when you first met haerin for the first time, you did noticed her passion for frogs. she was quiet and sweet. why would a adorable human like her would like something as horrible as frogs, but you grown to like frogs.
bunnies always shipped you two y/nrin but daey/n was the most famous ship in new jeans, followed by daerin.

user: "grumpy and sunshine, daerin 4 ever?"

"'#daey/nrin jealous war'. this so dramatic, i love it." hanni puffed, adjusting herself besides hyein, who just read out loud the twitter tendance.
you groaned as you roll your eyes at the two girls sitting on your bed with wide smiles.
"just because she gave a plushie to–."
you stopped the vietnamese mid sentence with another groan, making the shortest girl giggled even more.
hyein was reading tweets about it, watching the same videos over and over coming from different account with different way to show how you looked at danielle when haerin gave her the frog plushie.
jealousy.
and everyone could tell you were jealous.
"it was a frog-."
"i hate frogs!"
"we know!" they affirmed in unison before you rolled your eyes once again, letting your body collapsed onto your bed with a loud sighed.
you knew you liked haerin, you always have. still, she loved frogs so much.
'tomato frog', she always drew everywhere she had the chance to. you loved her drawing, and even if it was a million of frogs, you would still enjoy it. because it was, haerin.
her cute obsession about those 'tomato frogs' was helping you to appreciated them, but after the frog plushie accident? you hated them more than ever, more than you ever hated frogs your whole life. you simply hated frogs plushies now.
and you deeply wished you were at danielle's place.
"y/n..." danielle knocked on your door waiting for you to open, silence for a moment before you opened with an annoyed face, hurting her heart.
danielle hated when her friends and her had problems, and even more when it comes to you. she couldn't bare the idea of you hating her at some point.
"we need to talk... i don't know what's going on but i hate it. please talk to me y/n." she almost begged making you surprise, it the very first time you were ever mad at her.
her eyes pleading for some kind of any forgiveness, she sure knew the reason, she just didn't wanted to admit it.
you thought about what to say for a moment before sighing.
"im sorry, it's just..."
"haerin?" she cut you off with a grin and you understood something, she knew about your obvious crush on the cat eyed girl.
you simply nodded as she hugged you. her arms felt warm, a hug by a friend that cared for you. danielle was your friend.
but deep down, the australian wanted more. she never wanted to be only your friend.
if only you were hers, if only you didn't liked kang haerin.
but danielle would never do something to hurt you, if she had to put her happiness to the side for the one she cared the most about in this whole world, she would.
and that's what she was doing at that moment, she was putting her happiness to side, she was giving up on you for haerin. she was forgetting her feelings for you, so you could be happy with your fellow member.
danielle always liked you, she liked you before haerin ever noticed the way you smiled when someone said something nice to you.
she liked you before haerin even noticed your existence.
danielle hated how you cared about this thing, she hated that stupid frog plushie.
and at this moment, she just wished to be haerin.
"y/n is so grumpy this days." haerin remarked letting herself fall next to danielle as minji positioned herself against the opened door.
"yeah i noticed, it's like she's mad at you for some reason." the oldest stated, crossing her arms against her chest.
the cat eyed girl looked besides her, danielle marsh. the girl she had feelings for since she ever spotted her. danielle sighed, her eyes glowing almost like she was about to cry.
"unnie? don't be upset i'll find a way to talk to her about it, i promise!" haerin declared trying to reassured the taller girl.
danielle smiled sadly and it made haerin heart beat faster, it felt like her words were stuck in her throat and her cheeks felt so warm. that was the effect danielle had on her.
"i don't think you understand, haerin. you should take back this plushie." danielle tried to smile as sweet as she could, handing back the plushie to the younger girl.
leaving haerin confused as she stood up walking toward the door probably going to see if y/n was back from some photo shoots.
minji raised an eyebrow knowingly at danielle as she smiled. she sent her a teasing look and a grin and danielle rolled her eyes giggling.
"don't you find cute how danielle is down bad for y/n?" minji asked not waiting for an answer as she left to tease danielle some more.
haerin liked danielle, but danielle didn't like her because her heart was for y/n and only y/n.
she looked at the frog plushie that danielle gave her back, she felt disgusted by the it now. haerin threw the frog away her heart feeling heavy. she hated that plushie.

So…. I know im never here anymore but. I gotta tell you guys that I wrote this lil book and it comes out in 10 days and I would love it if anyone wanted to maybe give it a read.
It’s not porn I’m sorry, I know that’s kind of ~my thing~ but it is a faerie romance between a little waifish fae and an oversized half wolf lug of a man so I hope that gets you guys on board 😂 i wanted to make a warm fuzzy thing, it’s mostly a hug made of words, but it’s also about being a minority someone in a majority world because I guess that’s what I know and I can’t untangle that from the things I make. I hope that resonates a little, with some of you. And if not still come along for the love story!
Anyway this all feels very strange and vulnerable and scary, most of my friends and family actually don’t know about it but I thought if anyone might buy my silly little book it’d be the friends I keep in my pocket. dinosaurs are one of my biggest special interests. tf2 is probably getting close as well. i will now ramble endlessly about my thoughts, assigning those old men dinosaurs and you're all gonna listen. also, this is based like...99% off of the characters, not taking gameplay stuff into account. it probably makes less sense in that scenario

so, i COULD be boring and bland and predictable and say Scout would fit a Velociraptor...and im gonna. theyre small, agile, a middle ground between labrador levels of dumb and raven levels of smart. relies on others around him to succeed, and i think he deserves to be small and fluffy ^_^
Medic, i think, wouldnt be a dinosaur at all. instead, i see him as a pterosaur! more specifically, Quetzalcoatlus. absolutely massive, terrifying and unsettling to look at, probably more dangerous than it looks (and it looks dangerous). something about it just looks right for him
Pyro's choice is 50% for the name: a Pyroraptor. i also think its cute how striking the resemblance would be with Scout as a Velociraptor: pretty similar in size, build, matching silly levels!! theres also something about the "looks cute, seems cute, moves like a deadly predator, kills like something far worse" kinda deal going on here
Sniper is also technically not a dinosaur! Deinosuchus, an absolutely huge crocodilian, just felt. correct. while not very australian (i actually considered a Minmi for a while!), there is just no choice. big crocodile, patient hunter, strange and offputting. probably bites
Heavy, who i almost dubbed a Borealopelta, is SUCH good Therizinosaurus material. massive, terrifying weapons (im aware that recent study/s suggest their claws werent used for combat. i simply do not care ^_^), but absolute softies. Therizinosaurus was a strict herbivore (contrary to first thoughts after its discovery!), and i think the contrast in appearance vs behavior lines up kinda nice
no explanation needed. look at the image. need i say more. assigning anything besides a Pachycephalosaurus to Engie is just wrong. enjoys play fighting with Pyro and knocking them down (gently) a lot
pretty privilege: the animal. like Microraptor: not very big, probably annoying, weirdly ruthless. spilling anything on them would result in a very slow head turn that signals your incoming demise. has learned to take advantage of Engie's big ass head: he cant actually feel that thing. perfect place to crouch on without causing alarm
i struggled the most with Demo because nothing seemed like...obvious to me? i have very little to say abt this one, i picked Suchomimus based purely off of vibes. i imagined it and it made sense
Soldier has two options, one is funnier than the other. primarily, i'd see him as a Daspletosaurus! one of the smaller tyrannosaurs, still very big though (~8ft tall, ish?). alternatively, i can NOT get the idea of him as a Protoceratops out of my HEAD. small ("small" is relative here. think of like...a really large dog), probably barks for fun, loves digging holes, has every disease
if i could draw with a mild level of skill, i'd be drawing them all day. they mean everything to me. im imagining them so much and its doing wonders for my mind. (also, the scaling off the animals + mercs in these images are not accurate in the slightest, thats just how it turned out)

I’m here to review all of the covers of Carry On I could find. This is divided into three categories of a) English covers I see in stores so I presume are American but I also accidentally somehow have the Australian editions of Mortal Instruments so who fucking knows. b) other English editions that I’m assuming are UK/Canadian/other English speaking countries editions but don’t really know. And b) international translated covers. Now:
1. American Paperback
2/10. There is nO drip or pizzazz here. The minimalist covers in the UK have more drip and pizzazz than this mf.
2. American Bookshelf (Print-On Hardcover/School Library)
8/10. I didn’t like this one at first but it is the version I own so it’s grown on me. I annotated this motherfucker. It’s got SO much drip and pizzazz. I love this version.
3. American Hardback
4/10. I think it’s. Fine. I don’t particularly care for it, I think against the other two covers of the trilogy this one doesn’t match at all and the paperback/Bookshelf edition match better. I would like it more if we had editions of the the rest of the trilogy that matched this.
4. UK Edition
5/10 this starts what I call the ‘royal starcrossed lovers’ section of the cover editions. I believe this is the UK version? I’ve never seen it in the US, at least. Baz and Simon look like forbidden romance princes. I love it. It looks like a sweet tarts box. I simply cant rank it higher than a five but the rest ARE better.
5. Italian Edition <<3
9/10 this looks like. T4T royal gay forbidden romance. I KNOW its supposed to be Baz, Simon, Penny, and Agatha but its so much better to think they’re trans.
6. Italian Edition part II
7/10. This is soooo. Eating it up. They way they arent looking at each other… the DEER the MASSIVE watford silouette. Thank you Italy cover designed
7. Portugese edition
7/10 the colour scheme of this is PERFECION. im literally gonna eat this one its SOOOOOOOO perfect you guys I meant it. I love this cover.
8. Hebrew Edition
3/10. I have no qualms with the Hebrew cover it just feels so.. uncanny valley. Why are they switched. baz go back to the Simon’s right you’re his right hand man. His little hip jut out it so gay. What is this
9. German edition
1/10 this is sooo 😭😭💀 it looks like a parody novel. What is this. This look like a 1990’s parody of Harry Potter. Its so. What.
10. Russian Edition
10/10. No notes. Funniest covers EVER. My mate said this looks like Disney Magic Fairies and they were RIGHT. its so cartoonish. It looks like. Like a childrens novel AND IT HAS THE 18+ IN THE CORNER. the 18+ in the corner makes this ten times better its so FUNNY. it makes it so GOOFY. this cover understood the assignment. This book is silly and goofy.

ykw. im not done. shogun steel furries pt. 2: dna boogaloo edition™
1. Yoshio is a moose!! big, strong guy with an intimidating aura who CAN fuck you up but is very protective and loyal to people he loves. wolves are also one of the few predators of moose, emphasizing how kira is one of the few people yoshio will follow. also imagining eight as a little otter pup going up against this huge moose guy is so funny yet scary. pray for him i dont think he's gonna make it 🥲
2. Genjuro is a snapping turtle!! dont have a specific species for him, so im just keeping him as a generic snapping turtle. i originally had turtle as a placeholder animal for him (since genbu is a turtle) cause i feel like there are animals that fit him better, but the more i thought on it the more i got attached to turtle genjuro 😌. in the metal furry universe i imagine he uses his toothpick thing as a way to hold back from biting the other dna bladers lmao
3. Captain Arrow is a bat!! i imagine him specifically as a ryukyu flying fox but it doesnt matter that much to me. i chose bats because they're very similar to wyverns, plus batman is a superhero and it just felt so perfect (also bat!arrow x turtle!genjuro........ batman x tmnt). arrow is just totally a dude who'd hang upside down for fun lol.
4. Spike is a red kangaroo!! he's shown boxing in multiple scenes so in metal furry he can be a kangaroo kickboxer 💪💪💪i also hc him as Australian so it worked out. spike doesnt have much to his character but i like to think he's a very nurturing guy in his own way, where he constantly reminds people to take care of themselves, albeit kinda aggressively but hey.
5. Baihu is a cat that has tiger stripes painted onto him!! idk how baihu's backstory would work in the metal furry universe maybe he got adopted by a tiger person who lived in solitude away from civilization 🤷. regardless, i feel like him just being a cat and not a tiger fits his backstory way more, though he still believes he is one.
6. Karura is a Brahminy kite!! Garudas is based on Garuda, a Hindu bird deity, which in turn has been linked to kites/eagles. plus with Karura's whole controlling the elements shtick it just makes sense yk. Brahminy kites also have very distinct plumage with a brown-colored body and a white head, it reminded me of Karura's design a lot. maybe he dyes his feathers blue to match the sky 👀
now the shogun steel metal furry verse is now complete 🔥🔥🔥

OUGH THANK U!! it makes me rly happy that so many people like my cosplay.... i appreciate all the stuff yall have said so much!
gonna put this under the cut cuz i typed a lot lmao
if u can find patterns online to use they will be ur best friend, winging it CAN work but. not always DSGKJ
so there would be a lot to cover but im just gonna gonna start with the tentacles- mine are made from minky but i know ppl who've used like, a more vinyl-ish material? do NOT fucking use satin, i made that mistake with my original agent 3 cosplay and i nearly smashed my sewing machine out of pure rage. satin + minky is SO slippery and no matter what u do the pattern will just, Fuck Up. its why the tentacles were shaped so weirdly :/ so this time i stuck to ONLY minky and the result was way better. i had a friend help with hand sewing em and it meant more control over how the shape turns out so it was way better than my first attempt. (i then used plushie stuffing to give em shape and it makes em sooo fucking squishy n soft)
I FORGOT TO MENTION. the tentacles are safety pinned to the inside of the hat for stability, im not wearing a wig or anything.
eye mask? use eyeliner or body paint! ive done both and they both work well, id recommend using a setting spray tho. and if ur gonna wear contacts like i did, ALWAYS put contacts in before any makeup. this avoids the risk of getting shit in ur eye while putting em in (also my eyes always water a fucktonne lmao) oh and if u use a blind contact, be prepared to have fucky vision whenever ur in cosplay. agent 3 cosplayers stay suffering 💔
if ur gonna hand sew anything, definitely try to use proper techniques. luckily my gf is very good at that kinda stuff and they helped me through sewing the poncho/cape/idk fuckin old rags, i used a whip stitch so the threading isnt visible (im thinking of modifying it to add big thick cosmetic stitches so it looks more game-accurate, same with the patch on the hat)
craft stores are ur best friend for supplies! if ur australian, i highly recommend spotlight and lincraft for pretty much everything. spotlight usually has the most variety in fabric, but i always need to order my minky online. if ur not an aussie, prolly just google which places to go to DSGJ idk what yall have.
but heres my number 1 tip for cosplay- HAVE FUN! i know this sounds cliche but seriously. i sometimes to caught up in my head over little things, like "this isnt game accurate enough" "the colours are off" "people are gonna notice (X)" but cosplay is supposed to be fun, silly, crafting experience, a hobby, but most of all ur just dressing up as a fictional character and what could possibly be dorkier than that? feel free to do things differently, u never need to adhere to canon (i literally did the hijack scar AND i have a face full of metal), being accurate is NOT the most important thing, and of course- body type, gender, skin colour, NONE of these things should stop u from doing whatever the hell u want. the naysayers can go fuck themselves <3
and if u dont have the budget to buy good supplies, theres nothing wrong with a closet cosplay! work with whatever ya got!

i am freaking out!!!
so, I saw that boy at my University again, the Remus look a little one. anyway, he was in the library today and the library was busy and there was no empty free spots so I asked to sit at his table and he said yes (he was so freaking nice as well)
also, he was just in a button up today with jeans, but he still looked very nice. I didn’t bother him at first and just got my textbooks out and he noticed it was a math one and he made a joke saying he felt bad for me. I explained that I didn’t like math much but I was doing a Bachelor of Education so I kinda had to. I asked him what he was doing and….Nat, hold on,,,,,,I nearly screamed when he said it so I know you will as well.

I asked what he was doing in the library then as a joke and he laughed (he has really nice teeth, I should add) and he said he was doing an essay on the History of Art in Australia and he was specifically focusing on Indigenous Australian art (aboriginal art for those who don’t know. they focused on art to tell stories and to communicate with other mobs)
anyway, I was smiling and I hoped I didn’t look like a mad man. I said that I was starting to get interested in art because of this story I read. I mentioned that it was to do with art, art history and taking art back for the people.

He said he’s never read anything like it before…….so I did what I had to do and explained it was a fanfiction……..he said that it was okay……..I said that you didn’t have to know about the Marauders……..I gave him the title…….I got his number so we can talk about it………I’m not even joking, I’m actually shaking

why auscap.. whys he australian… i need to know this lore.. it keeps me up at night
glad u asked because im so insane but everyone* i talk to just accepts auscap without question and it hnngngh
so for a little backstory it started in september last year** when i went away with a family friend who had also watched centricide and i asked "wouldnt it be funny if ancap centricide was australian" and there wasnt a single thought behind our eyes when we unaimoiusly agreed yes that would be funny and que the next 2 or so months of being the most annoying headcanoner ever but hey it was fun.
at the same time i was in 9th grade english class in australia and our topic was poetry analysis of silly bogans pre/during the gold rush and the more we analysed the more i was like "hey this shits kinda like ancap centricide" because idk if you have ever been in an australian english/history class but theres a lot of talk about the "[white] australian identity" mainly around when brits began moving here outside of sendign their convicts and during ww1. and the australian identity is mostly centred around being somewhat anti authoritarian and while not technically based in capitalism it was about rich british people getting a taste of the bush and not shutting up ever
because of [white] australias history being in the convicts sent over from england theres an intrinsic sense of anti authoritarianism that was albiet a lot more common in the 19th and 20th centuries but i digress its still relevant idc because it was used in these little bushmen shit where they would idolise this life living outside the government at the time
so the poem that we used for the exam at the end of year 9 english unit 4, while i dont rember the name of the poem nor the writer, i do remember what it was about and what it was about was this guy writing for 6 fucking pages about the bush and how it was so cool and literally made for him he loves it so much and at the back of the pages there was a little biography of the author and you find out that this fucking guy hadnt stepped foot in australia before turning thirty, hes some rich fucking english bloke who came over for the gold rush and left almost immediatly after. the poem we were analysing came from a guy who had never even seen the bush !!! and idk i think thats pretty ancap core
and for a last round of background info from september-november 2021 i actually dmed jreg back n forth about it and ended up getting jrem to confirm auscap as real, and it was real for a whole month before the gender tier list stream on twitch where i asked and jre said that ideologies cant have nationalities um !!! thats not what u told me in dms !!!! also i didnt have any socials at the time that interacted with the centricide fandom apart from my discord so if u were in the authunity server i am NOT sorry for being so annoying about it

hello, howdy, good day, I'm Zoe! you'll probably also see a few people calling me Toshi, this is an old nickname I no longer use myself so no need to worry about it too much. pronouns are she/her! my age is about as old as my bones feel when they crack (it's true they told me). jokes aside, I turned 31 this year but I goof off a lot when I'm not nervous as hell. having friends to be silly with helps a lot with feeling more comfortable.

a little more of the heavier side of things: I'm still currently living with my parents because both are disabled to some degree, which is why I'm generally slow with getting back to replies since I need to be ready at any moment to help with bits around the flat. that and anxiety has a habit of randomly popping in to give me a few rounds of a beating every so often.
we have one little birbie called Dougie, I believe he's an australian ringneck? or at least something similar, who's very noisy during the day and makes a fuss when getting told off for being naughty. that aside I do love him dearly and like to whistle at him when he's busy chirping away!
my interests range from fate, genshin, destiny and halo, anything within the genre of tomb raider, pokémon, etc. I like to play games a lot to keep my mind busy when I'm not writing or helping my parents, it keeps the thoughts safely contained. even better when I can play co-op with friends!

i'm a little awkward guy LMFAO, i'm usually in the background a lot 💔💔 i get nervous when all the attention is on me irl (online i love it icl) and i'm really oblivious (i thought all my trauma was normal).. i've got mommy AND daddy issues but i've got an okay relationship with both of them?? i listen to a plethora of genres LMAO, atm my favourites are metal an classical music (i heart kpop though, esp skz). i've watched all of those silly sigma male movies like american psycho and fight club, i loved both of them!! i like shows like the walking dead, the last of us , game of thrones, and house of the dragon as well. i've got about 108 books, and my american psycho era went so bad i even bought the book LMAO. i'm currently getting into classic books as well!! currently reading crime and punishment by fyodor dostoevsky. ALSO, one of my favourite things i wear daily are my glasses cos they've got square rims!! i watch anime, my favourites atm is attack on titan and devilman crybaby. i think i'm a faily monotone person? i don't think i can express excitement very well even if i wanted to 😭😭 i have horrible memory, i lose my phone easily but i find it pretty easily. i'm desentizised to a lot of things on the internet, say a lot of out of pocket stuff, and i've considered therapy a lot these past few weeks. i leave people on delivered (i respond to close friends dw), the longest so far is a year. at the moment my favourite movies are lord of the rings + the hobbit (all movies), american psycho, fight club, MIDSOMMAR!!!, batman 2022 and joker 2019. i bawl my eyes out when im angry, i'm a picky eater, i've got 0 game and the humour of a 13 year old boy, i am obsessed with hannibal (i havent even watched the show), ozzy osbourne, mads mikkelsen, pedro pascal, and tlou.
