwing himself onto you, tackling you to get your phone away from you, almost giving up until he gets the idea to tickle you, cuasing to scream with you wiggle under him, “Okay, okay! Here’s my phone!” you cry with laughter, struggling to get the phone from underneath you. “Thank you” he says shortly, pouting again as he puts your phone in his pocket, letting you catch your breath.

“Will you love birds quit it?” Dawn whines, playfully covering his eyes as he makes his way to the kitchen, as you and Kino exchange looks, shrugging as he replies, “Ya! We’re just friends!”. Hearing Kino say that out load made your stomach sink, reminding you that you may never have a chance with him. Your thoughts run through your mind as your face reflects your feelings, pouting as you look down into your lap. 

“Hey, what’s up?” Kino asks, nudging you a little to see if you react, nothing. He waves his hand infront of your face which seemed to do the trick, you shrug and play it off cool, though he knew deep down something was bugging you but he didn’t want to pry. “I just want my phone!” you say softly, with grabby hands as he sighs, rolling his eyes at you as he places it in your lap, happy to see your smile return onto your face. Then back to your antics it was, but he let it slide, knowing you were probably trying to cover your emotions up with something. 

Slowly throughout the day, and into the evening the boys come and go from the apartment, joining in with you picking on Kino and/or playing games whilst you watched. It continued on for ages, to the point it gets to playing truth or dare, but who went first between you and Kino, had to be determined by a game of rock, paper, scissors, but that was a joke and a half. 

The sound of the members groaning at the fact you were taking forever, since you kept pulling the same shapes and constantly having to repeat made you both giggle. “Come on, lose!” you both say at the same time, your eyes open as wide as your mouth hitting the floor, not expecting to jinx either. The boys were rolling on the floor around you, crying laughing at the fact you both were a lot similar than you thought to the point you even say the same shit at the same time. “Now!” you exclaim at the same time again, before Yan An counts you down quickly to throw another shape, causing Kino to lose to you. “Rock beats scissors, loser~” you tease as he’s still in shock, clutching at his chest dramatically as he falls back laughing. 

After composing himself, he sits himself up as he looks at you, “You’re going to say truth anyway,” you start as he nods, “Is it true that you think that I could be a better rapper than Wooseok?” you start laughing as he tries to hold back his laughter, Wooseok snapping his head to look at you both, as Kino breaks, laughing as he gets in the possition to get ready to run after his answer, “Yes” he admits, laughing as you both shout at the same time, “Run!”. 

Scrambling to get a start, you both make a dash towards the apartment door, running down the three flights of stairs and into the street, afraid that Wooseok was going to chase after you, but you see him walking slowly behind you, with the other members following behind, struggling to breath from giggling and running, you make another dash seeing Wooseok opening the door. Almost tripping over each other, you hide down an alley way, trying to catch your breaths as you hear the boys calling out for you both. “You’ve seriously got to get out of my head, now you’re stuck hiding with me because I answered your question!” Kino giggles, putting his arms up ready for submission as you get caught by the boys, you following suit and laughing. “You’re buying me food later, for that Kino!” Wooseok bites playfully, pointing a finger at him.

- Time Skip - 

It starts to get extemely late, you’ve had a fun and hectic day with the boys, and enjoyed the free food, paid by Kino who felt it was only fair to buy for everyone, though Wooseok was only trying to joke about. However it was lovely, but you were getting tired, and ready for bed. “Guys, I’m going to walk Y/N home, I’ll catch up to you in a bit” Kino says softly, as they nod, waving at you and saying their goodbyes, knowing they were going to see you soon enough anyway. Dawn piping up again about you being love birds, but the other members agreed with him as you guys walk away, you would make a great couple. 

“Thank you for walking me home, Ki, but you really didn’t need you to” you start, looking up at him as he shrugs, “What was I going to do, let you walk alone at night? No sir, not happening” he replies, crossing his arms as he senses you weren’t feeling right. You remember his comment to Dawn earlier, trying to hold back tears as you turn around to open your apartment door. “Why not? Not like it would’ve mattered?” you choke, opening the door, trying to take a step inside but he grabs your shoulders to turn you around.

“Why would you say that? It does matter because I care about you, I’ve always cared about you!” fustration builds up in him as he lets go of his grip on your shoulders, shaking his head. “Did I upset you this morning?” he asks, in a low, quiet tone, “I noticed your mood dropped when Dawn said about us-”, “It’s nothing Kino! Why would that affect me? Don’t be so stupid!” you scoff, trying to hide the truth behind a facade. In reality, it hurt you so much. Again, to your response, he shakes his head, lifting your head up to look at him when you drop it in defeat. “In fact, I don’t just care about you, I love you. That’s why I notice these little things, the change in your mood in your facial expressions.” he perks up softly, placing a soft kiss on your forehead as a tear falls from your eyes.

Gently, he wipes it away as he pulls you into a hug, “I love you Y/N, you’re my best friend, and I know I should’ve told you sooner but I’ve always loved you, since I layed my eyes on you,” he whispers, running his fingers through your hair in attempt to calm you down, all you could feel is relief as you pull away, “I love you too~”.

Ah, yes, the three attention-seeking brats. XD

Kou

You're quickly realizing that Kou is a baby about this.

He started out bratty— spitting insults, whining about every little hit, and kicking around just to make this harder for you.

By now, he's (badly) holding back sniffles and squirming weakly every time your hand comes down on his skin. You assume it has to hurt by now, even for a vampire, and all of his whimpering is a pretty good clue that your guess is right.

"Come on," Kou whines. "St-Stop it already—"

"That's not asking nicely," is your simple response. Another hit, this time to the sensitive under-curve where thigh meets ass, and Kou's voice breaks on a pained little yelp.

Still, he's not really telling you to stop, and you both know it. It'd be easy for him to get out of your lap if he wanted to— there's no reason why he has to just lie there and complain while you bully a more polite answer out of him.

You have the feeling he likes the attention, and the tears dripping down his flushed cheeks don't change that a bit.

Ayato

Bent over the couch in his room, Ayato curses every time your hand comes down on his ass.

The punishment started with him spitting rude comments and cussing you out for daring to do this. Now, his voice breaks on every yelped protest, and his legs are shaking underneath him.

Despite his complaints, his face remains pouty and flushed.

"Are you ready to talk to me nicely?" you ask. When Ayato only responds with fuck off, you hit him a little harder. The crack of your hand against his red, stinging ass makes him wince— and not just from the pain.

You know he wants the attention. Having you dote on him, even if it's to deliver some much-needed discipline, does things to Ayato that you don't expect him to admit.

There's a reason why he's biting his lip and refusing to cooperate; he's not ready for this to be over, either.

Kino

It's not easy to deal with Kino. More often than not, he's dead-set on making as much of a problem of himself as possible.

Even when he's bent over your lap for a very deserved punishment, the sassy commentary knows no end. You'd almost think he wants you to keep going.

And yet, there's no mistaking the sniffles you're hearing.

"Can we be done with this yet?" you ask, exasperated, still hoping he'll apologize and spare himself the trouble.

"You're the one hitting me—!" Kino scoffs in response, only to cut himself off with a pitiful yelp when you smack his reddened ass hard enough to rock him forward in your lap, whining like a kicked puppy at the returning sting.

His heels kick as he squirms in your lap, muttering what has to be a smart-ass remark just quietly enough for you not to hear.

Apparently, this won't be over anytime soon.

↳ jinho: helping him with a cover of a song for youtube and it’d be a pretty romantic song maybe ed sheeran thinking out loud or john legend or maybe something else like eyes, nose, lips and you wouldn’t realize that he got you singing. i don't think he'd post it and just want to save it for the two of you to rewatch. it wouldn’t matter to him if you were an amazing singer or not, just being able to share that moment with you would be enough for him. so, it would probably become a tradition where you'd rewatch the cover for every wedding anniversary, and maybe you would cover more songs together each time as a little segment on his youtube channel and the members would text him and tease him about it every time lol

↳ hui: i get the feeling that he would bring you to a really nice yet underrated restaurant where smooth jazz is played and people are allowed to go onstage and perform a song. both of you would have the biggest smiles on your faces because the date would be reminiscent of your first one. you'd end the date off with really good wine and of course, hui would go onstage and sing (he'd claim it as practice for your big day) and would leave the audience stunned by his amazing vocals. on the drive home, his hand would never leave yours and he'd probably fidget with your engagement ring with a huge smile on his face.

↳ hongseok: your "date" would be so sweet and domestic because hongseok just gives me homey vibes. like, you'd both go to the grocery store to get ingredients for dinner and a dessert you both like. idk it would be the cutest thing and then you'd head back home and he'd start cooking while you worked on the dessert and you'd definitely catch him staring at you every few minutes with a goofy smile on his face and he'd wiggle his eyebrows playfully. you'd step away for a second to back-hug him and hongseok would smile to himself before he'd turn around to kiss you and he'd pull away to say something really cheesy but it would still put a smile on your face.

↳ yeo one: i think changgu would plan the cutest little picnic in the park for both of you. he'd pack some of your favorite foods and snacks and would even get you flowers or something. it would be the cutest thing and he'd take a flower and put it behind your ear and you'd do the same to him and then you'd go back and forth about who's the prettiest lol then the two of you would lie down and cloud gaze. idk i can see a really adorable dog running over to the two of you and it would really like changgu and it would be such a cute moment that would lead you to discuss the possibility of adopting a dog after the wedding. once the sun would start to settle below the horizon, you'd head home and would probably spend the rest of the day watching a show or movie.

↳ shinwon: both of you would agree on going to a spa and maybe a little shopping. i could definitely see him goofing around with you while in the sauna by making weird faces and telling you funny stories. then, he'd have you rest your head on his shoulder and he'd smile to himself. then, he'd tell you about how he was so nervous to propose to you. after a few minutes he'd realize that you weren't talking only to find you asleep. so, he'd make sure that you would be comfortable and would relax too. i think he'd love to spoil his s/o so he'd really enjoy going to the spa with you and it'd be a nice break from all of the wedding prep. on the way home, you'd both decide on ordering in bc neither of you would want to cook after being at the spa.

↳ yanan: he'd wake up extra early to get your favorite breakfast foods and coffee. when he'd make it back to your apartment he'd be met with you half asleep on the couch and would quickly put everything down to cuddle with you for a few minutes and then you'd eat breakfast together. afterward, the two of you would get ready to go and yanan wouldn't tell you but it would all make sense later. so, the two of you would go to multiple places throughout the city and you were thankful that they wouldn't be too far and at each stop, you and yanan would talk about what happened at each, like, one place was where he took you for your first date and another would be where you both said you loved each other for the first time. looking back on all of the memories would make both of your hearts feel so full.

↳ yuto: i think you'd go to an aquarium or botanical garden and it would be on a day when it wouldn't be so busy and the two of you could goof around and take funny pictures of each other imitating the animals. throughout the date, you'd both feel like little kids on a field trip again. both of you would stop every few minutes to stare at something you'd find interesting and the look on your faces at that moment would be so adorable and you'd have to capture the moments. after that, you would go get something to eat and then walk back to your apartment. on the walk, you'd both reminisce about how you met, your first date, and how he proposed to you.

↳ kino: i feel like hyunggu would go all out but it would still be a pretty laid-back date idk if that makes sense but he'd sign you up for a couples' dancing class where you'd learn how to tango and it would be so romantic and fun, even if you're not much of a dancer. after that, you'd go back home to shower and then he'd take you out to a really nice restaurant for dinner. the two of you would be so impressed with your meals but the highlight of your would be getting ice cream or your favorite dessert from your favorite place but then on your way back home it'd start raining and you'd have to wait it out inside a nearby cafe with steaming cups of tea. the whole situation would be pretty funny to both of you and it'd make for a nice moment to look back on.

↳ wooseok: being the youngest, i don't think he'd plan everything out and would just go with the flow. so, i think wooseok would also enjoy a night in with you as your date, especially if it would be a rainy day. he'd go and get your favorite snacks and drinks the day before and would surprise you with everything. the two of you would spend the day watching movies, playing video games, and just enjoying the calm before your wedding day. somehow, you'd end up talking about some of your embarrassing moments early on in your relationship and neither of you would be able to stop laughing and maybe you'd each go through your camera roll and it'd be a really cute moment for both of you.

When He Forgets Your Birthday ~ Pentagon Reaction

Jinho:

You could see the smile on Jinho’s face dropping as soon as he watched you walk in from work with several present bags from your colleagues in your hand.

“Oh,” Jinho whispered, with the penny dropping straight away as he read the print that was on the bags, scratching nervously over the top of his head, “Y/N, I don’t even know what to say.”

“It’s fine,” you replied, although your voice let you know that it was far from fine for you.

You placed the bags down, hearing Jinho stand up from the sofa. “I’ve bee so busy with work that I completely forgot what day it was today, time’s just ran away.”

“I don’t need to hear any excuses Jinho,” you told him, turning around to face him. “Luckily the guys at the office gave me a great day at work to celebrate my birthday.”

“There’s still a couple of hours left in the day today.”

Your head shook as Jinho tried to dig himself out of the hole he’d dug himself. “I’m not interested, my birthday has been and gone now I’m home.”

“I promise that I’ll make this up to you,” Jinho called out to you.

“You’ve got a lot of making up to do.”

Hui:

Your head shook as you arrived home to see decorations up around your apartment, with a pile of presents stacked up on the coffee table from Hoetaek.

“Happy birthday,” he weakly smiled as you walked in, watching as you took in Hoetaek’s attempts to make up for the fact that he had missed your birthday that morning. “What do you reckon?”

“How long did it take you to put this together?” You quizzed, knowing how last minute it was.

Hoetaek walked slowly into the room as you sat down in front of your presents. “Not too long, I did actually have your presents bought a few weeks ago.”

“You just somehow managed to forget the actual day of my birthday then?” You asked as you picked the first of the gifts up whilst Hoetaek sat down too.

“I didn’t forget, it just slipped my mind.”

Your eyes rolled as Hoetaek tried to put a positive spin on things. “You can put it how you want, but this doesn’t mean that I’ll just forget.”

“I wouldn’t expect you to either,” Hoetaek assured you.

“It does make my day a little better though.”

Hongseok:

A loud shriek came from you as you walked into your apartment to several people cheering, looking around to see the place completely packed out.

“What do you reckon?” Hongseok asked as he walked over to you in between the crowd, throwing his arm around your shoulders to pull you in.

“When did you plan all of this?” You asked in reply, shaking your head in disbelief.

A chuckle came from Hongseok at the expression on your face, “it’s been planned for a few weeks but I don’t know how I managed to keep it quiet.”

“I thought you’d forgotten,” you whispered, having spent all day with Hongseok with not a single mention of your birthday, despite the hints you dropped.

“I would never, ever, forget your birthday.”

Your hand hit gently against Hongseok’s chest, “I can’t believe you pranked me, I was ready to come home and ignore you tonight.”

“You can’t sleep, you’ve got a party to attend,” Hongseok teased.

“This could be the best birthday ever.”

Shinwon:

Your smile was wide as Jinho and Yuto both walked towards you, handing two cards across to you as soon as you walked into the studio behind Shinwon.

“Happy birthday,” Yuto grinned as you tore open the card that he gave you, flickering your eyes across to look at Shinwon who was stood just beside you.

“Yeah, happy birthday,” Hongseok added, almost as if he was driving the knife in.

You could see the realisation in Shinwon’s face, watching his hand scratch over the top of his head. “Are you alright?” Wooseok asked him, noticing his face.

“Y-yeah,” Shinwon stuttered, although as he looked to you, he was far from fine. “I completely forgot,” he whispered so that none of the others could hear.

“I already figured that one out this morning.”

A sigh came from Shinwon, “I don’t even know what to say right now, even the guys remembered and somehow I forgot Y/N.”

“I don’t know what to say either,” you admitted with a shrug.

“I’ll fix this, I promise.”

Yeo One:

A sigh came from you as you noticed Changgu hovering around as you packed up your bag ready to head out to work and try and make the most of your day.

“When will you be home?” Changgu asked, his voice quiet as he tried to get a response from you without upsetting you even more than he already had done.

“I don’t know, I think I might see a few of the others at work,” you calmly replied.

Changgu’s head nodded, not surprised by the fact that you would probably be home late. “Have you got plans with some of your colleagues to celebrate?”

“Yeah, at least they remembered,” you told him, unable to stop yourself from getting a dig in, “at least I’ve got something to do to celebrate, right?”

“Your friends are always so good to you Y/N.”

You quickly nodded in agreement with Changgu, “it’s nice that they remember things about me, things that maybe a boyfriend should.”

“I probably deserved that, didn’t I?” Changgu shrugged back to you.

“Yeah, I think you probably did.”

Yan An:

Your head shook as you arrived home, you knew exactly what Yan An would have been up to during the day, and what you saw definitely didn’t disappoint.

“Happy birthday,” he laughed as he saw that you had arrived home, hoping to see a smile form on your face too, only to be left by a look of disappointment and sadness.

“Do you think all of this makes up for the fact that you forgot?” You honestly asked him.

Yan An’s head shook as he realised that he was still in a bit of a hole with you. “I’m trying here Y/N, surely you can at least try and appreciate that much from me.”

“I know,” you sighed, taking a good look around the room, “maybe it’s me, maybe the thought is just lingering in the back of my mind looking at this.”

“Can you try and forget? Just for today at least.”

Your head nodded slowly back at him, “I’d like to at least try and enjoy the rest of my birthday and maybe talk about this tomorrow.”

“I’ve put a lot of effort into this,” Yan An tried to get you to see.

“I can tell, it looks good.”

Yuto:

As your phone buzzed yet again, Yuto’s eyes stared across at you, almost irritated that your breakfast was being interrupted again by notifications.

“What on earth has been going on with you this morning?” Yuto quizzed, resting his head into his hand. “Have you got some problem at the office that is making your phone pop?”

“Not quite, I’m just replying to a few friends and family,” you subtly explained to Yuto.

His brows knitted together as he still struggled to figure out what was going on with you. “Why are they all messaging you at seven in the morning?” He added.

“Really?” You asked him, almost in disbelief. “Sorry to get in the way Yuto, I’m just replying to the people who have remembered that it’s your birthday.”

“Your birthday? Of course, I know that’s today.”

Your head shook straight away at how panicked Yuto sounded. “Don’t even try and pretend, you’ve forgotten my birthday, haven’t you?”

“Y/N, I’m sorry,” Yuto hastily told you in an attempt to lessen the damage.

The day was as usual for Hyunggu as he arrived at work, taking a seat with the rest of the boys as they began to prepare for another day of rehearsals.

“Did you spoil Y/N this morning?” Hongseok asked as Hyunggu sat down beside him, “I did send her a text this morning to wish her a happy birthday, but she's not replied to me yet."

“Happy birthday?” Hyunggu asked him in surprise, looking around at the other members.

Hongseok nodded, as did several of the other boys too. “I haven’t got the wrong day, have I? Y/B/N is Y/N’s birthday, isn’t it?” Hongseok quizzed, looking around too.

“Yeah, it’s definitely Y/N’s birthday today,” Changgu agreed, watching the expression on Hyunggu’s face drop the more the realisation began to sink in for him.

“Have you forgotten Y/N’s birthday Hyunggu?”

His eyes looked around in panic, “I really need your help,” he asked of the other members, trying his best not to get too flustered.

“How could you ever forget Y/N’s birthday?” Yuto asked him in surprise.

“I don’t know how this has happened.”

Wooseok:

You hung back from Wooseok as he began to walk upstairs to bed, with you following behind, making sure that there was some distance between you.

“I’m sorry again,” Wooseok told you once he reached the top of the stairs, turning around to watch you walk up the final couple, keeping your eyes looking down away from Wooseok.

“I get it,” you replied, stepping to your left as you began to head to the spare bedroom.

Wooseok knew it was coming, but it didn’t stop him from feeling guilty still. “Are you sure that you don’t want to sleep in our bedroom? The spare room isn’t great Y/N.”

“I just want to sleep alone,” you replied, carrying on walking to the left. “I might as well just to finish off what’s been the worst possible birthday that I could have had.”

“I told you that I’d try and fix this Y/N, and I will.”

Your eyes finally looked across at Wooseok, “you can try and fix this, but that doesn’t change the fact that you ultimately forgot my birthday.”

“I’m sorry it’s been so bad,” Wooseok told you as you opened the door.

“Bad doesn’t even come close I’m afraid.”

Footsteps echo through the walls of the hall and Mystic is forced to look away from his reflection on the mirror. Dark locks slip back around the Founder’s jade visage from where he had been trying to fix his appearance.

“Kino,” Mystic breathes, somewhat annoyed.

“I see you’re heading out without a word again,” Kino comments.

“Not like it’s any of your fucking business,” Mystic scoffs, plants his hands over his hips, and leans forward like a teacher scolding their toddler student, “now is it?”

The Vampire makes an attempt at disguising his annoyance with a dismissive balk. However, the subtle twitch at the edge of his lips doesn’t go unnoticed by the Founder. “You’re off to seek that nasty, old man’s favor once more, aren’t you? Whatever’s got you so hooked up to him?”

Mystic chuckles, already having gone through this conversation with Kazuha… just mere minutes ago, actually. “He’s a bit grown, but not old. The rich old farts are always the easiest to sway about, anyways. And he’s ugly in the face, but hot in the wallet. So what’s the problem?”

“Aren’t you rich enough,” Kino gestures around the pristine carvings and decor of the Banmaden’s hallways alone, “being some big deal in the First Blood’s circle and all?”

Mystic follows his movements, rolling his eyes. “If you think the boss lady allows me to freely toss about the family’s money, then you’re dead wrong. However, as this money, I make on my own, there is no place for her to dictate me about it.” He faces his reflection once more in a last, futile attempt at fixing a stubborn strand of onyx hair. He sighs and resigns himself to simply fix up the neck of his undershirt. “So, now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m running late for dinner.”

The Founder brushes past the Vampire, purposely knocking against him with his shoulder. Kino stumbles a step back, but makes no comment as he watches Mystic stalk off into the distance.

An known sense of anger makes the inside of his ribs rattle. As tempting as the idea to drag him back and keep him from ever seeing anything beyond his bedroom’s walls was, he concludes that it perhaps wouldn’t be the best idea. At least at the moment.

Just as this thought begins to fade away, a crow lands on the rim of an open window’s frame. “Yuri,” he says, a commanding tone in his voice.

The crow doesn’t reply, but straightens with his words.

“Follow him until he returns.” He couldn’t keep him around, but there wasn’t anything that prevented him from having someone keep an eye on him. “And do not let him out of your sight for even a moment.”

Mystic was as slippery as a damn snake, after all.

The crow caws in response and takes off, surging into the night sky. At the window, the Vampire leans against it, arms folded, as he watches the royal Founder skip out through the main entrance and climb over his motorcycle. There is the ghost of a smile on his lips before it vanishes under his helmet.

Whatever’s he got to be so happy about? Wonders the Vampire, unaware that his ire of Mystic leaving without a regard of his feelings is what caused the First Blood to become giddy with anticipation.

Perhaps he would try it again, Mystic thought. See how far Kino would go to keep him from leaving his sight.

Okayyy soooo, there are two towns and in between in a giant ocean.

Carla me Shin are hunters,

The mukamis are mermen,

Shu is one of the rich men in the other town (daddi’s moneyyy) he’s not interested in any illegal stuff or killing other rich for more money and power. Btw, he knows a merman, and he ADORES that merman.

Reiji is like, the one who studies the ocean, about mermen, how they live in the surface, the temperatures, their abilities, their powers, the environment, etc. He also keeps information about possible areas where they are mermaids or dangerous creatures. He gives these information to this town and gets money.

Ayato, Laito, kanato, are like a mafia of the other town, they’re famous for stealing properties, underground mermen trading for museum (where they prob get abused or smthg) and just illegal stuff.

Subaru is an assassin, who is hired mostly by the rich of this town, he can be hired by basically anyone. If he’s currently working for one rich man and another offers him more money to kill his current boss, he will. He’s in it for the moneyyy, he’s very sneaky, and no one has been able to catch him.

the morning of his birthday, you’d wake up to find hyunggu asleep with his laptop right in the middle of the bed. it would amaze you how neither of you knocked it over, especially with how bad hyunggu would sleep. his phone would still would be in his hand and you’d have to put everything up

you’d be in the middle of doing your morning routine when hyunggu would finally wake up to find you. he’d pull you into a back hug and his chin would rest on your shoulder for a minute as you take in the silence of your apartment. then you’d remember your plans for the day and you quickly finish up and gesture for hyunggu to hurry up and get ready

to say hyunggu would be confused would be an understatement. it would take everything in you to not burst out laughing at the look he would give you and he looked even funnier since he would be half awake

while he’d finish getting ready, you’d make a quick breakfast and make your favorite beverages to start the day. over breakfast, hyunggu would show you all of the funny texts the rest of ptg would send him and of course, they would all be hilarious and the audio messages would almost leave him breathless

afterward, you’d both put on your shoes and jackets to leave your apartment and the whole way down the elevator hyunggu would repeatedly ask you where the two of you would be going and your only response would be to shrug and he’d shake his head at you

the two of you would arrive at your destination just in time and hyunggu’s face would go from confusion to understanding and he’d turn to face you as you’d climb out of the car like wow?? really?? lol

so, you go into the tattoo parlor and look through some possible designs and after a few minutes, you’d both decide on something. it wouldn’t be matching couple’s tattoos but more of things that represent hope to each of you

like hyunggu would choose a really cool sunrise design because to him a sunrise would mean a chance to start over and he’d help you choose something if you’d have a tough time deciding on something and you’d both be really happy with the results

after that you’d go meet up with ptg for lunch and to show them your tattoos and they’d all compliment your tattoos and hyunggu would get a little shy when you’d thank him for helping with the design lol and of course, the others would notice and start teasing him

after you’d all finish eating, a server would bring out a cupcake with a candle on it and you and all of ptg would sing happy birthday and it would get a bit crazy but someone would manage to get everyone to calm down

later that evening you’d pull out your laptop to show hyunggu a song you were working on. it wouldn’t be perfect by any means but to him, it would be. especially if that isn’t something you do, the thought would be what would count the most. then you’d give him his other gifts which would consist of a few books he’d been wanting to get and a cologne

the rest of the night would consist of impromptu dance battles around your living room and kitchen and singing with remotes as microphones and hyunggu would be beyond happy at how he’d get to spend his special day
