u see if we look at kinjis ftes then that establishes the importance of having conversations to kinjis relationship with a person. he repeatedly emphasizes that he doesn't push his beliefs on others, and just would like to inform people of the path they could take. he and yuki have good conversations and yuki listens to kinjis thoughts (not necessarily follows his every word, and definitely doesnt become christian. but he doesnt just view it as kinji yapping abt nothing).

yuki and kinjis consistent conversations lead to kinji viewing yuki as a friend- his first friend, and baptizing him to make it all official. its literally "we have had an abundant number of conversations. can we be considered friend?" then cut to "oh we are? okay cool. lemme go through an informal baptism with u where i say we'll be besties for forever <3" which ive made at least one joke about before (saying that this means they're married now)

....NOW. pre despair. utsuro was being a edgy loner who didnt interact with anyone. so... was kinji without friends? is my point here going to be that he probably got close w kanata and kakeru, leading to what we say in chapter 6 flashbacks? NO. NO IT IS NOT.

I feel like there's a lot of people who aren't up to date w qJaiden lore so they don't realize what's happening today so-- QUICK UPDATE on shit that's going down in the qJaiden world if your POV tends to be another streamer and you're a little confused;

As some ppl might already know, qjaiden was approached by Cucurucho with a question of "What would make you happy?" and she responded, protecting the eggs. keeping the eggs safe. Cucurucho said essentially that he could give her this, but there was no going back. And when Jaiden asked if it would save the eggs, he said Maybe.

And since she has nothing left to lose (at this time, there really was /no one/) she decided she'd do it because there was no other choice. Someone had to. So she's been going around doing tasks like gathering items and tools and armor. Her most recent quest was to clear a dungeon with adventure partners, which she did successfully.

Then basically Jaiden IRL travelled for a week and the big lore thing about what was gonna happen AFTER that was put on hold. We've essentially been waiting for a while to see what the result of this is going to be considering Jaiden held up her end of the deal, and Cucurucho hasn't.

Then, three days ago on the last debate, Jaiden said she was /most likely/ going to stream the Big Lore thing on Saturday. She didn't know what it was, but the admins had been cooking and needed time to prepare and FINALLY its done.

COINCIDENTALLY, this is happening on the SAME DAY that Cellbit was told to follow a blue bird, to accompany a 'her', and gather evidence. And, for those who really don't know, qJaiden is commonly associated with birds, Blue Birds specifically, thanks to her pet bird Ari.

There's also been a lottt of concerns about qJaiden going missing since the wedding, since she seems to be narratively mirroring qCell (something he commented on himself awhile back). So, everyone's a bit on edge for what's about to happen today.

I dont think Mob is naive as much as he's socially unaware, like the reason why he trusts Reigen so blindly is a bit more complex than just him being naive

Cause Mob reached out to Reigen because he was desperate to find someone like him, someone who understood his psychic specific issues, someone that could truly know what he's feeling and going through and give him guidance and support

Post incident Mob's thinking process was something along the lines of my powers hurt people -> my powers are bad -> my powers (my emotions, my instincts, myself) cannot be trusted

So he lost all confidence and trust in his own actions, resigning to being as passive as possible to avoid any further damage to anyone else, thus he started doubting his own perception of reality too

He's a kid already struggling with being ostracised for being socially inept, who just got traumatised and all of his insecurity increased by the tenfold, he doesn't know how to process what he's going through. He needs help.

And here comes Reigen, seemingly reliable, a responsible adult in a child's eyes, someone who claims he can understand him

Even tho Reigen doesnt. But it doesn't matter, because Mob finds comfort in his words and takes them to heart

Even if Reigen doesn't fully get it, even if he doesn't see the bigger picture, even if his advice isn't always the best

Eventually, Mob grows up, realises Reigen isn't as honest as he seemed through his 11 year old perspective, but like most things, he refuses to acknowledge it on a deeper level

Mob knows, but never tells Reigen, never thinks about what all those lies mean to him (ofc until he forces himself to face those doubts regarding Reigen, to properly acknowledge both of their flaws and accept them as they are, I should scream into the void about Confession Arc more God)

Due to his lack of trust in himself, Mob has relied on Reigen for years now to shape his moral compass, his thoughts, his decisions

Because well, Reigen lies, sure, but he isnt a bad person. When he hurts Mob, it isn't intentional or with ill intent, he still wants the best for him, what's the issue?

Except that it stunts Mob's growth. He doesn't develop as a person, doesn't have goals or wishes or ambitions, can't make choices on his own, he doesn't even let himself acknowledge his own emotions, he refuses to let himself exist

But Mob realises in time that he wants more than that, he wants to become better and be independent and feel again

Still, he puts the acknowledgement of the lies on hold for as long as he can, unwilling to question the way things are

This can make him feel a little naive, he constantly relies on Reigen and trusts his decisions and raises questions rarely until separation arc when he finally puts his foot down

And I do think that moment is the most resounding proof we have that Mob knows and allows himself to be used by Reigen, not wanting to shake the status quo, until he gets fed up

I mentioned the social ineptitude at the beggining but idk if I should even elaborate on that, you've watched the show, you know what I mean

He's blunt and can't read social cues or tonality that well and can't speak in front of crowds and is overall pretty awkward and I do think some people conflate that with naivety

Mob is still a child, he doesnt fully understand how the world works at the ripe age of 14 years old, but some folks take that as him being inherently naive/innocent/whatever which I don't find true

Ok but are people saying that no one cares about q!Quackity for real? I understand q!Quackity feeling that way because he sabotages himself and feels guilty about everything he’s done but literally everyone cares about him even if he can't see it !

They might think he is insane but at the end of the day everyone still appreciates him and proof of that is q!Vegetta comforting him for not being “invited” to the wedding even though both q!Roier and q!Cellbit DID invite him still knowing that he could ruin their wedding. Another one is q!Forever keeping an eye on q!Quackity so he doesn’t get kidnapped when Cucurucho went to talk to him back then when they first kidnapped q!Cellbit (which btw they didn’t kidnap q!Quackity but q!Foolish thought they did so he told q!Forever and everyone was down to look for him as well). Another one is q!Cellbit giving him 1% of his custody so he doesn’t feel alone when he told him how much he misses Tilin and wishes he could take care of Tallulah or when q!Roier, q!Bbh and q!Foolish helped him build “La vecindad” or when q!Etoiles kept asking him repeatedly if he was okay and if he wanted to go do dungeons with him or just yesterday when q!Jaiden saw him go with Cucurucho at the end and thought it was weird and later she told q!Philza about it and both are now very worried about him.

I don't understand why people are talking like everyone in that Island does not care about him. Again, I understand why q!Quackity doesn’t because he just sees his own perspective but if you see others' pov is CLEAR how everyone genuinely cares about him even if they don’t trust him entirely. And that's what makes his character tragic, the fact that the Island is full of residents who care about each other regardless if they suspect someone among them but q!Quackity feels like they are all against him because that's what he thinks.

q!Quackity feels alone because he is the one believing he is alone, not because everyone else leaves him alone. He is the definition of self-sabotage and I do feel sorry for him but let’s not act like him and believe that no one in that Island cares for him or that no one will care about his dissapearence because it's simply not true. If no one noticed he dissapeared earlier is because it was in the middle of their friend's wedding and once again he decided to isolate himself while everyone else were celebrating.

I cant stress this enough because everyone in that Island would literally try to save him even if maybe some of them might not trust him or whatever, even if he once threatened to kill the eggs and even if he just keeps commiting actions that hurts everyone around him including himself. All of them care for him and want to believe he is not bad, they try to understand him to justify why he might be acting the way he is because for them q!Quackity is one of them too until proven otherwise.

HEY !! HERE ARE SOME RANDOM FIRE SAFETY TIPS !!

AVOID HILLS. seriously. the radiant heat coming off the flames pre-heats nearby grasses/fuels located above (heat rises!) which is what cause fires to "run" up hills lighting up long strips in the blink of an eye. you cannot outrun a fire that's chasing you up hill.

EVEN IF you are standing below the fire all it takes is one stray ember blown in the wind to start a fire below YOU and then you're really screwed. if you're caught on a hill, run to the side and (if possible) try to get to any charred/burnt zones behind the fire.

charred/already burnt black areas are safe zones. they will not easily re-burn and can become refuges to retreat to (but still be mindful of smoke inhalation).

healthy green grass lawns can also be temporary safe zones. the moisture held in lush grass makes it a lot more difficult to catch fire and can work as a temporary refuge in the case of a house fire. however, TO BE CLEAR: this does NOT apply to tall forest meadow-type grasses. when i say healthy grass im talkin like suburban manicured lawns okay? if your lawn is looking crusty dry brown then thats not gonna be a good place to run to.

most mild carbon monoxide poisoning (aka smoke inhalation) can be cured by simply taking in fresh air. severe smoke inhalation may require further medical treatment though.

fire needs FUEL + OXYGEN + HEAT in order to burn. if you removed ANY of these 3 things, the fire will go out. this is known as the fire triangle. the reason why water works against fire is mainly because it's cold, however it also helps by "drowning" the fire, depriving it of oxygen.

on this note!! if you're cooking and your food catches on fire inside the pan, DO NOT! pour water onto it!!!! that will only make it splash. what you're gonna wanna do is grab a pot/pan lid and gently slide it onto the pan. this will cut off its oxygen and put the fire out. DO NOT! slam the lid onto the pan!! this rush of wind/air could blow the fire right out of the pan and directly onto you/nearby furniture!

CHECK YOUR FIRE EXTINGUISHERS!!! please!! not all fire extinguishers are meant to be used on the same fire!!! while it can vary (and you should definitely look up the ratings for your own location/extinguishers) many of them will have specific class ratings written along the label. here in the USA, those ratings are in letter form (ie: Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class K). sometimes these ratings are combined (ie: Class ABC), meaning that a Class ABC fire extinguisher can be used on a Class A, B, or C fire.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND THEIR ASSIGNED FIRES

CLASS A: these extinguishers should be used on wood/paper/plastic (ie: your basic trash fire).

CLASS B: these extinguishers should be used on flammable liquids (ie: alcohol, gas, petroleum, greasing oils <- not food oils though!!).

CLASS C: these extinguishers should be used on electrical fires (ie: sparking cables, your computer spontaneously combusted and is on fire, etc).

CLASS D: these extinguishers should be used on combustible metals (ie: magnesium, titanium, potassium, sodium, etc. if that metal shit in your garage is burning, use Class D).

CLASS K: these extinguishers should be used on flammable cooking oils/greases (ie: your stove is on fire, your barbecue's on fire, etc).

CLASS ABC: these extinguishers can be used on any of the Class A, B, or C material fires.

DO NOT USE THE WRONG EXTINGUISHER. they are labeled differently for a reason!!! a Class ABC extinguisher (for example) will make a Class K fire splash! you will cause that big old greasy fire to splash right back onto you!! Class K extinguishers are specifically designed to safely put out fires without disturbing the liquids/oils so please please please check the labels of your extinguishers.

AND REMEMBER TO "PASS" !!!

HOW TO USE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER — P.A.S.S.

PULL the pin in the handle.

AIM the nozzle at the base of the fire.

SQUEEZE the lever slowly.

SWEEP (across the base of the fire) from side to side.

Was looking for patterns for short round sock toes done toe up that I could make any sense of, and found both that and a way to m1 (m1r, I think ?) that I can physically execute ! It's just yarning over and then on the next round when you do it knitting the yo thru the back loop. Unsure how that would work flat, maybe you reverse yarn over ? But great in the round...

Anyway finally seeing what make ones look like is interesting, they're a lot more subtle than kfb or lli/rli

i LOVE how much you can see edgeworth's influence on klavier. klavier talks about finding the truth the way he does. klavier helps find the truth and doesnt look to win like he does. klavier doesnt treat defense attorneys like the enemy like he does. edgeworth took the long way, learning for himself what being a good prosecutor means and how the court should work then ensured the next generation didnt have to.
