personal year 1: (probably my favorite to write about for this year but at the same time i don’t have too much to say) cause lmao it is not what you’re expecting. it is filled with surprises! you’ll even surprise yourself. after last year’s juggling act, “embracing of the madness” as it was put, you are now in a place where you are desperate for a simple/pure feeling and/or total lightheartedness. all the words and feelings you made a message of a bottle out of and tried to throw out to sea have washed ashore by now. you don’t want those sentiments left in a bottle anymore, you don’t want to hold it in, you want something to hold.

personal year 11/2: alright, so last year was tumultuous and it’s time to take it down a notch...or two (ha) and explore other ventures, quietly. you’ve taken the past year to “redefine” yourself, oh so clumsily, and now you must *refine* that person. your limits were bypassed in an effort of self-expression but now you are aware of, or will be made aware of, what lines need to be drawn so that you may express yourself properly, without flying off the handle bars. it’s a year of softening your expression from the rough draft of last year. you see you but you need to learn how to relay this You to others and that requires you to mend/redress/readdress so that you are able to mediate. meet others, listen to others, take the backseat.

personal year 3: last year was like being a lab rat stuck in the maze and having to handle situations with others that you’ve never had to before. it was an “off-color” year but this year you’re inspired and although there may be setbacks that take you out of the game for a moment, you are only getting closer to understanding yourself on a deeper level. what is ‘personal’ to you? what is it that matters? the lyric “it can happen, the more we imagine. feel the deepest part of your heart and what it's saying” comes to mind. this is a year of exploring all these questions and notions.

personal year 4/22: the shaping and shifting of last year has grown tiresome - talk about puberty in overdrive. like okay!!! i’ve learned a lot!!! and now this year you are seeking out better resources with this new knowledge. you have stripped the paint and modernized yourself but this year everything catches up with you (both the good and bad) so that the rest of your life can be up to date. you feel of a new form now, a form that needs to find its place in the grand scheme of things. it’s time to build your security.

personal year 5: this year is a lucky break and/or a “cats out of the bag” moment. last year examined the places of your life that felt unfilled, a year of detaching yourself from what you knew and walking through life as an observer. “i don’t know” could be a description itself for this past year for you but there was something about the year that had this low vibrating quality to it, at least that’s what i keep envisioning; it’s not that your life was necessarily violently shook but it felt more like a slow rattle. this year you’re going to see how fast life can change.

personal year 6: remember the thick skin you developed last year because this year can throw you for a bit of a loop in terms of assurance. this year questions what you know, what you’re used to, critical points (milestones) of your life happen that you would think would be gratifying but it just creates more questions and challenges. it’s this silent realization of commitments (or lack thereof), that moment of “oh this is my life now.” and you’ll have to have a conversation with expectations, it will not be an easy conversation but you’ll be better for it. sometimes things don’t happen the way you imagined but things have a way of working themselves out too. this year will be an era in itself for you.

personal year 7: so last year was a marker that something needs to change and this year is a, or the, turning point. you are falling far down the rabbit hole of the past and you’re starting to notice how different memory lane looks. your hindsight is 20/20 (im sorry but lmao) and you could try to rehash past quarrels with this newfound insight. reminds me of those posts that are like someone arguing with another and they say “remember x years ago on x day when you did x thing?” out of nowhere. this is a ‘galaxy brain’ year for you. even while i’m thinking of how to explain it i keep coming up with new ways to word it, if i had to describe it with a phrase it would be “wait a second...” (🧐) this is a year of processing past years and it’ll be hard not to stick your foot in your mouth once it starts externalizing.

personal year 8: some disgraceful moments & some moments of major affirmation are in store. this past year has been releasing for you in some way, you had to learn how to handle both being thrown out by your lonesome and how to catch yourself - as there were situations you had not yet been confronted with until recently, situations that were yours alone to experience. while you may feel that you’re up to the challenge of taking more on after such a year of self-reliance, remember in 2020 that the greater the risk the greater the fall and this year may teach you lessons about risks of the current and those of the past, and how they may be connected. last year tested what you could do on your own, this year tests your character when facing feelings of rejection/criticism.

personal year 9: this personal year is exemplified with all that is happening in capricorn - it is truly a year of climax for you. first of all...what in the world was this past year? you were certainly...different? and being viewed as such. but “you’ve changed” doesn’t always have to be a bad thing or a life sentence. you did things you wouldn’t normally do in an effort to conceal hurt parts, it happens to the best of us. this year certain foundations are coming to a close, parts of your life that begin to wither and you may feel slower than usual, as though you don’t have the same touch anymore. or positively it’s life that slows down because you’ve decided to not limit yourself to one thing, one experience, you want other parts of yourself to find unity and in doing so life flows better. so you can either resist life and deny your instincts or you can welcome a change in pace.

OOH BOY. i think the best way to answer that first part is to go more in depth on her life and her character. i don’t want to spoil too much, especially about the whole Wrath thing, though if anyone is super curious about that and wants to know please feel free to message me and i will spoil it for you :’D

this is gonna get long, but it’s important stuff, since i haven’t openly posted this much in-depth about Eralei before c: i uhhhh apologize in advance LOL

and to anyone who cares to read all of it (but please don’t feel obligated bc it is…a lot…) you are a saint, and i love you. amen.

so Eralei comes from a noble Imperial family, long-standing and proud and very steeped in their traditions. she was always particularly gentle, though; inherently kindhearted and soft, she had plans to eventually use her standing to work towards stability and peace rather than squabbling for more power. that all got turned on its head when her Force sensitivity was discovered, a bit later than most maybe, when she was about sixteen. suddenly she wasn’t to become the future Lady of her house anymore… she was to become Sith, to become powerful and strong and be a great source of pride for her family just like all the others in her bloodline before her who happened to have such a ‘gift.’ to that end, she was given her family’s traditional markings on her face, a permanent reminder of who and what she is and always will be. go and become Sith and bring pride to her family…or don’t come back at all.she was given a private trainer for a year or so, teaching her the basics of combat techniques to give her a fighting chance, and then she was whisked away to Korriban, and she follows the Warrior storyline from there.

in her early days, both in the academy and as an apprentice, she was fueled by fear. she was terrified of the other Sith, but of course she couldn’t let it show. she masked it, used its strength to survive. she desperately played the part of the dutiful apprentice, the proper young Sith, because that was all she knew to do. she avoided being needlessly cruel whenever possible, and on the occasions where she’d be expected to enforce her power and authority on ‘lesser’ beings, usually because she was being watched, she did so with great remorse. she didn’t trust anyone around her, least of all Darth Baras. she knew from the start that he was only going to use her and then dispose of her, she just had to do her best to survive and bide her time until then.

but what hurt her the most was how she’d be treated by non-Sith. some would cower and grovel like they were expected to do, yes, and that just broke her heart. but worse than that were the ones who treated her like just another monster, who assumed she’d be like all the rest, who wouldn’t even give her the chance to prove herself. she even ran into Jedi who would immediately taunt or provoke her, assuming she would be hostile, sometimes even trying to goad her into swinging first so that they’d have an excuse to fight.she was quickly realizing that no matter where she went or what she did, she would be met with fear or hatred.

the absolute last thing she wanted was to be just another Sith monster, but as time went on and she got herself deeper and deeper, into her apprenticeship and into Sith politics and lifestyle, it became harder and harder for her to hold onto her ideals. she couldn’t always talk her way out of violence, or spare someone without getting caught. her survival instinct took over, and in order to not appear weak to the other Sith, she had to act like one more often. and…it became easier. she found herself raising a hand to choke the life out of someone, out of frustration or impatience, without giving it a second thought. she was in a hurry, damn it, and they were making things difficult. if they wouldn’t give her their cooperation, she would just force it out of them, and then leave them on the floor gasping for breath. but at least they were alive, right?

but this terrified her. it came so easily. she was so wrapped up in doing whatever she felt was necessary for her survival, so wrapped up in playing her role, that it started to become second nature. worst of all, for the first time since leaving her home, she started to feel strong. she started to feel that she might have a chance of survival after all. but at what cost?

she has her moments of ‘weakness,’ where she snaps and, fueled by her fear or her anger or whatever else, becomes at least briefly consumed. those moments soon pass and she’s left wondering what’s she’s truly becoming..and eventually wonders if it’s even worth fighting against.

i mean, if she’s going to play pretend and act like a Sith, why not just make it real? why try to deny it all? she’s becoming strong, she’s becoming respected…feared, too, but that’s just the way things are. maybe this really is who and what she was meant to be all along, and trying to fight back against it is just prolonging her misery. why not just give in?

except…that’s not her. it’s not who she is. deep inside, she knows this, and it never really goes away. she finds no more satisfaction in just giving in to it all…in fact, she just feels hollow. and she’s aware enough to realize she can’t sustain that, either.

eventually, she comes into her own and finds more of a balance. she’s not so soft anymore, but she retains her good heart. she finds meaning in being Sith in her own way. you don’t need to be cruel and power-hungry to be Sith, you don’t need to trample everyone else underfoot for personal gain. she allows her feelings and emotions and passions to fuel and strengthen her, rather than hold herself back out of fear. for a time, she’s actually doing pretty well.

then, of course, the entire galaxy gets thrown into absolute chaos :’))

all of this stuff from her past starts to resurface again, later on during the expansions. (spoilers ahead for everything up to where we are now, obviously, but i feel like most people know what’s going on by now)this time she’s making difficult decisions that affect way more than just herself… she has a lot of people watching her and depending on her now. her personal vendetta against Vitiate/Valkorion (for Personal Spoiler Reasons) begins to cloud her mind and consume her as well. she can barely stand to live with herself, knowing he’s rattling around in her head. and her sheer rage against him and his actions, and what she sees his son becoming, almost completely overtakes her. the Eralei of twelve years ago might have seen that there could be a way to give Arcann a chance, but so much has changed since then, and she’s stressed out and struggling and exhausted. in her eyes, Arcann is just on his way to becoming another Valkorion, and she does everything in her power to prevent that from happening…losing a lot in the process. Senya’s death, by her own hand, hits her very very hard. Senya was more of a mother figure to her than her own mother, but she didn’t stand down, and Eralei felt–in that moment–that she had no choice. it’s one of the biggest events that leads to her breaking, and one of her deepest regrets.

and then the whole traitor thing puts her even more on edge, she’s dealing with more Personal Spoilery Things relating to her past that are coming back to haunt her and actually threatening her life, and Theron comes in with that ‘betrayal’ and the whole “you’re becoming what we’ve fought against” thing (which WE know is bullshit, and HAVE known is bullshit, but…she doesn’t know that. all she hears is one of her closest allies affirming her worst–and oldest–fears. that she’s just another monster, and she’s been blind to it this whole time, until it’s too late.)

as for how she pulls back out of it all and becomes herself again… you will just have to wait and see 8) (honestly, i’m still working a lot of the details out myself.)

but yes! that’s Eralei. she’s complicated and confusing and a bit contradictory sometimes, but i’ve never had this much fun with a character or a story before, so i’m just having the time of my life :’D

i hope i’m not sounding redundant but thank you again, having someone else take an interest in my characters and their stories means more to me than i could possibly put into words.

Min Yoongi(Suga)’s Natal Chart

Before I start analyzing each BTS members natal chart I do want to make it clear that I am not a professional Astrologer, I am simply a BTS fan that takes interested in Astrology and wanted to incorporate that into the BTS members by analyzing their personalities according to their birthcharts and what I already know about their personalities(: So the first person I want to start with is Min Yoongi since he is my bias and I have spent a good amount of time reading his natal chart lol. Now it is hard to interpret a natal chart without knowing their birthtime. Without the birth time we have no idea what houses each planet is in or what their rising is and that can makes some big differences to their personalities, however we can still get a good interpretation without birthtimes. I have made an educated guess on Yoongi’s birthtime since he was born on a moon cusp. However in this interpretation I wont include that in here, I will talk about that on another post and include the differentiated traits with the inclusion of his birthtime, but for now I’ll talk about his planets,signs, aspects and how I see it express it’s energy through Yoongi.

Min Yoongi Born March 9, 1993 in Daegu, South Korea; Birth time Unknown

Sun in Pisces: Sun in Pisces individuals are compassionate, empathetic, and sensitive. Symbolized by to fish swimming in opposite directions that shows their go with the flow personalities. They are kind-hearted folks who are quite understanding, but often feel misunderstood themselves. Pisces tend to feel alone and have escapist tendencies. They find it hard to cope with reality and often are drawn to daydreaming and spaced out behavior. They don’t always appear to be stable, they have tendencies to be late for appointments and have a hard time being assertive and productive. They are truly soft-hearted people that yearn for understanding. Pisces interests usually gravitates towards the arts, music, or anything creative.

Although a lot of times Yoongi appears indifferent or maybe cold to others, I think that once people get to know more about him, you can see there is more than what meets the eye. Although he seems indifferent, he may be not so indifferent underneath. His Piscean nature is quite evident from the perspective of someone who is also a Pisces. His love and appreciation for his fans sure shows his soft Piscean side, especially if you watch his fansigning fancams you can definitely see his kind side and it’s pretty hard to resist his charm at that point. Whether or not it’s fan service, actions and body language don’t lie. Remember when he made the fans handmade gifts on his own birthday? That definitely showed his giving and kind side. Yoongi is more of a man of action, not words. I dont see many people talk about this either, but despite his cool, laid back demeanor, I think Yoongi is pretty shy, but he’s very good at playing smooth. Pisceans are typically introverts and tend towards the quiet spectrum. I notice in interviews more so from their early days, Yoongi was a bit nervous to talk in interviews. I could be wrong of course, but this is what I have observed, and being a Pisces myself (if this is even a Pisces thing) maybe Im trying to understand him through my lens, but he has talked about having social anxiety in his mixtape, so it very much so seems that socializing and feeling alone and misunderstood has very much been a theme through his early life. Feeling misunderstood by his parents, hiding in the bathroom because he was afraid of people, dealing with depression and anxiety. There is far more to Yoongi than what meets the eye and this seems to be a stereotypical theme of a Pisces mindset. Yoongi isnt the cold, savage person he seems to appear.

Moon in Virgo: Now, Yoongi’s moon sign has a 50/50 chance of being a Virgo or Libra(since it’s on a cusp) , but since the default moon on most birth chart calculators set it as a Virgo moon, and because Virgo moon seems best fit, we’ll go with that. The sign of Virgo is ironically the opposite sign of Pisces, but even though they are opposite signs doesnt mean they are polar opposites in astrology. When you have Sun and Moon in opposite signs, it can cause for confusion between the heart and mind. The moon sign is supposed to represent your emotional nature and how you react instinctively in situations. Virgos are reserved, analytical, perfectionist, and hardworking. They look at the finer details rather than the big picture. They are perfectionists and want to make everything as perfect as possible. This trait definitely shows through his work. When it comes to producing and he seems to be pretty hard on himself. He’s not the type to do anything half- heartedly, and when it comes to his music he wants to be completely happy with it. I also dont think he is only a perfectionist with matters of just his work, but also possibly a perfectionist with himself also. How hard he is on himself shows through his mixtape. “A passion that is dead and comparing myself with others has become every day for me” (@bts-trans) shows how hard he is on himself. Comparing himself with others? A lot of us may be thinking he perfect the way he is, why would he compare himself with others? Well, because it seems Yoongi is hard on himself, thinking he can always be better. He is a humble man but still exudes confidence, but from his lyrics it is evident that he is still lacking complete faith in himself, and isnt so confident as he so seems. With his Pisces Sun and Virgo Moon combination it very likely the theme of having his expectations too high of himself can effect his worth greatly giving into themes of sadness or depression from expecting too much of one’s self.

Having Sun in Pisces and Moon in Virgo gives some stability in emotions and sensitivity. Unlike Pisces, Virgos are realistic, able to face facts and stay grounded in reality, without letting too much emotions keep them from getting things done. Yoongi is a realist, as we can see how he talks to the other members and doesnt seem afraid to speak up. His bluntness could very well come from his Virgo Moon placement, not afraid to be realistic, intellectual, and ready to face facts. However, in my point of view the Pisces Sun influence gives Yoongi the upper hand of being able to be blunt and realistic without seeming too cold or mean. He is straight forward but doesnt come off too too strong and/or abrasive. Pisces Sun/ Virgo moon combination will give Yoongi the advantage of being able to apply his intuition and feelings in practical affairs.

Aspects to Moon

Moon Trine Neptune In Capricorn

Yoongi has the aspect of Moon trine Neptune. I think aspect is pretty important when it comes to Yoongi. This aspect can be found in many music artists charts. Mainly Moon conjunct Neptune, which is typically the strongest because a conjunction is a hard aspect, but Trine is a bit more calm and harmonious but still very important. Moon in aspect with Neptune will soften up even the coldest aspects in Yoongi’s chart. Moon is the ruler of Cancer, which is the planet of emotions. Neptune is the ruling planet of Pisces, which is the plant of illusions and the imagination. Having this aspect will give Yoongi an affinity to music. According to Cafe Astrology, which is where I have read up on this aspect, people with this aspect look to music for healing. It’s no secret music is a HUGE part of Yoongi’s life. It’s his passion. It’s his everything. I remember reading up on how he was around 14 or 15 when he first discovered he wanted to be a music artist. He has even said that if he could go back to one specific day it would be the day he decided he wanted to be a musician. I feel I can imagine just how much music had effect on Yoongi. Can you imagine? Loving something so much that you just know right then and there that that’s what you want to do. For me, I think this explains so much about Yoongi. In fact I think it makes him all the more interesting because he doesnt really talk much his deepest feelings, but I think that there is more of a reason why Yoongi wanted to be a producer. On American Hustle Life when Coolio was talking about Rap you can just see it on his face how much it means to him. Which is why I think this is a very important aspect for him.

The Gemini makes him perfect at spying, the Clan&Konoha, and the Aquarius makes him not relieve it)

Aquarius Moon is very observant. They love to study human nature and analyze why everyone around them acts the way they do. They are often shy themselves, and may appear a bit detached.They can be idealistic and progressive, but they pretend that jealousy, fear and possessiveness don’t exist… that they are somehow above such petty emotions.They can be very stubborn about getting their way. Yet im not so sure for his Mercury what shall be, Taurus or Cancer, but Cancer applies okay, also i feel as if he bring the water melanchony within him)
