The INBF WNBF World Championships is always an incredible culminating event in our sport, and we are happy to share it with you all at a new amazing venue. Fly directly into SeaTac Airport and take a short taxi, lift, or uber to the town of Federal Way. The Federal Way Performing Arts & Event Center is the location of the 2 DAY event. 50 + Countries will attend. 2 host hotels - a short walk or ride from the PAEC so everything is very easy and convenient once you land. Please book hotels now as both hotels will sell out. Once hotels sell out or the booking group code expires you’re on your own to find accommodations. How do I qualify for the largest and most competitive Amateur or Pro show in the sport of natural bodybuilding? Visit our events page and choose a competition to compete in. Place in the top 3 in the Open or Masters Pro card classes. Pro Qualifications: Compete in 2023 to qualify you for Worlds. International Pro’s shall compete at Pro events near them that feature their Pro Categories. Saturday, November 18th: All Amateurs compete. Super Pro Card winners may choose to compete Sunday as new WNBF Professional. Sunday, November 19th: All WNBF Pro’s compete. Both competitions are straight through formatted so you may optimize your day and have plenty of time to spend with friends, family, your team, or to tour Seattle. Big changes over 9 weeks of dieting! Trimmed off my competition recovery weight. It's crazy how much easier dieting was this time rather than during competition prep. Probably because of experience and not going into single digit body fat. I actually enjoyed my mini cut. Never would have imagined that! .
