His parents hoped Bo could have an artistic talent as well, but soon gave up when they realized he was too much to handle. Bo always liked to randomly doodle when he got bored. Likes to doodle whatever he can, in his youth it was usually just funny sketches of people that he'd make fun of

Has a great ass singing voice—first heard him humming in the garage to some song. Later that day after Bo n u got a couple of beers down, the music was low and playing and you heard him just belt it out. Sure it mostly comes out when he’s drunk but gad damn . You just egg him on because you need more bo singing voice.

In certain spots on the truck, in the garage, on his tool box case, etc. Some are from the people he and his brother catch, and others are ones he's gotten on his own over time (there's a sticker in his truck that is most definitely a hello kitty sticker, he denies it was him but he stuck it on when he was plastered and is unable to rip the sticker off its place)

Never learned how to ride a bicycle. Him and his brothers not having the best upbringing, they never really got those bonding moments. I imagine one day after finding a bicycle, and assuming you know how to ride one, he just looks at you as if you discovered a new planet. he never considered that other people knew how to ride those things. So surprised and impressed. He wont ask you to teach him so you kinda have to like coax him to try it. Would definitely get frustrated. I also imagine that if theres a possibility of kids, and he sees you teaching them how to ride a bike he would definitely be holding back tears when he sees you teaching them how to ride a bike (he'll join in bec he wants to learn too but he'd just stand on the side until you tell him to try it)

• what joker and hyok have in general? they liked to learn about your culture. while hyok will randomly ask super random questions, or ask meaning or translation of jokes he saw in tiktok, joker would be just listening when you explained or if you randomly start share something from your life at home.

Summary:

I love this game so much. I love it so much that I am heartbroken knowing that AA 5 & 6 butchers the story it setup and I'm considering not even playing them unless AA7 is announced. I love all the main characters so much, the whole story was so well built and I can def see the influence the story had on DGS. Apollo is such a good protagonist, he's relatable but also so unique. I love seeing his character progression in the game: a new attorney who is easily manipulated to a confident and determined attorney who trusts in his own judgement. I LOVED Klavier oh my god. I love how much he respects Apollo and although he doesn't hesitate to tease him, he doesn't bully or abuse Apollo in any way. They both have a mutual admiration and rivalry where they try to play as fairly as possible. Klav doesn't maliciously withhold or change evidence, but he does spend hours reviewing his arsenal and thinks of all the counter arguments the defense could bring up. I really like Apollo's ability, it continues the mystery and mysticism from the original trilogy but with new mechanics. I adore Trucy so much. She honestly might be my favorite AA character. She's determined, strong willed, and above all -- extremely silly. I couldn't of asked for a better character to be Phoenix's daughter. I also LOVE the sibling reveal at the end but gdi if only they actually figure it out T^T T^T. I think Apollo and Trucy's dynamic is probably my favorite Defense and assistant dynamic. This who game was so fun, I know 4-3 is not everyone's favorite and it is a little all over the place but I also enjoyed it and loved the premise. There's so much to say, I haven't even talked about Nick and Kris - what an incredible feud, what a genius development for Nick. I cannot recommend this game enough, I am so obsessed with it and cannot wait to make art <3 <3.

Some personal Cars headcanon cuz it is living in my brain while I have other stuff that I needed to do but all I can think of is these 4 wheels fuckers.

Mostly Lightning (cuz I love him), Doc and Sheriff is mentioned tho

Lightning is early to mid twenties in Cars (2006), he is atleast older than 21 to me, in Cars 2 he is about early thirties, and Cars 3 he is late fourties (still pretty early to retired if you ask me)

Doc was in his mid to early thirties when he crashed in 1954, ending his career waaaaaay too early, he's mid 50, pushing 60 in Cars 1. (like I know the timeline dont make sense but hey, im humanizing them, leave me alone)

I have not read much comics or books bout Cars and def will appreciate it if you guys can recommend me something that feature Doc and Sheriff's relationship. In the mean time, Sheriff and Doc are best friends, they play chess and watch soccers together every Saturday nights.

They both have a soft spot for Lightning, cuz who doesn't. They are the "tough guys" of the town, but actually are the softest, just see how Lightning worms his way into their hearts in like 3 days.

Sheriff is the softer one out of the two, he might be one of the softest people in Radiator Spring.

Lightning's real name being Montgomery was quite difficult for him to spell when he was young, so he start calling himself Monty. So most people know him as Monty, and later, Lightning.

He loves dinosaurs since he was young and still do now, binging every dino documentaries that came out inbetween his races and rides. Remember the names, what the species looks like, even specific dinosaurs. He likes the ones that travel in herds or have strong family bonds.

If you give him a chance he could talk about dinosaur all day, but he knows when to reign it in, and actually keep it quite a secret. Ever since Harv made sure he knew it wasnt "good for his image", Lightning found sharing his interests with people have left a sour taste on his tounge.

The taste is slowly going away now that he have people who actually want to listen to all his dinosaur facts!

Lightning pierced his ear when he was 16. To look cool, mostly. After he got the nickname Lightning, he bought bolt shape earrings, that when hit by the light will shine (like his sticker in the movie!!)

Later on, like much later on, he switched to a bolt pendant with a necklace, to give off a more mature look.

2023 Art Summary!!

so here's a single piece from each month i did!! i really wish i did more art this year, so hopefully (and most likely) next year i will!!

yall can skip reading this if you just wanna go see the links; most of you probably know i went back to college in january, which unfortunately caused me to gain major art block (ew) when my depression creeped up. i also had like no time this semester with the large ammt of courses i took (i took 6 classes and it killed me with the course load since most of them were online. never again i will be making that mistake). when i go back to classes in january, i hopefully will not be as dying as i was this semester since i am taking a majority art course load. im even taking a printmaking class which means yall will be gettin some goodies posted hopefully

my art goal for next year besides getting more commissions lol (which if you are interested can see about here) is to be able to draw full bodies - i still can't and ive been drawing humans as my main thing for at least 6 years now. i will def be practicing next year by doing many figure studies lol. i also hope i can manage to figure out how to do backgrounds besides the basic ones i tend to do i also hope that with my shop i can break some of my records like getting new states i haven't shipped to yet so that my state ammt goes up from 8 to maybe 10, having my total ammt going up to around 50 sales from 35, getting more fans for my art who love the stickers and prints i am making, ect ect i wasn't able to this year. while i am on winter break, i am trying to set up a shop update for before classes start again which i will be updating on here about when i remember to do so (honestly the hardest thing for me while having an art acct to promote my art and shop is making content besides just posting my art online and hoping people like it)

I kid you not I was just sitting in the uni library and before getting up to give up for the day and leave I wrote in my notes app kinda jokingly but kinda not:

AND I WALK OUT OF THE LIBRARY, START WALKING HOME WITH MY SAD MUSIC ON REPEAT, ON THE VERGE OF TEARS FOR NO REASON(bc life rough but im fine), ON THE EDGE OF CAMPUS AND AM FULLY FINDING MYSELF WILLINGLY BEING PREACHED TO BY A CULT about the heavenly mother oh my god they’re getting smarter LIKE SM SMARTER cause I almost believed this was just a hella feminist Christian for a solid 10 minutes help im out of practice I haven’t been approached by a cult member in like 6 months cos I rarely leave the house ANYWAYS luckily for me I have an unhealthy special interest? in the researching of cults and every single step of their indoctrination particularly the correlation of various korean cults indoctrinating australian white women (when I say cults I don’t just mean religious organisation, cos while there is valid argument that all religion could TECHNICALLY be cult-like, I need u to know I respect religion for others and what it is and am aware there are some prominent factors which differentiate normal religious organisation from genuine proper cult) luckily this particular cult wasn’t going to take me to meet its rapist leader in korea like most the other in melb but it does isolate u from ppl u know and force u to “donate” all ur money lmao fail bc im already socially isolated and I have no money LOLOOL anyways usually they ask for ur number but they also have half given up when u tell them u used to be religious and ur not anymore bc ur critical but this time they just gave me their number cos I think they thought I was like fully convinced cos I was stupidly engaging in the discourse with half interest (but only bc I was trying to make sense if what they were telling me was accurate or not from a religious standpoint bc I was raised Catholic) but sneakily she was telling me all about the Hebrew bible and shit with examples of Hebrew text I couldn’t read LOLOL and what I rlly should have said is god is not my mother or father bitch my (ex) god ain’t male or female, my god if existent be a genderless non human spirit referred to as “he” bc we live in a patriarchal society where male pronouns are pretty standard in referring to just about anything in English language ANYWAYS I lowkey love engaging w cult members while some ppl say dangerous I usually detach my interest while talking as further research into their communicative ways but today I was caught so off guard bc at my particular uni there are usually just religious preachers sometimes who have no ill intent and see my gay stickers on my laptop and give up before they even start knowing they are gonna fail but these ppl defs didn’t go to my uni they were just waiting on the outskirts for sad uni students to approach LMAO mission accomplished also they told me im a good listener when I was like zoning out bc I said yes yes yes when they asked me if I was aware of particular religions events and terms lol that was not very convincing bc I was not demonstrating good listening at all ANYWAYS this was a pointless and probably an incomprehensible story that I cbf reading over hope u enjoyed stay safe don’t go getting indoctrinated into a cult

It was morning. Like 6-7am. Leo and Donnie sat in Donnies lab to talk about things(science they go too each other when they can not sleep) Meanwhile the snapper sleepy as hard as a rock the Box turtle was awake. Why?Simple! He was bored. He didnt know what to do and was simply bored. He got and idea. Science his eldest brother slept. Why not a simple small prank? He didnt prank Raph that offten, thats Leo's jobb. But science it was a long time ago he pranked Raph why not prank him now?

He went to the snappers room where He was sleeping. He took some paintbrushes and started to paint his face.

The next day the snapper woke up. He streched, yawned and went too kitchen where he meet his brother's.

Leo was talking something with Mikey and Donnie was looking at his phone secretly litsening.

❤️:yawn* Good morning! Whats for breakfast?

The turtles turned around when they heart Raphs voice too look at him. Leo started giggling meanwhile Donnie tried not to laugh. Mikey tried not to make it obvious that he did it so he giggled instead of smiling and begin quiet. Leo spoke up first.

❤️:Huh? Wha-

💜:Raphhhh lohohok in the mirror *chuckles*

Raph rushed too the mirror meanwhile the others laughed out loud. Mikey was proud of his prank... for now before he got in paint ( u see what I mean later). When Raph was in the bathroom he looked into the mirror seeing a masterpieace on his face. There were rainbows, pizzas some stickers and more things like flying snakes. When Raph saw hit first he was shoked but that suprised face turned into a soft smile.

(btw this was the part were i got inspired by @tastybluesprite and if you dont like this i can find an og idea for the first one if u dont like this i will take it down sorry btw credit for the creator of this idea!And sorry agian if that was agiants you're will i will change it :D)

(Anyways) Raph knew witch turtle drew it cuz heres the ONLY turtle that can draw that well!

Later he went to the box turtle that was in his room. He knew his plan and was going to keep it that way unless something unexpectable is going to happen. Mikey was painting something meanwhile the red turtle sneacked up behind him.

❤️:Hi big man~

Said Raph with a grin. Mikey turned around in suprise and he was overthinking.

🧡:Oh- h-hi Raph need a-anything?

Said Mikey while starting to sweat. Mikey isnt scared of him but if hes angry. He didnt mean to hurt his brother or smth.

❤️:Nahh... but I came for revange! Mikey did u do it?

🧡:D-do what-t?

Mikey tried to not be sus but sadly he could not cause he was too nervous.

❤️: Dont play dumb Mikey i know you did it. The painting? On mine FACE? In the morning?

🧡: Nope def-enetly not m-me! Maybe others did it!

❤️: Come on Donnie whould not draw on mine face and leo whould draw something ugly to make a pun out of it! Plus you're the artist in the family!

Mikey didnt know anymore what to say he hid in his shell to protect himself. Raph looked over to the painting and at the brushes. He knew. He knew EXACTLY what to do.

He took a paint brush with some paint. He started to paint Mikey's tummy. Mikey started to squeal and cackle.

❤️:Mikey~ im not mad at ya! Just whanted some revange~

🧡:Rhahaaphhhh- PHleaShe*cackling* Mikey said meanwhile Raph moved the brush to a place were it is in the middle of the plastron and armpits.

Mikey jumped out of his shell meanwhile raph brushed his armpits.

It was going like that for 5 more minutes untill Raph stopped. Mikey took big breath's meanwhile Raph said.

Mikey looked into the mirror. He saw a park with flowers and a blue sky with a sun and a bench.

sorry ahead of time if this is a weird Q, i've been a follower for some time! i went to VCUarts but i dropped out when covid hit and for personal reasons i'm probably not going to go back even though i'd really like to, so i've been piecing together my own art education. were there any subjects/projects you were exposed to in the program that changed the way you approach art? one of the last classes i was able to take was a typography class and it opened my eyes to a design world i hadn't considered. you have such strong graphic design skills and it'd be really cool to hear what helped you develop!

Hey, thank you! and not at all - i totally get that, and i love talking about design lol. i rly enjoyed the gdes program but i kinda wish i could take it again now, i dont think i appreciated it as much as i could have when i was there 😭. as is life ig. i think def the biggest thing that i learned was about using typography and trying to develop an eye for it. im bad at the math parts of it but usually i can eyeball the negative space well enough. basically getting used to considering typography as graphic parts of a composition as opposed to just placing text on top of a graphic.

i think whats honestly most helpfully informed my own design work is honestly just trying to look at and collect as much "cool stuff" as possible. i follow a lot of random design instagram accounts (tbh u can just look thru the graphic design tags on insta and pinterest) even if i dont necessarily respect the artist (LMAO) even if they just do one thing rly interesting. also following some more experimental and a lot of art book/publication/zine accounts because theyre def gonna have some of the cooler graphic design work for print format especially.

one thing about insta (and tiktok tbh) thats both annoying and helpful is that with all the promoted posts you end up seeing a lot of whats currently "trending" for design, if ur following enough design accounts. like the truck sticker i just did on twitter is actually using an effect i learned from an insta reel that popped up on my feed lol.

one assignment from a class i rly appreciated was doing "make-a-days" where you basically made an image every day. didnt matter the quality or what it was but you just had to make something. it was good for experimenting and trying new things. also just picking a theme and making fake graphics/posters for my friends comics or something i liked.

i would also say that my personal biggest strength is that im just rly good at the programs, so i can ideate really quickly and its easier to figure out how to get a certain effect i want, and specifically how to copy a style I saw from something cool i saw somewhere :) outside my more bolder lines and compositional style (i dont have enough patience for rendering 99% of the time) i have a pretty flexible style because i usually have an end product or look in mind. also im usually inspired by other artists i follow online a lot too. but honestly just take the time to rly get used to ur program of choice and what effects settings and filters it has.

biggest advice is collect as many cool images as you can find and figure out what you like across them and how you can copy it for whatever ur making.

finished the main story in cassette beasts! some mostly general spoilers below

the main story was REALLY good & fun! delightful & memorable characters, a really neat plot concept with tidy execution. there aren’t endless depths of character content to plumb but it doesn’t feel thin so much as concise writing because the game really does want you to spend time enjoying the actual monster fighting gameplay. and i think it works really well! and like. that said. i think it actually highlights how fun the character writing is, because characters like clee-o and sunny are really memorable and fun despite their relatively few lines. and there are apparently some post game exclusive characters so im looking forward to seeing what else the game has to offer!!

i do have a couple of questions that weren’t answered by the ending (mordread????) BUT i know there’s at least one optional archangel boss you can fight in the postgame so maybe it’ll fill in those holes. the writing is otherwise really tight (as is the writing in lennas inception) so i’ll be surprised if they never get answered but i had such a good fucking time playing this game that i can’t complain if they remain a mystery

anyway aside from the traveling merchant there werent any big direct nods to lennas inception but given the story reveals, it actually means it’s extremely likely that the traveling merchant was ALSO isekai’d directly from the game world. there are characters in harbourtown from explicitly “fictional” universes and the distinction between those things in the context of this universe is functionally null. i think it’s probably safe to say that the “diary” entries in lennas inception that reference cassette beasts were largely retconned, OR they come from a separate universe where cassette beast technology existed on a modern earth. either way the train it describes did in fact turn out to be an archangel lmao! i think the original idea was that legend of lance was developed by inhabitants of the cassette beasts setting but given what we know about new wirral it’s def not some kind of post cataclysm world where this could have happened before the events of the game. considering lennas inception came out 3 years ago i fully expected at least part of this to be retconned but it’s still such a fascinating little entry. what 17th book. what spacetime capsule. why did the mer-line come from outer space. these will probably never be answered bc they’re extremely fringe concerns but there are so many interesting bits of world building between these two games it’s fun to turn over!!

the gameplay is so so fun and the difficulty scaling and custom game options make it extremely accessible. im excited to do a permadeath run. it’s really fun that they give you randomizer options and the option to enter your own seed. realizing the absolute insane power of the sticker based move system partway through the game when “bootlegs have a higher chance of learning rarer versions of stickers” finally clicked. you can absolutely get by just using the moves a monster learns on its own and maybe applying some extras from what you can buy/collect naturally but the true power definitely lies in farming bootlegs for rare stickers. god. this is just a really well designed game!!!
