Hello mascot what do u look like please? What colors do u have? Are you just a big wheel with eyes and communicate with us through text because hearing your voice would literally crush our eardrums? Asking for a friend.

Well that is an ominous ask I'm so tempted to say yes indeed I am the wheel of god. But no, in fact, a lot of maggots have heard my voice I literally never shut up on here idhfnwiuef?? I love the sound of my own voice a little too much. You can probably find me singing a lot on my blog. And talking, that too.

We don't talk about the live audio reaction of me realising Michael Sheen was in Twilight. Yes, I did burst into desperate tears right in the middle of a restaurant and everyone was horrified. It had been a few days into the kidnapping and I was fRaGiLe okay. Michael Sheen being Aro in Twilight was the proverbial last fucking straw. SHHHHHHH (...een. hahaha. im funny.)

As for what colours I have, my personality is very black-silver-wood-pink. If that helps. It probably doesn't.

As for what I look like, well, a less cute and more long version of my pfp self-portrait, which isn't terribly cute to begin with. I have been told I give off tiktok fuckboy vibes in real life more frequently than I would have liked. I give Crowley vibes in terms of gait and posture, but more than 50% of the time it's Crowley on laudanum vibes, without the Scottish part. Though I'm sure I can work on the Scottish part too. Sorry, Scottish maggots, I will put in more effort for you.

The posture part is far too real. I have somehow pulled my leg muscle by just sitting in the chair. Which is extremely bewildering because I've been David Tennant-ing chairs since I was five. Why did something get injured now I didn't even do anything extra weird? All I do is sit or sleep.

It could have been my responding to my mum's begging to exercise by saying yoga the way someone would say parkour!, and trying to balance my foot above my head on the wardrobe while still crammed on the desk chair.

I realise that this was a very unhelpful answer. I'm rather proud of that.

Follow-up from my sister: she'd like me to add that she makes no promises it's not the lighting, but that if it isn't, she's quite sure it's not the roots, because the rest of his hair is fine and it's a uniform, very deliberate-seeming change between solid brown and solid red, no layers or patches or ombre that would suggest dye growing out, like "they either forgot to dye the sideburns and then remedied that halfway through filming, which I somehow find unlikely, or had them red initially, then bleached the colour out and re-dyed it brown at some stage, which is ludicrous".

hello anon darling!!!💕 right! ive gone through this again because. my fixation on crowley's sideburns is ever dormant and this has only stoked it, im afraid ✨

ive gone through and taken what im hoping is a fair number of screenshots of each episode of s2, to try to pinpoint the trajectory that your sister suggested!!! im completely on board with what she says, they definitely seem to vary in colour, but my main thoughts are this:

i do still think there is something to the short vs. long sideburns. i came up with a completely ridiculous time-travel theory (honestly just for the giggles), but regardless of how outlandish it is, the varying length is the element that i think is hardest to explain away. the only thing that would make sense is the DW thing, but i think the dates pretty much debunked that, or alternatively there was another project that dt was working on, and the timings of it were cutting fine with having to do pick-ups/any AP for s2, hence having to keep the long/short sideburns

following on from this, i do think crowley was intended, at the start of filming (im sure someone with receipts will be able to negate this for me - more than welcome!), to have short sideburns. reason i say this is because, to my eye, the beginning of ep5 has them cut very neatly, and they are more uniformly red (it's during the gabriel confrontation scene onwards that they change to long). this compared to his short sideburns in ep1, for example, where it looks like (again, only going based on sight and 1080p quality) his roots have grown out slightly, and you have an underlay of brown beneath the dyed-red ends. this therefore indicates to me that they were originally short, dyed red, but grew out over filming when scenes were shot out of sequence (would be interesting to compare this 'timeline' with michael's hair in the same sequencing!)

when crowley has long sideburns, in the 2023 scenes, they are always brown (as far as i can tell), so this would indicate to me that these scenes were filmed towards the end of the shoot, but again it's very obvious that the sideburn length changes - ie. it doesn't seem at all gradual, even if shot out of sequence - and the sideburns weren't redyed to match the rest of his hair

ep2 job scenes - i did my best, and im fairly certain they're long and brown, but it's a) hard to tell with the wig, and b) length/colour might not mean anything, it might be that whatever 'secret' the sideburn thing is potentially indicating only applies to 2023, not the flashbacks... guess it kinda depends on whether you subscribe to the notion that the flashbacks have been messed about with or not by modern-era crowley

ep3 resurrectionist scenes - honestly? god only knows. the lighting wasn't exactly conducive to empirical research (lmao who am i kidding, none of this is scientific)... but the muttons do appear, overall, to be more consistently and obviously red. im assuming that they were made from artificial hair pieces - as opposed to dt taking the time to grow them??? - and so would be easier to keep uniform in colour anyway

ep4 1941 scenes - i mean, yeah, they are long and brown (except the very end scene???), and this might just be down to when it was filmed in the schedule... again, same as bildad, it might not really mean anything, unless you consider that 1941 has been messed about with too.

so conclusion for me at the moment is that the colour variation is down to hair simply growing out/not wanting to damage his hair by constantly rebleaching (?) and re-toning, but where it coincides with whether the sideburns are short or long remains - and probably will for the rest of my days on this good planet - an intriguing mystery!!!✨

Highlights from Me Reading my Mom TGCF Halfway through book one (spoilers,, For all books. Also A Major Untamed Spoiler as well)

*Thinking “Little Gods” are the cutest thing/funniest thing ever

*Also Hating Heaven in General And saying “Their as corrupt as the Good Omens one 😠😠” But still hasn’t blamed Jun Wu/Suspected anything bad about him

* San Lang is Hua Cheng!! My Mom exclaims at Xie Lian in the beginning of the book... several chapters later “Who is Hua Cheng??”

*When we assume Hua Cheng is the ghost bridegroom My Mom has an elaborate theory that non of the girls were dead and Hua Cheng just had a harem and was bringing Xie Lian to it. It was great

*Showed her the actress that will be Xuan Ji and my mom is like “Damn, Pei tf did you leave her for???”

*Tbh think she’s a Xuan Ji stan. Good for her

*When Xie Lian and San Lang sleep with one another and she’s like “Damn they’re going fast” and later when they aren’t talking in Ban Yue pass saying “Why can’t they make out already 🙄

*Me having to call General Pei “Big Pei” And Pei Su “Little Pei” at any point in time because she doesn’t know their names (fair enough)

*The little gods care so much 🥺🥺 Anyway i hate Mu Qing-

(I feel she’ll like him when we get to book 2)

*Meeting “Ming Yi” when at Ban Yu pasa before we know anything, and assuming she was gonna be a Soilder and thinking she was 9ft tall.

*Her asking if all of Ban Yu people were really tall or just the males. Her saying if just the males then it might get uncomfortable copulating. Me making an offhand comment/joke that maybe the females have the “male duty”. Now her hc??? (We have learned they were about the same size but still her hc??)

* Xie Lian and his “Gang of pretty Boys”

*Met the snakes and when their colour was described legit said “CROWLEY!! HE FINALLY GOT HERE” two seconds later “I forgot this isn’t a good omens fic-“

*Thinking Mi Ying and Shi Qing Xuan are evil gfs. Loved their dynamic instantly

*Loves Ban Yue And wants to protect her from harm

*Her getting really confused about the “General Hua” Thing

*Loves the Wind Master. Still thinks Ming Yi should be 9ft. Loves them both. Hahahaha

*Immediate hate for Shi Wudu 😔😔 (he’s not a fav but I find he’s an interesting character don’t @ me)

*Thinks its a funny dynamic between three tumors, even if at the time she only knew a little of each

* “General Pei, if your asking about my hookup (Hua Cheng) maybe I should ask about yours?? At least I only have one” -What she thinks should’ve been said to Pei Ming

*In Ban Yu pasa guessed that the Wind Master was male sometimes, forgot and was shocked when the twist came up later

*Good for her! Good for him! She just wants to be pretty!

*Finding Lang Qian Qiu hilarious in Ghost City

*Liking all of Ghost City actually... sad at the end though

*Still loving beef leaf (should I tell her their ship name??). P sure ships them

*Thinks Hua Cheng and Xie Lian should make out and..: more on Hua Chang’s giant bed.

*The naked dancer ladies new about the love between Hua Cheng and Xie Lian and were actually dancing to Please each other. Okay Mom, XD

*Loved Yin Yu Immediately. Not sure what her thoughts will be later

* WE AT RIGHT AFTER THE GHOST CITY WITH LANG QIAN QIU AND IM FREAKING OUT ALMOST TIME TO MEET MY BOYO

*I was trying to be vague, But she figured out I like Qi Rong. May end up having to defend myself when we get to (nurmerous) parts,,, little does she know her fav in the Untamed... is Meng Yao and... hehe,,, oh boy

Name: Taylor. Pretty common and boring in my opinion. I always felt like it was suited for someone else. For a long time when people would call it, it would take me a moment to realize they were trying to get MY attention.

Nicknames: I've had quite a few. The typical Tay/Tay Tay.. ugh. My one coworker calls me Taze. Some people call me by my last name. In elementary school certain friends called me Taybee (who knows why). Throughout my vocal classes I received "Tayrawr The Tiny Terror" usually announced as though I was in the WWE. There's "T", Boss, Tater Tots, etc. Pretty much anything lol. In high school some people called me Lights because I was in my "scene/emo" phase and sort of resembled her when she first came out.

Orientation: Straight, however people ask me/assume I am gay quite often for some reason. 🤷‍♀️

Nationality: Canadian Mutt. (Irish, English, Native American, Norwegian, etc)

Faith/Religion: I was raised Anglican. I dont really follow anything day by day but there are certain parts of various religions that I like. More so leaning toward having a moral compass and not being a shitty human being.

Hobbies: Reading/Writing, Singing/Performing Live Music, Anything Related To Animals. I was in the horse industry for 12 years but have been out of it for 2 years now.

Pets: 3 year old female Lurcher named Karou, 11 year old cat named Violet, Male ball python named Swayze, Female BCI named Miss Universe, Male BCI named Mr. Crowley. I have tropical fresh water fish. I used to have 3 horses.

Favourite Colour: Depends on the day but either Red or Purple.

Favourite Holiday: Halloween 🦇

Books: Sososo many to choose from.. but my favourite trilogy is the Daughter of Smoke and Bone series by Laini Taylor.

Films: I'm bad at making lists of things I like.. but my all time favourite movie is Once Upon A Time In Mexico.

TV Shows: oh dear... Jessica Jones, The Office, Brooklyn 99, Punisher, Archer, Bob's Burgers, Disjointed, Black List, Flash, Agents of Shield, The Gifted... etc. I dont know lol I'm not picky.

Music: I love literally every genre of music out there. More so depends on the artist for me. Anything from Country, to Pop, to Classic Rock, to Metal, to Folk, etc. Some of my favourite artists are Beartooth, Starset, Pearl Jam, K Flay, Imagine Dragons, Tim McGraw, Alan Doyle, King 810, Architects, Chris Cornell, Chester Bennington, Bif Naked, KO, Roger Clyne, Jason Lancaster... etc.

Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate: Coffee 100%. I drink triple triples. Dont @ me.

Favourite Meme: I honestly can't choose..

I want to live long enough to: See all of my loved ones do well in life. I want to see them start families and succeed in their career choice. I want to witness all of it. As for myself, each day that I'm still alive is a good one. I've been going through my own version of hell for quite a long time and just recently have started getting myself back together piece by piece. I'd like to one day be out of debt. I'd like to have my own home. I would love to have a family but I'm getting used to the fact that it might not be in my cards. I've yet to be tested but I'm quite sure I'm barren, and there is a lot of health issues on my mother's side of the family regarding reproductive organs and I already have ovarian cysts. Im the last girl on my mother's side that still has her uterus. If I ever find someone that actually wants to be with me, AND is a decent human being (finding both in the same person has been impossible for me), they may need to be okay with adopting, or already have had children with someone else.

Weird Obsessions: I dont think I'm obsessed with anything all that weird?

Random Fact: When I was 15, I broke my pelvis and my right wrist simultaneously.

Goals for 2018: to keep moving forward. Keep my head up. Pursue positivity and allow myself to love freely. Getting hurt is a part of life, and sheltering myself from it is unrealistic.
