I was about to have this very angry rant about a trailer for a SLEW of disney movies that were all like prequels or sequels to materials (e.g. atlantis) to the point where the trailer of it essentially marketed itself as its own cinematic like subuniverse and there were several reasons I was pissed off but the main thing that drove me over the edge was in one little bit of the trailer music they suddenly used the Cinderella leitmotif from into the woods and I immediately woke up like “did they think I wouldn’t NOTICE? HUH??? YOU DISRESPECT SONDHEIM? MY GOOD FRIEND STEVIE SONDHEIM???????” and then about a second later I realized it must have been a dream and went back to sleep.

( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ #I'm very very tired today #I woke up very early today because I took a driving lesson!#I have had my licence for many many years now but I haven't driven in so long #and when I tried I just turned on the windshield wipers again and again #so I'm taking some refreshment lessons! I was really afraid of driving again but my new driving teacher is very nice (❁´‿`❁)#my last one scared me a little because he talked a lot about bathroom renovation #I just drove for an hour or so but I was so concentrated that I'm very tired now #I have another lesson tomorrow because I deleted every information in my brain about how to park a car #all those synapses are currently used to remember Godzilla facts #another big news!!#I saw a PHEASANT last week #we almost hit it with the car but luckly it remembered in time that it was a bird and flew away #I've NEVER seen a pheasant before!! ( ´ ▽ ` )#I knew that pheasants were real because my favourite cartoon as a child was animals of farthing wood #and there's pheasants in it and then they get murdered and all the other animals are like 'oh well'#but I had never seen one!#I feel like a stronger person now #one that can drive a car #maybe even park one ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ #have a wonderful evening friends #<3

i do think naming contests for wild animals are funny though because like. even though there are ways of determining it’s the same animal. he straight up does not know that’s his name

Was just thinking about the amount of animals Obi-Wan interacts with compared to literally everyone else and in the Clone Wars episode where Kamino gets attacked he literally gets saved twice by the same ray-like animal and just...

The growth from judging Qui-Gon for the 'pathetic lifeforms' he picks up to whatever he has going on during the Clone Wars era. He must have gotten that from Qui-Gon though, right?

And because it's my brain and it's rotting with all the star wars stuff I am consuming I was thinking of Obi-Wan saving all these creatures and the 212th having to deal with that. Surely they made one of the rooms pet proof in case one of them needs a new home. There also have to be clones who love that because of course Obi-Wan can't really take care of rescues on top of all his duties.

After the first few times this happens Cody learns to order animal food and other necessities. And if the Republic doesn't fulfill these requests or asks too many questions he'll just have to make sure to organize them on planet during the campaigns.

#maybe they even keep a tooka or two #for the morale #but seriously #i have been thinking about writing a soft crackfic about this #just the 212th travelling with a whole zoo #already made up my own clones and all #cody is very done but it makes his general happy so who is he to complain?#when the 501st learn about it they start bothering Rex about it #or they ask Anakin ans Ahsoka to do thr same type of Jedi magics #they want pets too can you blame them?#obi wan is pretty oblivious to all of this #he just wants to help!!#and the tenth tooka was looking just *so* sad what was he supposed to do? leave it all alone and sad and scared?#it's just chaos all around #but also so soft #clones don't get a lot of chances to pet any animals during their training and war doesn't really offer these opportunities either #so whenever other battalions work with the 212th and learn about their zoo they get excited #accidental therapy animals for the clones #and the jedi because what better way to find the energy to keep fighting and bonding with an innocent lifeform that gets affected by the war #adoptions go wild #the wolfpack asks Plo for wolves #Plo struggles to say no #star wars #tcw #obi wan kenobi #212th attack battalion #commander cody #accidental animal acquisition #I just remembered vaguely that in one of the Jedi Apprentice books Obi Wan has a bird on his shoulder??#maybe he didn't get this from Qui Gon after all though I'm sure Qui Gon encouraged and reinforced that behaviour

During the main quests, this appears p often. It literally means "Jin's Journey":

But the kanji for "Jin" -- 仁 -- also means "benevolence," emphasizing a respect for humanity. So 仁之道, while it means "Jin's Journey," can also be read as "the path/way of benevolence."

He isn't following the bushido, or 武士道，the way of the warrior/samurai, but rather 仁之道, the way of benevolence, a path that diverts sharply from the "honor" that samurai follow.

My crowfriends came so close today <3 I love watching their trust in me develop

#I think what makes crows really interesting is that they're not domesticated. Domesticated animals are evolved to be able to truste you #and wild aninmals usually are a lot more wary #but crows got all the traits of a species that lived AMONG humans for centuries and sees humans produce some of their main food sources #and this paired with their brains results in an uncanny ability to conceptualise humans as individuals #obviously you're still huge and loud and scary and make too sudden movements to them sometimes #but just like they recognise faces they're also quick to learn 'oh this SCaRy tHiNG that HUMAN does didn't hurt me' and then they come back #and compared to other species they pick up on this stuff really quickly #and that's how you get a wild bird flying about town to suddenly go 'hey I'll check up on what That Human is doing n peek into their window

Hello, hello, hello. I am back from uni hell. Here is some work from a bird drawing course i took.

The first one was done withouth lineart, second one without lifting up the pen from the paper, and for the last one we were asked to consider simple, geometric figures, lines and volume. All of these were referenced!
