Napping with Valkyrie

Mika, like any other black cat, loves to sleep in the warmth of the sun.

He's napped out on benches, beneath trees, once even on the floor of the handicrafts room while he was waiting for Shu to finish alterations on their costumes.

However, it was when he first moved into the dorms and Ritsu, that Mika learned the joy of napping with another.

There’s a closeness that he’s appreciated from those dear to him, even outside of a romantic context. He’s just a cuddler!

Once he started collecting plushies, he had at least one near by to hold onto. During his crushing stage, there definitely wasn’t one he named after you and would imagine was you, yearning to be able to hold you tight...

Once you started to date, however, he’s always been the clingy type of partner - pulling you close so that you’re leaning on his shoulder when you watch movies together, having you sit on his lap when the two of you are both just scrolling on your phones, and essentially attaching himself to your arm when you’re out shopping for fabric.

He adores the feeling of you. Your warmth, the slow rise and fall of your chest as you breathe, the pressure of you on top of him… Genuine, physical facts that you are there and with him in that moment.

As much as Mika likes to spoon, he actually prefers for you to be cuddled up beside him and resting your head on his chest.

In a perfect world, you’d just be directly on top of him without worrying about it being comfortable for him… He can handle it, even if you hear something crack or pop, he’s not that scrawny anymore! It’s just like a weighted blanket-

...That’s something he’ll try to convince you to do on another day.

Today, however, he just needs some time with you. You’ve both had a long day, and it wasn’t even dinnertime yet. So… like clockwork, he drags you off to the couch for a nap to recharge.

Mika’s essentially formed a nice little nest out of his spare blankets, with just enough space for the both of you to lie down and be snuggled up together.

He lies down first, then lets you get comfortable and find the right position before he’ll wrap his arms around you. He tends to have a hand wander and eventually find its way into your hair, playing with it until he dozes off.

Sometimes, Mika ends up waking up before you. That’s a real treat for him… he loves how peaceful you look when you sleep – just getting to watch you at rest with him makes him feel all fuzzy inside.

Shu Itsuki and naps do not usually come hand in hand.

Usually, he keeps a strict sleep schedule to ensure his own health and maintain the proper work balance between schoolwork and his idol activities.

Though, it's due to his stubbornness that he's wound up passed out in the snow when he still was attending Yumenosaki. While he hasn't worked himself to absolute exhaustion, he still is prone to pushing himself far to meet deadlines.

You're dear to Shu, and your presence is absolutely vital to his work when he's on a time crunch.

He trusts you enough, about as much as he trusts Mika at this point, to assist in simple sewing tasks.

So, as the sun rises and creeps through the curtains, you finish applying bias tape to the sleeves of Shu's most recent commission. You're wiped, but you can't seem to convince yourself to go to sleep if it means more work for Shu...

Shu looks at you sleepily rub your eyes, placing your pin cushion on the table, and his heart aches. There was still another day until the deadline... perhaps the two of you have done enough for now.

He quickly makes a baste stitch with the applique he had been fussing over, then stands. He walks to the couch and grabs a shawl he had knit months ago. You don't really think much of it, until you realize he's not by the couch anymore... and is in fact standing behind your chair.

"Come, mon Amour." he whispers in your ear, wrapping the shawl around your shoulders. "I've decided that I can't stand watching your constitution waste away, so we shall be going to bed."

It's an obvious excuse, a way for him to say he too is tired without admitting such weakness and instead using you as an excuse It was something you'd normally point out, until he gives your shoulder a gentle kiss - a silent apology for not deciding to rest sooner.

... Alright, you'll let him off easy this time.

Whisking you off to his bedroom, he first ensures your own comfort once he lays you down - fussing over your position and making sure that the sheets are adequate.

On one side, he tucks you in, before he gets in on the other side. He ensures you're still wrapped in the shawl as he holds you, so that if the two of you separate in your sleep, you'll still have a part of him holding you as you rest.

Shu watches you as you drift off, gently brushing his fingers through your hair and humming softly. He always makes sure you fall asleep first.

Feeling the knit lace pattern of the shawl between his fingers, a habit to keep him from fretting about the unfinished work, he finally drifts off to sleep with you in his arms.

In a few hours you'll both wake up and get back to work, likely with a cup of caffeinated tea to help. For now, however... he'll rest.

🤍 ADONIS OTOGARI

Adonis knew what to gift you for White Day the day you gifted him your homemade Valentine's Day chocolates. He knew you very well as the two of you had been together for a while, so he had an easy time arranging the things he wanted to do with you on that special day.

He had cooked you up a meal in his dorm room in which you found the food to be very tasty. The two of you gleefully ate together like a married couple, laughing and telling each other stories. Adonis would try to feed you himself and you'd let him.

But that wasn't the gift he wanted to give you. He handed you a small box which contained a stunning set of white earrings. He had asked his sisters what would look best on you, and they really did come in clutch!

It was a simple celebration, but he took into consideration that sometimes all you wanted to do was relax and stay inside.

"(Y/N), Happy White Day. My love grows for you every day."

🤍 KEITO HASUMI

Your relationship with Keito was a simple one, but the two of you were perfectly happy together. He was attentive and cared for your well-being, but he wasn't as romantic as the boys in the manga you read together.

But you didn't mind. His other characteristics make up for that. He was smart so he helped you with writing reports; he was disciplined so he helped you with your time management. Little things like that were lovable.

The time you gifted him Valentine's Day chocolates, the two of you had mirrored each other's shocked expressions. Keito was surprisingly bashful, but he thanked you profusely, accepting the chocolates with shaky hands.

"T-Thank you, (Y/N). I appreciate it."

He wanted to return the gesture. After all, he did love you even though he didn't show it in the ways you'd expect. On White Day, he gifted you a piece of white jewellery and a short manga he drew and wrote of the two of you. The manga consisted of a short story of how he fell in love with you and in which you could see the way he drew you so carefully and precisely.

"Happy White Day, (Y/N)," he stated shyly. "I'm all yours today, so what else would you like to do?"

🤍 NAGISA RAN

When you presented Nagisa with a box of your homemade chocolates on Valentine's Day, he was delighted, but he didn't think anything of it.

"Thank you very much, (Y/N). I love chocolate."

Therefore, you had to explain the reasoning behind why you gave him those chocolates in the first place.

It was barely noticeable, but a pink hue appeared across his cheeks when you told him you loved him. Smiling softly at you as he acknowledged your feelings, he admitted that he felt the same way about you too.

He remembered what Ibara said about White Day which was a month after Valentine's Day, so he started preparing something special for you in the weeks between that. He wanted to reciprocate your efforts, so he ended up booking a fancy restaurant for the two of you to enjoy, and then gifted you a white charm bracelet that he helped you put on.

"Happy White Day, (Y/N). I love you. I truly feel at ease whenever I'm with you."

🤍 NIKI SHIINA

Oblivious as he is, Niki thought the chocolates you gave him were a gift for working hard, but when he asked the other members of Crazy:B where their chocolates were, they looked at him in disbelief.

"Niki-han, you know (Y/N) gave those chocolates to you for Valentine's Day, right?" Kohaku had to clarify.

"S-Seriously?!"

Frankly, he didn't expect you to gift him anything for Valentine's Day, but then he realised that you liked him in that way which made things worse because he had just thanked you for the chocolates and walked away.

He decided to apologise the next day, but you brushed him off, telling him it was okay. He tried to accept your feelings as he felt the same way, but he never really had the chance to. With both of your busy schedules, he never got to fix things until White Day.

He had to beg you to meet him that day. Already prepared, Niki had made you lunch AND dessert, so when he finally got to meet you, he professed his love.

"I'm sorry, (Y/N)! I really really like you too!" he confessed. "I cooked all this for you, please accept them! Happy White Day!"

And of course, you were going to accept his gifts and feelings!

🤍 MIKA KAGEHIRA

Mika was extremely surprised to see you in front of him with a box of chocolates in your hands. He even tried dismissing you away because he truly believed you got the wrong person. When you stated that you were giving the chocolates to him, that they were addressed to him, he blushed a deep shade of red. He would've never thought you would ever like him back!

He accepted your chocolates and your feelings, and the two of you grew closer than before, establishing your relationship. Mika knew that he should repay your love back on White Day as he always dreamed of doing so. He was already preparing in between the two days, scribbling in his sketchbook on what to gift you.

On White Day, he surprised you with a handmade plushie that he had beautifully sewn himself. It was decorated with bows and craft jewels, reflecting the image of you. He had also gifted you a bag of hard candies some of which were his favourites.

"Happy White Day, (Y/N)!" he chirped happily. "Thank you for loving me back. I really hope you like everything!"

• he relies on you quite a lot as I said Mika is usually busy so you might not see him in the dormroom until he finishes work.

• Likes to braid your hair regardless of the lengths.

• Would sometimes nap on your lap cuz he is a cutie.

• There are times when you would get lazy too, those time Ritsu would spoil you like how you spoil him🥺.

• Rei would sometimes visit you to offer his thanks on taking care and getting close to his little brother.

• You can see his unit mates in your front door carrying a sleeping ritsu but acts like nothing is wrong since it happen way too often lol.

• You might wake up to the sound of unlocking door because of Mao.

• Mao would sometimes ask you to help wake up Ritsu when he isn't able to.

• When Ritsu finds you sleeping on the couch he would cuddle up with you and fall asleep. :3

• You and Mika would ask him to teach you how to bake. Surprisingly he is a good cook despite he's sleepiness.🧁

• He once asked you to watch him play the piano. Even tho you're lazy, you don't really have a choice when he made those eyes.

As your waiting prolonged in the living room, the louder and hectic the footsteps became inside the bedroom; from the sound of it, he was panicking himself into wearing his clothes.

You could only but chuckle at the mere thought of the boy stumbling over everything just to wear his suit properly, though you couldn't blame him.

The frantic footsteps becomes louder and louder and suddenly stopped for a while. After a few seconds of silence, it becomes louder once more as the sound comes closer to you, and soon appeared Mika.

He had worn his prettiest suit Shu had picked out for his date to you; though he does look out of breath and panicked the moment he stepped into the living room, all worries soon melt when he saw you and now he's smiling widely like an idiot.

"Nngah, [Name]! Ya look so pretty!" Mika said, walking up to you before wrapping his arms around you, twirling you around for a moment whilst a fit laughter escapes his mouth.

"'M so happy to have ya as my Valentine's date this year too! Yer the prettiest person alive, I love ya so, so, so, so much!!" He then once again confessed his undying love to you, rubbing his cheek against yours at the pure happiness he feels knowing that today, this year; you are his Valentine's date yet again.

"Me too, Mika! You're so cute, so adorable, so wonderful!" You professed your love back to him, hugging him back just as tightly as he is to you. "I'm happy to have you as my date this year too! You're the best boyfriend I could have ever wanted!"

"Nngah, [Name]..." He was beginning to feel like he's about cry due to how happy he was hearing you saying all of those nice things to him, but before he could, he finally puts you down onto your feet.

He smiled gently at you, his face softens as he fixes any wrinkle or crooked part of your clothes caused by his sudden hug.

Whilst he does so, you began to notice just how crooked his tie really is, but then he stopped fixing your clothes and his hands went it's way to your shoulders to pat it lightly whilst a big grin soon appeared on his face.

"There! Now yer clothes are as good as new!"

"Ah, Mika... Your tie is a bit crooked too." You then finally decide to point that out.

"A-ah...?! Nngah, yer right!" He then finally notices just how crooked his tie is. He must've overlooked it when he was frantically running everywhere to find his blazer.

"It's okay, let me just fix it for you." You said, bringing your hands to his tie, straightening it before tucking it inside his vest.

"[Name]... Yer so kind, what have I done to deserve someone like you?"

"Oh, come on. You're making me blush, Mika."

"But, it's not a lie! 'M not lyin' ta ya, y'know?!"

"Whatever." You softly chuckled at him, patting his cheek gently. He said nothing nor do anything to protest against touch, he simply melted into it the moment he feels it.

Mika then looks at you once more, smiling softly as he continues to lean into your hand, inviting you to continue caressing his cheeks like that for a little while longer.

"Nngah, [Name], I love ya so much."

"I love you too, Mika." You reciprocated his love once before before giving him a gentle peck on the lips.

"Now, let's go, shall we?" You ask, pulling your hand away from his cheek as you gestured to the door.

"Hey, [Name]. Have I ever told ya just how much I love ya?" Mika asked, walking out of the door with you, hands in yours as he showed you his toothy grin again.

his day isn't complete without seeing you, just by seeing you he claims that he has inspiration flowing to his mind, you can't tell if he's insane, or he's just madly in love. genuinely asking, what're you doing to him? he even admits it before you two are even dating, the things i'd do to be bold like that.

“So? Who do you like?”

Your best friend’s voice is loud and cheerful, and you hurry to shush him (Shut up, Subaru!) before he announces to the whole fucking world that L/N Y/N has a big, fat crush! in the middle of class cleaning duty, to boot. Honestly, you’re surprised he hasn’t done it yet because, as much as you love him, he can be loud.

“You already know!” He gives you the puppy eyes, and you cave–but not before looking around furtively to make sure no one’s listening. “I like…”

“Hippii? Like, Aoi? Like, the one from 2wink?”

While normally, Hinata wouldn’t appreciate the blatant shock in Akehoshi-senpai’s voice (why does he sound so surprised? Hinata can be likeable!), at this point in time he can’t exactly blame the other boy. Really? Him? His eyes are wide as he slides down the wall, hitting the floor with a slight thump. He’d just meant to deliver a message from sensei, not overhear…that… You…like him?

“Yes,” You sound exasperated, as though you’re answering his unspoken question. He can picture your face right now, eyebrows furrowed and a pout on your lips as you glare at your best friend.

Oh, wow. Wow, just. Wow. You like him. You, literally the most amazing person in the world (second to only himself and Yuuta-kun, of course!), like him. Him, Aoi Hinata.

This can’t be real, Hinata thinks. This literally cannot be happening.

He never gets this lucky. Ever. His whole life has pretty much been (and he hates to put it this way but there’s literally no way else to say it that would really drive the point home) one L after the other. And not the money kind, if you get his drift. So, something like this? To have the person he’s been crushing on for the better part of a year (much to Yuuta-kun’s chagrin–he hates when his aniki gets all lovey-dovey over something you said or did that day) to not just like him as a friend, but to actually reciprocate his romantic feelings? There’s no way.

He resists the urge to squeal and fan himself like a blushing schoolgirl encountering her ikemen crush. What does he do? Does he go inside and confess? But that would imply he overheard you… Hinata considers WWYKD (What Would Yuuta-kun Do) and… Oh. Oh, God, Yuuta-kun.

He’s going to be insufferable about this.

“Eh, Mikki? For real?”

When Mika went back to class to get his forgotten notebook (Oshi-san would be real mad if he didn’t bring it to practice), the last thing he expected was to hear you…say you like him? Like, romantically? Is that it?

He stands frozen in the doorway, unsure. What does he do now? Does he say something? Does he tell you he likes you too? But that should be a given, isn’t it? Of course he likes you. Who wouldn’t like you? You’re so nice and sweet, and you always help him out when he’s stuck on some stupid problem… You never call him dumb or berate him, you’re always smiling cheerfully… You always share your snacks with him, and you think his stuffed toys are adorable…

If someone didn’t like you, Mika thinks, then there’s definitely something wrong with them.

Yes or no? Should he just pretend nothing ever happened? Which would you prefer? What if he says he likes you, but just makes you more uncomfortable? He doesn’t want you to hate him! That would be, like, the nightmare scenario for him.

(Just imagining a time where you don’t smile at Mika, don’t laugh with him instead of at him, hurts in a way he can’t really explain.)

(It makes his stomach churn–but not the way it does when he’s eaten too much and feels sick. It mostly feels like he wants to cry and scream all at once. It gives him a headache too, which sucks, and makes it even harder to focus when he gets all…dizzy.)

Hng. All this thinking is overheating his brain…

“Nyeeeh…”

At the sound of Error 404, Mika.exe has stopped working, you jump. “Mika! What are you doing here?”

“Nnagh…” Mika looks down at his feet. Might as well get it over with, right? “I like ya too, Y/N…”

“Huh? Kyashi?”

Tsukasa lets out a squeak that is most assuredly unbecoming of the Suou heir, and immediately claps a hand over his mouth after to stifle the sound. His face is burning. This was not at all what he thought he would hear when he entered the classroom after hours.

The voices quiet, and you call out, rather suspiciously, “Is someone there?”

Tsukasa forces himself to not respond, carefully attempting to regulate his breathing the way Ritsu-senpai does when he wants to seem asleep so Sena-senpai doesn’t force him to practise (it never works). But it seems luck is on his side, because Akehoshi-senpai monopolises your attention once again and you forget about the sound you heard.

He takes a moment to breathe. Let’s calm down, and think about this rationally. Fact: he likes you. He has for…a while, in fact. Fact: apparently, you…you like him too. Fact: the reason he hasn’t confessed is because he doesn’t think he could bear being rejected by you.

But…now that he’s certain of your feelings towards him, there’s no reason for him not to tell you, no? The chances that you’ll reject him are much less compared to before. Tsukasa sucks in a quick breath. He could do it right now. He could…walk in there and say: Y/N! I love you! Please date me!

He stands up, eyes blazing. Yes! He can do this! He will do this! Right now! がんばれ, Tsukasa-kun!

Then, he pauses and reconsiders. Maybe not right now, in front of Akehoshi-senpai. If he messes it up, Akehoshi-senpai will tell Trickstar (Hidaka-senpai, Yuuki-senpai, Isara-senpai and, God forbid, Onee-sama!?). Isara-senpai is childhood friends with Ritsu-senpai, who will pass on to Narukami-senpai (a notorious gossip) and then the whole school (but especially Sena-senpai…he shudders at the thought) will know that he failed in his confession to you.

So, not right now but…tomorrow for sure.

not me writing a fic about mika first instead of tsumugi (this is my first serious piece of fanfiction ever). It's just he's so cute i can't help myself. i wish i could bite his cheeks. i think i did my best, it wasn't necessarily good though. anyways I hope you enjoy!

Stunning as he was, Mika couldn’t help but feel insecure about his appearance now and then. He was aware that many found him captivating and an absolute beauty, but somehow it just felt so unreal to him, trapped in the belief that he had been flawed and lowly the moment he was born.

Out of all his body parts, the poor boy was most self-conscious about his eyes. Aside from the fact that they couldn’t function very well, they didn’t look the same either. Mika didn’t get the charm of having eyes in different colors at all. He sometimes wished they were well-matched whenever he looked at himself in the mirror. It made him feel so uneasy to be so drastically different, freaky, even.

You were heartbroken that he was so unconfident about this matter, as you adored the shades of marigold and aqua in his eyes. They were so clear and pretty, and most importantly so uniquely him! You never missed the way they widened when he was excited. You loved how they turned into little crescents when he smiled and giggled. And oh god, when his gaze softened as he looked at you as if you hung up all the stars in the sky, you felt like you would crumble into the ground and melt into a pathetic puddle. After all, there was nothing you could do when your darling was just so unbearably precious!

It didn’t matter if he doubted you at first, you were determined to convince him thoroughly.

That’s why you decided to sew your dearest boy a small surprise to assure him how much you adored him. It was nothing special, just a simple plushie of a black kitten. You tried your best to sew the fluffy pieces of faux fur fabric into the small toy, pricking your fingers twice in the process. You assumed it wouldn’t take very long to finish making the plushie, but in fact, it did. As you did the finishing touches of sewing two crystal beads of aqua blue and light yellow on the kitten’s face, you silently admired your boyfriend’s patience and meticulousness whenever he set off to help create wonderfully sophisticated outfits. You wondered what he would make of your silly craft, trying your best not to worry that he would be displeased by the obvious amateurishness it exhibits.

By the time Mika returned to your shared apartment, you had already felt way more nervous than you expected. As you remembered the purpose of your gift, however, you decided to give the present to him properly.

Mika was slightly surprised at your sudden anxiousness and was about to inquire about it when you showed him the small plush. “I made him for you,” you whispered shyly as he gently held the gift and stared at it with a curious gaze. “His eyes... they’re the same as mine”, he mumbled. “Yes, I just want you to know they are so pretty and how much I love them,” you said as you held his handsome face in your hands, “My darling, you are gorgeous.”

The boy immediately flushed at your praise, his cheeks dusted with a rose color as his lips curved into a shy smile. Still carefully holding your gift as if he was afraid he might hurt it, he wrapped his arms around your waist and offered you a quiet thank you. Your heart flutters at his cute reaction, and you lean in to brush your lips on his own. Mika moved one hand to your head, lovingly combing your hair with his fingers, and pressed his lips against yours a bit closer. You broke the kiss first and buried your face in his chest, too embarrassed to continue any further. He giggled, his body slightly shaking during the process, which tempted you to hold him tighter. Mika relished in the soft moment, swooning at your sweetness. You know, he may as well not doubt himself again anytime soon.

you're not very close to him but since you have a very much connection with shu you decided to be more open to him.

but as time goes on , the more you two spend time together makes him slowly feel something he never felt. At first Mika only thought it was just an admiration.

he was a bit shocked and start to overthink about it, making himself lose focus while doing his routine even when sewing.

every time you and him suddenly bump into eachothers you guys will have a little conversation before it end up with you both hanging out together.

but Shu then explain that he had already called someone to help him later, the person would come to the handicraft club room at lunch time.

and when lunch time finally arrived. he walked into the handicraft room thinking that he was safe and didn't have to worry about staying away from you.

because there was no way you would go here. with Shu not attending school thats mean you will not have any bussiness here anyways.

He opened the door slowly, thinking the person behind the door was Kuro but he was wrong, it turns out that the person Shu called is the person he was avoiding..

You can be seen holding some fabric in your Hands as you put them on the table beside the little supply box.

Mika who doesnt expect you to be here was frozen on the spot, until he heard a called of his name out of your mouth. oh no... you already have noticed he is dare there is no way he can get away now!

he finally approached you slowly and stood next to you. he can also notice you are talking but he doesn't pay attention to your words and just stares at you until you wave your arm in front of his eyes.

he came back to reality and looked at the fabric followed by the sewing tool beside it. He can see you taking a seat on one of the chair and start sewing again.

he decided to take a seat too and start sewing the cloth, the room was silent the only sound that can be heard when you're taking some material for the clothes.

as he was sewing he cant help but take one little peek of how you were doing... a one little peek turn into two, two turn into three , three turn into four, and four turn into him hurting his hand for not paying attention when sewing.

"Ngah!", he whined when the needle hit his finger, when you heard him you went straight to him and held his hand.

You start to carres his hand a little while looking for the finger that was hurt by the needle while asking if he was okay.

He didn't pay attention to what you was saying, he just stared at his hand that was clasped by you, he forced himself to stay calm and not do anything stupid. You call his name again and he immediately shakes his head and replies that he's okay.

You sigh in relief when suddenly the idea of ​​asking why he seems a bit distant from you pops into your mind.

as he was about to continue sewing, you stop him and ask, "You've been avoiding me lately, have I done something wrong?" he looked down as if he was holding himself back.

in the end he can finally let out all of his feelings and even better it turns out that you also love's him make him happy...

48. One person has to bend down in order to kiss their partner, who is standing on their tip-toes to reach their partner’s.

A radiantly red strawberry glimmered atop a fresh slice of cake, and the abundant heaps of cream elicited a squeal of delight from the depths of your throat.

You glanced guiltily towards the person sitting across from you, feeling increasingly bad that you were the only one with a treat. “Are you sure you don’t want a bite, Mika-kun? I’ll even give you the strawberry!” 

“Yer favorite part?!” Mika gasped, thinking how he wouldn’t ever dare thieve that away from you, even if the sentiment greatly warmed his heart. “But no, ‘m okay. I don’t wanna fill up before Oshi-san and I’s performance later.”

Mika was the one who offered to pay for you, which was initially why you were so eager in accepting his invitation, but not wanting to eat something so full of calories and sugar was a smart decision on his part. Though he’d say he’s just following Shu’s orders.

Using the fork to scoop up some of the fluffy spongecake, you exclaimed, “I’m really looking forward to seeing you both debut your new outfits!”

Jealousy was acrid on Mika’s tongue at your words, the feeling smoldering his cheeks. It was only natural that you were enthused about his Teach’s latest creation—they were breathtakingly flawless!—yet he couldn’t cease feeling bitter over your words. And he didn’t know why.

“Oshi-san did a real good job on them! I think I look cool in mine,” Mika gushed, fingers instinctively reaching into his pocket and popping a cheap candy into his mouth to disperse the nasty taste he felt.

You giggled, greedily taking another spoonful of your dessert, and praised him, “You always look cool, Mika-kun. Whether you’re wearing the clothes Itsuki-senpai makes or not.”

The melting candy in his mouth gradually got sweeter and sweeter as you complimented him, and Mika couldn’t stop the gargantuan grin from curving on his face. “Ya think so? That makes me happy, [First Name]-san!”

It was difficult to focus on eating the rest of your cake after that, after having gotten a glimpse into a fruit much more sugary. The rest of the time until you promised to meet Mika went by quickly, and you shot him a text before heading backstage where he told you to head on in from.

Swiftly double-checking your attire to make sure it was immaculate as it could be, you opened up the dressing room door and gasped when you gazed upon Mika in his newest stage clothes.

Your eyes traveled lower to espy the heels he donned—finding your heart skipping a beat, you concluded that they were so attractive and polished that Mika had you ensnared in a wicked glamor.

Mika padded over to you, an airheaded grin curled on his mouth as he examined your head coming into contact with his chest. “Yer right! Hehe, I like how short you are compared to me,” he chimed, pleased as can be. “The perfect height for hugs!”

Sweeping you up in a tight hug, Mika gave you a tender squeeze before furiously blushing at how inappropriate that was of him. “Ah, sorry ‘bout that! I got carried away,” he panickedly dropped you back down to your feet.

You shook your head with a smile, dismissing his concerns with a ‘don’t worry about it!’. In the near distance, you could hear Shu firing off commands for the show before he called for Mika.

“Aw, not me gettin’ dragged’ away from ya again…” All he wanted was a second more, he wouldn’t ask for anything more than that—because, more than anything, Mika loved performing in Valkyrie. He couldn’t choose between his love for Shu and his love for you.

Mika looked so despondent, like a kicked puppy. And you couldn’t bear to see him look that crushed and conflicted. “Hey, Mika-kun, how about a good luck charm?” And you brought your hands onto his chest, closing your eyes as you hoisted yourself up on your tip-toes… only your desired act was impossible as you were.

Your mouth was almost to his face, but not quite.

The sight of your pursed lips and shut eyes attempting to reach him was tantalizing. Ever since his thumb grazed your lip earlier, Mika couldn’t stop thinking about how soft they were and how they would feel against his own.

Was it really okay to steal away a kiss? You were offering yourself to him, so it must be, right?

Slowly bending down, Mika placed his lithe fingers under your chin and connected your lips together. He could feel his erratic heart in his throat, threatening to leap out and waltz to the beat. It was magical, how your kiss permeated through every inch of him like vines.

“Make sure ya watch me, [First Name]-san. I’ll dance just for ya tonight,” Mika grinned as he finally departed from savoring your taste. “Watch me, and not Oshi-san, okay?”

Or, well, bad only started to describe it. Abandonment, panic, true isolation and being helpless... it was overwhelming.

Your eyes open wide, sitting up as you gasp for air - heart pounding in your ears.

"Doll?" Mika mumbled, rubbing his eye sleepily as he too sat up.

You didn't think you had done anything that would wake him up, especially given the fact that you were pretty sure he couldn't even see you given his night blindness.

But Mika had a sixth sense for this sort of thing, he could tell when there was something wrong with the people he cared the most about. And he could tell you weren't okay.

Taking you into his arms without another moment to spare, he holds you close in hopes to soothe you.

"Shh..." Mika was used to comforting the other kids at the orphanage when they've had a nightmare - so he was used to this kind of thing.

"... Hey, yer okay." he whispered softly, rubbing your back in slow circles as you bury your face in his . "I gotcha, Darlin'... I'm right here. I gotcha."

He lets you take a few moments to catch your breath, his fingers running through your hair as he hummed.

As the minutes passed, the tension eased, and you finally feel calmer. When you pull back to look at him, Mika is smiling.

"There ya go..." His voice was so gentle, full of tenderness that he held for you. Mika presses a kiss to your forehead, "Ya wanna talk about it, Doll?"

You tell him a bit about your nightmare, all the while Mika held you. Once you felt ready to go back to sleep, you yawn and sigh.

"Ah- hold on."

He blindly pats to the side of his head, searching for something - one of his plushies, the cat one he fixed up with you recently.

"Even if I can't always be there to keep ya company when ya have those no good dreams... this lil' guy will be." Mika gently pressed the stuffed animal's face to your cheek, making a little kiss sound.

The rest of the night you slept peacefully, with Mika spooning you, and you holding onto the plushie.

As Mika drifted back to sleep himself, he nuzzled into you and sighed contently. He loved you... so much. "... 'm gonna make sure ya never feel alone again, Darlin'... I promise."

NITO NAZUNA ー understanding

01. know where you are.

There are a lot of things that play into your life, as well as his. It's something that Nazuna pays particular attention to, most specifically the people he cares about most. They are what constitute many of his decisions and views upon the world, from events to people to feelings. It includes you, no matter how small or big of an impact you have on his life.

In relation to him, who are you? What kind of impact do you have on his life? The people around him? What does he associate with you?

02. understand your goal and how it affects him.

Nazuna always tries to think about other people when he does something- although, there are a number of times when he slips up. He always takes action with a positive intention, more likely than not to protect someone he cares about. Others are always his top priority, rarely ever himself. If there was one person so involved in his life he'd be okay with ignoring, it would be just himself.

How does your goal change his life? What new experiences do you wish to bring to him? What new emotions do you plan on experiencing with him? Because of him? Because of you?

03. allow him to understand you

One thing Nazuna does as a way to care for those he loves is to understand how they think. He's not an expert at understanding everyone, especially those who think very differently than him, but his desire to understand is genuine. He only wants the best for those around him, and if he can help in any way, he would extend himself to do so. He hopes nobody minds him trying to understand them better, including you.

More often than not, Shu is misunderstood. It's easy to assume one thing or another on the way he acts, and it was simply a matter of time before he got used to it. Even he himself didn't understand his own thoughts and actions at times, his kindness mislabeled as something otherwise. It is not uncommon for him to assume himself as unkind and arrogant, just as those who are truly unfamiliar to him say, and it is easy for him to assume that everyone else feels that way about him.

Ask yourself about you and about him, do you truly know each other?

02. fit yourself within his world, fit him within your world.

Trust does not come by easily for Shu, whether he's known you for years or just a moment. It is something gained alongside respect, decided by the interactions between the two of you. It takes time, for Shu to find a place in your "world" and for Shu to realize exactly where you were in his "world". It's something that takes a while for Shu, a gradual convergence.

03. to listen, to react.

Shu is not one to approach another first unless there was a reason to; why should he bother someone without proper reason? He prefers to keep to himself, in which some have labeled him as distant. But he is hardly so; it is simply that he has nothing to react to. Shu often reacts to the environment around him and the actions done within his "world", and the "worlds" of those around him. If something that is worth his attention has come up, he would surely respond, especially if it were you.

01. understand what you are to him.

Mika is one to assume that one thinks negatively about him. Until he understands that you truly care, he assumes that you don't- it's a bit of a reflex at this point. His emotions are reflex to the actions to take, what he sees and what he feels. It's easy to get physically close to him, but there is a point in which his emotions respond rather than his brain. The closer to him you are, the more his emotions will influence his actions.

How does he act towards you? How much emotion does he show to you? What are his reactions to the things you do around him?

02. be transparent with him.

If there's one thing Mika doesn't like doing, it's assuming something as a fact about something- though his emotions will often decide for him. It's not hard for Mika to worry about how he appears to you, especially if he doesn't know how you feel about him. It helps ease Mika's nerves when you're transparent with him, and it's easier for him to show his usual precious smile that way.

03. meet in the middle.

As much as Mika appreciates all the things you do out of your way for him- he really does without a doubt, he wants to do some things for you too. He wants to show his love in that way too, to do things for you that make your life easier, even if he already works as hard as he does. It's something that makes him happy. Of course, there's a balance in everything, and he's grateful when you take care of him when he goes a little too far with it.

SAKASAKI NATSUME ー intuition

01. all you need is just a hint of curiosity.

For Natsume, it doesn't take a lot for him to become interested in something- or someone. He took interest in a variety of things, from magic to science to gaming in-between. He dabbled in this, dabbled in that, and it was a bit rare for him to take such interest in a person. It was rare, but that did not mean it was necessarily hard to obtain that. He simply just needed a hint of curiosity, one which he sensed would lead him to something he could immerse in.

02. pick up on the foreshadowing.

Whether by accident or not, when it comes to figuring out Sakasaki Natsume, there was always some kind of foreshadowing. Of course, Natsume loved hinting at this or hinting at that, but there were times that it was too perfect- too perfect for even Natsume to construct himself. Perhaps it was a bit of fate meddling with the mortal realm of humanity.

03. the moment of realization is not created, it is identified.

Before Natsume knew it, he had fallen in love with you. He didn't know why, when, or how- not even fortune telling had been able to inform him of such a major change in his life. It was a gradual realization, yet he didn't even realize he was realizing he loved you over such a period of time. He'd grown comfortable around you, one where the flirtatious jokes were no longer just jokes; he loved teasing you, unknowingly perpetuating the cycle of adoration he had for you, up until that moment where he had identified the connection between his thoughts and feelings.

SHINKAI KANATA ー presence

01. prepare to be surprised.

Kanata is someone who comes into your life unexpectedly, but it was never shocking, nor did you notice right away. It was by chance that the two of you met, and nor did either of you even realize what would become of the future. There are a number of things that Kanata does that are out of the ordinary, but they never take long to get used to.

02. make a firm decision to stay

Many people have gone in and out of Kanata's life. There were many who visited often, those from his family and those he saw in the places he frequented. But they were always quite distant, items floating on the surface of the sea. They never quite connected to him, and that was something be had come to accept. But once he had attached himself to someone, it was painful to let go. Especially if thry let go first.

03. allow yourself to flow with momentum.

When Kanata is with you, he simply allows life to continue as is, adding a calm river to the landscape of your world. The momentum never stops, a steady and calming rhythm. His kindness and care never stops, just as the river never ceases to flow. The water flows indefinitely just as his love, enough to keep moving but never whisking you away completely. It let's you keep your place but still pass through you, continually flowing for all time to come.

AOBA TSUMUGI ー kindness

01. understand your dynamic.

Tsumugi is a responsive person. Depending on who he's talking to, he'll word things differently, he'll say things just a little differently. He still keeps is signature lighthearted tone as before, but he's learned to react differently without even realizing it. The way he pulls towards you and the way you pull towards him is a specific chemical reaction, uniquely you.

02. find the right timing.

Timing is everything. Whether it's finding a job or just not being late for your appointment, timing is the key. Even if you're doing what's supposed to be right, if the timing isn't right, it won't work. That's how it's been for Tsumugi, though he always tries to hope for the best. It goes for everything, from you to work. It's something he hopes he gets right, and it's something believed to be controlled by fate.

03. even if you stop, you can still continue.

Whether you've grown apart or recently gotten close, Tsumugi cherishes the relationship you have with him. To those who have shown him kindness, he reciprocates them in kindness as well. No matter how many years it's been, he sees the good in most, including you.

Cuddling Headcanons with Mika

Cuddling starts by asking each other’s affirmation. This can rendered through tugging one’s sleeve or brushing your hands with the other.

You would likewise be the first to cuddle. Gently intertwining your hands with his, as if you were unsure if the other party would welcome it.

Eventually, the two of you become confident about each other’s touches. In private, Mika would hold you in different ways. One is through letting you rest in his lap while he stitches fabric. He also hums you a song and as he feels your breathing become slower, you see a small grin on his face.

Two, as mentioned earlier, is by linking each other’s hands. This may seem the most basic. However, this form of cuddling is how the two of you started showing physical affection. Thus, is also a means to dispel doubt since you seek affirmation.

The last is by snuggling in each other's embrace when you sleep. This could be at any time depending on how tired the two of you are. Mika will lean into your touch and pull you closer to him. k = kisses (what are their kisses like? where do they like to kiss you? where do they like to be kissed?)

Shu’s kisses are more restrained, before anything else. He’s careful. Skinship isn’t something he’s used to, and he’d prefer to be the one initiating it most of the time. His kisses are feather-light, quick and fleeting. Usually just a simple brush of lips on skin. He prefers to kiss you in a place that’s easy to reach–like your forehead or your cheek. Shu’s more careful with his affection, so if you’re going to be kissing each other, he doesn’t want there to be prying eyes around to see. However, if you’re the one kissing him in public, he’d prefer it to be on his forehead–or his cheek. His lips are reserved for when you’re in private, after all.

Mika’s kisses are light, almost like he’s afraid to kiss too hard and leave a mark. He likes pressing kisses to your cheeks and across the bridge of your nose, and hearing you giggle at the ticklish feeling. When he kisses you, he always takes a moment to pause to gauge your reaction, before going in a little deeper and kissing a little harder. His kisses oscillate between rough and nearly untraceable, depending on both his mood, and yours. He holds your waist, pulls you close. But if you’re kissing him, he loves it when your feather kisses across the expanse of his face. It makes him blush cutely, especially when you kiss him multiple times in one go.

Niki’s kisses are what one would expect from a chef. Slow and languid, like he’s savouring the flavour. His lips always contain a hint of some sort of flavour, and it’s a little bit of a gamble-because you have no idea what taste you’ll encounter next. Sometimes it’s spicy, like ramen, and sometimes it’s sugary, like mochi. If he’s feeling particularly peckish, he’ll tease little kisses on your face, like across the bridge of your nose and the expanse of your cheeks. Niki has no particular preferences on being kissed–he’ll take anything you’re willing to give–but he prefers it when you kiss him on the lips, as he has a chance to taste many delicious flavours–of the food and of you.

l = little ones (how are they around children?)

Shu’s a little wary around children–and understandably so. He likes his personal space and when things are in order, and children typically bring a lot of chaos with them. Shu’s personality can also come off as rather frightening, especially when younger children don’t know the nuances of his actions–and the dichotomy between what he says and what he does, as you do. Still, he does attempt to tone down his overall…everything, when faced with those younger, as he knows what it’s like to feel nervous around figures of authority. He finds it easier to just sit in silence and exist in your own plane of reality, but Shu’ll be gentler–or at least, he’ll try to.

Unsurprisingly, Mika gets along very well with children. He’s a pretty happy-go-lucky guy, and that translates into how he acts with kids. Additionally, he has experience dealing with…difficult people. Or those with eccentric personalities, to say the least–his Oshi-san, for example, or the younger Sakuma–which makes it easier for him to deal with temper tantrums. Mika also has a wide range of likes and hobbies that make him relatable: think of his love of stuffed toys, sewing, etc. He’s good at listening, which makes him a favourite of children just looking to have a figure of authority–adult or otherwise–hear them talk.

On the spectrum, Niki’s dead-center. He’s good at making people feel relaxed and his easy-going, fun-loving personality makes him a favourite of many children. His cooking skills add to his charm, especially when you consider the fact that most kids have black holes for stomachs. His years of dealing with Rinne’s antics have also given him an extremely high tolerance to the chaos that happens around him. However, if you consider past occurrences, Niki’s impulse control is low to begin with. He’s the enabler type of person, which means any and all stupidity happening in his presence is usually doubled if you leave it for long enough.

o = open (when would they start revealing things about themselves? do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

It’ll take Shu a while before he decides to open up to you about all his problems, feelings and emotions. He’s already a very private person, so he’d have to be certain that he’s serious about you–and vice versa–before revealing anything. He might trust you with small tidbits earlier on, but you’d have to assure him that, yes, this is a long-term commitment and no, you’re not going to drop him when you get bored of him. His insecurities make him wary of revealing too much and causing you to realise that you can’t deal with him, so you’d have to be careful with how you respond. Be prepared though, as once Shu decides to tell you, everything comes spilling out.

Mika’s a wildcard. He’ll reveal everything when he’s ready–except you have no idea when that would be. He might tell you something about his life at the orphanage, then clam up about it the next time you ask. It’s best to just let him come to you in his own time. He’ll tell you what he thinks you need to know straight to your face–before you even enter a relationship. The more important bits however, the ones that he holds close to his chest, he’ll only tell you on pain of death. A minor exaggeration, perhaps, but not entirely inaccurate. But if you sit him down and earnestly express your desire to know more about him, he’ll definitely give in sooner rather than later.

Niki’s already a pretty open person. He’s got no qualms with revealing to you whatever you ask, because he doesn’t think of it as anything noteworthy. Still, he wouldn’t just dump everything on you the first few weeks. He’d wait until he’s sure you’ve acclimatised to the general craziness of not just the idol world, but also the general craziness of the unit that is Crazy:B. He’ll reveal everything in bits and pieces, not wanting to overwhelm you, but you’d have to pay careful attention. It’ll probably be buried under layers of other stuff, like in the middle of explaining a new recipe. Still, Niki won’t get into the meat of his past until he’s sure of how much he trusts you.
