What is Rosie's (and/or Sam's and/or Frodo's) go-to lullaby for the children when they're small? Do they usually sing the same song for all of them, or do they have a different one for each child?

“Oh! I’ve lots of songs and lullabies from my mother and grandmother. They’re nothing special, of course, but they remind me of when I was a little lass.”

“I’ve a few ditties of my own, and some from me mum. But if you’re askin’ favorites…well, there is this one song that Mister Frodo wrote…”

“I tried to use the Man in the Moon song once to get the children to go to sleep. It, er…rather had the opposite effect.

“I’m banned from lullabies now.”

“I’m telling you dude he doesn’t understand slang,” Ma whispered to Wukong while they stood on a bench in Lotus Park while Macaque inspected a statue not that far off.

Wukong gave Ma a sceptical look, “Seriously?” He knew Macaque was kind of a social outcast having been a runaway from everywhere he’d ever been but Wukong figured with that much travelling Macaque must have been introduced to at least some slang.

“YEAH! Bro doesn’t right understand half the shit I’ve been saying!” Ma whisper yelled trying to keep her voice down so Macaque wouldn’t hear but failing miserably in the face of astonishment. “Look just watch.” Wukong watched as Ma hopped off the bench and strolled over to Macaque.

“Hey yo, Mackers,” Ma said once she reached Macaque. Macaque turned around and gave her a quizzical look.

“What now?” Macaque asked.

“Why are you such a simp?”

Macaque stared, “What?”

“ For reals why you such a simp? No cap, spill the tea homie.”

Macaque continued to stare, utterly lost as to what the hell Ma was saying.

As for Wukong? Well he was to busy laughing his ass off to notice the subtle cracking that appeared on the statue Macaque had been inspecting moments before.
